For some of the Ascending it may seem that a great deal of unresolved issues have arisen, suppressed emotions and neglected aspects of the self have been opened, possibly bringing up inner child wounds, the shadow self, karmic attachments and recurring cycles into focus.

During moments of stillness like meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep, the ascending are processing and resolving unleashed inner darkness. This process can lead to a temporary increase of exhaustion.

As energy flows through the Heart, Base, and Solar Plexus Chakras, emotions, triggers, and memories may resurface. corresponding symptoms may manifest. Additionally unexpected individuals from the past such as ex relationships, past friends, or family members, may reappear in random dreams, unexpected occurrences or memories. This is the clearing of deeper aspects at play stemming from the subconscious recesses in the mind set. These encounters reveal the depth of trapped energy as well as past traumas spanning generations, childhood, and negative societal issues.

The Ascending are consciously allowing suppressed aspects of the Self to now be expressed. Releasing residual elements of the mind e.g anger, disillusionment, dissatisfaction, disappointments, sadness, regret, negative thinking and shadow aspects may arise for further release.

This is a time for dissolving attachments to outcomes, completing karmic cycles, and tying up loose ends as many ascending now expand into new conscious living . There is profound depth to this next chapter, it will consist in final 3D mind releasing experiences. This directly activates self in 5D quantum based alignments, merging with higher self activates a much higher conscious awareness, this leads to higher opportunities. Quality experiences and boundless potential and possibilities.

Throughout their past life experiences , Starseeds have been guided by a sense of spiritual duty and conformity to societal expectations. Yet this unending cycle of compliance has often led to disillusionment and dissatisfaction among those souls striving for higher self ascension.

There is an incredible and remarkable shift Occurring in the collective ascending consciousness. The Ascending will reunite with their light seeded family, as many ascending light-beings will soon make their announcements and presence known to us. The Ascending on this planet are at the very forefront of these major changes to come.

Each of the Ascending have the potential to rise from their exisiting place and expand into higher conscious 5D living , each one will reach a point where they can no longer follow blindly or remain in stagnation. This shift out of 3D conscious linear living is a fundamental part of the awakening to self’s true identity.

Ascension Progress: Many are transitioning into higher conscious dimensions and the bar has been raised for the nonphysical aspects of life. Healing was vital and necessary to create space for 5D conscious living, no longer surviving but thriving instead. Letting go was essential for moving forward into transcendent experiences. Awakening to other realities greatly expanded the possibilities for new earth life.

Some of the Ascending may find themselves in a space between what was, what is, and what will be. This is a culmination of everything the Self is cognising and integrating into the being. Remaining grounded in gratitude as we witness the extraordinary ways ascending life unfolds.

Closure is arriving for many in the way of challenging lessons. Starseeds are on the verge of overcoming some of their greatest challenges in life. Dissolving what has plagued the self for far too long.

Before significant shifts occur life can feel frustrating and overwhelming for a time. The old may feel constricting, while the new is yet to be fully birthed . This is a sacred passage that holds the highest potential for aligned outcomes in life.

The ascending will receive revitalised frequencies in the month of October, this will propel Self into brand new earth timelines and new levels of undiscovered creativity , different ways of thinking and being.

Life on our earth plane operates in polarity; moving forward in new earth’s ascending consciousness activates new life experiences and amplifies opportunities .

One of the greatest discoveries on the ascension path is understanding that energy is never a one way experience. As consciousness expands, many begin to realise that every thought, intention, emotion, and action exists within a larger energetic structure that is constantly responding to itself.

Throughout creation, energy often expresses through complementary forces, appearing as giving and receiving, expansion and contraction, action and response. As humanity awakens to higher states of consciousness, this principle becomes increasingly apparent. What you send into the collective field does not just leave you, it becomes part of a living exchange that also influences your own energetic state.

This is why compassion, love, forgiveness, and kindness become such powerful tools during ascension. When you consciously offer these frequencies to another , you are not only affecting their experience, but also transforming your own.

The act of sending compassion creates an energetic movement that naturally returns to its point of origin. Your body, mind, and higher self recognise the frequency you are embodying, and in response, your own field begins to harmonise with it. What many perceive as feeling lighter, more peaceful, or more healed is not just an emotional reaction, it is the reflection of the energy they have chosen to express.

As ascension accelerates, many are learning that healing is not always achieved by focusing solely on the self, healing occurs through becoming a vessel for the very qualities the world needs most. When you extend love, you strengthen love within.

When you offer forgiveness, you loosen the grip of self judgment within your own consciousness. When you share compassion, your own heart expands and heals. This is part of the deeper mechanics of ascension, the understanding that separation is an illusion, and that every frequency you embody becomes a frequency you experience.

The energetic mirror extends beyond personal reflections and also relates to the collective energetic field that humanity continuously emits. Sensitive souls often perceive and absorb emotional debris, fear, anxiety, and discordant energies from the outer world, mistaking them as their own.

This is why energetic awareness and spiritual discernment are important on the ascension journey. Visualising yourself within a protective, transparent bubble of divine light helps maintain energetic sovereignty, allowing love and wisdom to flow freely while preventing lower frequencies from penetrating your field.

Also remaining mindful of the accumulation of collective energies, regularly clearing and grounding the self as not everything you feel originates from within. The collective mindset can influence thoughts, emotions, and perceptions, making it necessary to distinguish between your authentic inner guidance and energies that have been unconsciously absorbed from the surrounding environment. Through conscious awareness, you can honour the lessons of the energetic mirror while remaining centered in your own truth and frequency.

The energetic mirror is one of the most profound teachers on the ascension path. It reflects every aspect of the inner world, not just the strengths, and inner light, but also the reflection of duality, the unhealed wounds, hidden fears, and unresolved patterns. Every person who enters our life will serves as a reflection of something within, offering opportunities for deeper awareness and healing.

When the same type of relationship, challenge, or personality continues to appear repeatedly, it is the Universe revealing an aspect of the self that is still seeking resolution, these recurring experiences are not punishments or bad luck, they are recognised as sacred mirrors guiding us toward higher self understanding.

As we heal what is unresolved within, the reflection changes, and the self begins to attract people and experiences that resonate with the transformed inner frequency, embodying the conscious knowing, growth, wisdom, and alignment that has been developed from within.

The ascending soul gradually discovers that consciousness operates like a mirror. The energies you radiate outward become part of the reality you inhabit inwardly. In a world that has long been conditioned by fear and division, choosing compassion is more than a spiritual practice, it is an act of energetic transformation.

The more you anchor higher frequencies within and extend them to others, the more those same frequencies become established within your own field. In this way, ascension is not just about receiving more light.

The symptoms of this major planetary shift are not disturbances but refinements of consciousness. They are signs that awareness is rising beyond survival-based perception and entering a state aligned with higher truth.

For those walking a conscious ascension path, the symptoms of awakening are often experienced as waves of energetic recalibration moving through the body and consciousness.

The ascending may feel periods of deep fatigue followed by sudden surges of clarity, the system is shedding dense layers and integrating higher frequencies. Sleep can become vivid and symbolic, with intense dreams or early morning awakenings that carry deeper insight.

There may be sensations of pressure at the crown, tingling along the spine, warmth in the heart center, or subtle vibrations throughout the body as energy centers activate and align. Emotional releases arise unexpectedly, past self memories surfacing to be witnessed and cleared without the same judgment and attachment as before.

Sensitivity increases, not only to sound and light, but to environments, food, and the emotional states of others, reflecting a more accelerating energetic field. Time may feel distorted, manifestations may appear quickly, and synchronicities may multiply, reinforcing the sense of being guided.

Above all, there is often an expanding inner stillness beneath the surface fluctuations, a growing awareness that self’s identity is shifting from personality to authentic presence, from separation to unity, as the ascending integrate more of their multidimensional nature into human physical form.

This ascension-based shift is less about escaping the world and more about perceiving it through an expanded field of unity, coherence, and creative responsibility.

A stronger sense of compassion begins to emerge naturally. It is no longer forced or moralistic. It arises because separation starts dissolving. You feel others as extensions of the same life force that animates you.

Sensitivity heightens and increases, but it does not weaken you. Instead, it strengthens your capacity to hold space without absorbing chaos. Compassion becomes intelligent. You understand pain without being consumed by it, and you respond rather than react.

The loss of fear does not mean recklessness. It means the nervous system is no longer governed by constant threat perception. Old survival programs lose their grip. Fear may still appear, but it no longer dictates your identity or decisions.

There is a growing inner certainty that you are supported by something much greater than circumstance. This creates calm courage. You move forward not because you are guaranteed outcomes, but because you trust in your alignment.

The loss of polarity of judgment follows naturally. The mind stops dividing reality into rigid categories of right and wrong, good and bad. Instead, you begin to see spectrum, process, and evolution. This does not eliminate discernment, it refines it. You can recognise harmful behaviours without condemning the being behind it. Duality dissolves. Paradox becomes tolerable. You understand that growth often moves through contrast.

Adaptability becomes effortless. Resistance decreases. You are less attached to fixed identities, plans, and narratives. Change no longer feels like a threat to stability because stability is sourced internally. When circumstances shift, you adjust without collapsing. This flexibility is raising ascension consciousness. It reflects alignment with flow rather than control.

Acceptance of light and dark deepens your integration. You stop trying to dissect parts of the self that do not match your spiritual ideals. Instead, you bring awareness into shadow aspects. This integration creates wholeness. You recognise that darkness is often unprocessed pain, and light is expanded awareness. Both exist within the evolutionary field. When you stop rejecting one, you embody and express more authentic light.

The power to create reality becomes more apparent. Thoughts carry tremendous weight. Emotions generate momentum. You begin to notice how inner states shape outer experiences. Responsibility increases alongside this awareness. Victim narratives weaken because you see your participation in energetic exchange. Creation becomes conscious rather than accidental. You learn to align belief, emotion, and action with intention.

Rapid manifestation of intention often follows.

As inner resistance dissolves and coherence increases, the time between intention and physical reflection shortens. Synchronicities increase. Opportunities appear unexpectedly. This is resonance. When your internal frequency stabilises, external conditions reorganise to match it more quickly.

A purpose to be of service to others becomes intrinsic. It is not based in sacrifice or obligation. It emerges from inner fullness. As consciousness expands, personal ambition shifts toward collective elevation. You feel drawn to uplift, teach, heal, create, preserve and protect. Service becomes a natural expression of alignment rather than a role you force yourself to play.

All of these symptoms point toward a reorientation of identity. The self moves from isolated individual to conscious participation in a living field of interconnected intelligence.

Ascension is not about leaving the human experience. It is about inhabiting it with expanded awareness, grounded presence, and embodied love.

IT IS TIME TO REGENERATE, REVITALISE AND INTEGRATE THE SHIFTS. Many can still feel the after effects of the recent lions gate transformational portal. Others ascending are feeling extremely tired and fatigued. It is time to revitalise and regenerate, integrating this shift as well as the after effects.

Your ascension path is unfolding. Stepping through this gateway to expand your consciousness and awaken to higher truths. Spiritual Awareness, New Horizons, Conscious Elevation.

The light of truth dispels confusion, offering clarity and insight. Following its guidance to uncover deeper wisdom within, illumination, Revealing Wisdom, Inner Knowing.

Many have received DNA activations/upgrades, high frequency energy and light codes are pouring into our systems. We have reached higher levels of consciousness. We are clearing eons of dense low frequency energy out of our systems and the planet/ our solar system. We are clearing duality and opening up to oneness.

The higher the ascending elevate in consciousness the more tired they may temporarily feel. The light/love/high frequency energy is not easy for the density in physical bodies.

You have a team of higher Light supporting your pursuit of a purposeful life. To fully embrace this new beginning, we can clear any core seed points and rejection wounds and attain mastery over external forces. Embody awakening wisdom, committing confidently to your journey, and leaving the past behind, moving ahead with the support of your Spirit Light team.

Expect major light body activations this week as incoming plasma energies soon arrive. As a result, many are experiencing physical symptoms like cold and flu, headaches, and dizziness due to chakra blocks. These symptoms may be related to deep ancestral and karmic baggage that need to be cleared to heal past wounds. We are also experiencing strong geomagnetic storms at this time .

Operating at a higher frequency means you may trigger many people, as connecting with your higher self means being a mirror for others. The path of showing people what they have been running away from can be difficult for them to face, and they may become offended because they don’t want their illusions destroyed.

It’s always helpful to remember that everyone is on their own journey, and it’s not our work to force them to see what they are not ready to face. We focus on our own personal Ascension, evolution and growth, we lead by example with truth , love, compassion, and understanding.

As we shift into Virgo Season, there will be a heightened mental energy to connect with the third eye telepathically. It is possible to Now receive spiritual messages and signs during this time, and some may feel guided to relocate and travel.

Starseed / Light workers who are already fully engaged in their soul work, are currently operating on memory as a significant part of them are receiving profound healings and powerful new abilities in different dimensions, healing realms. In 2 days we start a new solar year, the Equinox is March 20. This is a very important Equinox and not just because it features Venus and Mercury retrograde, and is right in the middle of 2 eclipses.

We are moving between stress and success, between the density of 3D and creative force of 5D, being shaken from our lethargy and pulled from polarity into duality.

The 4D bridge is either a very attractive option or it's a 'no go zone'.

So many options but really only one choice - do you move along the Ascension path into 5d living or stay in 3D and continue to heal, integrate, align, and stay in karma cycles.

And the choice isn't obvious because it means big changes to how we live, who we live with, who is in our inner circle and who is not going to be part of our lives any more.

It is stressful and exciting at the same time.

Our energy field is stretched to the max and our emotions are in a battle with our intention.

What is the final outcome in this final countdown to our new solar year?

This is the first solar year with Pluto in Aquarius, a real watershed moment for us.

It is also the last one with Neptune in Pisces as it ends its 14 year Pisces placement.

Our Ascension path is changing course and we have to be ready for this monumental change.

A lot is changing in these next few days and weeks. Are you ready? I am!

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We know that humanity is on an ascension path, but not everyone within your collective knows that and experiences it along with those of you who are awake. It is okay that they don’t know. Everyone must be given their free will, their ability to choose which version of reality they focus upon and which future they are creating for themselves. Therefore, you need not lament the fact that not everyone knows that humanity is ascending. We do not because we see the perfection of where everyone is and what everyone is choosing, and we invite you to do the same. We invite you not to worry about your friends and relatives who are not awake yet.

And we want you to know that there are very spiritual people, very kind-hearted, loving, compassionate people, who know nothing of this ascension, and yet, they are doing just fine at living their lives in a more fifth-dimensional way. And so, you see it’s not about what you know or what you believe. These are not as important as people who are awake might think they are. It is lovely that you know who you really are and that you are ascending, but ultimately what matters most is how you are living your life, what thoughts and feelings you are experiencing and what and perspectives you are taking on your life circumstances.

How you see other people also matters, and so you do not need to think of anyone who is asleep as someone who is unaware. They may be at times more aware of what their vibration is than you are, even though they have no name for it. There is much to be gained from interacting with every single person that you share planet Earth with at this time. Therefore, do not believe that you have to be having to be interacting with other awakened humans in order to have a meaningful conversation that expands your consciousness and illuminates a new path for you. There are lots of very wise humans out there who are not spiritually awake.

You have the advantage of being awake, and it helps you to make peace with a lot of what is going on there on Earth to have that knowing inside of you that we are all ascending. But it doesn’t mean that everyone else who is not awake yet is unfortunate. They are living the lives that are perfect for them to be living, and you can bless each and every one of them, love each and every one of them, and have compassion for each and every one of them. Everyone is an aspect of Source, and you can treat everyone in that way to demonstrate your knowing that you are in fact an aspect of Source yourself.

Be happy that you chose to awaken in this lifetime, and know that everything you do will help others to awaken, and everything that you know will help others once they do awaken. You are there to lead the way and to help where help is needed, but you do not need to force your knowing onto anyone else in order to help them. You will see more awakenings occurring in large numbers in this year, and that is exciting, and we invite you to get excited about that, because we certainly are, and we know that everyone will awaken in the perfect timing for them and in the perfect way. So do not take that responsibility on for yourselves. Just continue to live your lives as awakened souls.

WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss shining your Light brightly.

You are a beautiful Being of Light. You carry within you a bright beacon of Light that transcends the ages. It has always been who you are.

With the incoming energies, shining your Light brightly is more important than ever. You can serve as a lighthouse and a beacon to many who are seeking to find their way.

You are a beacon of hope and inspiration. Because you are aware of your direct connection to Source, you carry a strong energy of hope and inspiration. You carry an energy that transcends the third-dimension perspective. Your energy is of a higher dimension.

At this higher level your energy carries a quality of clarity. It is pure and clear. It transmutes clouded perspectives and allows you to perceive with clarity the presenting energy. With this clarity you can determine your own direction.

When this occurs, you transmit this perspective to others. You clear the energy so that others can see clearly and make their own decisions according to their perspective. You are not seeking to influence. You are merely clearing the energy of any impurities.

Having a clear energy field is very important for humanity as it moves forward on the ascension path.

To be part of this process, it is very important to keep your own energy field and Light clear.

There are several ways you may wish to consider to maintain this clarity.

The first is to remember that you are part of the great Oneness. All of Creation is part of Source. Each part of Creation contains a Spark of the Divine. This establishes a common bond with each Being.

This awareness leads to a desire for highest good for all. You want the best for all of humanity.

At this level you have great clarity and empathy. You can more easily release resentments and differences and practice forgiveness. You realize that this not only clears your own energy field but also that of the collective because All Is One. There is no separation of energy. What affects one affects all.

With this awareness the feeling of Divine Love allows you to release any feelings of separation and to embrace Oneness.

You begin to focus on the ways that all Beings are alike rather than on differences. You realize that all Beings want to be loved, understood, and appreciated. It is all encompassed in Divine Love.

The more you focus on Divine Love, the higher your frequency will rise and the more brightly your Light will shine.

You may wish to spend some time each day focusing on your heart center. Feel the Love in your Divine Spark. As you rest in this energy, the Love permeates every part of your Being. Each cell is radiating pure Light. As you continue to focus on it, your Light will increase in brilliance.

This allows you to be a beacon of hope wherever you are. You can be a source of encouragement and calm simply by shining your Light.

It encourages those around you, and it ripples throughout the multidimensions.

You are helping all of Creation to rise to a higher level.

Beloved One, you are making great progress on your Ascension path and each moment offers a new opportunity to create a new reality.

Often times, the third dimensional Illusion Matrix occupies the majority of human minds.

These thoughts are often about future or past experiences.

Usually they begin as a general thought and then, gain fast momentum with specifics and details, causing the emotional body to get into a stressful, sad or some other negative state.

With that, the Illusion has a stronger hold on humans again.

The question is then, how does one cut the ties to the 3D Illusion Matrix to enter a higher dimension and a more peaceful reality?

We would like to offer you a little exercise:

Whenever you are going to sleep and in the first moments upon awakening in the morning, instead of thinking about the upcoming day with all the activities, begin to create a different thought pattern.

This thought pattern contains the framework of Source/God.

Source/God’s reality is filled with all good things and experiences, and is exceeding your biggest dreams.

It is your Divine Inheritance in regard to Peace, Love, Abundance, Health and Wellbeing that awaits you in this reality.

So, instead of giving your expectations and thoughts to the Illusion, you can choose to give them to Source/God’s Reality.

Here is how:

Before you go to sleep and upon waking in the morning, simply say and feel:

“I give this day to Source/God.”

You can use any term that resonates with “Source/God.”

Try not to think of any specifics and only about the unconditional Love of Source/God.

Whenever your mind wants to go to the Illusion experience of stress, survival, business and so forth, interrupt the thought with the mantra above.

We invite you to do this every night, every morning and throughout the day as needed.

This is forging a new path to the higher dimensions/Heaven on Earth.

Why don’t we all come together right now, in this moment, and make a pact. Let us make a pact that this is the first moment of your ascended existence, that this is the beginning of a deepening of the path that you hadn’t found before.

Yes, often you turned to theory, you turned to what you had been taught, but let us now say that everything that has happened to you in the life that came before this moment, is now integrated. This means that no longer shall karma find a space in your reality. No longer shall reactions be the result of actions. No longer shall you allow yourself to be fooled and tricked by that, which, you call your ‘memory’. Let us make this pact, that this is the beginning of a new way of life, that whatever came before you will now finalize, as you will prepare for the years ahead, for the Ascension of All Matter, which is an inevitable individual process, and a global process, and for the world that awaits you after that.

Because, Imzaia, when I started talking through this body many years ago, when I started the class that you know as the ‘Mastering the Grand Illusions Series’ I spoke from a point that you considered the future. This has been said often, that I projected myself inward to your reality from the past, but outward to your reality from what you consider the future. The past would be considered the fluid Lemuria; the future would be considered New Earth.

This vague concept that all of you have carried with you throughout all of these years, that allowed you to grasp, and hold onto, your biggest dreams, dreams that today in this Earth you see shattered in front of you as everything is closing down in such a way that it can no longer be ignored. But I, Ekara, am here today to tell you: Celebrate the closing of the old and look forward to the opening of the new, because, Imzaia, you hold the key. Not only do you hold the key but you are the key-maker. You are the one that decides which lock gets turned and which door gets opened, for even if we exist on a timeline that is going towards Ascension of All Matter, and where many beings with us have worked on creating the perfect timeline, still the outcome of this timeline – albeit positive in every single way – is a fluid one.

The fluidity is a good thing, but not if it means that you allow others to create and fill in the blanks for you. In the two years that are ahead now, which is one of the reasons why this Sovereign Ascension Spectrum Technique is coming out, there are a lot of blanks that still need to be filled in, and you have trained yourselves, you have prepared yourselves throughout the ages, to make sure that you would be ready to take upon you that part, that responsibility.

While many Imzaia are now going ‘responsibility is not part of the Imzaia collective’, well yes, it is, and no, it isn’t. I am talking about the responsibility that comes with knowing that which is truth.

One of the things that happens with a being that learns about truth is the following: they become ambassadors for it. The reason why that happens is that as this truth begins to emerge from their lives, it becomes impossible to not share it through deeds, and actions, and words, and theories, and practice with others, to now step forward into a new space, which is your Sovereign Ascension Spectrum, where magic can take place at any given moment. That is why this message right now is for you. You listening to this in this moment, you are opening up once again to the magic in your life.

Did you know, Imzaia, that the world is a magical place? Did you know that miracles happen every second? I bet a part of you would say ‘yes’, but I also know that a big part of you doesn’t recognize these things, no matter where you are on the path today. It is my intent in opening up your Sovereign Ascension Spectrum in this introduction to it, to change this paradigm for you, once and for all. Magic does happen. Miracles are plentiful, and you are the one creating them, but do you understand what that means? It doesn’t mean that when you create something you necessarily see the end-result of it. Oh no! No. You are all creators of peace; you are all creators of beauty. You are all creators of expansion and of love and joy etc. Yet, these things do not always manifest in your life, and yet there is part of you that is always enabling these things to pour out, and to flow into the lives of either yourself and your loved ones, or the lives of unknown people out there.

We must reorient the energy that is operating within you, that you call ‘life force,’ to work both ways. So far, in the days that we’re past now, and the many days that have come before that, your life force was a one-directional device. It meant that you could emit it but you could not see the world through it. At this point in time that is changing. You can start seeing the world through the life force that is within you. The only reason for that is that everything that is outside of you, or that appears to be outside of you, is turning into the same substance. It also means that on one level your difficulties are ending. On another level new ones are beginning. The difficulties that will represent themselves now are not about survival, or any of these things the way they have been before, but simply, Imzaia, about communication.

Do you understand what that means? Communication? Communication in this hologram has been widely misunderstood as a space that exists between two or more participants wanting to interact with each other, and when they do communication is born. No, no, actually the funny thing is, that in the past when this happened, usually when people got together to talk, communication ended, and when people thought of someone in the privacy of their own space, is when they had the good thoughts about someone, or the heartfelt feelings about someone, because they had the representation of that energy, that is being represented inside of their own energy field, of that person, to connect to.

Now, as you move from co-creation to inter-creation, no longer will energy fields overlap from time to time. They will always be overlapping.

Greetings, friends!

I am Saint Germain, and I speak to you both from my place upon the Earth in physical form, and from my vibrational resonance with the higher realms.

And from my connection with the Ashtar Command, and all benevolent ET parties assisting Earth at this time.

And in this, you know you are never alone, as the Collective will often remind you!

And I speak with them as well—as they speak, I am a part of that voice.

So many of you now are feeling not only the changes of your Ascension path—physical shifts.

The ringing in the ear, or the rough throat. Exhaustion. Anger and other emotions coming up—sadness. Feelings of loss.

A great deal coming up now. Aches in the joints, etc.And as you are feeling this, you may be ascribing it to this or that.

Or you may be understanding, “This is because my heart-mind and my Spirit body are shifting to a far higher frequency.

“This is because every cell in my body is being revised and lifted to a higher level.”

You may have heard as well, from White Knight Reports, that the particular, highly sentient Light particles—the monoatomic gold dust—flowing to the Earth now carries the essence of Lightbody activation.

And this is what is occurring for you now.

You are indeed, all of you, activating the Lightbody!

And this can be a bit intimidating at times; this can feel very strange.

The subconscious may be struggling.It may be saying, “Why do you want to change? What’s going on? We were never this way before!”

And it may try to hold you back—self-protectively, it may try to hold you back, thinking that, “Well, if I’m doing my job, I’ll stop this! I’ll refuse it, or at least I’ll struggle against it.”

And so you have these moments where you prefer things go back to how they were, however dark, however shadowy that may have been.

And we assure you, things can never go back to how they were.

Your planet is already moving fully into the fifth dimension, and all of you, now desiring to keep up.

And doing great work! Great work energetically, to assist the planet and to assist humanity, and your own climb forward and upward.

In order for things to flow more easily for you, we wish for you to come to a place where you are open to what is happening, and not struggling against it.

Again—it is the human instinct to question change, and to ask, “Can’t things just stay as they are?

Because that feels safer, and familiar, and “It’s what we know, isn’t it?”

And we would say, Yes, that is the human instinct, but it is one that you must, in a sense, embrace, send love to, reassurance to, and in a sense also, go well beyond!

The resistance is there to remind you that you have been programmed [to live] in fear, for eons.And many people will say, “But my soul has gone beyond that!”

And “I’m not in fear. I understand what, as they say, the dark ones, the old control figures, were wanting to put upon us. And I absolutely refuse that.

“I live in the Light, and I don’t want to think that I’m stuck in this feeling of, ‘It’s too hard! It’s too difficult.’

“Can’t I just Ascend without struggle? Can’t I just Ascend without all this old, painful emotion coming up?

“Without my body changing in ways that are just strange to me. My eating habits. I seem to need more water. I need a lot more rest. I don’t seem to be sleeping in the same way.

“I can’t figure out if I’m getting younger or suddenly getting much older!”

And on and on.

We would just say, work with the subconscious!

You have all heard of the Emotional Freedom Technique [Tapping], and also guided meditation, which carries the images, the metaphors, the pictures that the subconscious will be able to trust without going into a panic and feeling it has to fight what’s happening.This is what the subconscious will understand, dear ones! It understands the metaphors and the pictures, the analogies.

Just affirming, “I love change, and all is well!” does not necessarily bring it to you!Now we wish to carry a message from the Star Nations.

And so what they are offering at the moment, and have been speaking to all of you about in your sleep state, is that with the earthquakes and the floods, and the war and other forms of conflict—the mass shootings, etc.—you are going to feel at times as if you have been left behind, and as if the world is getting worse.

They wish to assure you that they fully expected that the old figures of “authority”—false authority—would be throwing out great resistance.

Not only to people waking up, but to the energies themselves coming into the Earth now.

In order to resist that, what they [the dark ones] decided to do at one point, was to provoke as much anxiety, upset, disruption, and of course, outright fear and rage, as possible.

To provoke that, in part, in the animal species, but particularly in humanity.And the reason for that, of course, is that their old web of dark deceit and intent has long depended on human response—low vibrational human response—in order to keep running.

They thought perhaps as well, that they could separate a few people from their bodies, as many as possible.

And they’ve done this in a number of ways, so as to reap as much human life as possible—[supposedly] to pull [humanity] out of the Ascension path, and to assure themselves that they were still in control.

And of course, no one can be pulled out of the Ascension path! Unless they absolutely give their permission for that.

You’re all still in it!

We wouldn’t say, “Don’t worry about meditating or connecting with your team of guides and Angels and higher self.”

We would encourage you to do that, but we would say, You’re on the path, whatever happens now.

And your planet is likewise on the path to a beautiful Light, and a beautiful higher frequency existence.

If you can ease the subconscious a bit, and love and welcome even these heavy emotions that come up some days—even the fatigue, the dizziness, the headaches—whatever it is—the ringing in the ear, the achiness in the joints, the rough throat, and on and on.

Whatever it is that seems to be besieging you.

If you can give thanks for it, and say, “I know you come in the name of positive change, friend! I know I am releasing all that is no longer for my higher good and perhaps never was.

“I know that I am releasing all that is not my true self. And I know I AM Ascending!”

We encourage you, if you can, dear friends, to stand and look into the Sun at least once a day—if it hurts your eyes, do this at sunset or sunrise. Do what’s good for you.

Look into that Sun, and say, “I AM Ascending, and I give thanks!”

More than that, say “I AM Thanks! I AM the vibration of Thankfulness! And all is well.”Now, we are aware that there is some nervousness regarding the banks, regarding jobs. Regarding high cost of living for mortgages and rents, etc.

You will not be abandoned on this front.

Likewise with food, in terms of accessibility, ready availability—you will not be abandoned, dear ones!

You do not need to drift into some version of your own individual reality which holds you back from that which is needed to live fully and healthfully, or from that which gives you Joy. Likewise, your loved ones.

And we greatly desire to encourage you to see yourselves now on a very great journey.

Not only as people fulfilling different requirements throughout the day. Not only as people taking care of others, or being cared for.

And not only as people who are confused, wondering, Where are these ships are that were supposed to show up?

We assure you, they are everywhere.

They are landed! They are in your skies, directly over your homes.

And all benevolent galactic Star Nations are speaking with you often.They may choose to speak to you through Nature, such as you see here. They may choose to speak with you in your sleep state.

And certainly you may speak with them while conscious in meditation.

But it’s important to quiet your energies.

To move out of reaction to what is going on in your world, and to come to a place where you are full of calm, still within—very still—and paying attention only to your breathing.

Perhaps listening only to high vibrational music, as they call it, or a guided meditation.

And then enter into the depths of what is happening in your spirit.

There is a brilliant, brilliant spark of Light deep inside you, as there is within all beings.

Go within until you see that brilliant spark of Light.

Then go into the Light, and you will find at that point, that you are in a Universal space of great expanse, and that nothing is being denied you.

You are truly the god or goddess—the creator of your life!

And so choose that version of your reality, dear ones, in which you are calm, in which you do not fall for the lies that say, “Oh, panic, panic! Get upset! Get frightened! Get angry!”

You are truly the creator, and there is no need to go to the lower emotional vibrations.

And so we thank you, dear ones, and we will speak more on this.You have other messages coming, such as from Mother Sekhmet, and from the Archangels.

Listen also to the messages from your own higher selves! These beautiful beings so desire to connect with you in a far more conscious way.

So go up in your imagination, into the higher realms, and call to you this beautiful Light Being who is you in the higher realms.

And begin speaking with them, and express who you are, and what is happening with you now, dear ones

And know that they will answer you. Even if you don’t discern words in that moment, know that they will answer you.

We give thanks! For you, and for this astounding moment on Lady Gaia.

All is in motion! All is moving forward!
