I’ve been in a deep phase of integration lately. Part of it is integration of the Lion’s Gate energies (which were massive) and energetic prep for my upcoming Sacred Journey to France, but much of what is downloading is a deep cosmic pulse that is shifting everything and everyone.

When I connect with how I am feeling, it almost feels like a depression, but without sadness. It’s a slowing down, a withdrawal, a deeply introspective stillness. It feels like a sacred pause; it’s the stillness before taking the last deep breath before diving off a high dive.

I can feel the energy gathering in the background, and it is connected to the larger energies moving through this season. In many of us, there is a stirring of old wounds, especially those rooted in the inner child, that are coming to the surface to be seen and resolved. We are being given the opportunity to get to the root, and see things from a different perspective.

Many of us are redefining boundaries with a firm NO MORE. We may also be seeing where a lack of boundaries has created dysfunction, chaos, and even collapse.

Many are quietly stepping back from the noise of the world. The constant news, scrolling, and hypervigilant scanning for catastrophe is more exhausting now than ever. Tuning out all the noise that is energetically harmful and discombobulating is a direct signal to our field that we are ready to shift.

We’re being shown what cannot come with us, what no longer works, and what’s ready to fall away. Beneath all this falling away, there’s a subtle hum of excitement, the kind that comes when something new is here.

In the quantum, the field is both stretching and constricting at the same time. The stretch comes from our widening frequency bandwidth. More high-frequency light, cosmic data, and pure Source currents are entering the planetary and human field than we’ve ever been able to hold before. Consciousness is being pulled toward new levels of perception, creativity, and embodiment.

The constriction comes from those same currents acting like a hydraulic press, squeezing out distortions, outdated patterns, trauma pockets, and non-organic structures. The “corridor” gets narrow right before the step into a bigger space, which is why the present moment can feel tight and heavy, even as the future feels expansive and electric.

Timelines are peeling apart faster, making it harder to keep one foot in the old and one in the new without feeling torn. The body’s atomic structure is being pressed and rewritten in real time; anything misaligned with the soul’s original template is shaking loose.

Lower astral scaffolding is collapsing, which means old programs and distortions are flaring before they vanish. Gate systems and grids are already moving into high-convergence positions ahead of the equinox; we are moving forward even while we’re still in the squeeze.

This is the hallway between the old grid and the next harmonic. It’s messy, beautiful, and exacting. It’s also why so much feels like it’s being stripped back to the bone, so that what we carry forward is clean, sovereign, and aligned with what’s coming.

This is a Big Deal

There is a tri-tone pulse coming into the Earth. This signal emits from the Central Sun and other cosmic relay points. This pulse is connecting to the star-gates, crystal pyramids, and Sacred Sites. As it connects with these power points, they then transmit the tones into the Inner Earth’s core, the diamond grid, and to the humans that have come online as receivers and transmitters.

The tones coming in are a multidimensional frequency transmission that originates from beyond our galaxy. It feels like a harmonic triad of Source intelligence from higher-dimensional star systems (Andromedan, Sirian, Arcturian). These tones will help to reformat corrupted Earth grids.

Before this time, Earth had only received one tone at a time. This is a BIG moment. The Earth has finally stabilized a higher harmonic, and many coded to embody the Monad have come online. There are enough activated now to keep the grid stabilized while the pulse does its work. The Earth and we are now able to handle three tones coming in at once.

This tri-tone is here to lay the scaffolding, the scaffolding we need for what comes after the false matrix collapses. In many ways, it feels to me that it also exacerbates the collapse of the illusion because it provides a structure for us to move to. It is a lot easier to abandon a sinking ship when there is a life raft waiting vs just going overboard with the hope you won’t get eaten or drown.

I was shown clearly that this tri-tone will also change the frequency being transmitted from Sacred sites and stargates. This information came in as I was connecting with the sites and gates etherically while planning a Sacred Journey to France in the fall and Scotland in 2026.

If you work with sacred sites, stargates, and crystal pyramids, you may find yourself drawn back to ones from the past or to entirely new ones to receive the upgraded codes and instructions now being transmitted.

These tones will also correct where sites and gates may have been hijacked or misaligned. It returns them to the original planetary blueprint.

Here is how the Tri-tone works:

First Tone ~ This helps us to recalibrate the physical body by detoxifying the density from our bones, blood, and lower chakras. This helps to rewrite our inner polarity and magnetics.

We may feel this in our tailbones, hips, pelvis, womb, and lower back. Some individuals may also experience foot and leg swelling and pain. This tone is working on our deep foundation. It will activate the lower chakras and trigger what is stuck and limiting. Not fun, but very necessary.

Second Tone ~ This tone helps to strip the illusion. It activates Solar Codes that dismantle false power structures and anchors divine will. It brings in clarity and clears the way for your highest path.

We may experience sudden clarity as our discernment becomes louder and clearer. We may feel frustration, irritation, and even deep anger. The frequency disparity that we once could tolerate now feels like sunburn being slapped. Anxiety and discomfort may show us where we are not listening to our deep inner knowing.

The more we understand that the anxiety and discomfort are showing us that something is out of alignment or built upon a false structure, the more we will see it as a sacred signal, versus a punishment.

Third Tone ~ This one is BIG. It helps return our Soul Memories, but first, it collapses the false overlays and deep trauma imprints. It reactivates our personal and planetary Soul codes and restores true timelines.

We may have dreams and flashes that help us to remember our truth and origin. Time will feel even more disorganized and floaty.

Physically, this will impact the crown chakra, the third eye, the nervous system, and the vagus nerve.

Dizzy spells, ear ringing, and headaches may increase as we calibrate to this new. As we let go of the false overlays and constructs, these ‘symptoms’ will ease.

It has been recommended that we ensure our intake of iodine is sufficient to handle all that is coming in. The magnetosphere of the Earth is very weakened, and we have significant amounts of space dust, plasma, and even radiation coming in.

All of this is exciting and a definite marker of our forward momentum. We can also see how all of this continues to heat up what is taking place on earth, not only within the earth’s crust, but within human dynamics. We are in for explosive moments that bring incredible AH HA! Moments where things become much clearer.

Our job is to allow the heart to lead. It knows where it is going and what to do; the mind only pretends to know, it talks a great game.

Even without the tri-tone pulse currently reshaping Earth’s field, the next six months feel incredibly intense.

The choices we make now are setting the foundation for how we’ll move into the bifurcation window. Our choices determine whether we’ll walk the ascension timeline with clarity, grace, and alignment or distortion and delay.

Crossing the Bridge

A new wave of light is moving through the cosmos, threading its way through the stars, the Earth, and our bodies. It is rearranging everything. It is subtle, sacred, and undeniable. You may not hear it, but you can feel it. A hum beneath the skin. A pull in the heart. A quiet unraveling of what no longer fits.

We are not who we were. But we are not quite who we are becoming. We are standing in the liminal, between timelines, and between identities.

The cosmic field is recalibrating—and so are we. Crystalline frequencies, solar codes, and galactic harmonics activate dormant layers of our being. They come to invite us inward. Inward to our truth. Inward to our bodies. Inward to the remembering that WE are the light we’ve been waiting for.

This wave isn’t about ascension as escape. It’s about embodiment. We are being asked to shift from trying ~ trying to be spiritual, trying to ascend, but rather into living as an authentic, expressive, perfectly imperfect soul.

To honor what our bodies know. To speak what our hearts can no longer hold in. Stop shapeshifting for another’s comfort and say yes to what feels like home inside our skin.

We are not just healing now, we are remembering. Remembering our truth. Remember what we have carried across lifetimes: our gifts, voice, and knowing. The abilities and wisdom cultivated through many incarnations are coming online. What was once dormant is stirring, and what was hidden is now safe to emerge. We are reactivating the inner architecture that was always there, but was buried. With each wave of light, more of our original design is being restored.

We might feel this wave physically as tingling along the spine, buzzing in our limbs or feet, sudden waves of exhaustion, or sleep that is deeper than usual. Some feel light-headedness, ear ringing, pressure in the head or chest, or body temperature shifts. There may be waves of nausea, digestive discomfort, or strange cravings as your body processes incoming light.

Dreams may be intensely vivid, symbolic, or filled with movement—your system integrating across timelines.

My dreams have been incredibly active. Lately, I have been wearing a glucose monitor, and last night it went off twice because my glucose was bottoming out. The alarm pulled me from my dreams, and I rushed half asleep to grab food to stabilize myself. We are intensely processing eons of stuff.

Emotionally, we may feel unexpected tears rising from nowhere, waves of grief or joy without a story. Anger or heartbreak may reappear—not to trap us, but to be allowed to finally move through.

We might feel a deep desire for truth, yet instinctively, we know that the only real truth lies within. We may have an aversion to performance or pretense and a longing to be alone with our authentic selves. We may feel resistance to showing up in old ways, constantly giving, constantly not feeling real, or putting others first.

✨Pay attention to that resistance; it has a message for you. ✨

We are under intense reconstruction. Our nervous system is learning to hold light like a chalice. Our voice is preparing to carry truth encoded in frequency. We are remembering our soul’s truth, our bodies are remembering what it means to be a bridge between heaven and Earth.

We are not lost. We are not late. We are right on time.

We are crossing the bridge.

And the cosmos is walking with us.

It is truly an incredible time.

Something vast has opened. It’s more than just a doorway—it’s a soul threshold, a luminous passage stretching across dimensions. It appears as a bridge, but not for carts or baggage. This is a walking bridge. The only thing you can carry across is you.

As this bridge opens, the pressure can feel intensified. Everything we’ve been carrying—beliefs, behaviors, trauma patterns, subconscious programs—is coming into full view. Not to shame us, but to liberate us. We are being asked to see clearly where we’ve been creating from fear, from lack, from outdated versions of self—and to choose again. What we cannot bring with us is rising up to be let go. And we are ready.

For many, this moment is bringing a resurgence of inner child wounding. It’s manifesting through the body, through emotion, and through old lenses that feel suddenly vivid again. For some, it is surfacing as illness or physical breakdown—childhood pain expressing through the body in ways that cannot be ignored. It can be confusing and even exhausting, especially if we’ve done years of healing. However, whatever has been hidden, half-healed, or buried in the subconscious is rising for full illumination.

This bridge is not a test of perfection. You don’t have to be fully healed to cross it—nothing could be further from the truth. You only have to be willing. Willing to set down what no longer serves. Willing to stop dragging the cart full of stories, shame, and survival patterns behind you. Willing to see yourself not as broken, but as a sacred chalice—already capable of holding light.

The crossing isn’t about achieving some flawless state. It’s about surrender. About saying yes to the truth about who you are beneath the wounding. About believing you are worthy of what’s waiting.

This is the soul’s invitation to travel light—not because you’re empty, but because you’re ready to be filled with what is real.

This bridge is not a fleeting moment—it will not close. It is here now, a living invitation.

To step onto it, we must be willing to let go of all we thought we were and all we expected to become. This crossing isn’t about reaching for a new identity—it’s about returning to our essence: our innocence, our wonder, our deep knowing.

Many can feel that something new is calling, but the details are elusive. That’s because the mind cannot follow where the soul leads. We’re not meant to know what comes next, not yet.

We are being guided to walk by faith, not sight—to trust without needing a map. If we had the details, we’d try to shape them into something familiar, and that brings in limitation. What awaits us is not familiar. But it is holy.

There are those among us who have already crossed. They carry key codes, ancient lineages, and sacred weavings within their DNA. These architects are now anchoring frequencies into the Earth, lighting the way for others to follow when they’re ready. They hold space across the threshold, rooted in presence and remembrance.

This moment we’re in is both brutal and blissful. It demands everything and gives everything. It is a death and a birth, a crumbling and a crowning. It’s okay to feel undone. It’s okay to feel in awe. We are standing at the edge of something we’ve longed for and misunderstood equally.

If you’re standing at the brink, uncertain of your next step, know that you’re not alone. The bridge is here. The way is open. And while only you can take the step, you are deeply supported. More and more are crossing and holding the field with tenderness and truth.

We’ve heard about the vibrational split for years now. It’s often spoken about in collective terms—one person aligning to a higher timeline while another continues down a denser path. And yes, we’re seeing this more and more in real time, watching worlds move further apart in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. However, what is less discussed—and perhaps even more profound—is the split that occurs within.

This inner split is not about separating from others, but from parts of ourselves. The lower vibrational aspects that kept us looping in patterns, trauma responses, and subconscious reactivity are no longer compatible with where we’re going. We are outgrowing them, and like anything, this outgrowing can feel both liberating and deeply uncomfortable. We may be experiencing bouts of incredible grief and intense highs and lows.

Often, this inner unraveling comes with a trigger. Something is said, an old fear is revived, and a pattern is replayed one more time. We react—sometimes outwardly, but always inwardly. The internal dialogue intensifies, and if we’re willing to observe, we begin to hear and see it clearly: the defense mechanisms, the outdated beliefs, the walls carefully constructed to keep us “safe” and the pain at bay. It becomes apparent that so much of what we built around our pain has also hidden our magnificence.

And now, those cards are falling. One by one.

We are being revealed. Exposed—not just in our wounds, but in our light. The old architecture that held us together is crumbling, and in its place, something more authentic is emerging. It’s tender. It’s sacred. It’s you. At times, it feels fragile, and in other moments it embodies the strength and ferocity of a lion.

The split the ancients foresaw is ripping through every layer of being. We are peeling off masks, outdated identities, and protections we no longer need. The old versions of ourselves may put up a fight, or they may leave quickly, and others, yet we may cling to THEM out of habit or fear. However, as we rise in frequency, they cannot accompany us. We either let them go or we allow them to stagnate our growth.

The parts of us that accepted less, that played small or acted as martyrs, that expected perfection from ourselves or others, that hid ourselves away, that sabotaged etc. these parts are leaving.

You know which aspects must go. You can feel what is no longer in resonance.

Recently, a friend shared that she was going through her storage unit in preparation for a move. She was feeling silly because she was so emotional.

On the surface, it was a simple task: deciding what to keep and what to let go of. But beneath that was a sacred sorting. She was choosing what parts of her story still belonged in her present. What still held meaning and future purpose, and what was simply an echo of who she was. Some things had monetary value, but they no longer matched her frequency, her path, so they too have to go.

Many of us have been de-cluttering, redecorating, and shifting our space. That physical sorting process is the perfect metaphor for what we’re doing now—except we’re also doing it internally. In quiet moments. In dreams. In the space between breaths. We are asking: does this thought, trait, or behavior support the soul I’m becoming—or is it a relic of who I’ve been?

This is what the split is. We are shifting ourselves, every cell, every aspect, consistently choosing our highest path. While it is not easy, it is not something to fear, but to honor. Not the end of who we are, but rather it is the birth of our authentic selves.

The energy streaming in from the cosmos right now is unlike anything we’ve known before.

It’s not just nudging us — it’s pressing on every edge of our energetic being, urging us to expand. But this expansion isn’t into something foreign or unfamiliar; it’s into the deepest truth of who we are.

This is not a becoming — it’s a return. A return to the essence of the soul that once said yes to entering this human experience, to walk through restriction, limitation, and profound learning with the promise of remembering.

Over the span of many lifetimes, we’ve danced through both ends of the spectrum — light and shadow, pain and joy, forgetting and remembering. Now, as we reconcile these vast human experiences, their wisdom becomes part of us. These soul-earned lessons begin to inform how we show up in our lives — how we love, how we forgive, how we lead, and how we connect with one another.

The personal healing we do ripples outward. It becomes collective, and even cosmic. We are not just healing ourselves — we are shifting the entire cosmos.

The path to this embodied remembrance is not easy. But we’ve prepared for this moment for lifetimes. We agreed to this great unfolding. And when the energies feel overwhelming — when we feel emotionally battered, physically sore, and spiritually stretched — it can help to remember this greater purpose. We are in the midst of soul alchemy.

Many of us feel like we’re bouncing between polarities — elation and exhaustion, inspiration and despair. My guides once shared something that helped me understand they asked me to visualize that we are holding a frequency bandwidth between 1 and 10. When solar light codes and cosmic plasma stream in, they expand us — suddenly we’re holding level 11. It feels euphoric. We might feel energized, deeply creative, intuitively sharp. We may have spiritual insights that bring clarity to years of inner work.

But then, without warning, we crash. Fatigue rolls in, our body aches, old thought patterns, and emotional wounds rise to the surface. It can feel confusing and defeating. But here’s what’s really happening: in order to hold the new higher vibration — to truly embody it — the lower frequencies within us have to rise and be cleared. You can’t hold level 11 while still anchored in level 1.

Sometimes the clearing is swift — a wave moves through, and it’s done. Other times, what surfaces is deep, layered, and ancient. We may find ourselves back in what feels like another dark night of the soul. And once again, we are asked to surrender. To let go of the programs, beliefs, roles, and stories that once kept us safe, but now keep us stuck.

How long we are in this clearing process depends on how quickly we can let go.

The more we resist, the longer it persists. In the meantime, levels 12, 13, 14, and so on are still coming in, which means that the clearing of levels 2, 3, and 4 is also happening. It can create an energetic backlog and knock us off our feet. This is why we are being called to go inward, to create space to process all these energies.

As these intense waves of energy come in, it’s common to experience physical symptoms: buzzing through the limbs, heat rising through the spine, pressure in the head or heart, spontaneous tears, waves of anxiety, and old injuries flaring up. Our sleep may become erratic — vivid dreams, interrupted rest, or feeling completely wired at night while exhausted during the day. It’s as if the cells are dancing — pulsing, detoxing, and shedding density.

This is especially amplified if the body has experienced trauma. The cellular memory is very real. And as we ascend, we are not bypassing the body — we are bringing the light into it. That’s where true transformation occurs. This is why you may feel emotions out of nowhere or why grief sits heavy in the chest.

The physical form is catching up with the frequency shifts of the soul.

During these times, the guidance is simple, though not always easy: be gentle, but present. Rest when needed, but don’t numb. Listen to your body. Allow the emotions to surface and flow. Stay hydrated, eat grounding foods, and spend as much time as possible in nature. And above all, remember — you are not broken. You are in the sacred process of remembering.

In the fall, I wrote about a wave that was building. It has been gathering strength and momentum. During this time, we have been working on reconciling and consolidating our timelines, aspects of self, and even past lives. We have been pulling our soul parts back. Pulling our energy back so that we are less scattered when the wave begins to move forward.

It has been interesting and challenging. We have often faced hard truths, fears, endings, and triggers.

Many are experiencing the creation of new soul contracts, some of which have been completed, and others are being rewritten.

This is why Spirit has been asking us to clarify our desires. Knowing what you want can be difficult, but you do know what you don’t want. Start there and use that contrast as a guide.

This wave has been building and is being charged by the solar flares and the tremendous amount of plasma that has been coming to the Earth.

Spirit told me that this wave is beginning to move forward now. The wave is massive, and the ride to shore feels like it will be a while. They’re not giving me a time-frame other than it feels like fall when the first wave is complete. As the wave surges forward, we may alternate between surfing, holding our heads above water, or being wholly tossed about. Very few will surf the wave the entire time.

This wave is moving us to a higher vibrational experience. It does this by aligning us with what is rightfully ours based on our soul path and vibration. If a relationship, job, etc., is not aligned, it must be changed or terminated.

2025 is a year of endings and huge change, a year in which we become the masters of letting go with greater ease and grace.

It was also shared that some will only ride the wave so far. The ones who ride the wave and stop will begin to stabilize and hold a field where they are. This stabilization is important.

My team showed me that many energy workers have agreed to create a roadmap of stabilized frequencies. This roadmap allows others to find their way to each anchor point.

It reminded me of a game I played as a child. In this game, a group would go forward, cutting a path through the wilderness. Some of the group would stay behind, creating forts along the way. The explorers would continue charging through the wilderness as far as their energy could take them.

Spirit has shared that the ones anchoring and stabilizing will be able to take the subsequent waves. This first wave is the largest and has the most momentum; it clears the path forward and allows for easier passage for others, including the stabilizers. No one is lower or higher on this journey. When we feel that one is higher or lower, it is a function of the ego. Each person is doing their part; sometimes, very high vibrational souls play lower vibrational roles.

We are cautioned not to judge ourselves or our progress against others. One of my guides joked that there would be times when it feels like we are in a blender (minus the blades) while another is surfing. Ascension, our expansion is collective, but it is highly personalized.

It will be crucial to support your body and mental health and be emotionally truthful with yourself and others. This wave will push us to incredible vibrational heights, and our physical form needs to be able to handle it.

The physical form must become less dense to carry such light. Density is a result of our programs, beliefs, limitations, and traumas. In the coming months, much will be triggered in us so that we can take our healing to a deeper level. As we heal, the density leaves, allowing our bodies to be a pure vessel for our Souls.

Trauma isn’t just stored in our mental and emotional layers. Trauma is also stored on a physical cellular level. When this moves out, we can experience intense physical symptoms. In some cases, this leads to things needing medical intervention. When in doubt, seek medical attention. I have seen deep ancestral purging cause gallbladder attacks, appendicitis, and even herniated discs.

These physical bodies have stored so much, and now we are working to unwind the programs. It’s not easy, and we need to be gentle with ourselves. My team reminded me that while the trauma is deeply stored, our body also regenerates. We have the potential to be completely new.

Your Skin cells change every 27 to 30 days.

The cells of your intestinal lining change every 3 to 5 days.

Red blood cells renew every 120 days.

Liver cells renew every 300 to 500 days.

Every moment, we work on letting the old go resounds through the entire system and cosmos. It is the micro of the macro. We may feel completely blown wide open as we go through this process. Psychic abilities are growing. Telepathy is coming online more and more, and as it does, we will also feel more. The potential for nervous system and adrenal overload is high. Taking care of the nervous system is crucial.

My team has shared with me that ritual, routine, and discipline will help many through this time. Rituals such as meditation, ceremony, or even mindfully drinking a cup of coffee while being in a state of gratitude are beneficial. Routines provide a framework, an anchor point that we can connect to when we feel torn apart. Examples include monthly meet-ups with friends, daily walks, etc. Discipline is what we need to not numb out in the chaos and become lost in the numerous and very loud distractions.

This wave has begun moving forward and will pick up speed. I will share more information as it becomes available. We are in for a wild ride!

The year has just begun, and many feel flipped upside down and turned inside out.

The nodes changed signs, moving the North Node into Pisces from Aries, and the South Node moved into Virgo from Libra. This change allows us to create a new story in our lives and step more fully into our destiny.

Some are finding that they are reviewing everything in their lives and evaluating what gets to stay and what doesn’t.

In addition, we have had a powerful full moon and jarring events in the collective. We are being challenged to stay openhearted and full of compassion while not diving in too deeply so that we lose our balance.

We are doing our best to maintain our footing in an ever-changing landscape.

Self-care is foundational. The need to embrace routine and discipline, while honoring the wisdom of the body is paramount. There is an essential need to limit the intake of the chaos of the world and focus on the embodiment of all that we are.

The frequency and tone of the energies coming in have changed. What was once the pace of a slow dance song has changed to a faster tempo.

This faster-paced tone activates crucial points within the body and the earth. It is alluring, penetrating, and beautiful, like a siren’s call. This is a call not to our death but to our AWAKENING.

We are shifting quickly now. The choice points, understandings, and lessons are coming in faster than ever.

They showed me the Ascension process as a train that once stopped at a station every hour or so. Each stop would allow us to switch trains, change directions, or stay the course, offering a choice point. Now, the train stations are coming every 10 minutes. This energy is fast and furious.

Look back over the last year and at the growth, lessons, and understandings we have gained. It hasn’t been easy, and now this process has sped up even more.

We will be using all of our tools to stay centered and focused. Our bodies and the Earth are taking in the new energy, the new tone and the changes will be immense.

It is exciting and overwhelming at the same time. It is forcing us to be still, to focus and become clear on what is our priority. All else will go to the wayside.

During the 12:12 portal, I was shown an energetic corridor that those who choose to enter are entering. This sacred passageway will transport us to a new energetic frequency bandwidth. As we embody this vibrational frequency more and more in our inner reality, our outer reality will change.

I was shown that the energetic corridor is like a cosmic washing machine. It will soak, agitate, and spin us, clearing out what can no longer be sustained in the new frequency bandwidth and bringing it all to the surface.

This corridor will show us the incredible inversion and distortion of our reality. We have collectively accepted manipulation, as it’s always been part of our reality. Now, we are questioning and examining everything.

As the cosmic washing machine turns and spins, we will see many things that will point to the collective shadow being exposed. Yet, the utmost importance is to turn the light inward to examine our inner shadows, the hidden spots within.

As we bring our light (consciousness) to our shadows (unconsciousness), we come into greater reconciliation with this experience and with ourselves. The shadow is our blind spot. By illuminating what is hidden deep within us, we will then be able to come from a place of greater clarity, understanding, and love for ourselves and for each other.

This is a necessary step as we work to remove all the ways that we pretended to be separate from our Soul, the Earth, and from Source. We will begin to understand more and more how our reality is a micro of the macro. It will change our perceptions, and lead to greater empowerment and embodiment.

Some entered this corridor earlier this week when the 12:12 portal opened. The energy waves would roll through, often creating feelings of discomfort, anxiety, overwhelm, and crankiness. Those feelings would lessen, but wherever there was an energy blockage, I noticed it became a site of physical discomfort as the wave moved through.

When this happens, connect with your body’s painful or weak spots. Each location has something to teach you. Bodywork (massage, Reiki, etc.) is beneficial, as is gentle stretching and movement. It becomes HEALING when combined with your conscious connection and desire to understand it, instead of pushing it away.

As we go through the cosmic washing machine, we feel pushed, pulled, and stretched. The things that are no longer working will become more obvious, or disappear. The more we allow things to float away, the more we align with ourselves and our next steps.

We may find ourselves triggered, and experiencing a resurgence of old but unhealed wounds. Like an onion, we do also have many layers. Now is the opportunity to see deeper into them, to get to the root. We have the greater capacity to see bigger pictures now and to put concepts together, connecting the dots. That expanded view will allow us to heal, and move through the density of our incarnations.

This next period of time will test us on many levels. Now is a good time to look at your coping mechanisms. What routines, habits, and rituals have helped you thus far on your journey? Write them down and post them in a visible location as a reminder.

It will also be important to stay connected with the people in your life that support you. It doesn’t matter if it is an internet friend or the neighbor across the street. We need connection and communion with like-minded individuals.

My team explained that many will feel lost and disconnected. This is because the foundation in which they’ve anchored their existence into no longer exists.

Now, we must anchor into ourselves, into our center, cultivating this space as our home and sanctuary. Our connection to ourselves on all levels and to Source now becomes the foundation.

I had a profound dream the other night. In the dream, I was working with galactic beings. I was sharing with them that I have been having issues with my ears, sinuses, and hips.

This beautiful lion being came up to me and put her hands on my head. She gently adjusted my cranial bones. She told me that this time period in the ascension process is impacting the physical in ways not previously seen on this journey.

The codes coming in from the Sun, the Galactic center, and Source are flowing into our core. Into the heart of our DNA, shifting us.

Where we experience, pain or energetic congestion is where we are holding resistance, unresolved, trauma, and limitations.

I was shown light pouring into the body and hitting these dense spots. The light was a battering ram, pushing against the “black holes” in the form. The areas without the black holes allowed the energy to flow through unhindered. A smooth energy flow shifts the person subtly, layer by layer with greater ease.

When one has an energetic black hole in their form, the light comes in chipping away at it. As it does, it works to expose the root cause of the dense parts. This can create a physical manifestation of pain, injury and illness.

Deep within our body we have stored the record of it all. We are being asked to let it all go now. To allow the light to fully penetrate our being.

Pain or Dis-Ease is drawing our attention, like a beacon saying “Hey! Look here! There is something that can no longer be ignored!”

It’s not just the physical level that is being hit. Some are experiencing deeply buried memories arising from this and other lives. Some are experiencing events in the outer world, that are triggering the deep wound, the hidden pattern. Some are experiencing incredible grief and sorrow.

Now is the time to ask it ALL “What are you showing me, about me?”

When we are not “getting the message”, it will play out in scenarios around us. It’s much easier to see the pattern, the resistance, the hidden subconscious in others than in ourselves.

When you see something in others, it’s a wonderful opportunity to say “Where am I holding onto or creating something similar in my life?”

It was then shared with me that the intensity of this process is amplified for the ones that are working towards full embodiment.

This grouping is finding that they are once again thrown into the tsunami of change.

Not everyone is experiencing this right now. I often joke and say that we can’t all be crazy at the same time. However, there is truth to this. As the group that is working towards full embodiment experiences amplified symptoms and radical internal changes, other awakening souls are holding the energetic foundation.

They showed it to me like flying a kite. The group experiencing the amplified activations are the kite. The next group is holding the line, while allowing more and more string to be released.

This does not mean that the group holding the line are not affected by the energies, they are, just not to the severity of the embodiment group at this time.

The embodiment group are experiencing deep activations. They are being called to step into their innate knowing and personal power. It was shown to me that the light codes coming in are essentially flipping a switch ON within the person.

The codes are the signal that it is TIME. An alarm bell has gone off.

This grouping will anchor the next layer of coding into their bodies and the earth. Deep within the body lies the codes of Purity. Within these codes lie the return of the Sacred Feminine. The Goddess is returning through each of us as we come back to the balance and purity from which we came.

For me, it’s the energy of “Mama’s Home”.

Once this grouping has made it to a level of embodiment, it creates the foundation for the group holding the kite string now to let go and fly.

It was explained that the most important task is for us to come in into cosmic resonance with all of creation. We are being asked to harmonize with ALL THAT IS, removing the separation.

This process is intense, and uncomfortable, and sometimes downright challenging. We step forward into ourselves moment by moment.

We are the ones knocking at our own door.

How are you doing in these Energy waves. I am told that it is a precursor to the Lion’s Gate Energy.

I found that I was and still am ALL OVER THE PLACE.

In one moment, I am receiving deep understandings and insights and the next I feel lost and overwhelmed. We went into the woods for a few days and that helped me to “unplug” and expel excess energy that was spinning and creating stories.

My physical body is changing so much. I am experiencing ear pain off and on, my adrenals are over-active, and I am feeling a resurgence of latent viruses. These are all signs that tell me my body is feeling very taxed and it will be a balancing act to do all that needs to be done and not become ill.

We are having to learn when to do and when to rest all over again. We are having to learn what the body can handle and what it can, for these too have changed.

While I am seeing an increase in sensitivities, I am also seeing an increase in core strength and balance. Something is really changing.

My team tells me that we are being made new, bit by bit. They tell me it is helpful to keep a journal, noting what is working and what is not. They said to pay attention to the tiny changes, write them down. We will look back in a few years and surprise ourselves with the changes, yet we need to be seeing the progress now.

We need to celebrate the gains, and the changes in our thinking and reactions. By making an effort to notice the small things, we will help ourselves through this incredible transition with greater ease.

Hi everyone, I have a channel to share. Things are shifting very quickly; this process has accelerated and we will receive more understanding and guidance.

This transmission was from Sanat Kumara.

“A group of individuals have agreed on the soul level to anchor in the next series of codes and grids. New guides have been assigned and added to their teams to accomplish this task. Those who have agreed will be in a constant state of downloading and uploading information.

The information uploaded will be on the body, the grids, and what occurs in their outer world. They will not report on the collective but rather on their personal hologram. We are looking at how the downloaded codes affect their forms and those surrounding them.

All this information will be uploaded, and adjustments will be made if needed before the codes are sent through the collective via the sun.”

How will people know if they are participating in this event?

“Upon hearing or reading these words, there will be a resonance in their forms. Each person is stationed strategically so that full coverage of the earth is guaranteed with some overlap.”

For those who are partaking in this experiment, what do they need to know?

“It will be essential that the physical form be listened to, connected with, and given the proper resources. Trace elements or minerals will be crucial. What is often striped from the diet is precisely what will be needed. Iron will be important and needs to be consciously consumed, we recommend receiving this through your diet and not in supplement form. It must be appropriately in alignment with the biochemistry of the body.”

How long will the testing period last?

“We anticipate it will continue through six months of your time.”

If the codes are not given through the sun, the plasma, how will it be received?

“They will be delivered directly through the Soul Source and into the higher chakras above the crown. These will be filtered through the crown chakra into the form. Integration of the coding will be completely individual. 

It is asked that if one, if feels in resonance with this information, that they go into observation mode of their bodies, their world. In understanding what is taking place and consciously connecting with the task, we hope that it not only lessens than the burden but that we are able to gain more valuable information.

As you know, we have entered into a phase that has not been completed before. We appreciate greatly those that have agreed to be the forerunners of these codes.”

Often when I receive channelings, I hear words, but I also receive what I call a downloaded packet of information, that goes beyond the words that I hear. My understanding is that a grouping has agreed to “beta test” a series of codes designed to assist the shift within the physical form from a carbon based one to a crystalline (Christ-aligned) one. These codes will come directly from the oversoul into the body. A new guide, one versed on the human form and DNA, has been assigned to closely monitor the shifts within the body.

If you feel that you have agreed to this special assignment, two things are crucial: One is the providing the body with the essential minerals it needs, the second and extremely important is COMMUNICATION. Please communicate with your team how you are feeling, what you are noticing happening on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Also share what you notice in those around you as you shift. Do people become triggered by your presence, or do they become magnetized towards you? You can verbally share this information, write it down, or telepath it.  How the participants react to the codes will determine the viability of them being sent to the collective. The more communication shared, the better.
