Currently, we are in the final days of the astrological year, a threshold period where our intuition starts to meet a growing need for disciplined action. We can expect emotions to deepen as we are called to pay attention and to trust what is emerging while sitting in the discomfort of uncertainty.
Today, you may feel a heightened sense of sensitivity or intuition as the energies push you to release emotional baggage and outdated habits. As emotional awareness deepens, your attention is being pulled inward. Notice what is calling for attention. Observe rather than react by allowing yourself to view what has been unfolding in recent weeks from a broader perspective. Use this perspective to identify what stays and what must go. Remember that by holding space for what is uncomfortable now, you are creating the internal capacity for the fast paced momentum that arrives with the Equinox later this week. Breathe into the space you are creating and let that be enough for today.
