Take time to bless that which you have and ask for what you want

To bless means to confer energy upon a person or situation that has your focus. It is a wonderful way to bring Divinity into your daily life, and this practice honors the Oneness within us at all times.

It is important to bless all that is manifesting. Without that space of honoring what we already experience in life and being grateful for what it is, we are not in a place of magnetism for what we want to experience instead.

For many years I seemed to be waiting for something else to change before I could be happy. This led me to living in the future, out of balance and out of touch with my present life. It was not a resourceful state to be in. When the life I was leading went through a very radical change, I was not prepared to lose everything I thought was important to me. It could be called involuntary simplification, because now I know the Universe will use anything it can to get my attention.

Sitting in that place of emptiness, I had to examine my core values, becoming more clear about what was truly important to me. I continued to bless my situation and found a new level of compassion and love for who I was at the core of my being. Then everything changed.

When we bless what we want to experience, we are honoring the Divine Presence and letting the Universe know what we need. It creates an opening to the River of All Creation; that sacred flow of Divinity that is always available for us. When we can match the vibration of our desires, we become a magnet for their manifestation by the Law of Attraction.

Giving thanks in advance allows us to strengthen and raise our vibrational frequency. This helps us to radiate the beautiful energy of loving gratitude into our world. The benevolence of God responds to this beauty and will flow to us what we are asking for if we can continue to strengthen the power of our attention.

The focus of our attention is the attracting force for the flow of the Divine. If we continue to complain about what we don't have, it creates a powerful concentration on what is not working. The result is we will receive more of what we don't want from the same Benevolent Force that provides what we are focused on at all times. That is why the energy of blessing is so powerful. Even if we really don't know what lesson we are receiving from a less than happy situation, we can still offer our blessings so it can provide a catalyst for the change we do want.

Through this concentration on the spiritual base of our reality, we become very resilient and open to new levels of support from the Universal Presence who cares for us eternally. All that we need is then provided with more Grace and Ease, and we know to the core of our being that we are truly loved.

hank you for the life I have been given and for the lessons I am learning on all levels. Please bless all my relationships and all the situations in my life with Love and Divine Order. May all beings be blessed to receive more Grace and Love in their lives.

Hello our dear ones,

We are the Arcturians. We are your sisters and brothers from beyond. We always come with the spirit and energy of love and with the intention to assist and enlighten you all along this journey. It is both an individual as well as a collective journey. And as we and many beings in the past have shared, the betterment for all must first be manifested through self-improvement. Through healing, healing wounds, emotional and even physical wounds, we are here to share some insight with all of you as to how you can heal yourself and how this connection to your Higher Selves may be of benefit for you.

What is Your Higher Self?

We will first explain the notion and the concept of a Higher Self. The Higher Self is in essence an energetic aspect of you that is untethered by human energies and emotions that may exist along a more negative energetic spectrum. It is the aspect of yourselves that is always and inherently connected to the Divine, to Source. This is your inherent connection. Your Higher Self is the higher consciousness aspect of you that serves to guide you, that serves to keep you on the path of highest learning and of greatest expansion so that you as a soul, as a being of consciousness, can learn, evolve, and improve.

You all have a Higher Self connection. Some of you have learned to nurture and to tap into your Higher Selves. And for those of you who have not, we are simply here to provide some insight.

What we wish for you all to understand is that the Higher Self, because it is not steeped in the Earthly emotional soup, it always brings guidance that is connected to a higher perspective of greater love and compassion. It is an aspect that is not guided by the ego, nor is it influenced by fear, as is often the ego-based mind. The Higher Self in many ways acts as a guide, as a teacher. It is part of you and your true essence. It is the undisturbed aspect of you that lives forever connected to the realm of unity consciousness around where love is known and understood to be the fabric and the underlying building blocks of all experience — and of all consciousness. Your Higher Self steers you sometimes in ways that are unbeknownst to you, and other times, your Higher Self sends you messages and guidance through your intuition and your inner knowing.

Opening Up to Your Higher Self

Your higher self is always accessible and available to you. Simply open yourselves up to connecting with and receiving guidance and information from this Higher Self. The mere act of setting the intention is usually enough for this gateway to be opened. Once this gateway is opened, like all connections, like all relationships, it must be nurtured. Your Higher Self speaks to you and guides you much like your Spirit Guides through a myriad of ways. It speaks to you often through your five senses, through your intuition, and all metaphysical senses. That is those metaphysical senses — our senses that lie beyond the five physical senses — are senses that are pure energetic receptors and transmitters. But they work in ways that are not influenced or motivated by the ego mind and by Earthly intentions and emotions. It is a pure form of energetic communication that all Beings, all humans, carry the innate ability to connect with and tap into. You must simply recognize that you have these abilities and understand that they are here to serve you.

Your Higher Self and your Guides speak to you through your intuition, and your intuition is a window into many of the ‘Clair’ abilities. There are many ways in which intuition is funnelled through your metaphysical senses to provide you with messages.

Your Higher Self represents the aspect of you that is eternally and perpetually connected to a higher, central, loving intelligence and force. The connection is clearer and stronger when you learn to silence and quiet your mind. When you declutter all of the external stimuli that sometimes blurs and clouds your intuition and your inner knowing, you then create an avenue for your Higher Self to guide you and to speak to you.

How to Recognize Higher Guidance

It does not matter if you understand in the moment that you are receiving messages whether it is coming from you, from your heart, from your intuition, your Guides, or your Higher Self. What matters is that the information is first received before the logical mind or other thoughts can get in the way. It is the first and foremost inner emotion, feeling, and sensation that is speaking to you through your intuition. And it is also very important to understand how to gauge the feeling and the validity of this emotion. If it feels right in your heart, then the guidance is right.

And so, when you are looking for guidance, call upon your Higher Self and ask that the signals, guidance, and messages be felt and understood clearly. And the clarity is often in and around your heart space. It must resonate with you from a place of love and joy and that is when you know it is coming from your Higher Self. This practice is an important one. It is about a tuning to what is pure and important, and learning to disconnect and to tune out of any other thoughts, stimuli, and signals that may come from your outside or outer environment that may not always serve your highest good.

Learning to tune into this inner voice, this in essence, is the ability to connect to your higher selves.

And with this, we wish you ongoing harmony and bliss.

Trust in the Divine Plan, Bless it and Bless the Divine Order inherent in every Person and every Situation

It is sometimes extremely difficult to remember that there is a Divine Plan at work in our lives. In fact, I have heard it said that if we could just relax into it, there is no way that Life would not take us to our most Divine Destiny.

When there are situations that appear so dark, senseless and violent that we can't imagine that Divine Order is there, it is at those times that we must employ Radical Trust that God is working in and through all people and situations to bring forth the Highest Good for all concerned.

When we can't think of anything to do because the situations are so disturbing to us, the process of blessing is very powerful. When we bless something, we confer energy upon the subject of our focused intention.

This is a very powerful tool for a number of reasons. One, it gives us something to do so we do not feel so powerless in the situation. Two, it actually works to bring the power of Divine Light into the field that looks so dire. Divine Light contains the intelligence of God. That means that the Divine Intelligence inherent in the Light we send into any situation will know exactly what is necessary to bring about Divine Order. Light also carries Divine Love within its field. We know that Divine Love is the greatest healer of all. The Light we send carries God's Love to heal all the hearts involved in the situation we are focused upon.

These are powerful tools we can bring into our world at this time. When we remember to pray for Divine Order in every situation, it helps to settle our minds and know that there is a Greater Power at work. We can then relax control and allow the flow of this divinity to work in and through all the situations that seem so big that only a miracle of divine proportions can bring about benevolent outcomes.

We have access to those miracles with our thoughts, prayers and the blessings we send to every person and situation in the world. It is Divine Order.

Divine Presence:

Thank you for lifting my thoughts and intentions into the realms of transcendent awareness. May I remember that God is working to bring Divine Order into the world at all times. Expand my focus of attention and trust so that more love can circulate through my energy system and radiate from my heart.

Please send the blessings of Divine Love and Intelligence into all situations that are needing Light to be uplifted. Thank you for blessing with Divine Light all those who are personally involved in events that seem so difficult to understand.

With every breath I take, may I be blessed by the Light of True Understanding so that my heart can radiate Divine Love into the world at all times. May all beings live in harmony with Divine Order, now and always. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #55

Take time to bless that which you have
and ask for what you want

 

You may be finding yourself in a time of questioning and dissatisfaction with your life. However, this is also a time of great opportunity. Every moment of your conscious awareness creates the qualities of your future moments. You can ask for those qualities you feel are missing from your life now, and they will come to you from your sincere prayer.

 

It is not about asking for material things. Instead, ask for those qualities of consciousness you believe you would have if you had the things you want. For example, if you want a new job, what qualities would this job give you? Abundant income? Harmonious atmosphere with co-workers? Fulfillment and joy doing that which you love? Perhaps ease in transportation?

 

When you know the qualities you want, this allows the Universe to provide these qualities in a work situation that may be even better than the type of work you were looking for. When you ask for a narrowly defined work environment, you may get exactly what you ask for but the qualities that would make you happy may not be present.

 

Practice:

 

It’s important not to limit the response of the Universe to the confines of your present awareness. But if you do choose to be precise, also say, “this or something better, God” and then let go. You can also give thanks in advance for answered prayers by saying, “Thank you, Divine Presence, for meeting my needs in ways better than I can imagine. Thank you for Divine Order in this situation.”

 

Blessing situations also brings more good to you. Even if your world appears to be falling apart around you, you can bless the changes occurring and know there is Divine Order beneath the illusion of disharmony.

   

Though it may not appear that you have much you can bless, you can bless the gift of another day of life. You can bless the learning experiences you are now receiving, knowing they are bringing you to a greater good. You can bless the people in your life. Know that they are your perfect teachers for what you need to learn at this time.

   

Remember to give more attention to what you want than to what you don’t have. It seems a small distinction, but power is given to whatever you focus your energy upon. If what you are experiencing is not what you want, bless it anyway. But do not dwell there. Shift your focus to ask for whatever good you want — greater happiness, joy-filled relationships, abundant income, satisfying work. Then say, “Thank you, God” and release your prayers to the Universe to be fulfilled. Whenever you think of it, bless your life, say thank you for what you have and want, then let Divine Will take over.

 

You deserve to be happy and have miracles in your life. A prayerful attitude of blessing and gratitude can bring to you all the good life has to offer. You are worthy to receive the grace of God. All who ask sincerely are answered in kind.

What’s Next?

A quiet mind and still emotions is, I think, an intermediate state. I can’t see the end of the story being this, as interesting as it is to explore.

If you think of it, this state is the epitome of presence. There’s nothing else in here with me than me and this body I operate. There’s no cacophony of criticism. There’s no desire for drama and adventure. Just me.

So phrases like “be here now,” “be present,” “in the moment” – they’re pointing at this state.

Remember I called it a dark night of the soul  because of a third thing that falls still and silent. I’m not experiencing the divine states at the moment … well, that’s not quite true.

But not experiencing them is what made the “night” dark.  It was a darkness of the soul as well as the senses.

Not experiencing the divine states was true yesterday, but it’s not true today. I can breathe love and bliss up from my heart, I see, and easier than I did before.

And now I am considering the needs of writing and not following their lead at this moment.  I’ll meditate on love and bliss later.

Since writing is in alignment with my plan, I don’t believe I’ll suffer by asking bliss to wait.

Love and bliss seem like my playmates.

Wait a minute. I see that everything that’s happening right now is a change from what once was. As Michael said, you’ll wake up one morning and things will have changed. Is this what he was talking about?

Archangel Michael: Now, for some of you it is immediate because you have done all your work, all your preparations, and you have grounded deep in the heart of One and deep in the heart of Gaia.

For others, it will be more like an awakening and thinking, “Oh, my gosh, everything has changed! I’d better start adjusting.” So it will be more of a slower process rather than a snap.”   (1)

Michael also said to me that part of the March 2015 heart opening happened in my sleep. (2) This latest event also largely happened overnight, 7-8 March.

He actually described what’s happening, elsewhere. Where is that quote? Here it is:

“Think of how every time you especially enter the transformative love, that is a snap. It is not the full dramatic snap but it is a snap. Each time you are progressing up what you can think of as a level.

“Think of [entering] your love as flying back and forth through the portal. Now sometimes you’re aware and sometimes you’re asleep.” (2)

I’m not sure if this dark night is a snap or not, but I have woken up “changed” and probably “gone up a level.” And some of it happened when I was asleep.

I don’t feel comfortable saying I ascended. When I try it on, it doesn’t fit. And my heart doesn’t resonate with it.

Stillness and silence are the precursors to all creation, are they not? I don’t want to leave the still and silent space juuuuuuust yet.

It appears that I can take the space with me: I remain still and silent … while … acting…. Just like in the Vipassana Meditation Retreat in 2011…. (3)

In that Retreat, however, the moment we broke for lunch, I lost the space. But not here.

I’m beginning to feel scared by the implications of what I’m saying. At the same time, a lot of loose threads are coming together.

Lord Arcturus saying he wanted me to talk about interdimensionality: One dot to connect. (4) Us being the first humans to go through an Ascension process of this kind, which brings with it interdimensionality: another dot. (5) The Divine Mother telling me what my mission was: another. (6) Me being an awareness writer. (7)

Everything fits like a game of snakes and ladders … and here I am.

I feel complete. Again fear arises. Complete? You can’t be complete. The play’s not over yet.

What’s next?

Nothing drastic.

As I said about bliss, unless I can take this sense of completion with me when I get up from this seat, it’s of no use to me.  It’s no better than a parlor trick if I can’t add it to my lightworker’s toolbox.

I look and see that I feel more substantial. Another description would be that I feel more grounded, present in my body. I can breathe more deeply and I can feel it filling me up and pushing my muscles out.

And love and bliss come up from my heart simply in the act of breathing at this moment. The minute I lose focus, I expect that flow will stop.

This space would only last after Sahaja Samadhi burns my vasanas (core issues) to a crisp in Ascension. I’m not ascended – “not completely” would I guess be more accurate – (8) and so I don’t expect the space to be permanent.

I do expect the sense of substantiality to last. There are always precipitates from any experience, traces, reminders.

If I hadn’t written this down, how much of it would I remember? Probably none.  Certainly none of the detail and the sequence of events.

Now to put down the pen, meditate on the breath, and bring love and bliss up with it. Everything in its own time.

Because it is very important that humanity realize, as they are in their unfoldment to a grander plan, that the seventh dimension is not the end of the road, not the be all and end all.

No matter whether you are already feeling the Bliss and Divine Love wave rolling in, undergoing a deeper purification, holding the zero point field of Divine Neutrality within the Still Point on behalf of ALL, or anything in between, know that you are exactly where you need to be in order to hold the Frequency bandwidth that is unique to you as part of the whole. So you can collapse your part of the Matrix Quantum Standing Wave function, into the Still Point of the Zero Point Field, which is unconditional, Divine Love.

There is no more time for the Forerunners anymore, as we have fully merged with our Eternal Self that is atONE with Source and ALL of Creation, where no-thing feels separate or like a threat to us anymore!!

It is as if the Divine Counterparts and the Cosmic Monad have already started the Celebrations and some of us have started to feel the Divine Love-bliss & Joy bubbling forth from within!

This pure True Divine Love that is arising and felt by the Divine Counterparts, is dissolving all remaining illusions of separation, all fears, doubts, worries, insecurities, nervousness, anxieties, shame, guilt, blame, resentments, defensiveness, sadness, grief, loss, traumas, wounds, and most importantly, our now UNIFIED HEART-MINDS ARE OPENING UP WIIIIIDE! All part of the Divine Union of the Triple Solar Divine Masculine and Feminine principles of Creation.

There’s a deep healing of our Central Nervous System, including chakra system, and physical, mental and emotional bodies taking place, as well as meridians and nadis, which are directly interconnected with the Planetary Grid system. It’s really our whole Morphogenetic field/ Divine Blueprint, which holds our new Androgenous Krystar SAphiRA, Diamond Rainbow Plasma Lightbody and Merkaba vehicle, being fully healed and upgraded VERY quickly now! This is also interconnected with our ability to keep rising and up-levelling in multi-dimensional frequency bandwidths and all the clearings and upgrades that come with it, and therefore Consciousness, as we reach a level of perfect equilibrium and wellbeing!

This is what the QUANTUM PARADIGM SHIFT OF THE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS & ONE MIND is all about & is reaching its full completion as THE COSMIC MONAD TRIGGERS THE COLLECTIVE AWAKENING through the 100 monkey effect. We’re already constantly upshifting in dimensional frequency bandwidth and Consciousness.

This doesn’t look like many of us expected it to look like. That’s why I was shown from the beginning on to hold onto my beliefs and any expectations very lightly, and keep embracing the uncertainty in childlike wonder, as we simultaneously continue to imagine and project out, the very best outcomes for everyOne!

What is taking place at the deepest level is truly us losing all fear from being our True Self, of being judged, condemned, rejected, demonized, abandoned and projected upon, or worst. We’ve fully healed our persecution wound, traumas, and all remaining illusions of separation held within our body, cellular memories and Consciousness. As the Core Cosmic Monad, so the Starseeds, do this, this goes out to the Collective, as this Quantum Shift completes fully, any moment now!

THE END OF JUDGEMENT IS THE END OF SEPARATION!

We are completing our healing and especially the long womb healing process which is coming to its full completion, also connected to us having healed our core Mother Wound and all illusions of separation that make us feel like we’re disconnected from Source and One another. This is also freeing up and igniting our creational energies, also part of the Kundalini rising, and extended Kee-Ra-Sha energy currents that stream the new Trinity Wave of the primal sound and light fields and waves, allowing us to run Rainbow Rounds throughout the Crystalline Grids which have been fully cleared and are ready for the final ignition!

The spiritual war is ultimately a war over Consciousness, which boils down to a war over belief systems and thought forms, which are the programs that the false Matrix simulation was based upon! This is the Consciousness that expresses through our genetics, our DNA that holds the instruction sets for our realities and acts as a film strip for the projections.

This whole Ascension and evolutionary journey is all truly about the purity we hold in our Hearts and Minds, and that ultimately means we’re free of judgements, that’s what is clearing out all of the inverted programming now, for us to complete our full ascend!

Judgements of others is what prevents people from being their True Self, which is what Soul fragmentation is really about, when we feel separate and reject parts of ourselves through judgement, which were taught/ given to us by others. It starts in childhood, when we’re told how, what and who to be, undergo a lot of programming and conditioning. I’ve been shown that our judgements is what ultimately keeps co-creating the very things/ people/ situations we’d rather not see, as we keep feeding them with our sacred life force energy and attention. No matter whether that’s greed, selfishness, anger, cognitive dissonance, addiction, crime, the government, cabal, fallen angelics and the various shadow aspects of THE ONE CONSCIOUSNESS, we feel separated from, it’s all part of the fragmented ONE Mind and Cosmic Monad, which has created a fragmented and dimensionally split Multiverse.

The things we judge in others and out there, are attributes we embody ourselves, just that we require a mirror to see the hidden parts of us better, and help us integrate, to come back together, unified as ONE with SOURCE and ALL of Creation. It’s those unacknowledged shadow parts that we deny, that get projected out onto the holographic screen, just dressed up a little different, in disguise of someone else, that which we can’t see the reflection of in our own suppressed self. Once the unconscious shadow self has been made conscious and alchemised, there’s no more of the old movie to be played out. We simply switch off the movie and fast forward to what we truly wish to experience and see on our holographic screen!

Us having full confidence in ourselves, our gifts, abilities, power, wisdom and gnosis, is us being truly at home, truly in Love with our True authentic Self, not the false ego stuck in the illusions of the Maya of the Mind, in the unreal.

You in Divine Love with your true authentic Self, is you fully healing your Divine Blueprint and with it Earth’s morphogenetic field, and that of the whole Cosmos, truly helping to heal ALL, as ALL IS TRULY ONE HEART-MIND, BODY & SOUL/ LOGOS!
