Why your connection to Spirit sometimes feels cloudy

When people tell me they can’t feel their connection to Spirit, I always say:
Your light never leaves you. It only quiets until you remember it’s there.
Even when your heart grows silent or your intuition feels far away, the connection hasn’t disappeared. It’s simply waiting for you to listen and feel it again.
All that is ever required is to take a breath and remember.
Here are the three most common reasons your connection to Spirit can feel unclear:
1) Over-efforting
Trying too hard to “get” messages can close the channel.
The Akashic Records open through spaciousness and ease, without force.
2) Fear of what you’ll find
Sometimes, we unconsciously resist truth - even Divine truth - because it might ask us to change.
Be assured, the Akashic Records only reveal what you’re ready to receive, expressed with love.
3) Distraction
Our lives are loud. Spirit whispers. Creating sacred space is essential.
If you recognize one of these, take a breath in, and gently exhale.
You haven’t lost your connection at all. You’re simply being invited to return.
