Today's New Moon aligns with the recent Solstice creating space for deep emotional renewal and new beginnings rooted in the heart. This is not th etime for scarcity thinking or for remaining small as the incoming energies are amplifying growth and expansion. We are being encouraged to anchor ourselves in the stability, safety and abundance that flows from within our heart.
The heart is not just the source of our emotions and feelings, it is a sacred bridge to our soul. It is the seat of our divine wisdom, love and our soul's voice. It is where our deepest essence resides and when we consciously deepen into it we cultivate a state of being that transcends the challenges and suffering of life. We connect with a deeper wisdom that goes beyond the turmoil of the mind, our survival instincts and emotional reactivity. In this space we can allow our soul's steady light to guide us.
Take a moment today to settle deeper into your heart. Allow its rhythm to settle your mind and soothe your nervous system. This is not the time to rush or react from old patterns. If you are feeling pushed or rushed pause first. Be mindful of where your energy is being focused. Move gently and with purpose by asking yourself - Am I moving from alignment or from urgency?
