My dear friends, we love you so very much,

There is so much beauty in life to behold. For just a moment, look at your own hands. Witness the miracle that you live with daily. Take a moment to think of the millions of cells living, thriving, working, and dying in the tiniest space on your fingertip. The cells in your body live for one reason alone: to provide a vehicle for your magnificent spirit during your time here on earth. They love you. They want you to feel good. They want to function at their best.

Left to their own devices, the cells in your body have “spiritual antennae” that are attuned to the perfect frequencies of Divine love. Without any interference, they, like your earthly ecosystems, would rebalance and regenerate in harmony with the entire system. This is one of the many reasons you find sleep so restorative. When the brain is quiet, and there is an absence of negativity, there is a pure flow of Divine energy streaming to you, and your cells are busy, busy working hard to make use of this time for repair and regeneration. They love you.

When you are awake, you can be kind to your cells as well. Imagine you are truly king or queen of this kingdom of trillions of little beings. Like each of you, each one has its own divine direction. As you meditate, sleep, think, or speak sweetly, you allow rivers of love to nourish each and every one of them. In this space, even your so-called miracles are possible. In these loving vibrations, they have access to the same inner wisdom you do when you are in a higher vibe.

Take a moment to breathe and tell your cells how much you love and appreciate them. Thank them for your magnificent body. Thank them for continuing to work to heal you even when you focus on illness. Thank them for doing their best to rebalance you even when you don’t listen to your guidance and feed them substances or foods that don’t exactly support their well-being. Like every being in the universe, you are guided to the healthiest, happiest thing for you in a given moment, even down to the food you eat.

Love your bodies, dear ones. Love the trillions of little beings that give you a home during your stay here on earth. Love these creatures that incarnate with such special amazing functions that keep you alive. Your blood cells are little delivery people that bring oxygen and other nutrients where they are needed. Your heart cells are involved in transmitting waves like the ones you witness in your football stadiums, moving in unison to keep your circulation going. Your bone cells are united in strength and flexibility to give you structure and balance. You have cells in your nervous systems that function as a network of information far more complex and amazing than your worldwide internet. There are so many beautiful beings within you.

Whenever you think a thought soothes you, you allow your cells to thrive. Every time you enjoy a single moment of appreciation, your field opens up to nourish them. Whenever you think about something you enjoy or love, you allow the rivers of love to wash over your little “subjects.” Dear ones, you are all so kind and caring. If not for yourselves, then think about your cells and do your best to take time every day to open to some relaxation or light-filled thoughts that allow the light to wash over you and them and to help all of you live and breathe in a beautiful state of being.

Thought Adjuster: “There is a vast multi-layered universe within you, consisting of staggering quantities of cells, fibers, molecules, and in-between spaces. What are these spaces for?

What if they were the connective tissues to My Omnipresence? When beholding the planets and heavenly bodies suspended in what seems to be a vacuum, how many of you stop and reflect on such marvels of cosmic engineering? What fills the seemingly empty spaces, upholding each cosmic cell in its rightful position — yet enabling it to move harmoniously within its allotted trajectory without infringing on other astral orbits?

As above, so below. As without, so within. The Father abides by all his impeccable rules and decrees. Take a moment to ponder your divinely engineered awesomeness. So much caring foresight has been invested in the planning of your selfhood! The Father truly dispensed himself in YOU while giving you freedom of thinking, feeling, and doing. How else could you ever reach the state of godlikeness he envisioned for you?

This should prompt you to engage in an inner quest to uncover and develop all the shining facets of your holographic being, pledging them to be of the highest possible service you can provide at your current stage of development. The Father is the Master Brain, Master Heart, and Master Operator of ALL-THAT-IS — including you. You are one of his pet projects. Knowing that, rest assured that you are never irrelevant or neglected.

Assume responsibility for your assigned galaxy. Interact with other constellations without ever trespassing in their auric field, allowing them to smoothly move according to their divinely pre-ordained and love-infused choreography. This process will bring you down to your knees in blissful worship.”

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited to tell you about the energies of July 2023 there on planet Earth, because they are so influential and life altering to all of you. These energies will be about giving you all of the necessary upgrades to your chakras, your cells, and your DNA, so that you can handle face-to-face extra-terrestrial contact. We know that this is something that you as awakened beings are very interested in, and we also know that you have been taking good care of yourselves to ready yourselves for these experiences, and you have come a long way, but there is only so much you can do on your own.

At a certain point, you do need some help, and the purpose of all of us co-existing together in this universe is to help each other. When we acknowledge that we are all one, then helping one another becomes somewhat of a no-brainer. And so, there are beings and collectives besides ourselves who are helping with the activation of your chakras, your DNA, and the upgrading of your cells. We are working together as your helpers because we love you so much and because we are so eager to see you join the galactic community officially. These personal, face-to-face, physical e.t. encounters will take humanity very far, and will open you up to more and more experiences in larger and larger groups. And before you know it, you will be ready as the human collective to have your mass landing of ships, all across the planet, all at once.

Here is what you can do to help the energies of July. You can hydrate, rest, relax, and consciously open yourselves up to them. You can speak out loud to your guides your desire to receive their help in acclimating to and assimilating these energies that will be so helpful to everyone. They will especially be helpful to those who help themselves, because when you are open to something and you are ready for it, you do tend to receive it more graciously. And so, we bring you this message to help you understand what is coming and how to prepare yourselves for it, and we also want you to continue to recognize that you are inching closer and closer every day to that time of having e.t.s openly walking amongst you and integrating into your society.

We will continue to do our part, and the Pleiadians, and Andromedans, and Sirians and so on are also helping and playing their part, but you have more helpers in this regard than you can possibly imagine. And so, we don’t want you to worry ever that you’re not doing enough to make it happen. You are right where you are supposed to be right now, and you are all preparing yourselves every day for more.

We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.

The universe is where we want to focus our message.  When you think about the universe it’s such a big concept.

How do you define the universe; quantum physics, the laws of the universe, Darwin’s theory?  It’s hard to grasp.  The simplest definition we can tell you is; where everything resides.  Everything is in the universe.  Every emotion, every cell, every fragment of the divine can be found within the universe.  When we speak to you, we come from within your universe.  We live where you live.  There is a collective universal code.  What benefits the universe is the key to eternity.  Our brothers and sisters on other planets are in your universe.  They are living under the same general rule.  We must move towards continued growth and survival.  If a planet decides to end life, we step in.  That is not the universal code.

On your planet are Elites who want to destroy the nature of Earth.  They do it by creating wars, chemicals, toxins, and ill will.  As a universe we find where there are issues affecting the greater good and we neutralize them.  Who has the best resources to combat negativities?  Stepping forward is the Galactic Federation of Light.  We have a plan; we know how to clean up your planet.  How can this be done?  It takes our energy mixing with your energy.  Our energy is full of light, and it must shine on you.  You are unaware of how we are working.  We take the darkest places, and we penetrate them with light.  If your city falls within these dark places, you will feel us.  We must work on a broad scale and shine light upon the region.  How you will feel this is by ascension symptoms.  If you are experiencing brain fog, be happy.  You have been hit by our light waves.  For those in the impacted cities we are hitting you hard.  There is no time to waste.  Your body can only take so much.  We need you to be easy on yourself.  Do not fear, you are assisting in lighting up your town.  We ask that you be patient with this process, we know what is needed and we must execute the plan.  Brain fog is common.  To combat this tell yourself I am bringing the light to my town.  Be exceptionally proud of your part to play in brightening up your region.  We will continue to beam light in pockets until the next phase of the restoration.  When we go to our next phase you will already be light filled so can assist as we need.  We will need you open minded and aware of the world you live in.

Be aware that there is a spiritual war on your planet.  Be aware that you are participants in this war.  Your job is to educate others.  Educate them in chemicals, toxins and healthier options.  Fight back against tyranny and mandates.  Do you need a 5th booster?  It is for us to say the chemicals are harmful.  What was done in primitive days for illness?  The witch’s brews of former years were healthier.  The herbs and spices thrown together were natural.  Educate yourself on primitive practices.

We send these messages to keep reminding you, you know what is going on.  Don’t keep ignoring it.  Educate yourself.  Prepare for the war.  After our first planned phase we go into the next phase.  This involves contact with your planet.  It is our desire to see you when you are ready.  So, your assignment is to absorb the light we are sending, wake up your neighbors, reduce chemicals, and stand your ground.  Our mission will be to keep the universe existing forevermore.  To the level that we are sending light don’t be alarmed when you feel the waves.  We are assisting and it is our pleasure to preserve the universe.

You may have noticed that things feel slightly different. They may even look a bit different. There has been a subtle but distinct shift.

Recently I asked my team to explain what was happening, as many of my clients have also detected a shift as well. Some feel it as a huge sigh of relief, while others feel completely lost and beat up. This is to be expected, as we are all in different stages of our soul growth and development. The mind may want to compare or categorize, but this does us little good. We each are on our own journey, with our own history, understandings, and contracts.

My team explained what is happening by saying that the spin of our cells has changed. They showed me a human body with the internal spin going in one direction, then recently shifting to spin in the other direction.

They showed me that within the human form, our traumas, diseases, and misaligned thoughts and patterns could not convert to a new spin. They stayed spinning the old way.

I saw an image of the body as a whole spinning one way and all of our “stuff” spinning the other way. The result is that anything not spinning the new way is forced to rise to the surface. It can hide no longer.

What this can look like are physical issues, sometimes multiple ones showing themselves. Some are finding that they are being faced with significant health issues. They were always there, possibly dormant, but now have risen to the top to be seen and taken care of. With this comes the challenge of our beliefs regarding the medical system. Those that are strictly Western medicine may find themselves feeling disenfranchised, and seek alternative measures. Those that are strictly alternative may find that they are forced to seek Western medical assistance.

(Please note that not all the aches and pains or ascension symptoms, some are warning signs that something is wrong within the body.)

It is not only the physical misalignments that are rising but the insecurities, shame, guilt, and traumas we hold. These literally cannot be carried into the new. We are all being challenged to not only “see” our stuff but heal and move beyond it. Until we are able to do that, we will continue to experience discord in our forms and in our reality.

Misaligned beliefs and programming will also be shown to us. We each have a choice to align them to the heart-centered truth, or double down on how we think it should be. Flexibility in all things is key. Anywhere that we have hard-lined beliefs will be challenged.

My team said that some will choose to leave this incarnation as all that is coming to the surface is simply too much. We may also see more people mentally struggle, and with this, an uptick in domestic violence, road rage, gun violence, etc. Not enough people have adequate tools to work through, shift, and heal all that was deeply hidden within. Compassion for others and for self will be our greatest strength, as I am sure we will all have our moments of “losing it” to some degree.

After this conversation with my team, I had an interesting dream:

My youngest was running for some political office. She is now 14 and so incredibly different than her 20-something sisters. She thinks, perceives, and acts differently. What motivates her is also completely different. In many ways, she is a normal teen just trying to make it through puberty, but the difference is palatable in other ways.

In the dream, she and other candidates were scheduled to meet with the press. I looked at the others, and they had speeches prepared, posters, and advisers. My daughter only had her father and me. She was sitting quietly, waiting her turn.

I was immediately like ~ Oh my God, she hasn’t done anything she needs to do to run a successful campaign! To my perception, it was as if she was making half an effort. I looked at her and said, “Why haven’t you done these things? Don’t you want to win the office?” I even said to her, “ You are brilliant, but you are being lazy.”

She said nothing to me but stared into me with her blue-green eyes with a look of “mom is an idiot.” If you have teens, you know this look, lol. I was so frustrated.

Then my husband approaches all excited and says Maddie has the lead at 33%; the next highest candidate is only at 12% of the vote! My daughter looks at me and gives me a small smile. Even in the dream, I understood the significance of 33 and started to laugh.

I woke from the dream still chuckling, and I heard my highest aspect clearly say, “What was the way no longer will work. Everything will need to be seen through fresh eyes and with a fresh heart. Let the old way go. Nothing will be the same, and when it is judged by the old standards, it will always be seen as lacking. Yet it is exactly as it should be.”

I sat with that message, and I can see how the old way versus the new will clash. We are being challenged to set ourselves free from how we think things should be, and allow them to shift gracefully. The more we let go and focus on the new, the faster we will move through this monumental shift.
