The multiverse is teaming with life. And because we make war upon each other, rather than being invited to be a part of it, Earth has been quarantined.
The universal councils that decide these matters don’t want other planets to become “infected” with our militancy and desire for conquest. We’re told by the Council of Angels and Pleiadian Council:
“Earth after this reset [Ascension] will no longer be a quarantined planet and will come back into the Galactic fold, with representatives from Earth serving on Intergalactic Councils and participating on a Galactic level, as [has] never before [been] done … as a planet.” (1) …
Matthew Ward quoted our universal council last year saying that it had determined that the time of the reign of darkness upon Planet Earth had now ended:
“Universal councils that set standards for civilizations’ interactions would not sanction killing 90 percent of Earth’s population, an Illuminati goal of longstanding. They [the Illuminati] cannot have a third world war—they started WWI and II and made vast fortunes by selling war machinery to both sides in both wars—and they cannot fabricate and release more lethal viruses.
“The councils hold that the reign of darkness on the planet is over for once and for all.” (2)
The Council of Angels and Pleiadian Council tell us what will follow our planetary “reset”:
“This successful reset of Earth will then spur the domino effect of the upgrading of all the other systems in the universe… so you see, your planet plays a vital role in the Divine Plan for All and is an important Intergalactic member who will now be openly welcomed into the Intergalactic Councils with great ‘fanfare,’ joy and welcome from all the other members.
“Your planet is becoming a ‘grown-up’ and maturing from its infancy stage and coming out of the darkness of quarantine which has lasted a very long ‘time.'” (1)
Until now, we’ve never stopped our endless wars. But Ascension will change all that. Ascension will permanently open our hearts to the experience of a higher-dimensional love that will transform our being. Thereafter no thoughts of conquest or harm to another would arise in our minds.
We’re preparing for that event now. (3)
Universal councils meeting somewhere. Galactic federations patrolling the universe. Life forms imported from other planetary systems for their loyalty and intelligence – like dogs and whales from Sirius, for example. Even we came from the stars. We’re living in a small corner of a very big and interactive multiverse.
And after this adventure is all over, we take on our next soul contract helping another civilization to ascend (apparently we’re an Ascension team). (4)

The phrase “Build a team so strong that anyone that sees [it] doesn’t know who the boss is” speaks to the essence of true leadership and the collective power of a unified, harmonious group. At its core, this statement is a call to transcend the traditional hierarchical structures that often define organizations, and instead, foster an environment where leadership is not about title or authority, but about influence, collaboration, and shared purpose.
The True Nature of Leadership
In many conventional settings, leadership is often associated with control, command, and the visible presence of a singular figure who guides the team. However, this perspective can be limiting. True leadership is not about exerting power over others, but about empowering them to find and express their own strengths. A strong team is one where every member is valued, where their unique contributions are recognized, and where the collective intelligence and spirit of the group guide its direction.
When a team is so well-aligned, so deeply connected in purpose and vision, the need for a visible “boss” diminishes. The team’s strength lies in its unity, its shared commitment to the goal, and the mutual respect that flows among its members. Leadership, in this context, becomes a fluid role that any team member can embody, depending on the situation and need. It’s not about one person leading the others, but about everyone leading together, each taking the helm when their particular expertise or insight is required.
The Power of Collective Intelligence
The phrase also hints at the power of collective intelligence—the idea that a group of individuals, when working in harmony, can achieve far more than any single person could. In such a team, decisions are made not by a single authoritative figure, but through the combined wisdom and experience of all its members. This creates an environment where innovation thrives, where ideas are freely exchanged, and where solutions are co-created.
When a team operates at this level, the question of “who is the boss?” becomes irrelevant. What matters is not who is in charge, but how effectively the team can come together to solve problems, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. The strength of the team is visible in their actions, their outcomes, and their ability to move as one cohesive unit, rather than on the directive of any single individual.
Ego Dissolution and the Essence of Unity
At a deeper, more profound level, this concept challenges the egoic structures that often dominate our understanding of leadership and success. In a society that frequently glorifies the individual—the CEO, the leader, the star performer—this idea invites us to dissolve the ego and to embrace the collective. It’s an acknowledgment that true success is not about standing out, but about standing together.
In such a team, the ego of each member is set aside in favor of the greater good. The focus shifts from individual achievement to collective success, from personal recognition to shared accomplishment. This dissolution of ego allows for a deeper connection between team members, fostering trust, loyalty, and a sense of belonging that is far more powerful than any external reward.
Hermetic Principles and the Collective Consciousness
From a Hermetic perspective, this idea resonates with the principle of Correspondence—“As above, so below; as within, so without.” Just as the universe operates as a unified whole, with every part interconnected and interdependent, so too should a team function. Each member reflects the whole, and the whole reflects each member. There is no need for a singular boss because the collective consciousness of the team governs its actions.
The team becomes a microcosm of a harmonious universe, where every part works in perfect synchrony with the others.
The Invisible Leader
The ultimate goal of building such a team is to create what can be termed as invisible leadership. Here, the leader’s influence is not seen but felt, not spoken but understood. The leader is present in the culture, the values, and the ethos of the team, not in their overt actions or commands. The leader becomes like the air—essential, yet unseen; supportive, yet intangible.
In this way, the team reflects the highest ideals of unity and collaboration. To an outside observer, the team appears as a singular, powerful entity, moving with purpose and precision, without any visible sign of who might be directing them. The leadership is embedded within the very fabric of the team, so seamlessly integrated that it becomes indistinguishable from the team itself.
Conclusion: A Symphony of Unity
In essence, “Build a team so strong that anyone that sees [it] doesn’t know who the boss is” is a profound statement about the nature of leadership, unity, and collective power. It invites us to rethink our conventional ideas of authority and success, to embrace a model where leadership is shared, where the collective is celebrated, and where the ego dissolves into the greater good. It calls for the creation of a symphony, where every instrument plays its part so beautifully and harmoniously that the conductor’s hand is invisible, yet the music that emerges is transcendent.
This is the essence of true strength—a team so united, so aligned in purpose and action, that it moves as one, with a power and grace that surpasses the sum of its parts.
Divine Mother: What is the new foundation upon which Nova Earth is built?
It is the 13 Blessings and Virtues [the divine qualities] that we gifted you so long ago. This is the core of everything you will value and bring forth in the new reality. This is the foundation of what you create and co-create with us. (1)
If we’re asking ourselves what our mission is, not all of us have access to a medium to find out from the One we serve, but here the Mother reveals the more general mission we all have: To live from the divine qualities.
I know my missions. To be a communicator of truth, love, and peace; later, a humanitarian philanthropist; later still, a liaison between our star family and us, wherever a liaison is needed. Then I get discharged for 200 years. Then it’s on to the next Ascension, with many of you. (2)
We’re an Ascension team. (3) As Sanat Kumara said, this is not our first rodeo.
Sanat Kumara: Oh yes. We are old friends. There are some, what would you call them, newbies upon the planet and they have mostly traveled from various sectors of the universe, but most of us, my friends…we have been at this in and out of various forms for a long time. No, you have this saying upon your planet, “This is not our first rodeo.” (4)

To ascend is to love. To ascend is to expand. To ascend is to be like God.
To love and be like God in all the other ways of the divine qualities is to constantly refine, expand, ascend. It is the purification phase that the ancient sages spoke about (purification, concentration, illumination).
Don’t forget we’re all angels. Not once upon a time. No, now. The Divine Mother is clear on the matter:
Divine Mother: Let me be clear. There is not one being – human, starseed, hybrid or earthkeeper – that is not one of my Angelic Beings. And it matters not whether you belong to the Legion of Michael or the Tribe of Uriel, the Praisers of Metatron or the Truth Speakers of Gabrielle. It does not matter your colour, your hue. You are my Angels, birthed from my being – birthed not only from my womb, but from my heart. (5)
I hear you saying but she must mean we were originally angels – long ago, not now.
No, no. No wiggle room. Michael is precise:
Archangel Michael: At this interception moment of ascension and shift, all present upon the planet, from what has been judged as the most egregious to the most saintly, are angelics. (6)
From what we consider the most egregious to the most saintly. What’s to misunderstand? On another occasion he said:
Archangel Michael: To use your phraseology, there are no day laborers on Earth at this time. None. Now, do you realize what I am saying to you? That the mother who sits by the brazier burner in India or walks the Kalahari in Africa or dances in the street in Rio all have chosen to congregate on this magnificent planet, Gaia, at this time? …
So, yes. You have gathered from far and wide, seraphs, archangels, those from the Outer Forces, the Inner Forces. It is a gathering the magnitude of which you are just glimpsing. (7)
The Mother sent all angels so that the newness and challenges of this ground-breaking Ascension would not overtax the ones ascending. Michael declares it here:
AAM: The angelic abilities, are present in the human race, in the individual human form at this time, so that the leap into Nova Being is in fact not as great as it might have been in other ages. (8)
Is possessiveness arising? Keep in mind: This planet was originally designed to be a place where angels could come and experience love. Says Jesus:
Jesus: Often we have talked to you, and particularly my beloved Mother has talked to you, about the creation of this wonderful planet of Gaia and how it was created as a planet of Love and a planet of peace, my friends. …
In the very creation and the essence of this mighty being called Gaia was the formation of a place, a physical experience of such diversity and incredible beauty that the angels would come and play here and know what it was to have a physical experience of Love. (9)
We angels are native to this planet. Yes, we who are incarnated right now. You…. Me…. All of us….
We’re all its native inhabitants. We’re called the Creator Race. (10) The Mother exhorts us:
Divine Mother: Go forth…each of you…as Nova Beings, as Creator Race, as angels in form, as hybrids in form, as portals and gatekeepers and Earthkeepers. It matters not, beloveds, how you identify yourselves or even how you are identified throughout the multiverse, the omniverse. (11)
None of us owns the Earth. There’s a Hindu joke that God laughs when a man says “I own this property. This property is mine.” We own nothing as we’ll see when we transition (if we do) (12) and try to take it with us! We all hold our property in stewardship to the Mother.

So what do we go to this spiritual university called Earth for? What did the Mother say? To learn to think, feel, and be the divine qualities.
She’s the Queen Bee. She directs the overall action. And she sends us to build Nova Earth on the basis of the extension of the divine qualities which she herself possesses and shares freely and consistently.
She wishes us to design, build, and live from the divine qualities. She wants us to imbue the products of our work or our services with those same qualities.
Listen. I know what lethargy feels like. I’ve actually seen lethargy blanket my intention and remove it from consideration, as I shared with you at the time. (13)
We need to rouse ourselves from our lethargy now. We call that “awakening”; it’s a different way of seeing the subject.
We need to shake off our lethargy, begin communicating, begin organizing, begin acting – all on the basis of the divine qualities. That’s the one assignment all of us share.
If you say to yourself, what do I do if or when I awaken? There’s always communicating. Begin finding your tribe online and start communicating. That’s easy to do. Let the hive be abuzz as hives should be.
We’re all of us natives – native inhabitants of Planet Earth, native angels, Earth’s Creator Race. We have the opportunity to bind up the wounds that other generations have created.

When Michael says “Creator Race,” exactly what kind of being were they … uh, are they … uhhhh, are we?
Steve: Exactly who is the Creator Race? It’s transcendental beings, is that correct?
Archangel Michael: It is beings that assumed a humanoid form with what you can think of as full awareness; so not with the limitations, the blinkers, that the current race of humans have. …
I’d never thought of an “ascension team” until Archangel Michael told me what happens after this Ascension.

The implication is that I – and there must be others – are part of a team that goes from one Ascension to another. Interesting.
My ears pricked up further the first time I heard Mira of the Pleiadian High Council call us an “Ascension team.” Here she is doing so in 2023:
Mira: We are grateful to you for all that you’ve done, being the best of the very best of ascension teams. You are the chosen ones and you are deeply loved and appreciated throughout all of creation. (3)
Sanat Kumara, universal logos, told us this was not our first rodeo. He said:

And what is our job as members of an Ascension team – or ground crew, as Mira calls us?
“What do you have to do now, ground crew? Hold the light. Pay attention. Watch the skies. Follow your heart. Create new dreams. Have compassion for everyone. Release fear and choose love. Be in your truth. Help others. Share. Be in nature. Enjoy animals. Let go of what no longer serves you. Stay in the present. Be patient. Look for magic and miracles. Feel the well-being that is here now and continue to improve upon it. Take good care of yourselves.” (5)
We are the change agents and the change drivers, Archangel Gabriel tells us:
“Many of you think that the change is happening to you, but we would beg to differ. It is the collective of humanity that is driving the change on your planet right now.
“You are the ones who are creating the change. You are the ones who are shifting and transmuting energies. You are the ones who are anchoring the energies on your planet. Yo”u are the ones supporting the grid. You are the ones who are choosing the change. You are the ground crew! (6)
Some regions of Earth are in need of emergency action, Mira says. That should be our focus:
“Right now, there is too much suffering on the earth. This needs to stop! The planet is polarized and needs unification. The ground crew must be unified and powered up with the light of creation to neutralize the destruction. You have endured long enough and now it is time to bring in the energies of heaven to earth. This is the main focus!” (7)
We’re accustomed to thinking of lightworkers as the leaven in the loaf. We may also be the preservative and the fiber, what the Federation of Light calls the steadfastness and the balance:
“Although much has been assisted behind the scenes by us and many … it is ultimately up to the ground crew to bring about the steadfastness and the balance.” (8)
Whatever else is so, we’re here for and part of the greatest show on Earth, as Mira reminds us:
“There has never been anything like what is going on with the Earth right now. You are breaking all records of history from throughout the ages. We are keeping meticulous records and notes about how this is being done. Rest assured that the greatest minds and forces of light in every form of being, are completely in charge of this process. You are a part of this force of light, ground crew. (9)
Meticulous records and notes because other star civilizations will go through the same process as we have and will value knowing our experience.
The Divine Mother reminds us that the next phase of our evolution after Ascension will involve working with our star family, as the import and impact of our ground-breaking Ascension ripples out into the multiverse:
Divine Mother: Many of you have come to work with your star brothers and sisters, because, do not forget, we know the attention in the moment is on the Ascension and the completion of this wondrous, wondrous anchoring of love.
But the next phase, dear heart, is the ripple effect out into my universes. So many of you will be focused on working with your star brothers and sisters and the next Ascension. (10)
“So many of you will be focused on working with your star brothers and sisters and the next Ascension.” We’re a team that specializes in Ascensions. I rest my case.
Mira asks us to relax in the Creator’s love, knowing that our star family has the bases covered:
“Again, the Earth has taken on splendorous light as the dark forces are being dissolved and removed. Even though change is rampant while the old material world falls away, there is love in the air. This accelerated love and light is a cushion for you as the change continues to grow. Rely upon these news energies and rest in the comfort of love coming from the Creator. We have it covered, ground crew. We are one.” (11)
We are one in our love for each other. If we rest in and share that love with each other, all the rest, I believe, will follow and flow naturally.
