I am Archangel Michael, and I come to be with you at this time, in this indeed; time change, that you are in right now, this timeline change that you are creating.

Indeed there are many timelines, but the old timeline, the old biblical timeline, the old timeline that those of the forces of darkness seek to hold you to is gone. That is no longer. Yes, there will be what will seem like remnants of it when those catastrophes and various things happen to people, but know that even as it happens to them, they are a part of the plan. They came here knowing, not at a conscious level in their lifetime, but they came knowing before they took on this body. They knew what they were facing, they knew what was going to happen. And there were times throughout the lifetime that they were able, if they wanted to, to say “no, I do not want to have that happen”, but because of who they are at a higher, deeper level, they allowed it to occur so that they could be a part of that continuing plan. So know that everything, everything happens for a reason, it is all part of the universal plan, no matter how it goes. That is why those of your brothers and sisters from the stars cannot interfere.

They have to allow you to have your free will and to individually and collectively create the new expression, the new experience, the new reality of the new world that you are creating. They have to allow that, but there are times when it is beyond the individual expression to control what is happening, and then they can intervene, not interfere, but intervene on your behalf.

That is what has happened many, many times where they have kept various catastrophes from happening, such as something that would happen to the planet, perhaps an asteroid striking the planet, which would have caused tremendous, tremendous turmoil and damage and loss of life throughout the planet. They intervened in those circumstances.

They have intervened in your nuclear expressions at various times. So you see, they are there, we are here for you at all times, but again, it is within you, it is up to you as individuals, certainly and especially as individuals at first, for as individuals, you are creating the collective consciousness moving forward. That is how it works.

You find the inner knowing within you first. You remember first who you are, and then you can begin to, you can begin to affect others around you, and then those begin to affect others around them, and so on and so on until the entire planet, all of those that are ready, are able to then, indeed, see the light, see the light of truth, and feel and know the inner expression within themselves, that they are God walking within themselves here on the planet. That is what you are all moving toward, that is the ascension process.

So continue to allow for that, move forward, for you to move forward, and know at all times that you are moving forward, and that you are mastering the illusion. You are mastering the illusion, know that, at all times, know that you are in that process, not that you can do it, not even that you will do it, know that you are doing it, right now, in this moment, and in every movement moving forward, every moment moving forward, know that. The more that you know that, more that you fully embrace the knowing of that, then you become the masters, the ascended masters, and are ready to take your place as those ascended masters.

I am Archangel Michael, and I leave you now in peace and love and oneness, and that you continue to move forward in the direction, in the way that I have given, that you master the illusion in every given moment moving forward.

The Secret to Empathic Listening

Empathic listening is a way to help heal others through the quality of your presence and attention. You consciously give your time, focus, and compassion to someone who needs to be heard. You slow down to be fully in the moment without distractions. No checking messages, being on the internet, watching television, scanning the room, or taking calls. You are quiet. You are attuning. You are present.

As a psychiatrist, I’m a trained listener. When patients consult me, I’m able to listen to them on a deeper level by utilizing my intellect, my intuition, and empathic abilities. This is very gratifying to me as it gives me the opportunity to understand what they are experiencing on a deeper level. To empower my empath patients, I teach them to listen to their inner voice and set boundaries with difficult people so their empathy can be a source of strength, love, and vitality rather than “dis-ease.”

Empathic listening is very different from talking. It is a quiet, non-verbal exercise in cultivating presence and showing undivided attention. This is also known as “passive listening,” which is different from “active listening” where you ask questions and discuss what the person shared.

Six Keys to Empathic Listening

Here is an overview of the main points to practice empathic listening. You can learn additional techniques in my book The Genius of Empathy.

1. Stay Neutral, Bear Witness

As a listener, you bear witness to another’s distress. You are caring, while offering a few supportive smiles, nods, or words.

2. Cultivate Acceptance

Try to be tolerant of ideas that may be different from your own, that you haven’t been exposed to before, or reasoning that makes you uncomfortable.

3. Set a Time, Place, and Time Limit

Keep in mind that you don’t have to listen to everyone in need, as many caring people tend to do. Choose who you listen to and for how long.

4. Stick to One Topic

Agreeing on a topic keeps you focused. If a sharer tries to cover a list of problems, it can be unproductive and overwhelming for both of you.

5. Listen to Your Intuition

Listening to your intuition can help you determine a person’s inner state. It is a nonverbal way of being empathic.

6. Bring the Conversation to a Close

When you’re nearing the end of the agreed-upon listening time, you can gently remind the sharer that it is almost time to stop.

As you begin to practice empathic listening, simply offer the recipient a supportive, nonjudgmental presence. Allowing time to listen to someone gives them space to express themselves. People also enjoy sharing happy moments and breakthroughs. Listening to these is a way of sharing positive energy and a sense of celebration with each other.

Mission Realized at a Deeper Level

I’ve just had a really powerful realization. But it’s going to sound so obvious that I’ve hesitated to share it.

I’d gotten it before at a superficial level. The difference lies in the intensity: I realized it, not simply thought about it or saw how I felt about it. This was not the intellectual level or the experiential level; this was the realizational level, which makes all the difference in the world.

It happened when I was writing an earlier article. (1) I found myself reflecting on what it is in the chaos of my life that has always asserted itself and driven me forward. What is the thread that runs through everything?

In a realization that was more like a thunderclap, I saw that the organizing thread that ran through my life was the desire to write, the desire to communicate whole thoughts in words. So: Not to discuss in real-time conversation, such as in interviewing people, getting a bit into the conversation before being interrupted and redirected. Not to star in videos and talk shows. I wanted to get my thoughts across so it needed to be the written word.

I didn’t have an idea of what to write, although that formed over the years, usually centering on patterns in behavior.  But at an early age I was reading classics; later banging away on typewriters; then creating a bibliography with a box full of IBM punch cards; then creating computerized databases; always writing.

I have a signal with the Mother and Michael and, when I got writing as the unifying theme and central activity of my life, next to eating and sleeping – signals from both of them went off repeatedly.

The Mother even told me that writing about love was the promise I made to her eons ago:

Divine Mother: You have chosen long long ago with Me, with Annastara [my twin flame], with ME KI AL, to be a communicator and an agent of change.

You have said to me, “Mother, what if they forget? I will remind them. I will communicate with them through words, through my passion, through my heart, through my knowing. I will communicate the love to them.”

This is your task and it is a task of change as this planet, in this great chaos, in flux, chooses, yes, by this wonderful instrument of free will, … and as you choose to simply be the love.  (2)

Even then, I did not get it down to my toes. It just wasn’t real to me.

I still didn’t go deeply enough into the matter. Now that I’ve been shown it at a vote-changing level, (3) I see that my commitment has always been to writing, and not to the various relationships I was in.

I won’t bother anyone else who thinks I might somehow be salvagable. I don’t want to be salvaged. I love my work and my mission. And now I’m unapologetic about it and freed up to focus on it. Having the peace and serenity to write would be my idea of heaven.

The consequence of having gotten this (i.e., realized it) is that I feel ever so much more grounded. I no longer look back on my life as chaos. I now see the chaos as the emergence of a writer from many (self-projected) barriers.

Which is handy when you hear Michael say: “On the list of things to do, let [writing] always be the last thing that falls off.” (4)

Now we’re talking.

I’d love to! We’re on the same page.

Or here again, when I asked him if he’d be OK if I kept up my awareness writing after taking up humanitarian philanthropy:

Steve: I know you want me to make the ultimate decision in matters of policy but, apart from that, if I carve out a lifestyle kind and attentive to the needs of awareness writing, are you alright with that? That’s really my first love.

AAM: I am over the moon with that! You can do the writing and I will do the art and music! (5)

How supportive. Every time I’ve mentioned my writing to him, he’s encouraged me.

Who knows? Maybe all the seemingly-adverse conditions I struggled with were to steel my resolve to do what I love. It’s the one thing in my life I haven’t strayed from, the one thing I’ve always taken with me, wherever I go.

Another consequence of realizing this: I no longer feel confused about my life. I’m clear about my desire, clear about why I developed along the lines I did, clear about what I’m doing and where I’m going. As I said once before, to use a fighter-pilot metaphor, I’m strapped into the seat I was born to occupy.

I feel grounded in my beingness. Gosh, you never know what’s missing until it shows up. I didn’t know I was confused and ungrounded. What a difference I feel.

And, AGAIN, there’s this paradox that has me split my sides laughing: How do you think I feel after this realization? I feel … normal.

I’ve been here before. Once, after doing huge amount of work in an enlightenment intensive, I emerged feeling … normal. Who would have expected that?

After all this work, I feel normal, calm, grounded, relaxed. Which says that how I’ve been feeling in this area possibly for most if not all of my life has been … not normal for a well-functioning human being.

Nothing to do. Just food for thought. Where else has my thought or behavior been … abnormal?

June 20th is the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and the Winter Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere. On that special day we will also experience a very powerful Full Moon. This Celestial alignment is providing us with an influx of NEW Solar Light Codes that are designed to help us comprehend, at a deeper level, the Sacred Knowledge now flowing into the Mental and Emotional Strata of Mother Earth. This information is coming from the NEW Record Keeper Crystals that were placed in Mother Earth’s 5D Crystalline Grid of Comprehensive Divine Love by the Mighty Elohim.

The Divine Intent of this Sacred Knowledge is to further prepare Awakening Humanity for the Divine Mission that we are being Called to Cocreate this year in collaboration with our Father-Mother God, the Beings of Light from our Grand Central Sun, and the Legions of Light who have served the evolutions of Earth since our inception.

Our Father-Mother God have confirmed that over the past several decades Mother Earth reached a frequency of vibration that has allowed this Planet and all her Life to Ascend into the System of Worlds associated with our Grand Central Sun. You and I and the rest of Awakening Humanity were instrumental in Cocreating this Glorious event through our dedicated Lightwork over the years. It has not been easy, but we knew exactly what would be involved prior to this Lifetime, and we selflessly volunteered to embody during this auspicious time for Mother Earth anyway.

For myriad lifetimes leading up to this moment, we often felt like we were walking through tar into 150 mile-an-hour winds as we stumbled through our “valley of tears” striving to make even the slightest progress in our movement toward the Light. In spite of our pain, we were willing to endure every hardship and difficult experience because we believed that one day the lessons of separation and duality would come to an end and we would return to the Oneness of Unity Consciousness. We KNEW that once that happened, we would be able to reclaim our Divine Birthright as Beloved Sons and Daughters of God and return to the Path of Divine Love and Oneness that is our destiny.

We each accepted this challenging evolutionary path because aeons ago our I AM Presence showed us the Divine Potential we had of actually Cocreating a Heart-based New Earth that would reflect Oneness and Reverence for all Life. We were shown that through the unified efforts of the Heavenly Realms and embodied Lightworkers, we would learn how to successfully Transmute and Transfigure into Light the gross mutations of Humanity’s painful miscreations.

Our Father-Mother God revealed to us at that time that if we would strive to victoriously accomplish that facet of the Divine Plan, Mother Earth and ALL her Life would make it through the monumental “The Shift of the Ages.” Then, the Sons and Daughters of God we would be able to Cocreate the sacred space for Mother Earth’s Ascension into the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline frequencies of the Solar New Earth.

Even though there was the possibility that we might not succeed in this Holy Endeavor, in the deepest recesses of our Heart Flames we clearly understood that no matter how difficult our journey would be, if we successfully accomplish that mighty feat, no matter what adversity we had to go through in the process, it was going to be infinitely worth it.

The success of that facet of the Divine Plan would mean that every man, woman and child on Earth would be able to victoriously Ascend out of the self-inflicted pain and suffering we caused after our fall from Grace by using our Creative Faculties of Thought and Feeling in ways that were not based in Love.

After lifetimes of pain and suffering and decades of dedicated Lightwork by Awakening Humanity working in collaboration with the Company of Heaven, step-by-step we have God Victoriously succeeded in moving through “The Shift of the Ages.” Now, there is no turning back.

Since that time, through myriad Activities of Light that were orchestrated by Awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven, we have at last succeeded in Cocreating the sacred space that allowed our Father-Mother God and the Mighty Elohim to successfully Inbreathe Mother Earth, and all of the Suns beyond Suns beyond Suns in her lineage, into the System of our Grand Central Sun.

Now, our Divine Plan as embodied Lightworkers is for us to Cocreate, in unison with the entire Company of Heaven, a Global activity of Light that will assist in raising the collective Consciousness of the masses of Humanity. This shift of Consciousness will Awaken, Activate and Elevate Humanity’s dormant Creative Faculties of Thought and Feeling and our Physical Senses of Sight, Sound, Smell, Touch, Taste, Intuition and Imagination.

Once this is God Victoriously accomplished, Awakening Humanity will be able to tangibly perceive and Breathe into our Heart Flames from the Realms of Cause, the wondrous patterns and Archetypes for the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar New Earth. Then, they will begin to physically manifest in the world of form.

These exquisite patterns consist of brand-NEW Spectrums of Light, Divine Qualities, Geometric Patterns, Images, Colors, Musical Tones and Fragrances beyond the greatest imaginations of the Sons and Daughters of God embodied on Earth.

Now, in order to take advantage of the influx of Light from the June Solstice and the powerful Full Moon that will take place during the Solstice, our Father-Mother God have given us an Activity of Light that will help to further prepare us as we move forward with this facet of our Divine Plan. I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with my Father-Mother God. I AM also One with the I AM Presence of every man, woman and child on Earth. Collectively, Humanity’s I AM Presences now merge into One I AM Presence that is cradling Mother Earth and ALL Life evolving upon her within the Divinity of our Unified Heart Flames. As One Breath, One Heartbeat, One Voice and One Consciousness of Pure Divine Love I affirm:

I AM the Cup, the Holy Grail, through which the Light of God now flows to bless every particle and wave of Life evolving on this precious Planet.

I AM my I AM Presence, and I now invoke my Father-Mother God to Breathe their Infinite Light through Humanity’s collective Heart Flames into Mother Earth’s 5D Crystalline SOLAR Grid of Comprehensive Divine Love.

As this exquisite Light blazes through the Celestial alignment of the June Solstice and the Full Moon into Mother Earth’s Crystalline SOLAR Grid of Comprehensive Divine Love, it bathes the Earth with the brand-NEW Solar Light Codes.

Now, as I Breathe my Holy Breath in and out deeply in unison with Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom and Mother Earth, I realize that this activity of Light is allowing me to receive higher frequencies of Prana and Life Force, through this influx of my Father-Mother God’s Holy Breath, than I have ever known. This unfathomable influx of our Father-Mother God’s Holy Breath is lifting every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth into a Higher Order of Being.

As this wondrous Holy Breath is anchored through the Divinity of Humanity’s newly merged Heart Flames, it is Consecrating our Earthly Bodies. This Consecration is allowing our I AM Presence, our Silent Watcher and our 5D Body Elemental to recalibrate our Mental Body. This recalibration is designed to assist all of us in comprehending higher levels of Divine Wisdom and Sacred Knowledge. This shift of Consciousness will positively affect our subconscious mind, our conscious mind and our superconscious mind.

This is an important step in preparing all of the Sons and Daughters of God, belonging to or serving the Earth at this time, to be the Open Door for the greatly intensified frequencies of Light we will receive in order to accomplish the unparalleled shift of Consciousness we are being Called to Cocreate during the 38th Annual World Congress on Illumination which will take place August 10-15, 2024.

The I AM Presence within every person is now acknowledging and Gratefully accepting the opportunity to be the Open Door that will receive the resplendent Solar Light Codes from the June Solstice and the Full Moon on behalf of Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom and Mother Earth.

And so it is! Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM That I AM.

How To Create New Connections

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Saint Germain. I come forth with joy and love which I share with you today. I wish for you to know and understand that, in this stage of ascension and especially throughout 2024, the inner planes…the ascended masters, the star beings, the light beings…they are focusing upon openness and connection. Therefore, they are creating more connections throughout the inner planes and the Universe of the Creator, but also a deeper more impactful connection with their soul group and soul connections and those that are upon the earth as well.

This means that as an ascended master, I am more open, more able to connect. It’s as if the pathways have been cleared…the dimensions have been cleared…so we, you and I, can connect on a deeper level. We can explore new understandings. We can experience more intense vibrations of light and a deeper impactful experience of the Creator.

It is important to be aware of this because it means that you also can focus upon connecting with us – with light beings on the inner planes – in order to access and receive that which you need and require to aid your spiritual evolution.

It’s a moment in ascension where you can collect all that you need from us. You can call forth guides, maybe guides that you’ve connected with before or new ones, and invite them to open up their energy to you; to connect with you on a deeper level and to share what is appropriate and needed for your own ascension.

The valuable thing that is also occurring in the ascension process now is that the energy flowing from the Creator is supporting you in being more open, in your energy being softer and having more flow, and releasing boundaries or barriers. It allows you also to connect in new ways and in a deeper more impactful way with us on the inner planes.

There is this synthesis – this fusing – that is taking place which is immensely valuable and beneficial because you are being supported and encouraged and infused with energy and light so that you’re lifted up to connect with those on the inner planes and we, on the inner planes, are experiencing the same so we are able to connect with you and you are able to connect with us at a higher frequency. This means that greater wisdom and knowledge is available as well as healing – healing for you. It is a wonderful channel, you might say, or bridge that is allowing great transformation and ascension shifts, not only for you but for us as well.

It is important to simply be aware that you are being supported to being more open, more flowing, having an ease of energy, and that you are being supported to make connections. This means that you may find yourself reaching out to us on the inner planes. You might also find that you are reaching out to people around you – maybe new people, maybe old people, maybe familiar people. These connections are immensely important now because it is allowing not only the sharing of information and remembrance and understanding, but it is also supporting you in understanding who you truly are and how you can be present in this physical world, as well as what you have to share.

There are many ways that you can share your own inner energy however it is the recognition of your vibration, your energy, your frequency that is immensely important. When we make connections, yes we are able to connect with others but we also connect with ourselves on a deeper level.

Although it seems the ascension process is inviting you to open out to connect outside of yourself, it is also asking you to connect within – to go deeper within. Through your connections with others, you’re connecting on a deeper level with your own energy and vibration. Simply being present with yourself is all that is required. You don’t necessarily need to understand yourself. Just having that ability, or even simply that intention to be present with yourself, is immensely beneficial at this time.

It is a wonderful process of trusting – trusting yourself and trusting others. You will notice in this phase of ascension that trust is at the forefront. It is, what we might say, the most popular topic at this time as you are being invited to trust yourself, to trust your surroundings, to trust people and to trust the inner planes.

This will be something that you are invited to navigate through and to support yourself in doing so. It may be immensely challenging or you might find it easy. Whatever your journey, know that you are making this journey of trust with others as well. They are achieving the same. The more you are present with yourself, the more trust will automatically arise.

One thing in the ascension process now is this energy of ease…of flowing…of effortless vibrations…effortless experiences. It’s almost about inviting you to know that you can make connections by simply being present with yourself. You can say to yourself, ‘now, I am present with myself…with who I AM…with my essence and this allows me to make the connections that are needed and necessary at this time.’

It is important to recognise that as you create this focus of connection, of openness and trust, that you may also find yourself feeling quite lost or unsure of the next stages of your ascension. These are all symptoms of the energies that are coming forth, and encouraging you to experience a greater connection and a greater oneness.

So, how do you create connections? Let’s keep it as simple as possible. If you can breathe into your own body, then breathe into your essence – into the light within you. With each inhalation you acknowledge your body and the light within you. With each exhalation you allow this light to be expressed. Allow yourself to achieve this until you feel yourself grounding into your own presence – being present with who you are.

This is not about understanding, it is simply about being in a flow, which maybe cannot be understood but is your expression of the Creator. Then, with your mind, you create an intention of that which you wish to connect with, whether it’s a person, a being on the inner planes or an energy. You can say something like ‘I send out to the Universe of the Creator, an intention, a focus of connection with _____________. Let this connection be true, open and joyously impactful for my being and all.’

As you’re still aware of your own being, notice any changes, any shifts within your energy, your thoughts, as this will be a being or an energy connecting with you. The greatest, greatest tool is your trust. Even if something comes into your awareness that you deem as inappropriate, or silly, or your imagination, accept it because acceptance is opening the door and once you’ve opened the door the flow begins, and as that flow begins, greater connection occurs.

You may also notice that we are encouraging you to connect with your entire being rather than just a chakra or an aspect of yourself. This is actually whole being connections that are being created.

I will leave you to contemplate this. My love is with you always.
