There is a harmony being called forward within you each to find a compatible path for both your physical well-being and your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For many, there has been a heavy emphasis on one over the other, and the new template for humanity is one of true balance where all parts of oneself are embraced as in the whole. Where all the parts are considered equally valid and important to be attended to.

So, you will find that as you move into new timelines of higher frequency, your schools, your businesses, your products will reflect this. They will not only reflect the sustainability of respect for your planet, but they will respect the spiritual nature of all beings, the physical health of all beings and be created for the benefit on all levels of a divine being, living on planet Earth.

So, as we move into these new timelines, consider that in terms of what you choose to bind yourself to. Consider what things you give your focus and allegiance to, for those are the things that are being brought forward within many on your planet. These are to bless all, not just a few – but everyone with respect for each dimension of well-being within you for the highest good of all concerned.

Let your businesses be based upon this fundamental philosophy. Let your creative projects find ways to communicate this. Allow yourselves to learn to live and harmony like this and to discover what that means in all areas of your society. For those of you who are leading the way, this is an important component of your creations to understand the value of all the aspects as one of the whole, without disregarding any.

So even if you are creating a garden in sacred devotion, your respect for the plans, the environment around you, the spiritual purpose of the land, the harmony with its neighbors (as an example) are all important. And when you create new ways of living your life, please take this into consideration, that all aspects must find their place of balance for you to receive the most dynamic unfolding as a divine being informed in this realm.

It is truly a gift to be here to discover this, to be on the frontier of human potential, to uncover what this may mean for the many aspects of your world. Let us assist you. Come with your ideas and let us explore them together to find ways of bringing this reality into form.

Beloved ones, we are your companions along this journey as Arcturians, star beings who have walked with many of you along your journey in the cities of Atlantis and many others in your incarnations. 

Within those lifetimes, there was a tendency to seek to elevate humankind through technology. The technologies would alter the experience in the body to lighten the density, to clear the way for higher vibration experiences to bring us into further harmony with the elevated aspects of our higher selves, and yet we did not need to experience the transition of the body in the way that you are journeying in this lifetime. So, in some ways we took an alternative pathway to our higher knowing.

You have an opportunity in this lifetime to bring your body along on this journey – to come as an integrated being, fully present in human form while accessing the higher mind and higher knowing in all you do. It requires constant recalibration from within your cells to acclimate to what is happening around you. 
So, if you find it difficult to navigate the current energies around you, I would not suspect that you were doing anything wrong. It is simply a process of transmuting the old within your cells, as the new makes room for what is of higher vibration.

This may require greater rest on some days, an expelling of lower density material or energies that exist within you through detoxing of your human bodies – salt baths, transformation of the foods that you intake, in order to feel satisfied and supported, and to change your habitual ways of being and thinking. In particular, you struggle with old ways of operating, that are limiting your capacity to adjust. So, this is why many of you are being asked to change your way of being – in how you operate, not just in your homes, but in your everyday life, in workplaces, in travel, in the way in which you relate to your own self, in the corners of your mind. There is much to be recalibrated.

The old thinking will not support you and will cause anxiety and derision within you if you cling to old ways of viewing your reality, for it has changed. So, it is like putting on a dirty pair of glasses to look through, to try to see more clearly. It does not work, not the way those glasses worked when you could not see clearly at all. 
They were an improvement even then, even if they were not entirely clear. In this case, your natural eyes are more accelerated in their perception, and yet that requires a shedding of many tools that you have been using, many ways of speaking with yourself, of engaging with those around you in a more loving fashion, that you may live a gentler existence as your body and soul seeks to embrace.

It is not natural at the higher states of vibration to be pummeled with harsh energies, chemicals, harsh thinking great negativity, judgment or the withholding of truth. 
All these things cause pain to the system in some regard. So, allow yourself to explore what feels better than the way you have been living. Whether that is primarily focused on spending time in nature more frequently or sleeping more often or relaxing into the task at hand without anxiety as to their urgency. It is learning to operate within the flow in harmony with all things, trusting that you will know the proper order of actions within your day, the requisite amount of sleep, proper foods, and nutrition that you need or even simple movements throughout the day that allow your body to adjust to what is happening.

For many of you, it is crying out for more attention, and this is why many are experiencing strange ailments – things that they have not bumped up against before – because this is a new experience. 
It is not like the old days where there was a pathway forward in heavy energies of the densities around you. While there are certainly those hanging on with their life to the old energies, that does not make them established within the potential realm in which you can exist. Give yourself the gift of focusing your attention upon those new energies that lift you, that invite you to new ways of thinking, that remind you how much better you feel when you care for your physical bodies in new ways. As you find that harmony between the spiritual and physical, you will find the path forward of expansion that benefits both – rather than feeling that the body is being dragged behind to try to catch up with what is happening spiritually. They are meant to evolve together in harmony in sisterhood or brotherhood as partners.

This is the charge at hand to discover what this means for your individual life, to know what your needs are on the physical level in relation to the wisdom harnessed within your soul, and to offer that to yourself willingly, openly, and embrace the journey ahead as one.

We join you and honor of your invitation to bless the lives of those who hear you speak, as all in your planet have entered a new phase of evolution, a new planetary cycle. We have opened to a radically new time.

It is our heartfelt interest to assist all of humanity in this effort to remember your true nature – the roots of civilization that come from the divine nature of all life. It has long been a distorted view of the world that so many on your planet are operating with. These are misconceptions of a very limited set of ideas of who they are, what is possible to create together and how to return to their true nature and operate from the divine blueprint within them.

In your world, it always benefits you to recognize the frequency of the energy behind any communication that you hold. For this is what delivers the message that ‘packs a punch’ as you say in your world. It is what empowers words to land softly on the heart, or with crystal clear clarity that is needed, to resolve the darkness and confusion that is wrapped around the minds of so many.

The word is power, and it rides upon this frequency and emanates through the voice of the one speaking. So, tune your frequency before you speak recognize whether it is being carried on the recognition of your wholeness or if an aspect of your being that is struggling, hurting, angry, wounded is the one delivering the message. 
All these parts are entirely valid in your experience and yet they are seeking attention. Not to come from love, but to be heard.

So before you speak to another from those places, seek to integrate by inviting their presence within you to be heard fully and completely from a place of compassion and the embrace of love.

This means approaching these parts with neutrality for what has been experienced. For when an aspect within you, for example, is holding anger, there is often deep hurt beneath this layer. So, in simply approaching the feeling of this aspect with compassion, with the presence of harmony and a willingness to hear all grievances –then, then will it soften and you will know the root desire beneath the anger. You will know the need for love that is calling for your attention. And when that part is heard and acknowledged and accepted for what it is – as valid, its defenses and shields will drop away, as love melts and dissolves the resistance to its integration. Then you may feel that you were at one with this formerly angry part of yourself or hurting aspect and you will feel at peace and this peace will carry you to a new place from which to communicate.

This is a little-known skill in your world, the simplicity of meeting your parts. and inviting them to wholeness through non-judgment, acceptance, radical honesty, and compassion. When these elements are present, which, by the way, are all elements of under the umbrella of love. Then you will begin to have the language of heart communication on your planet.

You will begin to know how to care for your own selves in a way that allows you to show up in your true divinity as beings of light, living in harmony with one another, and yet expressing your uniqueness, the traits that make you different without losing that level of peace and true harmony amongst you.

The words with which you speak will ride upon the energy of love, for you will no longer be filled with inner conflicts, for those have been resolved by your own will and practice. Your ability to embrace what is within, is simply reflected in your outer world, and it becomes natural for all external forces to drop their resistance. For the change you deeply desire and wish to come to pass will occur – one step at a time through the integration of love, the power of acceptance, seeing beyond duality, being open and willing to experiment and learn this skill of self-love.

It may seem that it is a process and yet it is fundamentally a way of being with yourself, a way of nurturing the various parts of your personality. This is part of the mastery of being divine in the human body, learning to work with your ego to become adept at communicating love to the childish parts within you that have been wounded along the way of your upbringing.

To learn to find balance within so that you may bring equanimity to your relationships, your work, your service in the world, and discover underneath all that we are speaking of – that it is most natural for you to respond to all from a place of love.

It is simply an undoing of so many things you have learned: the conditioning that has told you:

• you must stomp on others to stand up for yourself or
• push down feelings to be accepted or
• to protect your hearts from one another or
• that you must appear a certain way in order to be loved.

There are so many conditioned responses established in your world that have limited your capacity to feel loved and to express the love that you are. As you play with these parts and bring them home in your own embrace, without regard for what others think of you, have told you, or say to you — when you come to peace, and fall in love with yourself, your world will offer this beautiful reflection back to you in so many ways.

And gradually, one by one, this will ripple throughout your world, as you inspire one another to make change, starting within the sacred chambers of your heart.

Beloved Ones,

As keepers of the Earth, many of you are now immersed in planetary work, individually, in groups, or in collaboration with non-physical beings, especially the Arcturians, Venusians, and the Inner Earth’s beings, who are beings of many different forms that protect and heal our planet, from the fifth parallel dimension connected to us through the earth’s crystalline heart or nucleus.

Many of you, as descendants from the Andromedans, and Sirians, for many of you, came to this planet through the Sirian portal that is connected to our twin Galaxy, are now starting/expanding into your planetary mission to keep the earth protected, and healed from men’s damage, for many of you came with the agreement to use your evolved energy and unique blueprint to act as Earth’s guardians, purifying the earth and helping it retrieve its lost purity, although your mission is also to help anchor its new crystalline structure.

As I was shown, the earth’s crystalline core is experiencing another important shift during this passage. As you know the earth’s heart is like an ethereal crystalline/rainbow diamond, whose center connects to many dimensions. This crystalline structure is also connected to the earth’s fabrics and grids, impacting the magnetic fields and all of the earth’s structures, for all is moved by it. It acts as the receiver of the Divine Light into our planet, sending new instructions and above all, helping us/All Living Beings, and Forms of Consciousness, now that we are ready, in becoming less dense in our structure.

Its Light is a neutral. It exists beyond our polarized world. It knows no boundaries, judgments, or illusions. It only knows and is Love, and Love provides for All equally.

We too are energetically connected to it, throughout fascia, our crystalline body network, which is being now deeply affected by the many changes occurring at a deeper level in our earth’s crystalline diamond nucleus. We are undergoing a complete restructuring of all the earth’s structures, for we are all realigning to the God Worlds, as it was meant to be since the beginning.

This is why many of you are experiencing dizziness, stomach symptoms, and nervous system imbalances, among many others unique to you, as we are experiencing a complete recalibration in our body system like never before. Acupuncture, quantum therapies, somatic ones to help heal trauma, water therapies, and organic supplements, will help with our physical ascension, for this is a long-term process we need to embrace and learn how to cope with.

The more you consciously choose to build your own light body and soul connection, the more you allow these light transmissions throughout your body, for they are Love, Wisdom, and Power penetrating into your being, helping you become more whole, restoring your soul memories of the oblivion lived for eons.

As we continue navigating the many plasmatic waves and other energies that we are constantly receiving to assist us in our planetary and physical transition, we will continue witnessing many changes in our bodies. Changes that will mainly occur in our bone structure, fascia, and nervous system, for they act as divine energetic transmitters.

During this transitional year, the more we remain in our compassionate Higher Hearts, the better we can cope with the physical impact of these new earth’s frequencies.

My dear Earth friends,

This is Anos speaking. I am an Arcturian.

If any of you know of a smurf look-alike contest, please post so in the comment section. Winning a contest on another planet is on my bucket list, and I bet I'd be unbeatable at smurf look-alike contests. I'm already blue, so I'll only need to shrink in size from a few feet to a few inches, and decide which smurf I should be. It'll be the easiest win of my life.

Alternatively, just entertaining a group of Earth children as a real-life smurf sounds fun too.

Aside from my bucket list adventures, I am also thrilled to have the privilege to share this first message of your year 2025.

Well, let's get to it.

Right now being on Earth is giving you one huge advantage and one huge drawback.

Meanwhile, us galactics have it the other way around: we have a drawback where you have an advantage, and we have an advantage where you have a drawback.

Namely, you're currently in a position to acquire great amounts of soul growth, which is what many beings and many souls value the most in the entire universe. And it's hard to even conceive of a place that's better for soul growth than Earth.

You might not care about soul growth much, but hundreds of millions of souls applied to be born on Earth and were rejected. Meanwhile, practically every soul that applied to be born among Pleiadians or Arcturians was accepted.

Very young souls are guided, as a child is guided by their parents. After that, souls are free to choose where to incarnate, with more and more options opening up to them as they gain experience and maturity. Souls are free to refuse to incarnate in places that can teach them critical lessons, but they might not be able to progress until they do.

Creation is a playground where souls are more or less free to do and experience as they wish. Souls themselves can't be wounded or unmade, except in very rare circumstances. So creation itself is sort of like a heaven for souls: souls are free to do as they wish, are free from suffering, and are immortal.

In that context, what souls typically want most is soul growth.

A huge reason why the darkness on Earth is still there is that many souls of Earth humans are asking for the situation to go on just a little while longer, so that they may wring just a bit more soul growth out of these last days in prison Earth.

So you have one huge advantage: you're getting great amounts of soul growth. And you have one huge drawback: life is incredibly tough on Earth.

Us positive galactics have it the other way around: we're typically only getting small amounts of soul growth, but then again our lives are filled with joy and bliss and happiness and connection.

Now, life on Earth is going to shift to a situation where Earth humans, too, will stop gaining as much soul growth, but will have more happiness and connection and love.

I don't predict New Earth to arrive completely in 2025.

However, I agree with Hakann's predictions that likely your lives will become substantially easier in 2025, and likely in 2025 galactics will make physical contact either openly or with select individuals. These aren't certainties, because you have free will and it depends on the choices of Earth humans, but these things are more likely than not.

In the process, your lives will become easier, and the amount of soul growth you will be able to gain will decrease.

So the conditions to gain soul growth are more favorable today, and are more favorable in the next months, than they will be for the rest of your lives.

Therefore, I invite you to take this opportunity to not just spend the next few months waiting for other people to liberate Earth. Instead, these are golden months to do your spiritual practice, to act with love towards others, to start positive practical initiatives, to actively take good care of yourself, et cetera.

Even small things can have a great positive impact. Just some kind words, or some daily deep breaths, will plant a tree that will grow many fruits.

In particular, I would like to invite you to work on releasing your resistance towards pain and towards so-called negative thoughts and emotions. After all, these are critical 3D lessons, and the time to learn them is now.

If pain is simply observed without resistance, it will pass through you, and it will not turn into suffering.

If so-called negative thoughts and emotions are simply observed, they too will pass. Furthermore, no one is actually harmed if you have a so-called negative thought or emotion. So why would they be bad? It is only your words and actions that can potentially hurt others, so it's only those that you should seek to control.

That said, I also fully understand that some of you may be exhausted. So, please take good care of yourself and rest sufficiently. And if you are exhausted, then you are exhausted, and there is no reason to beat yourself up over that. The idea that you're not allowed to rest also is just a thought that can be observed.

The good news is that more pleasant and connected and love-filled times really are coming.

The bad news is that the perfect days for soul growth really are going.

We have established many wonderful working relationships with those of you in human form there on Earth. We know that some of you recognize us by our vibrational signature, and some of you even remember us from your Arcturian lifetimes. We know that to others we seem somewhat familiar, but you are unable to place where you know us from, but suffice it to say that we have a connection to every single being there on planet Earth. And when you fall asleep and travel through the astral plane, that’s when things get very interesting indeed.

That’s when we can connect with all who want to share their experiences with us and gain even more of our wisdom through conversations. We know that whether you remember those interactions or not, you carry more Arcturian energy with you throughout your day, and you are able to live according to the wisdom that we share with you in those moments that we have together while you are asleep. 

Now, you don’t only come to visit us in the astral plane, and we do not get jealous when you visit the Pleiadians or Sirians. There are many, many beings and collectives for you all to visit in the higher realms, and all of those perspectives that you receive while you are speaking to us are a part of your thoughts in the waking hours of your lives.

We offer you downloads, activations and upgrades, as well as attunements, and some of you even remember your Arcturian lifetimes in dreams that you download as you awaken. Therefore, you are already making contact with e.t.s all the time, but it is soon going to be much more conscious and much more deliberate and while you are awake. But these meetings in the astral plane prepare you for what is to come, and we help you with the day-to-day concerns that you have living there on planet Earth.

We help other beings from other star systems as well, and we learn through your experiences more about ourselves than we ever could if we took a policy of isolation. Therefore, we encourage you to never diminish what you are doing there on Earth or what you are experiencing. Do not see it as less than what anyone else is doing or experiencing throughout the entire galaxy. You are the ones who agreed to experience that level of density, that level of polarity, and everyone benefits from what you are living throughout all of Source Energy. Therefore, it is not a burden to us at all to help you, to send you energies, and to continue to love you unconditionally, which is the only way to be loved.

You need to understand yourself as tuning forks to the universal energies, to a universe that is made up of sound and light. Everything around you is energy as well as everything which is within you. Every thought, emotions, sound, that emits from you is interacting with the energetical field in your immediate surroundings, but it doesn´t stop there. You are connected to all that is thru your high heart and are in an ongoing inter-exchange with the universal forces, the planets and stars of the galaxy and of course all life on earth, whether in human form, the animal, plant and devic kingdoms and the crystal layers of the earth which is the foundation of the earth grid. Whether you are conscious of this or not. Now if you engage in negative thoughts, you send out low vibrations into the universe, which impacts not only your own emotional and mental state of being, but also those around you, in fact there is no one and nothing which is not touched by it. Do you understand the magnitude of this and of the importance of cultivating positive thoughts and honoring what is good for you? Because what is good for you is good for the whole and what is good for the whole is good for you. There is no exception to this seen from an energetical perspective. Your ego might want it otherwise, because it is attached to certain outcomes and hence tries to controle life and manipulate certain outcomes, that it deems good for you. And that is the roots to all suffering. Thus the importance of monitoring your thoughts and engaging in high vibrations only, whether it be in your immediate environment, social engagement, nutruition and generel well-being. You are made up of energy and are able to influence your own vibration by consciously living and vibrating from your heart and radiating love into the earth grid, into the hearts of those you encounter. It is uplifting and nurturing not only to those around you, but to yourself. If you allow yourself to be in toxic surroundings, toxic relationships and intaking toxic substances all your spiritual efforts will be in vain or have low impact to your spiritual well-being and expansion into the ecstatic frequency of joy, peace and gratitude, which is your naturel frequency, your home frequency, that keeps you in alignment with the frequency band of the higher dimensional planes, that you so long for. It is all available to you, but you need to surrender and come into your heart, to give up controle and trust life is benevolent. You need to stop being a victim of circumstances and become the master of vibration, that in truth you are. Allow yourself to be in tune with the cosmic forces thru a focused and attentive heart, by being present in the NOW and not let yourself be fragmented into the linearity of past and future, which bottomline makes you degrade, age and finally die. You are eternal life, a magnificent being of light and love made out of pure vibration, currently in human form, but not limited by it, if you understand yourself as who you truly are, pure vibration, that you can impact and alter by divine intent and by making healthy and positive choices, that honors you and all life. We congratulate you for your continual efforts to support this earth in its ascension process, however the best way you can do so, is to start within by choosing what honors all life, which is always love. Do not buy into what the naked eye can see, there is much more to life, there is much more to you. It only shows a minuscule picture of reality. You are divine tuning forks and hence have the capacity to tune into all life and choose what serves the greater whole, which will always serve you. The flower of life, is a sacred web similar to but much more advanced than that of a spider… no matter where you touch a spiders web, it impacts the whole web. Do you understand how important you are? Do you understand how much impact you have on others? Do you understand the responsability you have to make conscious choices, cultivate positive thoughts, because they are like arrows of intent sent into the universe, that the universe will respond to and return to you. Energy follows attention. The universe is a free will zone, but the law of magnetism will always cater for and respond to what you send out. As within, so without, as above, so below. The hermetic law is impecable and non-compromising. This is what you are submitted to… it can be a curse or an ongoing blessing depending on how you interact with it. Choose wisely, do not succumb to the limited options of reality, that is offered by your dualistic mind-set, it offers just a tiny part of the infinite spectrum of all-that-is, that your soul is able to perceive, feel and interact with. BE in your heart, think with your heart, act from your heart and let it direct your mind to implement what honors the well-being of all life. Let yourself be guided by your feelings and intuition, because they are the tones and language of the tone fork, that you are… allow us to use this analogy, because this is what we see from a higher dimensional perspective. And you may use this instrument that you are and interact with life in various ways… be creative, be playful and inventive… the harmonics of life is the heart beat of the universe, and each of you carry an individual note in this big orchestra of love and can interact thru this tune fork to impact great awakenings in self, in your sisters and brothers of this earth plane and beyond. That is how powerful you are. Let this be your lesson, let this be your intent. Now let your soul´s song and essence vibrate into and blend with the harmonics of life and create joy and celebration in the heart of everyone it touches. This is your mission, this is your destiny. You are so loved, you are so bright in your mighty divine light, open your eyes to see and behold you will see the gift of love, that you are to the world.

Ummm, well, sort of. Uhhh, partly….

After my heart opening in 2015, (1) I went through a time of saying that you can’t get love from another person. It was clear to me: Love came up from our hearts and then out from us.

Never mind the contradiction of me sending it out to someone…. Small matter…. You can’t get love from another.

Then Matthew came along and said, yes, you can. Here’s an example from Matthew:

“Please ask Matthew how we can send love-light.” With joy we tell you this is as easy as your desire to do so! If you wish to “formalize” this in a prayer or meditation or visualization, that is fine, of course, but your feelings and intention are enough. And, no “address” is needed. Simply your thought of the person, group or Earth herself directs your love-light energy where you want it to go. (2)

Now I have a dilemma.

“I” do not give you love that is somehow my own. I don’t have it to give of myself. It comes from the universal Source, that all of us have, through the pipeline of the heart. I only experience that love as it passes through me when I draw it up on my inbreath.

But, then, why send love out on the outbreath if someone is not receiving it? Oh, I’m so confused!

However, in researching another topic, I came across a passage from Marilyn Raffaele’s Arcturians which gave me clarity. I wish I’d written this passage:

“It is humanly natural to expect love or gratitude to come from certain people and when it doesn’t it is easy to blame them or even yourself. However those from whom you may expect it do not in and of themselves have it to give for love and gratitude are Divine qualities that flow through individuals, but never from them.

“The love or gratitude you seek may never come from those you may expect or want it from, but if you acknowledge and seek it from within [your own heart]– (I can never be separate from the Love I am, I am forever complete and whole because I AM) it will flow to you in ways and from places you least expect.” (3)

That answered the original point I was making: That you can’t get love from another person. It’s futile to attempt to do so. We get it from our own heart.  However you can get love through another person. I should have seen that! But I didn’t.

It says that I’m simply a vessel not a creator of that love.

Once the love leaves me, when I send it out, the mode of delivery remains unknown to me.

However, I now accept that others can receive the love I send out. That was where I was holding out. All is clear in hindsight.

Thank you to the Arcturians, for clarifying the situation. You’ve furnished us with so many really useful distinctions over the years (as has Matthew)!!!

As usual, when I find one example of something, I find others:

Arcturian Group: In and of themselves, human beings have no love, forgiveness, patience, generosity, etc. to give. These are God qualities only able to express through consciousnesses that are open to and in alignment with them.

Never look to a person for love, forgiveness, patience etc. regardless of how a situation “should be” because a human being does not have it to give unless they are open to it flowing through them. Look only to God for God qualities and you will find them flowing to you from where you least expect.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

 

We are sending you energies from our central star, Arcturus, all the time. We are inviting so many of you to benefit from all that has been lived, all that has been experienced in our star system, and all you have to do is open yourselves up to those energies. You see, you don’t have to do it all by yourself. You don’t have to live out every experience to gain the full benefit of having lived that experience yourself. Others have come before you and others are living those experiences right now, and you can benefit from everyone else’s gifts and accomplishments, wisdom and knowledge. 

And as you open yourself up to Arcturian energies, you are opening yourself up to spiritual evolution. That is the main theme, the main focal point or our star system and why beings come here to incarnate in it. This star system is about furthering the spiritual evolution of the consciousness of the entire universe, and that is the shift that we are all in the midst of right now. It is a universal shift in consciousness, and it is happening because it is the right time for it to be happening. And those who are on a spiritual path can ride the wave of what is happening on that universal level. That is also something that we invite you all to do. 

Let go of the idea that you have to do it all yourselves in terms of your spiritual evolution. Set the intention that you want to focus on what brings you in a higher-vibrational state, and you want to think the thoughts that are a match to that higher-vibrational state. Set the intention to feel better in your physical bodies, emotionally, as well as energetically, and let yourselves ride the wave. Let yourselves receive what is coming to you naturally because of the beautiful intentions that you put forth. You are there to benefit from all that this universe has to offer, and in benefiting from everything this universe has to offer, you also get to create an even better universe, experience what already was of it, and then added to it through your experience and through your asking.

You are there to create; you are creative masters. And we are here to support, because even though we still get to create even in our nonphysical dimension, you are so inspired by the limitations of your very dense physical dimension. And so, you are creating all day long because of the self-imposed limitations that you chose to experience in a physical body. And so, you can bless everything as it is, while also knowing that everything that is and everything that has ever been, is serving you and helping you to grow without effort, without struggle, without sacrifice. 

Create challenges for yourselves because you like the feeling of overcoming a challenge and choose which challenges you want to face. Any challenge you are not interested in facing and overcoming, you can let someone else do it and benefit from the beautiful ways in which they have faced and overcome that particular challenge. We truly are all one, and when you take an interest in us, an interest in our star system, it is because you are more interested in becoming your whole self, and that is exciting for us, and hopefully, for you as well.
