The Akashic Field Knows How to Heal You

Hellow,
Did you know the Akashic Records not only hold your soul’s wisdom, but they have the capacity to heal you in every way?
Every emotional wound you feel, every pattern you have repeated, every belief that no longer serves you, the Akashic Records hold the frequency to bring it back into wholeness.
When I open my own Akashic Records, I always receive the same message:
“Everything will be all right.”
And in this space, I know it is so.
Healing through the Records can be simple and effortless.
Think of a situation in your life right now that feels tender or in need of healing.
Breathe in and out. Ask to be connected with your Akashic Records. Breathe in again and breathe out again.
Now imagine the softest, sweetest, purest light of the Divine coming from the heart of the Universe. Let it flow into the top of your head and move through your entire body.
With each breath, draw in this light and let it radiate throughout your body. Bring to mind that which most needs healing now. It may be a feeling, a physical imbalance, or simply a desire to feel the love of the Divine more clearly.
Breathe in and out, and say out loud:
“I allow the light of the Divine to heal me now.”
Feel or sense or know that simply by your request, the light of God/Spirit/Source is being brought through your Akashic Records into your body now.
Feel the peace and calm that is always available to you here.
Allow anything that you no longer need to simply dissolve now.
When you feel complete, breathe in, breathe out, and gently release the energy of your Akashic Records and the Divine.
Let this light joyously fill the rest of your day.
