We know you have everyday lives and jobs and responsibilities and special-label people and things you believe you need to do, and we understand. But it is more important than ever that you come fully into the embodiment of the light that you are, that that becomes your natural set point all throughout the day, that there’s nothing more important than you fully embodying the light that you are and allowing your communication with energy.

Your lives are going to get so much easier, so much lighter, so much more harmonious, so expansive, so amazing. And it’s simple. But yet, so often the human gets distracted by the physical senses instead of really embodying the light that you are and recognizing how energy is communicating with you in every moment, being so attuned to the consciousness level that you are in, so very aware of the force field of consciousness that you are and how much energy and light you’re summoning in every moment. And it does not take much.

If you will just do this, if you will make this shift, as simple as it is, it will truly allow you to take a quantum leap into whole new levels of potential, possibility, joy, abundance, wellbeing, freedom, creativity, love, all of those things that you’re experiencing more and more of now. But yet there is more.

Really feel the energy of taking a quantum leap into the next level of potential and possibility as a creator of reality while you also feel into witnessing the miraculous through the eyes of the master.

There’s no doing. There’s being, playing, creating, communicating with energy, playing with energy. There’s a whole force field of consciousness here that is you, and everything is within it. It’s not out there. And this is one of the biggest shifts you could make, and you’re ready for it now.

That dream in your heart, that highest expression of your soul’s desire, that deep desire within you, it’s already here. It’s already within you. It’s not out there. Nothing is out there. It’s all here within you, within the force field of consciousness that is you, in this place where energy is always communicating with you. It’s all here within your field of consciousness.

As you fully embody your light and illuminate the force field of consciousness that you are, you can now see that which was hidden or that which seemed up there, out there, or that which seemed like you had to go after and find and get and do so much to receive. It’s within you. It’s in the field of consciousness that you are. You just couldn’t see it without fully embodying your light and illuminating all that is here for you because it is you.

Energy is never communicating outside of you. It’s all communicating within the force field of reality, within the force field of consciousness that is your reality, within the field of reality. And whether you witness it or not is determined by how you perceive it and the embodiment of your light to illuminate the very reality of it.

And it matters not if your mind can figure this out. It matters only that you allow the activation of the knowing within you, of the field of consciousness that is you, of the energy that is always communicating with you, and the light that you are.

And some of you may come into the field of consciousness and have a moment. And we invite you to experience it now. Embody the light that you are. Come fully into the force field of consciousness that you are and feel into the energy and receive the communication. It is all here. It is all here. There is no out there. It’s all here. And you can feel it, and you know it, and you can witness the miraculous of all that is here now with the eyes of the master that you are.

This is so powerful. This is setting you up to receive on levels you have never allowed before. This is setting you up to take quantum leaps into the next-level reality that is here for you. This is expanding the potentials and the possibilities in ways you’ve never allowed yourself to experience before. And there’s nothing to do.

I wanted to share something with you today. :)

In the last few weeks, I’ve been thinking a lot about the body.

Specifically, I’ve been thinking about the body as the home for our soul and the vehicle of our experience in this lifetime.

For many years, I’ve made a commitment to all the parts of life - eating well, exercising daily, meditating twice a day, spending time in nature and with God/Spirit/Source. These are my foundations. As we near the end of summer, I always think of September as “Back to School” season, filled with new energy and possibility.

Right now, I am taking the opportunity to look at my life from a fresh perspective. I want to make sure I am living in an aligned, inspired way that supports both my body and my highest purpose in this lifetime.

I resolved that I’m going to pay the same kind of sensitive attention to the body as I do to the soul.

This new resolution begins today.

Over the last few months, I have been taking steps to care for my body. I have created a new fitness routine that includes working out at the gym, something I never had the courage to do before. I have renewed enthusiasm and a fresh commitment to my approach to food and healthy eating. 

In addition, I made the significant decision to address my years-long issue with sleep. Good sleep was one of the first and most challenging casualties of my spiritual awakening. I have come to understand that restoring the body through deep rest is one of the most important things we can do.

In short, I decided to go all out. I have been reading and learning and consulting with world class coaches and doctors to take the highest level steps to improving my health and longevity.

Along with this, I am going deeper with my soul – spending quiet moments with Spirit, tuning into my heart, and having meaningful conversations with those closest to me. All of these are my renewed commitments today.

Now, let me ask you...

What is your relationship to your body? Is your body receiving the love and care and attention that it needs? Are you providing all the nutrients and sunshine and healthy practices to support your body in the most optimal way?

In the spirit of fresh possibility, I think it would be fun and supportive to create a community where we nurture our spirits *and* our physical bodies. Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. addressed the possibility of replacing President Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee.

Biden is facing calls from many Democrats to step aside following a poorly received debate performance against former President Donald Trump on Thursday night. Biden’s voice sounded hoarse, and he mumbled throughout many of his answers, doing little to dispel concerns about his age among swing voters as Trump was widely perceived as having more energy throughout the night.

Biden’s debate performance sent Democrats into a panic as they fear he may not be a strong candidate to go against Trump in the November election. Many Democrats are now saying he should be replaced ahead of the Democratic convention scheduled for August.

He asked: “Would you be open to talking to them if they reached out to you?”

“Of course I would talk to them. It would put me on the ballot with nobody trying to get me off,” Kennedy responded, adding that he believes the Democratic National Committee would otherwise try to get him removed from the ballot in states across the country.

However, Kennedy would find himself at odds with Democratic voters on key issues, such as the COVID-19 vaccination. He has also given mixed statements about abortion, a key issue for Democrats.

He did not participate in the debate, as CNN said he did not meet their qualifications. Instead, he hosted his own version of the presidential debate.

It remains unclear whether Democrats would consider Kennedy as a potential replacement for Biden, should he decide to step down from the campaign. Pundits have listed several potential replacements, such as Vice President Kamala Harris, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and California Governor Gavin Newsom. (1)

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very aware of the so-called UFOs that have been shot down in various locations across North America, and we are also aware of the wild speculation that has gone on within the new age community about what these objects really were. Now, we want you to all understand that your skies are filled with spaceships from all across the galaxy and from other dimensions, and we also want you all to rest assured that no one has shot down a spaceship. Something being a UFO does not make it a spaceship.

These were all human-made crafts that were shot down. Now, there is more good news coming from us around this story. Having mainstream media and government officials, including the military, talk about the possibility that they could have been extra-terrestrial is very good for all of you who want the e.t.s to hurry up and land their ships already. You are being readied for that experience. Soft disclosure is happening, and it will continue to happen. There will continue to be less laughter around the idea of extra-terrestrial life amongst those who operate in more of the mainstream than all of you do.

And again, the average person who does not focus on these things very much is being readied. Those of you who are ready have to of course wait for your fellow humans to be ready enough for that experience, but you still get to have your own experiences with e.t.s and with actual spaceships, and you have all taken a step closer to those experiences as well. So you see, it is all good news, and you don’t need to worry about the wild speculation that goes on amongst those who are conspiracy theorists and do believe that they have the one and only truth at all times about what’s really going on. 

In fact, we would recommend that you tune out anyone who starts drawing lines between different events that have no relationship to one another whatsoever. You need to focus on you and your readiness for e.t. contact. You need to focus on what you still need to let go of and the places within yourself where you still need to raise your vibration. What you want is a harmonious planet to live on where humans and e.t.s can walk side by side and where space travel will be available to everyone. And what will not get you closer to that reality is finger-pointing and speculating about what the cabal is doing today, or what they were doing yesterday, or what they will do tomorrow. 

Continue to focus on yourselves, on what you need to clear, what you need to forgive, what you need to let go of, and you will continuously inch closer and closer to that time where the real ships can land, and you can be reunited with family members from out there in the stars. We are so happy to bring you this message because it is a message to let you know that you are still right on track, and this is yet another step forward on that track to joining the galactic community in an official capacity.
