Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We are not here to tell you what to do. We like to offer teachings, which you can view as suggestions. You can see us as wise, old friends that you can learn something from, and you can benefit from our experience, but we are not here to tell you what to do. We do understand the value of self-reflection, of the inward journey, and we encourage you to move in the direction of your inner self, because we know that many of the answers that you seek arise in the moment that you need that answer, that you need that direction.

They come in a variety of different forms, but do recognize that your spirit guides, the universe, and Source Energy are always communicating with you, always giving you that in the moment feedback that you want and need. And so, you can follow teachings and participate in spiritual practices. You can develop your gifts and abilities, but at the end of the day you’ve got to pay attention to what’s going on inside of you in each and every moment if you are going to live a life of joy, love, peace, freedom, creativity and abundance.

You all want those things, to a certain extent. In one way or another, no matter how you define those things, you all want them. And so, you must listen to what’s going on inside of you in order to know whether or not you’re pointing yourself in the right direction. Now, this also holds true when it comes to the wide array of teachings, predictions, and beliefs that are being handed to you on a silver platter by so many different teachers and gurus out there in the world today. If you do not like someone else’s version of reality, then recognize that you don’t have to adopt it as your own.

Use the feeling test to tell yourself whether you want to adopt that person’s perspective, even if that person is a channeler, and even if they are channeling higher-dimensional beings and collectives. You get decide, and you not only get to decide, but you have to decide, because your life is a choice. Being there was a choice, and you continue to make choices about your lives, and when you listen to your inner guidance you are making the most informed choice you can possibly make. Now, something that felt good yesterday might not feel good today. What changed? You did.

You’re different today than you were yesterday, and so you’ve got to listen to the guidance that coming to you from within, rather than using your mind to tell yourself that if it felt good yesterday, then it must still be good today. That’s not true of food. Something can be good one day and rotten the next. Your outer reality will always be giving you those types of hints and clues as to the bigger truths of your world. Listen up and listen often, because those messages continue to pour in, and you’ve got to make yourselves available to those messages in order to receive them and act upon them accordingly.

You are already doing a wonderful job of this, but you can always go further and deeper, and sometimes you need these reminders, especially when you are living in a time when you are bombarded by so much information and so many different perspectives all the time. Listen to your heart, your gut, your feelings, your instincts, your impulses, and your intuition, and give everyone else the freedom to do the same with themselves and their lives. And you can all live joyously and harmoniously there on Mother Earth.

The recent energetic shifts may feel like the first drop on a roller coaster. You know it is coming, you can see it but, your whole body still reacts. It is part of the human experience.  Whatever twists and turns you establish are completely up to you. 

Your free will allows the choice of a direct path or the creation of chaos for the continued manufacture of the perfect victim scenario. Regardless of where you are on your journey The Universe accepts you as you are, never wavering in its Unconditional Love… supporting whatever direction in which you choose to travel. 

The only thing you need to remember is that you may change your course at any time.

Greetings beloved beings of light, we are the Andromedans. It fills us with such joy to connect with your energies today.

We wish to speak of your soul’s direction in your spiritual evolution and also in your physical reality as well which, in many cases, are the same.

Do you believe that your soul has a direction that it is leading you forth in or do you feel as if you are walking aimlessly and would love to have the guidance and direction of your soul to assist you?

It is appropriate that your soul does have a direction. It has a plan and a pathway that it wishes to embark upon and experience in this physical reality that you are experiencing. It is also true that as a being experiencing on the earth, you have free will and this is a very powerful gift that has been given to you and, in fact, all beings – the power and the space to make choices for yourself that serve you…that serve you, the earth and all beings.

And you can create and make choices and then change your mind. You can experiment. You can explore. Your direction may be like a zig-zag or a spiral. You might not always feel as if you are moving forward.

If both of these are true, that your soul has a divine plan and a direction and you, as the physical being – the personality, you have free will. This means that one of the experiences of the earth is to co-create with your soul – with your essence.

You are the vehicle experiencing on the Earth. You have wants and desires, dreams and aspirations. You are your soul, however there is a greater, higher aspect of your soul and this aspect of yourself also has dreams and aspirations – things that it really wishes to overcome or experience in a physical reality.

It is important to be aware that the soul’s direction is flexible, as is your free will. When you create a decision, you can change that decision. When your soul creates a divine plan – a direction – your soul can alter and shift it. When you are in conscious awareness that you are co-creating with your soul, that you matter and your soul matters, this conversation can lead to beautiful manifestations and experiences which are immensely fulfilling. This is when you begin to progress along your soul’s and your direction, purpose and experiences of completion.

We recognise there is a co-creation that is immensely important – it means that your beliefs, your desires and dreams are important and the same for your soul. With this respect and honour you begin to co-create together and you shift perspectives in order for new understandings, experiences to come forth and be manifested in your reality.

You feel as if you are being propelled forwards.

How do you co-create with your soul? Allow yourself to exist in a space of acceptance – accepting the presence of your soul, accepting the divine plan of your soul and accepting that you have a unique and beautiful relationship with your soul, in fact, you are one. As you begin to acknowledge that you accept your soul, invite your soul to accept you as a physical being. Your soul already does accept you but it’s a wonderful process of asking because the soul floods your being with such love and acceptance and this supports you in accepting your soul further. You may wish to say, in your own words, I choose from this moment to co-create with my soul.

You can ask your soul to deliver to you, in a way that is appropriate and that you can understand, the next step of this direction – this journey from your soul.

Take time to receive. Then you share what you really wish to experience as the next step and then ask that your soul create a unification – a co-creation of that which your soul has shared and that which you have shared.

Be observant of what manifests – any ideas – any colours – any inspirations – any actions. The more you practice this, the easier it will become and you’ll find yourself naturally co-creating with your soul, for you are one after all, and the desires and dreams of the physical being are connected to the desires and dreams of the soul.

This simple intention changes your perspective.

By recognizing a reality, imaginary or experiential, we can align with its vibratory range and invite its qualities it into our lives, filling us with experiences of resonating vibrations. Through our ability to modulate energies, we direct the qualities of our experiences by the polarities and frequencies of our thoughts and emotions, which create our present state of being. How we experience life is entirely our own choosing. We choose our orientation and direction in every moment.

We choose the forms and expansiveness of our lives. Except for our vibratory reactions to outside stimulation, we can with gratitude, accept and love everyone and everything that comes into our recognition of reality, regardless of how our ego-consciousness may regard them. This keeps us in a life-enhancing realm of realization, in which we transform any negative energy in our lives. 

The qualities of all of our experiences result from what we think about and feel every day, not the forms, but the vibrations. If we want to experience greater love and joy in our lives, we must realize their presence in our thoughts and emotions. They already exist in our conscious life-force, waiting for us to open our realization to their reality in our lives. When we intentionally seek awareness of the source of our life, we are guided to its realization within our own essence. It is in the depth of our consciousness, beyond thought, in our deepest knowing and feeling. It can only be realized in its fulness by aligning with its vibrations of life-enhancing creativity.

To live in the new world, we don’t need to go anywhere or change anything. We only need to transform our realization. This changes everything in our lives that has had a negative vibration. By gratefully aligning ourselves with love and joy, regardless of the presence of any other energies, we can keep our connection with our deepest consciousness. As we gradually expand our awareness beyond time and space, and into our eternal presence of infinite awareness, we gain a sense of mastery of our lives in absolute confidence.

Only with our recognition, can something exist for us. By recognizing and aligning with specific energy patterns of scenarios in our imagination or experience, we interact with the quantum field of all potentialities enveloping us. We bring our recognition into our reality. Either we create something new, or we continue something we’re accustomed to. Everything that we create with our thoughts and feelings has a vibratory quality that returns to us. With our visionary and emotional recognition within ourselves, we can realize our fullest potential.

As you move into this wholly uncharted territory remember that slow, tentative steps are completely acceptable. 

When you find yourself in unfamiliar situations, the primal part of you may kick in.

“Is it safe?”

“Is there anything comfortable I can identify?”

“Are you sure this is the direction I should be moving?”

These are all very valid questions and an important thing to remember is…you are in co-creation! 

If you need it, ask for guidance. 

If you feel lost or unsettled, ask for a starting point – it will be readily given. 

If you are challenged by which way you should go, trust your heart and know that you are safe and protected along the way. 

There may be no previous experience to go on but know The Universe is always there for and ready to assist you in any way possible.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are focusing on what is most appropriate for humankind to know about, so that we can guide you in the right direction, a direction which is not predetermined, not set in stone. Therefore, there is always hope for humanity, no matter how things might look out there in the world, a world that is a projection of your consciousness, as everything else is. Remember that when you think about changing the world and how hard it will be. Remember that it is easy to change your perspective, your point of view. It is easy to shift your focus, and that is what is most appropriate for you to be working on at this time.

There is always good that you can focus upon, and there is always light and love within every single person and every single situation. It is when you abandon hope that you can only see the darkness around the light. Your vision becomes foggy and your mind becomes cluttered with facts and historical events. It’s time to toss all of that aside for all of you so that you can be very present and so that you can let go of the heaviness that does not need you to focus upon it. Stay light and stay in the light, and then harness the power of the light. The power of the light is not in its ability to defeat the dark; the power of the light is in its ability to illuminate what everyone needs to see in order that it can be healed.

You are there to heal, to shift, and to operate as the light in a world that needed you, a world that beckoned you forth from the very comfortable nonphysical realm in which you were previously dwelling. You came forth to be the light, just like the one called Jesus Christ. The light that shone within him is also within you and everyone else, and that was another part of the teachings of Jesus, and it is the one that everyone needs to be focused upon in order to heal, in order to become the vision that he held for all of you.

You have so much strength and power within you when you shine that light, and you connect yourself to Jesus, or as many of you refer to him as, Yeshua. And that light is what will carry you into the fifth dimension, because it will alter you from the inside, melting away anything that obscures it and shining a light on whatever your fellow humans need to see or recognize. This is the way, and it is the way that Yeshua taught all of you. The time is now to implement those teachings and bring about the great changes that will result in the shift in consciousness there on planet Earth.

The Spin has Changed

The Spin has Changed

You may have noticed that things feel slightly different. They may even look a bit different. There has been a subtle but distinct shift.

Recently I asked my team to explain what was happening, as many of my clients have also detected a shift as well. Some feel it as a huge sigh of relief, while others feel completely lost and beat up. This is to be expected, as we are all in different stages of our soul growth and development. The mind may want to compare or categorize, but this does us little good. We each are on our own journey, with our own history, understandings, and contracts.

My team explained what is happening by saying that the spin of our cells has changed. They showed me a human body with the internal spin going in one direction, then recently shifting to spin in the other direction.

They showed me that within the human form, our traumas, diseases, and misaligned thoughts and patterns could not convert to a new spin. They stayed spinning the old way.

I saw an image of the body as a whole spinning one way and all of our “stuff” spinning the other way. The result is that anything not spinning the new way is forced to rise to the surface. It can hide no longer.

What this can look like are physical issues, sometimes multiple ones showing themselves. Some are finding that they are being faced with significant health issues. They were always there, possibly dormant, but now have risen to the top to be seen and taken care of. With this comes the challenge of our beliefs regarding the medical system. Those that are strictly Western medicine may find themselves feeling disenfranchised, and seek alternative measures. Those that are strictly alternative may find that they are forced to seek Western medical assistance.

(Please note that not all the aches and pains or ascension symptoms, some are warning signs that something is wrong within the body.)

It is not only the physical misalignments that are rising but the insecurities, shame, guilt, and traumas we hold. These literally cannot be carried into the new. We are all being challenged to not only “see” our stuff but heal and move beyond it. Until we are able to do that, we will continue to experience discord in our forms and in our reality.

Misaligned beliefs and programming will also be shown to us. We each have a choice to align them to the heart-centered truth, or double down on how we think it should be. Flexibility in all things is key. Anywhere that we have hard-lined beliefs will be challenged.

My team said that some will choose to leave this incarnation as all that is coming to the surface is simply too much. We may also see more people mentally struggle, and with this, an uptick in domestic violence, road rage, gun violence, etc. Not enough people have adequate tools to work through, shift, and heal all that was deeply hidden within. Compassion for others and for self will be our greatest strength, as I am sure we will all have our moments of “losing it” to some degree.

After this conversation with my team, I had an interesting dream:

My youngest was running for some political office. She is now 14 and so incredibly different than her 20-something sisters. She thinks, perceives, and acts differently. What motivates her is also completely different. In many ways, she is a normal teen just trying to make it through puberty, but the difference is palatable in other ways.

In the dream, she and other candidates were scheduled to meet with the press. I looked at the others, and they had speeches prepared, posters, and advisers. My daughter only had her father and me. She was sitting quietly, waiting her turn.

I was immediately like ~ Oh my God, she hasn’t done anything she needs to do to run a successful campaign! To my perception, it was as if she was making half an effort. I looked at her and said, “Why haven’t you done these things? Don’t you want to win the office?” I even said to her, “ You are brilliant, but you are being lazy.”

She said nothing to me but stared into me with her blue-green eyes with a look of “mom is an idiot.” If you have teens, you know this look, lol. I was so frustrated.

Then my husband approaches all excited and says Maddie has the lead at 33%; the next highest candidate is only at 12% of the vote! My daughter looks at me and gives me a small smile. Even in the dream, I understood the significance of 33 and started to laugh.

I woke from the dream still chuckling, and I heard my highest aspect clearly say, “What was the way no longer will work. Everything will need to be seen through fresh eyes and with a fresh heart. Let the old way go. Nothing will be the same, and when it is judged by the old standards, it will always be seen as lacking. Yet it is exactly as it should be.”

I sat with that message, and I can see how the old way versus the new will clash. We are being challenged to set ourselves free from how we think things should be, and allow them to shift gracefully. The more we let go and focus on the new, the faster we will move through this monumental shift.
