Bzutu: “I am here, a Midwayer Chief, vastly under-utilized by a friend of some 70 years. This is ABC-22, cordially invited here to lecture about dispensations. Take our dictation now.

“What is a dispensation? A dispensation — in the spiritual sense — is a period of time during which certain celestial rules do or do not apply, or they simply vary. These rules, for example, may be of a progressive nature in that many sleeping survivors may be awakened to commence their Mansion world careers. The lengthy isolation, initiated because of the Lucifer Rebellion, was very limiting. Communication lines were cut. The planet was isolated. The spiritual economy of Urantia was in a deep depression and sinking further.

“Fortunately, such dreaded system-wide periods are rare. The more regular, positive dispensations, so we are taught, tend to include just one or two new regulations that award citizens for the progress they have made as a world population, and these dispensations can last for centuries. Here I need to make clear that a dispensation might only apply to one or a few individuals — and for a short time. The present dispensation, however, is a very special one. Call it the Dispensation of the Correcting Time. It is much a departure from the normal.

“The dispensation’s important trigger was the approaching adjudication of the Lucifer Rebellion, but long before that the rehabilitation of rebel midwayers and angels had begun. As well, the incarnation of a Magisterial Son had been planned and yet this event is still some time off. Can you see where I’m going with this? You can! There is no particular date or time at which this unique and special dispensation was either begun or will be completely established, as you may call the process of its being fully realized.

“Consider now the decades-long preparations of the celestial Teachers and the fact that the Paradise citizen, Monjoronson, has not yet appeared. This Correcting Time dispensation, whose beginning is now stretched out for over more than 200 years is coming together like the “whatever-it-takes” mandate Michael decided it would be and as the Father Creator endorsed it. The Lucifer Rebellion adjudication finally out of the way, the long-neglected planet Urantia had to be rescued, whatever effort it would take.

“You saw the influx of thousands of “alien” midwayers, spiritual groups such as the Teaching Mission, as well as your own 11:11 Progress group. You witnessed the publication of the Urantia Papers, their contents worked on for many decades and you witnessed the celebration of Machiventa’s promotion to Urantia Planetary Prince in his very own right, succeeding the Creator Son Himself. And even now, I assure you, the individual dispensations are not all done. More decisions will be made to turn the Correcting Time into a success.

“Whatever it takes, our human friend, it will surely be given to our unusual world until Correcting Time gains will have readied us all to make this a shiny new place of Light and Life.

Bzutu: “We are Urantia Midwayers, known for our ‘humanness,’ our sense of humor and our willingness to drop everthing and call on our mortal students . . . and on occasions play our tricks on them. This is ABC-22, Bzutu for short and I’m here today to point out that my friend here has long been in possession of a certain truth, a logical and inescapable truth . . . well, yes. However, until just a few days ago he did not realize the true and accurate meaning of what he knew so well. And so I just now encouraged him to let me make the point.

“We need to go back in time almost 70 years when a primary school teacher declared that, as humans, ‘you are all born in sin and live in sin your entire life. You are sinners!’ Should I now suggest that what is good for any human is good for all Midwayers, too? At the time my young friend disagreed wholeheartedly and rather loudly with the claim that anyone could be born a sinner, because babies were new, they were pure and unblemished. Rather soon some small town clergy got into the act and as a result the youngster began drifting away from his church. There simply was no logic left in the minds of those who attended a Catholic seminary, he thought, and then he told them so. It does take courage to talk down to grown-ups when you are only a little over 4 feet tall. He became rather unpopular with some.

“Not with us he wasn’t. Those who could clearly foresee so much of the future were already teaching him from a young age — our Dr. Mendoza more often than anyone. But then, just a few days ago, as I already said, he arrived at a sudden conclusion and could see the use of, the need for, yes indeed, the absolute necessity for the lowest of His thinking creatures to be required to dwell in space-time’s want, neediness, hardship even destitution — for them to live with this, rise above it, eventually perfect themselves in time and in this way become His most reliable and trustworthy Spiritual Warriors.

“Former humans, who have come through planetary life and lengthy morontia realities, simply don’t go astray. They are hardened by the tough lives they have led and unlike some higher echalon citizens, they will not falter at their tasks of governing future deep space planetary systems, even new universes. It is all seen so clearly now — the concept shone, it glowed, seemed truer than true — he was now living in a sinfull environment that would harden his resolve as he aimed for the closest thing to perfection in this planetary life and in the follow-up morontia lives of the future, getting ever closer to more advanced rules, mores and ethics on the way.

“Paradise would finally teach those of the earths — Midwayer and human alike — how to run ‘the business of planetary obligations’ fairly, consistently and empathetically. But Paradise in all eternity could not offer what bootcamp Urantia drums into its recruits in a relatively short lifetime on the planet and during their Mansion World lives.

Bzutu: “The stones we throw can free all men, and make them walk proud … anywhere on this planet. As you have gathered during the last few days, we can remind you of a song as easily as we can bring to your mind a concept, a word, or a vision. My thoughts about this song have always been about where my stones would land, but really where my advice would be accepted, and if you really would welcome our thoughts, and follow our leadings, how much better off all on this planet would be!

“Whilst I have Prince Machiventa’s approval to broach this subject, I find you reticent to open your mouth, but I thank you for finally taking this lesson to heart. I want to speak with you about the loss of innocence, a gradual diminishing of virtuousness – a creeping approval, acceptance, an over-looking of acts and proposals that are not right. I’m talking of just yesterday, the nineteen-fifties, a time of honesty, of unlocked doors, return of borrowed goods, acknowledgement of the presence, the worth, and the needs of even a stranger in the streets.

“In many ways you have regressed rather than progressed since those years, and be not surprised if from time to time you find me throwing a stone, and letting it skip towards my target – the subject of much grief on the part of your Planetary Prince and all his workers – and here I’m aiming at the trade in human organs. Much as we applaud those who in the event of loss of life through accident or illness have bequeathed their organs to another, at times to a number of others, we are most concerned when organs are taken without approval.

“Except for a few individuals ‘mentally estranged from accepted mores’ you are no longer seen as practicing cannibalism, and at least in the collective sense do you abhor this practice. Then, do you not see that the harvesting of healthy organs from one who does not want to part with these organs, and may even die during or after such extraction, is akin to cannibalism? Indeed the very same? You may rightly presume cannibalism was once practiced so one could live while another died, likewise with the forced harvesting of organs.

“Over time, most unacceptable behavior can creep into your routine, to become an unquestioned crime in a civilization that is on a downward slide, and is losing its innocence. Where are those whose voices that should be heard? Consider. This is one of the stones I throw. I am ABC-22.”

Bzutu: “There is such a thing as economic sustainability, and it can definitely be achieved by those in charge who have the interest of their voters at heart. It always comes back to your lawmakers to be the ever-watchful monitors keeping bankers and corporations honest and under control. When either or both of the latter become too powerful, or when the political side and judiciary become too weak, any chance at all for life to remain or become equitable for all sides will be rendered slim or non-existent.

“As greater (celestial) minds than ours survey the status quo in the Western world, as well as in some places in the East, we hear the day to day mindsets to be found resembling more and more those of the Kabuki Theatres, Wild West shows, or gambling casinos. Equitability is no longer present as an ever larger percentage of the population finds itself in poverty, jobless, desperate, and clueless as to which way to turn, while media ad infinitum provides them with red herrings on the ‘improving stability’ of their economies.

“A continent-wide reset, perhaps the world-wide reset, of such desperately out-of-proportion-financial circumstances of the haves and have-nots must and will sooner or later occur. It is hoped that on this occasion the lawmakers, worldwide, will have the gumption, the strength and the know-how to more tightly guide the future of all of their constituents in a fair and even-handed way, so all may feed their families and have a home.

“A reset is something to aim for, to work on, and pray for, as well as outright and forcefully demanding it from those placed in positions of power by none other than your selves. There is, however, a more important goal to be achieved for those who see themselves as the common people. Stay with your moral values. Do not see yourself slipping, like the lawmakers with their votes for sale to those with the funds that can change their greedy minds.

“Do not turn on those who are different, those of color, or those with weaker minds, like the constabulary now often preys upon those less able to defend themselves. Do not change the rules like the judiciary justifies almost anything illegal and inhuman to achieve ultimate control. As a mere mortal on the long road to perfection in determining your actions, always question if they contain truth, beauty and goodness to the fullest degree they can so contain these.

“In time, a reset of mores and morals will be inevitable, and hopefully this will be the case for those long tempted to change the rules at a whim. We all would like to see you come out quite unscathed from these unsettled times to come, yes, with a clean slate, having remembered that all are equal in His eyes, and having dealt with all in an even-handed way. I am ABC-22, I say thank you, and Adieu.”

Chief Bzutu: “This is ABC-22 bringing you all of Teacher Aaron’s second message. Every part of the interrupted earlier message from Teacher Aaron was passed on to me as well, so at some time we can also take it up from where it was left off.

“Right now we are concerned about the return — I should say, the lack of return — of Teachers of the past. And to answer the question posed; former human Teachers such as Teacher Will, will not likely be returning, but perhaps to the original receiver. They have done their share, they have done their season of teaching, their terms, and they do move on. Some may occasionally come back to say hello to their past students, but for most of them, the task is finished.

“I remind you of the fact that Machiventa told you a long time ago that you are to place the people at the starting gates to spirituality to let them run their own race. Yes, for you to then leave them alone and let them take care of their own personal beliefs, their own spirituality. What would happen now, do consider, if every Teacher who was there some 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago would be coming back? What specifically would happen? You are right. You got it!

That Teacher would be dealing with the different receiver and would likely be subjected to the pre-existing beliefs of that particular receiver. However, to the people quite in the know of that Teacher’s earlier lessons and who might all now follow the new lessons, the Teachers might well seem to be contradicting themselves. This would become a greatly disturbing matter to those people who for instance believed in every single lesson of Teacher Will.

“This, my friend, is why Machiventa told you to ‘let them run their own race.’ You are only interested in people taking on and getting used to living some sort of spiritual life. But neither you, nor we, care all that much about precisely what it is they believe — the finer points, their ‘personal dogma’ if you like, is of no interest to us whatever. Their time spent in prayer or meditation or being otherwise involved in spiritual efforts is all we really care about.

“Think back to the time when you spoke at length to Primary Midwayer Andrea and when she told you that those of the ‘Tropical Rainforest Cathedrals’ were equally loved and supported as were those of the ‘Open Sky Churches of the Mongolian Steppes.’ To us, it is clear that you simply cannot understand all of what spirituality and the spirit world is all about, but we support you and we encourage you in whatever diverse beliefs you have. Both Progress and Churches see it as their duty to work with you equally, to support you equally and to encourage you equally. The very ‘nuts and bolts’ of the spirit world are hardly your immediate concern.

“This now is all of Aaron’s second message. I thank you for staying the distance with me and I thank you for listening sharply and so understanding my mind. I leave you my love and that of all others of our 11:11 Emergency Platoon of old. I say good night.”

Bzutu: “We are here for no other purpose but to inspire you. The action, truly, is up to you. In some circumstances you will find your efforts will account for naught, for they will amount to your trying to hold back the tide. Good luck, my human brother, let not the rogue kingtide sweep you away.”

George: “You are fully capable of sweeping away the thoughtforms and sundry borderland packets that so severely impact otherwise talented receivers. We’re in a swamp of misinformation these days and there’s nothing (coming) from you to make me feel any better. I remind you of midwayer/human partnership agreements.

Machiventa: “This is Machiventa. You may well call your Midwayer friends your brothers and sisters, yet they are ministering spirits that are no longer partners in your physical adventures. They have been your Teachers at a most basic level, but no more. (see note below).

“We are well aware of the ongoing difficulties you encounter and in fairness to our abilities to foresee future events we now advise you to clearly recall that you were long ago warned of critical times to come. My dear friend and student, critical times — times when reality takes a beating — times when thousands seemingly soak up through their skins the impossible fairy-tale pretense they so want to hear.

“You are poorly ‘admixed’ evolutionary races. That is to say: you are evolving on an evolutionary planet belonging to a local universe that is entirely capable of steering you towards Light and Life in the fullness of time. Not tomorrow, not next week, but in the fullness of time. There is no need for anyone from the super-universe or Paradise to come and rescue you in their spaceships.

“All in good time, our Paradise Brother and honorary Urantian, Monjoronson, will arrive to spend a season of teaching on this earth and unlike some are now happily suggesting, his multi-lingual addresses will not touch on that old and worn-out reincarnation issue, which is once more raising its ugly head. We want you to hold fast to what your 11:11 friends have taught you in all those years.

“Many will be led astray for a time, but this is not your concern. You were given the task of placing the people at the starting gates to spirituality to let each of them run their own race at their own pace, in their own way and in whatever choice of direction.

“Carry on my human workers, all. Let the Urantia Papers ever be your text and allow those with the fanciful imaginings to find how many minds they waylaid … in their own good time. This is Machiventa wishing you goodnight.”

Note: The first paragraph of Machiventa’s talk is directed at the receiver and no one else. It basically confirms that any ‘long-standing special agreements’ between the Midwayers and this receiver regarding the cleansing of borderland irregularities have come to an end. So, OK. There’s always Christ Michael.

Bzutu: “In my view, our brother Thuroc has answered questions in a rather generous fashion of late. Most of us dwelling in Urantia’s morontia realm agree on there being few statesmen on the planet – clowns to the left, jokers to the right, fools right in the middle. The stage has been set in the lying and spying departments with everyone spying on everyone else, and it is hoped that one can turn the other honest in such a percentage of instances that we may see gradual positive changes on a world-wide basis, and before too long.

“Is it possible that this incidental means of illegal oversight might have the effect of making you more honest. Might I just correct these hasty words right now … and suggest that the not-so-well-hidden ‘big brother’s monitoring ways’ might make you less devious in your behavior as a group. The Correcting Time is not negotiable. It will feed into the first few decades of an evolving era of Light and Life, however, things could progress a little faster to our liking. We keep hoping that as a group you will come to your God-given senses.

“There are many drawbacks to living on this previously isolated, long time rebellious planet. Large numbers of you are bereft of the type of education that most beneficially suits your aptitude and passion, if indeed you were born in a part of the world where an education can be afforded at all. Ever so many of you have your lives interrupted by wars and dire economical circumstances. Granted, this is not really the ideal place to ‘come to terms with’ everyday mortal life, and make a great success of it, as is the saying.

“However, there are hidden advantages in ‘being rudely introduced to human living’ on this planet. Those who manage to live a productive, ethical existence are loved by their angels and truly, little more than such a life is expected of them. Those who find time for others – yes, caring mothers as a matter of cause – are treasured on High together with all those who reach out to others in need. Those who strike up a partnership with, and assist their Thought Adjusters in building their morontia souls, are the all-time winners.

“For these troopers of mortal existence there is little to be considered out of reach in their lengthy pilgrimage to Paradise. See it now clearly in your minds’ eyes, my friends, that for those willing to battle the distractions of the spiritual of a former rebellious world, the rewards will be enormous, so consider the state you are in and now make the very best of this life for the eternal rewards it will bring. This is ABC-22 saying Adieu.”
