Remember when you first started walking your path? The excitement, anticipation, joy and a little bit of fear of it all? The learning had just begun! The Universe is inviting you to experience those moments again.

Can you feel it? The Universe is letting you know that your seatbacks should be in an upright position and all personal belongings securely stored. The shivery anticipation of something big on the horizon is starting. You have been in preparation for this part of the shift since the beginning of the year and now it is time to put those newly acquired skills to work.

It will be very important to stay grounded – it will help you smoothly navigate the incoming changes.

Practice self-care – the body needs to be treated lovingly and maintained so the soul may do its work.

Trust that it is okay to say no – this is a huge part of self-care! If a task does not resonate with you, say no without guilt or fear of reprisal.

When in doubt, ask – The Universe is always ready and available to assist you when needed.

And finally…Trust – all the learning you have done these past few months is in place and in full operational order. Quiet yourself and listen. You will be always be guided in the proper direction.
