The speed of which the changes and ascension is now happening will take a lot out of all of us now, and we truly need to find time to be out in nature, to rest, and to be open and receptive to all which is being downloaded into us, all the upgrades, as well and intense new activations in our new twelve and twenty-four strands of DNA.

I am often now asked to simply lie down, especially before I go to sleep, and then simply allow whatever comes to work with me and energy fields and through me.

So often then I am shown what is happening cosmically and where. This can only be done in stillness, with cellphones and laptops switched off and simply being receptive.

There are no limitations as to how far we can now be stretched, nor are there any restrictions on where our soul can travel to and access now.

We are going through intense inner and outer changes, and at such cosmic levels that our mind cannot even comprehend the enormity of it, only our soul. And the activations can only be absorbed through the heart energy centers, as one with all the bodies.

I was not surprised when Patricia Cota Robles announced that she was been asked to go into total retreat for the next weeks until the 21 December 2025, in order to hold the light and focus steady for humanity. This has never happened before in all the years she has been in highest service.

It just affirmed what my own highest guidance has been telling me all along. I am finding that quietude, and simply being in my own sacred space, is now more important than ever before.

For indeed this is the moment. This is the cosmic hour.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

I am here for all of you, because you have requested assistance. You ask for the help that you want and need, and those of us who are able to do so will come forth as the answer to those requests. I come forth as a teacher and as a guide, and I do want you all to know that someday you will be the guides and the teachers to others within this very universe. You will someday be channeled entities, and you will love that experience of paying it forward.

You have the ability right now to be of service to others in so many ways, and sometimes you believe that you can be of service to another, and you accept that challenge. Other times, you don’t know what to do, and you throw up your hands, and you give up on being the helper that someone else needs. I implore you to know this – you don’t have to understand how you are of service to another. You can simply intend for the person to be healed, or to be living a better life, and that is enough.

It is wonderful that you want to help in the first place, and all of the attempts to help another count. They matter, and so do you. Now, when you give up on being the answer to the call that someone else has made, just remember that they have their own helpers. They have their guides, their galactic teams, their ancestors. They have so many who are already looking after them, and so you can hold space for the individual you want to help by simply imagining them letting in some of that help. See them opening up to receive what is coming to them from all angles and all dimensions. 

And if you feel that you have a hard time helping others because you don’t have all of your gifts and abilities yet, then you can do the same. Simply sit and open up to the help that you have coming, to the activations, attunements and upgrades, and know that you are in receiving mode as soon as you decide that you are. Let go of your angst, and let go of your belief that there is something you need to do in order to earn those abilities.

If you want to help, there are helpers then lining up to help you help others. And as I have already said, you are of great service any time that you even desire for someone else to be healed or live a better life. Send those intentions out like ripples across the surface of a pond, and know that your intentions matter, just as your thoughts do. I am here to help the helpers, the teachers, the masters in training, and I invite you all to call upon me at any time. But then remember also to relax and open up to receive the help that I freely offer in every moment of every one of your days on Earth.

As background, in 2020, the Federation of Light described what we’ll see and hear in the ten days of broadcasts:

FoL: Soon enough, oh, so soon enough, will your KNOWINGNESS OF TRUTH be presented on screens and devices.

Before your eyes, … you [will] be shocked beyond the wildest thoughts you have had … in the ways of darkness and all that has been taking place on your Planet. (1)

I can certainly testify to that. We likely will never have imagined the hideousness of what is going on underground. I doubt whether the broadcasts will show us the full picture. I believe it would drive some people mad.

We are very pleased with your progress there on Earth, and we want you to know that you have reached a level of consciousness, an overall vibration, to be ready for more of what we have to offer you.

We do work in agreement with many other collectives up here in the higher realms to offer you the various upgrades, activations, attunements and downloads that we do. And so, we are not taking complete and total credit for what is coming your way, but we do want you to know that we are a part of this delivery of what is coming next to all of you.

You are going to receive the upgrades that you need to be able to handle higher-frequency energies.

Those upgrades will be happening at the cellular and DNA levels, as well as within your chakra system.

You are getting downloads and attunements to help you with the connecting of consciousness.

You are becoming better vehicles, better vessels, for the higher-frequency energies that can be channeled by all of you. You all often do channel without knowing it, but you will become more aware of those moments as you move forward.

You are also being given activations of more of your higher self’s consciousness within your physical body so that you can know yourselves as multidimensional beings who are capable of reaching out into all other systems and dimensions that you would like to.

We want you to know that what is coming is huge and that you are a part of the readiness for what is coming.

It is that work that you do on yourselves, and it is the way you spread higher-vibrational information around that prepares humankind for what is to come.

And so, because you are doing your part, you make yourselves ready for these upgrades, downloads, activations and attunements.

You are being attuned to the fifth-dimensional energies. You are ready now because you have opened up in terms of your hearts, your minds.

Even your beliefs are opening up to allow in more possibilities, and when you release those limitations of the third dimension consciously, you make room for more of that which is fifth dimensional in nature. And of course, you will continue to move closer and closer to the fifth dimension until you find yourself dwelling that frequency range all the time.

We want you to know that it is inevitable that you will have full e.t. contact there on Earth, and it is inevitable that you will shift to the fifth dimension, but we also want you to have the best possible experience of both of those things.

Matters are moving along at a very fast rate and will continue to do so as time has speeded up. The dark Ones are seemingly in command and going ahead with their plan for world domination, but in reality are the precursors of their demise. They have walked into the trap laid down a long time age when their plans were revealed.

Knowing what was planned enabled the Forces of Light to use that knowledge to their advantage and bring everything into plain sight. To be forewarned is to be ready to combat the assault upon the Human Race so it cannot be imprisoned any longer.

The truth has been manipulated to the advantage of the dark Ones who have kept it from the Human Race, so as to exert control over them. Be assured that their plan has been discovered, and, so to say ,“turning it on its head,” we are using it against them.

Time will tell the truth and it will show the true intentions of the Illuminati. All over the world there is a feeling of despair but when it is realised people will be uplifted. Dear Ones, would you really think that the Light would concede its place in your future to the dark Ones. Certainly not and soon it will become quite evident.

Never judge a situation by its appearance and know that often much more is taking place than you are presently aware of. The workers for the Light move silently about their work laying down the necessary plan for the final removal of everything that is the work of the dark Ones.

You will gradually see the changes for the better and things will clearly reveal what is really happening behind the scenes. The plan is in place for your release from their tentacles that have spread far and wide. Understand that matters are playing out future events that were put in place a long time ago to ensure that the Human Race was not imprisoned by those who oppose the Light.

Do not be deceived by the fear that is being created all around you, there is a happy ending to come when the old Age will no longer have any influence over you. There is so much happiness and joy to come when the vibrations are lifted, and all that is not of the Light left to follow its own path. Another cycle will once again give all souls the opportunity to rise up as none are destined to remain in the dark forever. Think positively and let those who refuse the Light follow their chosen path in accordance with the freewill given you. The Light will always be supreme and is always there for all souls regardless.

Beloved Ones,

As a result of our intention to continue reconnecting ourselves to authentic Sources, our Soul, Monad, and Unified Self, many of you are now embodying more soul fragments, and with them more love, wisdom, and power. Today, 111, we reach the peak of the passage that started on January 1st. A passage that is marked by the monadic activation, and upgrades, that is taking place in many of you.

Since the beginning of last year, we have started clearing our galactic heritage, releasing false programs, rehabilitating our DNA, and retrieving our power and authentic Soul’s expression. This inner work has propitiated in many of you the Monadic activation and upgrades that you are now experiencing, moving into a more illumined state of BEing, as you integrate the updates into your light body that will help you become who you are in essence.

This is a previous step towards activating your Diamond Hara Line, an advanced step many of you are too undergoing.

When the Monad is healed and we consciously realign ourselves to it, it opens like a golden lotus flower, becoming whiter and whiter as we too embody our divine origin, memories, and soul purpose. It is then that you may start feeling hot flashes, for the Light that you are now embodying is nothing like you ever had before.

The entire nervous system is recalibrated, and the fascia needs to be cleared to integrate and transmit these New Light transmissions, as well as your mind free of old programming and DNA. You may too experience pain in your bone structure, as the process of physical ascension begins too, becoming less dense and rigid.

It is all an organic process we need to embrace with joy and acceptance, knowing ourselves and our bodies and learning the proper mechanisms and healing techniques that best work for us, as we are all unique and have specific conditions.

These Light transmissions will recalibrate, upgrade, and stabilize your seventh, eighth, and ninth-dimensional bodies, preparing you for the major activation of your tenth sapphire dimensional body, beginning to move from fragmentation to trinitization, as my Guides call the intermediate step towards unity, as we are yet to walk a long path to unify ourselves completely.

Many of you will start feeling many different sensations in your seventh-dimensional shoulder portal, pineal gland, and crown. This is how it starts, with the Higher Calling of your Unified Self that informs you that you are ready to be who you are, releasing illusions that kept you trapped in a false 3D body and mind.

We are gradually moving into a New Cycle of freedom at all levels, represented by Pluto into Aquarius, and Neptune and Saturn moving into Aries, which is a big shift that many of us are already feeling. This is why before taking these steps we need to be sovereign of our energy, bodies, and mind, for we cannot coexist with our old state of being, beliefs, and habits, as well as relationships, if we desire to move into a more harmonic state and experience.

As you consciously embrace the monadic upgrades occurring to you at this time, you will begin to realize the many divine gifts you carry within your DNA, and that you have cultivated during many lifetimes, wanting to be embodied and used for the highest good of All, at this transitional time.

Many of the gifts many of you will be activating are:

Transfiguration of the three lower-dimensional bodies and chakras, retrieving your angelic connection and memories.

Interdimensional travel – as you activate your second DNA and all your time codes and link yourselves to higher dimensions. Your Consciousness then is finally navigating between dimensions outside of the astral and its many illusions. It is then when many of you will act as harmonic messengers, sixth-dimensional angelic channels, or the unique role you play within Creation.

Etheric surgeons – for those of you who are healers, you may be stepping into these further stages, assisting in our physical plane and the ones you are guided to assist too.

Clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance – are some of the gifts you may retrieve, as you open your thalamus complex, restore your brain-heart connection, activate your thymus, and open your shoulder portals.

Many others will be the talents that will awaken in you as you continue retrieving your ancient memories, and heritage, for this is just the beginning of what we, as a species, and Divine Emissaries, are capable of doing, if we just realign to who we are, release false programs, fears, and start remembering again.

For all of you who are experiencing the many challenges, but also the blessings that this passage brings, all my love, and healing blessings for your unique path, Beloveds.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

We in the higher realms sometimes wonder how you perceive us, and whether you believe we are capable of tuning in to you at any time. I know that I can speak for all of us when I say that we can, and we do. Therefore, you do not need to call upon us. You do not need to ask for our assistance, but rather you really need to change your belief in your worthiness to receive from beings in a higher dimensional plane of of consciousness. That is one way to work on letting in more of the activations, more of the upgrades, more of the downloads, more of the attunements, more of the healing, and more of the abundance that we are always offering to you.

Shift your beliefs so that you recognize that as a Source Energy Being, you are very worthy. You don’t earn these things; you allow them to come in. You allow yourselves to be healed. You allow yourselves to be upgraded, to be attuned to a higher consciousness. Now, another way that you can receive more of these energies that we are sending is by simply relaxing, opening up, and allowing that which is coming to you to enter into your field. See your energy fields as being these wonderful doorways that you can open up with your intention. See the crown of your head similarly, and know that sometimes you do relax and open up, and you do receive so much of what we are offering here in the higher realms.

I also want you to know that we work with your guides and your higher selves. To them, we are higher dimensional beings as well, and we all work together to assist those of you who operate in the physical realms. We all know how challenging it is to be where you are, and we also all trust that you are going to get to where you need to go eventually.

All of us know that any twists and turns you take along your paths will serve you and serve everyone in some way. And so, of course, we are not concerned. All of us would like to see you living lives of joy more of the time because now your ascension is assured. You don’t have to work towards making that happen. All you need to do is decide that it can be a joyous journey from this point forward, no matter what you have experienced to date. I know you can do this, and so do the rest of the higher dimensional beings and collectives that have dedicated themselves to being of service, to seeing the ascension through for everyone who embraces it there on Earth.

And I know not everyone has yet, and some will certainly come kicking and screaming. But there’s plenty of time. Do not worry about your fellow humans and whether they are receiving enough, whether they are awake or not. They all have their own journeys, and those of you who are awake now are there to assist them. And you do just with your presence, and there will be more to come, more to do, more ways to be of service, and I, St. Germain, and all the others promise you that we will always be helping. We are not waiting to be called upon by you, but we do notice when any of you opens up and receives, and it is a glorious moment for all in this entire universe of ours.

Greetings to You! From heart to heart in this moment we speak, I am Kejraj.

Planetary shifts take place every 26,000 years. Humanity and Earth are at the end of such a cycle.

Dramatic change is expected, and will only intensify.

Solar flares are infusing Earth with higher photonic light. With different star bodies aligning in the local Universe which activate portals for unique light codes to flow to Earth.

This is everyone’s opportunity to turn inwards and realize their inner light, and seek to expand in consciousness, and transcend the current matrix of the Third Dimension.

During this shift the planet herself is also going through a cleansing, and this manifests as severe weather patterns, quakes, volcanic eruptions and so on.

Humans experience DNA activations, physical, emotional, and spiritual upgrades. Some may have temporary symptoms of illnesses, and others decide to depart the world altogether for it is not in their Soul plan to be a part of the current shift of the ages.

You also have the dark ones who are aware of the changes that are taking place, which means they lose the power they once had.

Although it is impossible for them to prevent the shift, they’ve become desperate and are doing everything they can to keep humanity in a state of fear, and in a low vibrational frequency in order to sustain their illusory world for a little while longer.

We ask you to hold your light, be of pure intent, and trust the awakening that is taking place, as each being is fulfilling their destiny for this lifetime. This is the plan of the Divine Source unfolding on Earth at this time.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are very excited about what is to come for humanity, and we know that you are giving yourselves little upgrades and activations by making yourselves available to them. We also know that you are still working through many of the challenges that you took on for yourselves in your lives, both individually and collectively, and we want you to know that the July energies are coming in to assist you with feeling more freedom and accessing more freedom in your lives. You do have the ability to feel free under different circumstances and conditions that you would create for yourselves to give you the idea of limitation. 

And so, it is a choice for you to be free, but until you are shown that energetically, you may still continue to choose bondage, to choose to be in a state of contraction. The July energies are all about expanding you into the truth of who you are as a being who does contain so much freedom. The July energies will be helping you to access the location of the vibration of freedom within you as well. You are getting these energies not only from the likes of us, but also from your sun and Mother Earth. 

What you can do to benefit more from these energies is you can give yourselves moments where you simply relax and open up to them. You are capable of experiencing so much more freedom, and you also can change your self talk throughout the month of July to remind yourselves of these energies and of the very truth that you are freedom. You are there to experience freedom, and what you are freeing yourselves from are the limitations that you agreed to take on in this lifetime.

So for example, we are not telling you that a lot of the institutions of your own creation are going to start crumbling all around you so that you can be free from those institutions and the people who run them. But what we are telling you is that you can recognize that you are free to change the way you are looking at everything and anything that is in your reality, and you will be supported then in freeing yourself from your own creation. And you will be supported in choices that you make that represent freedom to you. 

You will be able to liberate yourselves from so much that has been holding you back in a very physical way, and that which has been holding you back energetically will also be removed by you making that simple choice in the freedom that you are to reign supreme over you and over your life. As you think of all that you would like to free yourself from, remember to bless that which you are freeing yourself from as you do, as whoever or whatever it is has served you very well. 

And you have given yourself now an opportunity to experience freedom like you have never experienced it before. It is only through creating the idea of lack of freedom that you get to move into the freedom that truly was available to you at all times. Enjoy these July energies, let them in frequently, and feel yourself being moved by the beautiful high vibration of them.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are very happy to share this transmission with all of you because we are always so eager to empower you, and we want you to know that you have never been more powerful there on Earth than you are right now. You have never had as many activations and upgrades as you currently have. You have never been supported by more energies or more beings around you than you are right now. You have also not been as knowledgable as you are right now, and you can use that knowledge and the wisdom that comes from the application of that knowledge to bring yourselves into harmony with the new Earth and with the life that you desire to live. You can do all of this while also fulfilling your purpose and being of service because the two go hand in hand.

You are meant to lead others, and the way you do that is by showing them how it’s done. When you do what you teach, you are an example to others of what is possible. When you demonstrate that the concepts you talk about work, then others start to understand that they have power as well. The power lies within each and every individual, but it is dormant in most because most know that they don’t feel very powerful in their lives and have made attempts to change their lives through words and actions, but have come up short. Most people do not realize that their power truly lies in their ability to focus, to feel, to vibrate, to visualize, to think about the reality they want to experience. And so, they do what their parents did and their grandparents did, which is to work hard and hope for the best.

Most people do not realize that their beliefs are important, and those of you who do recognize how powerful beliefs are can help others with teachings and also with examples from your own lives of how you have shifted from one belief to another and how that has paid off for you. As we said before, the energies that are upon you right now are supportive of each and every one of you who is awake in the creation of your reality the way you prefer to live it. They want to work with those of you who are conscious, awake, aware, and interested in being of service. 

And so, it is time for you to dream big, and it is time for you to expect more. It is time for you to step out of doubt, fear, anxiety, worry, and disbelief and tune in to the truth of who you are as everything, as all-that-is, as all-inclusive. You have every single vibration available to you right now, and they are all inside of you. And that is why it is so important to meditate, to go within, and to feel your feelings, because when you are willing to do those things, you will have the keys to the kingdom, and you will be able to create whatever you want. 

This life is filled with possibilities, and you have more timelines available to you now than ever before because you are conscious, because you know how to manage your thoughts and your feelings, and because you have made it this far on your journeys. You have demonstrated that you have so much to give, so much to share with your fellow humans, and when you want to be of service, more is opened up to you. So relax, tune in to your power, and feel for the energies and the beings around you that are supporting you. Know that there is so much more for you to live and so much more for you to share with your fellow humans.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are so intricately woven into your stories there on Earth because of our participation in your lives in this moment. We have been watching, observing humanity for quite some time, and of course we have always helped from afar in all the ways that we could. But now that we have made ourselves known to those of you who want to know us, you have included us in so much of what you think and what you believe. And therefore, we can be more powerful contributors in your experience. We also want to help, and that plays such an enormous role in how much help you receive.

You know that you have helpers. You know that there are beings and collectives like us throughout this universe who want to assist, and you like receiving help. Now is the time to open up to more of the help that is being given, and that is because so many more of us are showing up at this time. There are so many more who are willing to say ‘yes’ to the human collective. We want to know how we can help. 

We also want you to know that the upgrades and activations that are coming to you at this time are all about making you better receptors of the help that you are receiving. It can bounce off of you if you are not welcoming it in. It can also be too much energy for your bodies to handle. And so, you are getting upgrades to be able to handle all the help that is coming from us, from the Pleiadians, from the Sirians, from all of the other helpers that you have heard of and from many that you have never heard of. 

You will continue to receive help from the beings in the spaceships in your skies, as they know how significant you are in the unfoldment of the shift in consciousness that is happening all throughout this universe. We have told you on many occasions that it serves you very well just to sit and relax and open up and receive what is coming to you, but do you realize that right now you could receive so much more? Do you realize that not only is more help always on its way but also that the help that has being given and has not been received is still there? Energies are around you at all times to be utilized by you for whatever purposes you have for them. 

This is why we are helping you in this moment to be better receivers, better receptors physically, emotionally, and energetically, of all that is available to you. We will continue to help and to serve, and we will continue to enlist others in our dimension to put their attention on you at this time, as we know this is a pivotal time for humanity, and so many more of you are awakening every day. What you want to awaken to is just how worthy you are of receiving all that is coming to you from above.
