The Beloved: “In your darkest hour remember the Light. Let the memory of this Light stir your heart and soul to new growth. The memory of God’s Holy Light will grow stronger and stronger until it fills your entire being.

Be an active participant in this. The infinite God loves reciprocation of a soul. To Him, this is a sure sign that the soul is sufficiently awakened for further growth and receptivity, which was heretofore hidden in the deep recesses of the mind.

Life is always thus, the more you show yourself faithful in your willingness and dedication to understand, the more you shall be filled. Your prayer of desire to become more God-filled, and less of yourself, is a sign to Me that you are ready to be led deeper into the mysteries and wisdom of life eternal.

This is the result of desire for an active partnership, which has developed in you, and for which I have patiently waited.

Life’s earthly sorrows are fleeting as shadows in the night. Participate more in the light of the eternal morning, which suffuses all sorrow and grief, so they pass into nothingness, never to be recalled. Why soil your soul with bitter memories, when you can sip from the nectar of Heaven?

This taste for the nectar of Heaven will become stronger in you as you develop a spiritual fragrance about you, which will attract others, as bees are attracted to the fragrance of certain flowers, and so the pollination will start another cycle of fruitfulness.

Let your light so shine as to help Me light up this world, much darkened by sin and sorrow. Be this light-beam the Almighty has bestowed upon you. It is never ending and becoming stronger the more you remember to walk in His Light.”

Happiness is Already Within You

Beloved ones, much of the suffering on your planet has been created by false and limiting beliefs, all stemming from the idea that happiness must depend on external factors. The human mind has been conditioned to believe it must earn happiness through effort and struggle, deserve it, or find it outside of itself.

For so long, you have believed that certain circumstances—such as a particular home, a place to live, family, or good relationships—are the foundations of your happiness. Yet, all of these merely reflect what you have already found within. Happiness is your true nature. Unfortunately, false beliefs have created stored energy layers, manifesting as suffering. These layers must first be cleared for you to recognize your inherent happiness.

Be still and allow this to unfold. Understand that the agitation you feel when you are still is simply an expression of that stored energy. Stay with it—bring your attention to it—and it will dissolve.

This is a journey back to your true self, and it requires patience. But once you understand this, you will never again waste time chasing illusions. Affirm to yourself, “I know that happiness is within me,” and let this begin to transform your old conditioning. Remind yourself whenever you feel lost or when your mind starts searching for external, material sources of happiness. Keep reaffirming it—remain still—and everything else will fall into place.

Happiness is already within, and it reveals itself once the layers of illusion have dissolved. When the suffering you’ve created is seen and acknowledged—when it is embraced—true peace emerges.

I do not suggest doing nothing. Your true nature is to experience life. But now, you will act out of joy, like a painter who creates not because they must, but because they can and wish to. You do not need to do something to be happy; rather, you act because you are already happy. This shift transforms your entire reality.

Many people try to distract themselves from their inner turmoil by constantly doing something. Instead, change your approach: be still and allow whatever arises within to the surface. It may feel uncomfortable, but it is a necessary part of the healing process.

Have trust that we are with you, guiding you step by step. You are meant to be happy—blessed are you, both on earth and beyond.

It’s easy to sink to another’s level. In fact it is the easiest thing because you are influenced by their energy and therefore have the ability to match it or rise above it.

It takes mastery to remain in a higher state of vibration, of being, of responsiveness because it takes effort, awareness, choice to not sink to another person’s level. It doesn’t mean you see them as less, but like Jesus said, they know not what they are doing, in other words they are unaware of who they are, disconnected from their true being, true essence.

And that’s is a challenge for you when you face such individuals because in that challenge, in that face to face confrontation, you have a choice at that particular moment to be like them, to sink to their level, to disconnect from your essence, or to be the master that you are and remain in that state of connection, realizing, recognizing, knowing they know not what they are doing, without the necessity to judge, simply to recognize they are not being their full selves.

It takes mastery to not sink, to not get influenced, to keep aligning with spirit, with your essence, your higher self and that’s why it is mastery. So you forgive yourself when your sink and allow yourself to practice some more until you no longer need to practice. Like every master, you are a student first and you practice until the practice becomes you, therefore no longer needing to practice.

Recognizing these simple truths is always a big step in your advancement, growth, evolution, expansion. So it is all working perfectly for you to succeed, you see.
