The Art of Enjoying What Is

The Art of Enjoying What Is

If you are someone who has a plan, engages in manifesting, and is driven to achieve goals, you are focused on what is to come. You’re working towards the future, which is how most people operate in the western world.

The problem is, being a goal-oriented person, I have trouble enjoying where I’m at right now. That’s because I am concentrating on what I want, which I have not yet manifested or completed. For that reason, I sometimes find myself in a funk while creating a bright future.

Does this sound familiar?

But there is a deeper question lying underneath. How can you feel good about where you are and enjoy “what is” in the meantime?

I’ve tried being more mindful by walking in nature, deep breathing, meditating, and more. These processes are helpful. But the minute I’m done, I’m back to a place of lack because I don’t have what I want…yet.

What has come to me about this strange in between place is that this is where achievers live most of the time! In other words, as I’m striving to create my future life, I’m spending over 95% of my time with the fact that I haven’t arrived.

I’m living in the gap of where I am today vs. where I hope to be, which causes me to feel uncomfortable, unrewarded, and sometimes unsatisfied. This way of living doesn’t work for me.

I want to feel satisfied with what I have currently! I want to feel proud of all I have attained and achieved. I want to feel happy and enjoy what is – THIS MOMENT RIGHT NOW.

Enjoying the moment is an art and a skill. A skill is something you practice and hone to become good at. But an art has a creative aspect to it. Both are needed to enjoy what is while you’re waiting for your “ship to come in.”

5 Ways to Enjoy What Is Right Now

1. Live the Future of Five Years Ago

Remember that this is the future of things you have already manifested! Pause and look back on where you came from. Acknowledge what you have already achieved and do this often. Be creative to find a reason to feel good now. This is the future generated by your past efforts – you have arrived, so live it well!

2. List Your Achievements

Make a list of your achievements and keep it handy, so you can review when you forget how far you’ve come. What are you most proud of? What events still make your heart race or bring tears to your eyes?

For those of you who know my story, when I think about my wedding day, journey to find love, and marry the first time over 40, I still get teary-eyed. LOL.

3. Celebrate Milestones Along the Way

Create an award to celebrate milestones. If you are doing a long-term project, you need markers where you can stop, review your progress, and feel good about the ground you’ve covered. You can make something on canva.com and put it in a frame. Or put a new plaque on an old sports award you found at Goodwill. Whatever makes you feel good about yourself  – go for it!

4. Enjoy the Journey

Trite as it seems, enjoy the journey. Life is not about the end result, but about how you live on your way there! Accept that you are in process but on your way to where you want to go right now. Celebrate that you are on the road to success and your greatest achievements are still to unfold.

5. Take Breaks and Relax

Take breaks to connect with people, rest, exercise, do self-care, and have fun. Be in the moment and do all those mindful practices you’ve read about on the web.

When you take time off to relax, you’ll be even more productive later. All work and no play will never create a sense of fulfilment or satisfaction.

The truth is the art of enjoying what is will not help you achieve your dreams any faster. But it sure will help you feel more positive about your current situation, experience moments of joy, and have a sense of greater fulfillment and satisfaction.

Make it your mission to enjoy what is as often as possible. Fuel your fire, live well today, and look forward to a fabulous future while relishing the present.

‘Off-world’ Technology

‘Off-world’ Technology

A bright future to keep us young and healthy

The veil that holds our souls captive on this planet will be lifted through the reincarnation process to free humanity to evolve as the Creator intended.

‘Off-world’ technology will become available that can fix everything that is wrong on Earth and keep us young and healthy.

Technologies such as healing machines that have been in use off-world for a very long time. Called MedBeds, they “keep us young and healthy” for as long as we want, which could be about 1,000 years before a new race reaches the next level.

In their obsession with questions like “when will the revelation come?”, most people rarely ask useful questions about what might happen next. Some of the most intriguing developments to come relate to science and technology.

What scientific knowledge might aliens possess; what technology and knowledge might they develop; and what might happen if we were to gain access to such technologies? Rest assured that humans on Earth know only a thousandth of what is available to us today. More clarity will be provided in this article.

Nikola Tesla is the greatest inventor in human history Nikola Tesla was an ingenious inventor who created some ground-breaking inventions. Tesla also worked with many of the biggest names and companies in history.

Although he was famous and respected, most of his important inventions never made it to the market due to opposition from the Deep State cabal. He was also never able to turn many of his many inventions into long-term financial success, unlike his early employer and chief rival, Thomas Edison, who was a notorious member of the Cabal.

Because his ideas and inventions were considered far-fetched at the time, Tesla is often featured in science fiction television shows and films. To highlight some of his most notable works and explorations, this video answers some frequently asked questions about his genius and his life. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=177vg1pEGbo

Tesla has been a key player in my years of research. Several articles on Tesla alone have already been published on the FWC pages.

Tesla was involved in many innovative experiments, but the cabal did not want his inventions to improve the life of humanity, especially his free energy, for everyone on planet Earth.

The Navy wanted to make battleships invisible. They succeeded, but they could still be seen through the wake in the water. This was the beginning of Tesla’s stealth technology, which is used in modern fighter planes today. Tesla may not have been from Earth and probably worked with other universal races to develop his technology. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VobWQUuBfVA

Soon we will have the free energy the cabal did not want us to have. Get ready for many shocking realities to manifest. You have not seen anything yet.

The Tesla Tower could have actually powered the entire planet. No wires. All the ugly grid will come down or become obsolete.

5D technologies are coming.

Nikola Tesla Patents

Nikola Tesla was one of the most prolific and innovative engineers and inventors of the 19th and 20th centuries. His illustrious inventive efforts began in the early 1880s while he was working at the Central Telegraph Office in Budapest.

However, there is little or no information from this period about attempts to patent his work. Tesla’s first confirmed patent, for the electric arc lamp, was filed after his arrival in the United States, in March 1884.

The vast majority of his patents were filed after he left Edison Comp and formed his own company, ‘Tesla Electric Light and Manufacturing’. By 1928, Tesla appears to have protected many of his inventions with patents around the world.

The following is a short list of Nikola Tesla’s most important inventions, by no means complete and not in any particular order.

1. Tesla coil Chances are you have seen this invention before. It is a transformer used to produce high voltage, low current, high frequency alternating current electricity. To an observer, it looks like lightning being shot into the air.

2. Magnifying Transmitter Tesla intended the Tesla coil to be part of a wireless energy system that was a cornerstone of many of Tesla’s other experiments. By running a wire connected to the resonator around his laboratory, he filled it with electromagnetic energy and was able to wirelessly light a fluorescent bulb in his hand because the voltage drop through the air was large enough to induce sufficient current.

3. Tesla Turbine Tesla saw the rise of the piston engine in the automobile industry as an opportunity to change the world. He developed his own turbine-type engine, which used combustion to turn discs. The fuel efficiency of his engine was as high as 90%, a great achievement when you consider that this is similar to the efficiency of some modern turbines today.

4. 4 Shadowgraph While Rontgen is credited with developing the first X-ray films, called shadowgraphs, there is clear evidence that Tesla also worked in this area. The problem is that Tesla lost much of his work in a fire in his laboratory.

5. Radio Before his laboratory burned down, Tesla discovered that he could use his coils to send and receive powerful radio signals by tuning them to resonate at the same frequency. By early 1895 he was ready to send a signal 50 miles from his laboratory to West Point, New York. But a fire in Tesla’s laboratory destroyed his work.

6. While he was rebuilding, a young Italian experimenter called Guglielmo Marconi, who was working in England, took out the first patent for wireless telegraphy. When Marconi later set up long-distance demonstrations, he used a Tesla oscillator to transmit signals across the English Channel.

7. The neon lamp Tesla did not invent fluorescent or neon light, but he helped improve both. He took the light and created the first neon sign.

8. At the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair, he demonstrated neon signs and how they could be used to create unique designs and even form words. Thanks to Tesla, you can identify your favourite bar.

9. Niagara Falls Transformer House When it came to deciding which company could build a power generator at Niagara Falls, Thomas Edison was the first choice. But after looking at Tesla’s work for Westinghouse Electric, the Niagara Falls Commission chose Tesla’s AC system. Despite doubts, Tesla’s system worked well and became the standard for hydroelectric power.

10. The induction motor The first AC commutatorless three-phase induction motor was invented independently by Galileo Ferraris and Nikola Tesla. Although Ferraris demonstrated his motor first in 1885, it was Tesla who was the first to apply for a patent.

11. George Westinghouse, who was developing an AC power system at the time, licensed Tesla’s patents in 1888. This type of motor is still used today in vacuum cleaners, hairdryers and power tools.

12. Radio-controlled boat Tele-Automation piloted the first radio-controlled boat designed by Tesla. After being denied a patent because the Patent Office thought it was impractical, he proved them wrong by demonstrating the boat at the 1898 Electrical Exhibition.

13. Alternating current Alternating current is considered Tesla’s greatest achievement. Although he did not invent alternating current, he made it easier to use on a large scale.

14. AC power allows electricity to be sent over long distances much more efficiently. Westinghouse bought Tesla’s AC patents and used them to bid for the lighting of the Chicago World’s Fair.

They won the contract and were able to provide electricity for around $150,000, less than it would have cost to provide electricity using DC.

Go to this site to learn more about this once-in-a-lifetime genius Nikola Tesla Tesla’s seemingly instinctive gift for invention and unfathomable imagination made him one of the most prolific inventors of our time.

Nikola Tesla’s frequency healing device is explained in this video.

Anyone who is not at the specific earth frequency for awakening and healing to the incoming ascension energies; or the incoming waves of harmonic resonance leading to unity consciousness, will either have to transform or fail.

This process consists of body and soul and is not a fantasy, it is measurable, real science and fact; called Schumann Resonances. These are global electromagnetic resonances created and activated by energies from our universe, visible as lightning, for example.

The Ancient Egyptians used certain resonant vowel sounds in their ancient rituals; these vowels were considered so sacred that they were removed from the colloquial language and no longer appeared in the written hieroglyphic language.

The Egyptians also used an instrument called the sistrum during ceremonies, a rattle with metal discs that has been shown to produce exceptionally high levels of ultrasound.

Nikola Tesla was unparalleled in his time, and perhaps in ours. And this raises an interesting question. If Tesla were alive today, what would the world be like in our future?

Think about it and write your suggestion in the comment box below.

The Best Timelines for Humanity… Coming Soon

The Best Timelines for Humanity… Coming Soon

The 9D Arcturian Council

Channel Daniel Scranton

Posted on July 29, 2024

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have looked down several timelines from where you are right now, and we know that those of you who are awake are feeling into those same timelines. You can feel the enormity of where it is you are standing right now because of the choosing that you must do in order to experience a bright future, one where you experience the least amount of chaos, the least amount of cataclysmic events. We know that it is easy to listen to those who are telling you that it is inevitable for things to get worse there on Earth when you have already been surrounded by pessimism and people who have been telling you to look out for this or that your entire lives.

People are always anticipating the next stock market crash or the crash of their currency. And so, why wouldn’t the average human be looking at your future ascension as one that will be preceded by much destruction. But those of you who look in the direction that we look see the rosy future ahead for those of you who choose it, and we can say that with certainty because we know there isn’t just one future, and hopefully you know that by now as well.

Now, how do you get on that best feeling timeline for yourself and others? Well, you start by paying attention to how you feel about the small things in your life. Are you anticipating the something good happening in the day that you are about to embark upon, or are you thinking about all the bad things that could happen and trying to prepare for them. All you have to do is shift in that moment to a thought about what could go right in order to experience more going right as you move through your day. And your day is just a microcosm of all time, including your future.

Therefore, as you begin to see how things could go very right for you today, and tomorrow and the next day, before you know it, you have mapped out a future experience for yourself where everything continues to be on an upswing and get better and better for yourself and for your fellow humans. Now you might say, ‘Well, how can I do this when I look around at my world, and I see things that aren’t the way I want them to be, or the way that I would choose them to be?’ And we say to you that you chose unconsciously.

You didn’t know you were choosing whether there would still be wars at this point in humanity’s evolution. You didn’t know you had a choice in the matter as to whether there would still be people starving to death and slavery on your planet. But you know these things now, and you can do something about them by anticipating and even planning for the better future for humanity, the future where everyone is getting what they need not only to survive but to thrive.

And you are the ones with your awakened consciousnesses that can hold that space for yourselves and others, and you can see it coming to fruition in your lifetime. That we know to be true, and we can guarantee for those of you who are looking on the bright side, looking for the positive and anticipating the best outcome for yourself and those you are participating with in your day. It really is that simple, humanity, and we know you can do it because we have seen those timelines where you already have.

We are The Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.

Your future is bound up in the outcome and looks very bright

Your future is bound up in the outcome and looks very bright

Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self

Posted on June 16, 2023

Your problems clearly will not go away until they have been addressed and solved. Your future is bound up in the outcome and looks very bright, even if you have not been able to see the possibilities for yourselves. The old had to go as new innovations wait to be introduced that will eventually give you a better quality of life.

Clearly there is much needed to rebuild your fractured societies so that they reflect a new way of life, one that makes fewer demands on your time and resources. New innovations will help make life easier and share the Earth’s bounty in a fairer way so that all benefit. Wealth should work for the good of all people and not a privileged few.

Your present period of troubles will take some while before there are signs of a new phase being entered, when there are people emerging who know what is required to return to some semblance of normality. But it will not mean returning to the old ways of working, as many new innovations are ready to be introduced giving a better quality of life.

We cannot tell you when it will come about but there has to be a right time if it is to be totally acceptable and successful. Much is up to you and how you respond to the challenges that will see the end of outdated ways of life. What was readily accepted before this new period began is no longer adequate for the demands of the New Age.

These are trying times in many ways and it is noticeable that in the times of crisis humanity has not hesitated to pool resources to help those in greater need. At heart all humans are receptive to another one’s needs and so much is given without a call for recognition or publicity. It is your “never say die” approach that gets you through tough times such as you are experiencing now. We commend you for your unstinting help often at personal cost as indeed humans are at heart very loving and quick to rise to the occasion’s needs.

What you are going through is surely a great test of your resolve and determination to overcome whatever obstacles are in your way. Few of you have any idea of your lives that have led you to this point in your evolution, but be assured many of you have been well tested and stand at the point where you will ascend after learning from the lessons you were given.

You knew in advance it would be tough and having come through by trial and error you never need look back again. We know you all so well and what a reunion we shall all have in the very near future. The dark Ones still try to stop your progress but it is too late as you have already made it.

There will always be help needed somewhere in the Cosmos and you are going to step up and put your experience to good use helping others to follow in your footsteps. So enter this final period with full confidence knowing you have done the hard bit and are now on the way home. You have many family members just waiting for that day when you can celebrate your accomplishment in rising up in spite of the problems you have had to encounter.

Recognising your true roots and your real family has lifted you up and you now have the strength of character to tackle whatever comes your way. You are so powerful that you have yet to realise your true capabilities, you are a Master in the making and ready to do good work on Earth to help Humanity to also ascend. Some souls are far from ready but their opportunity to rise up will come in due course. No one is left behind to fend for themselves, help is just a call away as their Guides are always on hand.

Your journey through the lower dimensions has made you strong and experienced. With it comes the ability to be discerning and know exactly what to do when called to action. Think big because you have untapped abilities and can do almost anything you aspire to. However, you have learned balance and caution and are not compulsive. You are calm and calculated and never prone to making hasty decisions, and can be trusted to make the right ones. You are ready to reach out to those who need help in the great Cosmos that is your true home.

Your experiences upon Earth have moulded you into a Supreme Being ready to dedicate yourself to the Light. What a great achievement and extremely well done. Coming down to Earth there is still much to be done and so many souls despair at what they see as their future. It is where you come in and as they cross your path would be surprised at how a few kind words lifts their soul.

Wherever you are in the world there are always opportunities to help another soul on their journey, it is the knowing that a bright future beckons and that there will be an end to the ravages of being in the lower vibrations and facing problems almost every day of your life. Nothing happens by chance and if only people could accept that they would hopefully see life a lot differently. Ask yourself what could be learned from each experience and if it comes in the form of a test do you understand why.

Life can be hard but also beautiful and how uplifting when the outcome is your happiness. Not all experience leave you unsettled but if they do question why as there may be an answer for you. Life is like a “merry go round” the same experiences keep coming your way but not without good reason.

I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self my God Self, and every soul has the same connection to God.

In Love and Light.
