It is I Raphael, Archangel of the Emerald Ray of healing, ray of love, ray of hope for all those suffering ailments of a variety of kinds. And there are many more opportunities in which this light can assist you. Think of it as a tool for bringing things back into alignment.

So, while it is most common for those who are familiar with me to call upon me for physical ailments or emotional suffering like you have, I am also available and present to assist with distortions of any kind. So, if you have a belief that you are aware that it’s not serving you, you may invite me to assist you to clear it from you, to open the door to new thoughts to replace those that are not serving you.

And likewise, experiences that leave you feeling uninspired and out of alignment with your true path or your highest good. You may invite my ray of light to assist you to see a path forward, to show you where the alignment is, to love itself. It can show you in a heartbeat an alternative route to find your way back to the truth within you that brings that sense of connection and oneness and clarity in moving forward into the next moment.

You may even ask, “What are the thoughts that will support me to align with what I am seeking to experience? What will assist me to open my heart to transmute any fears into devotion, to love, into inspiration, into peace?”

For whatever it is you wish for from the truth of your core, your center, your essence, it is most certainly in alignment with all else that exists. You may also think of this as being in alignment with the divine blueprint for your life.

For when you feel that sense of purity as you (the channel) do so now, focused without distraction, an expansive peace inside yourself and no other conflicting desires, it feels like truth, does it not? There is never doubt and confusion with the truth. It simply is and rests within your soul with that clarity. So, allow yourself what you often call the luxury of time to feel your way into this sense of what I am calling alignment.

It will not leave you second guessing your choices and actions. It will let you rest fully in them. Knowing that a choice comes from love, cannot be improved upon. It is complete in its understanding as an expression that reflects the oneness of all things. For when a choice is made from that knowing; that all, without exception, are part of the whole, then it becomes salient, clear and obvious what to do.

There is no dividing the heart. There is no confusion in the mind battling for wisdom. For wholeness reflects all aspects of yourself. When you make a choice for your own life, including, and not with any exception, all must be considered. You cannot step forward with the right leg, without the left and walk forward. You must ask yourself, how do we do this together? And this is the same in your society.

You do not move forward by leaving others behind. It is not warring with another that you find peace. It is not by deserting those less fortunate that you gain wealth. You invite them to learn and work at your side, to discover what you have discovered, to create wealth of whatever kind it is you hold in your life. And in your differences, I see diversity of expression, of perspectives that are merely (reflections of) superficial wounds, concerns or fears that have yet to be answered.

They are never the truth, one (dominating) over the other. In oneness there is always peace. And this is not because they must be the same or differences are not allowed. No, that is not what we are striving for. What we are striving for, while unified in love, is to see each other past the wounds, the cares, the concerns, the fears. To know that we are no different.

That even when we say we want different things, that is unlikely to be the full story. So, the wise one can invite another, very unlike him or her on the surface, to tell that story. “What has brought you to this moment of fear? What causes you concerns that keeps us from coming together? Our fundamental desires are to live as we wish to do, in peace, but without harming another, without coercion, without force.”

That is the arc of confusion that has clouded so many in your times: that through power, peace will prevail. This is not so. Peace is born from love, which is inherently free, and love will never guide you to harm one another. Yes, it is true there are times when you must take action to stop the harm of another, to set your boundaries in place, because all do not act from a place of love. However, putting a boundary in your life with another is not an act of war, but an act of peace to preserve the self. For love extends both directions, both to the self and to the other.

So that is, in part, how you will know if you are acting from war or peaceful motivations. Do you seek to place a boundary in your life out of fear or love? This is the essential question that needs to be answered for you to know when you detect fear in your actions or decision making.

This is the time to stop, to reconsider, to pause, to seek for deeper understanding and connection beneath the surface in order to know that place of peace and truth that I have spoken of, where all is clear. So again, I offer to you the Emerald Ray to assist you with this, to guide you into that beautiful clarity that comes when you have transmuted your emotional fear, your distorted thoughts and judgments, and cleared the way for your actions to be based on love.

Then you will have a peace like no other time in your life. It is an extraordinary experience to come to know yourself as an unlimited being of light that holds no judgment, no animosity, and no revenge for others. There becomes this quality of pure peace, purity of heart that can guide you through the most difficult situations because peace is all you seek. You do not wish for retribution or punishment or a sense of righteousness over another.

All that has gone by the wayside and your aim and desire is unification of all that there is. And in that unification comes the awareness that you are never truly separate from those you had hated, judged, found abhorrent, saw as your enemies or felt that harmed you. It is a grand illusion all have entered into in this exploration we have taken to return home, to know ourselves in truth, as love.

So, when you become angry, frustrated or fearful, remember this. That beneath all exterior appearances, is a brother and sister whom is no different than you. That simple remembrance can bring you home to love.

JJK: To what extent does my work as a medium affect my nervous system? What do I need to take into account?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: Those who are protected in the love of God and in the light of God possess everything. That describes the process of your work. Your question points to a fact that must be taken into account. After receiving a message, your vibration is adjusted to your everyday consciousness and that is a strain on the nervous system. The solution is good grounding, which means pursuing earthly activities, doing physical exercise, maintaining fulfilling human relationships, eating nutrient-rich foods, and regularly disconnecting from work as a medium.

JJK: Now, I’ve been writing a lot for years – every day for the first few years, then every other day and now every third day. Is that too much?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: As long as you take care of your body and give it what it needs and avoid what harms it, you are and will remain a finely tuned instrument.

JJK: So, conscious nutrition, making changes if necessary, and paying conscious attention to what is good for my body are essential to being able to do this work?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: It is important that you keep mental and physical contamination as low as possible. You can resolve and harmonize many things with your consciousness, but some things must be resolved and healed on the physical level.

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: What is necessary for the next stage of the Light World Project is happening now. It is happening and your task is to let it happen. Everything is being made new.

JJK: Thick blood – why do I have this?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: This too will resolve itself and find its way. Your blood reflects your life. Mental, psychological and physical stress affects clotting. As soon as you have regained your lightness, your blood will also change. Channel media at its limit?

JJK: So channeling puts a strain on the nervous system. Am I mistaken in my impression or is it true: It seems to me that many mediums are somehow at their nervous limit.

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: Everyone goes their own way and has their own specific experiences. Many mediums are wide open and unprotected, while lacking solid grounding. Working harmoniously as a channel requires a great deal of mindfulness, discipline and knowledge so that negative influences are kept to a minimum and the nervous system is not overloaded – and it requires knowledge of one’s own abilities and limitations.

Your being is limitless, but your earthly existence is subject to certain conditions and certain limits. This must be taken into account, then everything will go well and nothing will stand in the way of fulfilling spiritual tasks.

War in Israel

JJK: I have a question about the current situation on Earth. There is a war in Israel. Can I ask you a few words about that?

ARCHGEN RAPHAEL: The revelations are being fulfilled, the prophecies are being fulfilled, it is being fulfilled that peace will reign among people when peace is created in Jerusalem. The current discharges are intended to keep people worldwide trapped in a spiral of fear and uncertainty. Wars, unrest and upheavals characterize the picture if you look at the global political situation, but at the same time the awareness of individuals is increasing.

Every injustice, every war, every crime against humanity leads to revenge or awakens humanity. More and more people are choosing peace and justice without seeking revenge. Human consciousness is changing like never before!

The faults are intended to push people back into their fearful minds – this fails.

The more unrest spreads, the clearer the need for real peace and genuine unity – and for freedom – becomes in people. It is during this turning point that all evil is banished from the earth and the age of light is proclaimed. It is happening.

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Raphael. I come forth with love, truth and healing angelic vibrations. I am here to awaken remembrance. I am here to activate truth and to reconnect aspects of your being.

Within your being now there are questions. Allow yourself to recognise these questions. They may be questions about your spiritual evolution. They may be questions about your future, questions about things you wish to manifest, or even about your physical body.

We know that there are many questions within your being as you wonder how to do things, or maybe you wish to gain wisdom or skills and abilities that would serve you greatly in your current reality.

When you allow yourself to recognise all the many questions that you hold within your being throughout every day, you begin to recognise the direction that your being…your body, mind, emotions and soul… are yearning to travel in.

You begin to recognise themes, themes where there are wounds that require to be healed. There might be other themes such as greater confidence or the need to exercise a greater sense of freedom.

As you recognise the questions/themes that they bring to you or the acknowledgment/direction that they share with you, it is important to realise that the answers that you seek are actually reconnections, so your questions are disconnections.

You are experiencing a disconnection in a part of your being. This requires a reconnection in order to fulfil and complete the question; to gain the answer that is needed and desired.

It is a reconnection because the answers that you are seeking are held within your being, and not only within your being, but within your other lifetimes; the lifetimes you’ve experienced on the earth, on the inner planes and other planets. Each of these lifetimes is like books or manuals of wisdom and knowledge, understanding and connection.

So the questions that you hold in this present moment, they are you trying to reconnect with something in another lifetime. When that reconnection is made, you experience greater fulfilment in your current reality; you allow and experience everything flowing with greater ease, manifesting with greater ease and perfection.

There is a need for these reconnections. You are bringing more of your whole self into your current embodiment and more of your whole self into this lifetime.

When you enter into your physical body, you have a list of aspects of yourself that you wish to embody in this lifetime and often the questions that you have, at any stage of your lifetime, allow you to create that embodiment. You are drawing from other lifetimes because in those lifetimes, you gained the embodiment of that aspect of your being.

For example, maybe there is a need in this lifetime for self-love and, in another lifetime, you gained the embodiment of self-love so now you wish to bring that embodiment into this current reality.

Now you may ask, why would you need to bring it into this reality if you have already embodied it in another reality?

Each reality, each experience and lifetime that you have, creates a different combination and a different pattern of your wholeness/completeness; different characteristics and qualities. When these different characteristics and qualities merge together, they create almost like a new spark of light.

Through the embodiment of these qualities that you’ve already embodied, and in many ways mastered in other lifetimes, you are creating a new energy for yourself in this lifetime; a new energy, spark, vibration and integration of qualities that you’ve never experienced before.

This means that the wisdom that you’ve gained is different from before. It’s a new understanding, a new acknowledgment, a new remembrance of the Creator, a new recognition of yourself/your truth/your soul in essence, and that’s why each lifetime is so exciting for your soul, because it’s a quest of self-discovery.

Each question that you have within your being…however physical it may feel, or mundane, or however spiritual it may feel…is the seed of recognition for yourself; recognising a new combination, a new synthesis of yourself/your truth, which allows for greater wisdom/knowledge/understanding of yourself and also of the Creator and the Universe of the Creator.

There is a wealth of benefits through recognising and achieving this process. Not only do you complete the questions that you have, access answers and bring fulfilment and ease to your reality, you also fulfil your soul’s destiny in this lifetime; a new merge and synthesis of your essence that brings forth new discoveries. It is a voyage of discoveries for yourself and your soul.

This raises your vibration. It also increases the vibration of Mother Earth and the entire Universe of the Creator. When you discover more about yourself, every soul in the universe and every soul upon the earth benefits from this.

So, how do you achieve this practice?

Recognise that each question you hold is like a seed that promotes a seed of recognition. Allow yourself to experience the question, to absorb it and with acceptance, you can recognise that within your being, the answer is present and you can call that answer forth for a reconnection.

It is now time for you to call that reconnection forth and experience and embody it within your being.

JJK: For days I have been wondering: Are the pain and horror that many people are now experiencing – whether in Ukraine, Gaza or Israel – the result of bad karma? Given the scale of this, I find this idea less and less acceptable. There must be another explanation for this, because what kind of being chooses such an existence of their own free will before birth?!

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: Karma means shaping potential, means considering a range of possibilities. Karma is not a destiny set in stone.

So much for the introduction to your perception. What is currently happening on earth and the abysses that are opening up – it is the result of ancient negative energies that are now discharging themselves and seeking a path to the light. This is what is causing the distortions that are now becoming visible.

The people affected by this are living through a time and an experience that many of you have suffered in the past. Although it is hard to understand and almost unbearable for a compassionate human heart, at this level of destiny there will be pain, suffering and hopelessness.

nightmare

JJK: I had a nightmare today and I can’t remember ever having dreamed something so horrible. I’m leaving out the details, but it was about us all being trapped in one place and dark entities tormenting and torturing us as they pleased. Games like the Hunger Games were devised for this purpose, and the most horrific thing was that there was absolutely no escape. In the middle of the dream, the thought occurred to me that I might be in the place where those responsible for all the upheavals on earth are.

Do they experience the suffering they inflicted on others?

I woke up and was afraid to go back to sleep. After I made a decree, everything calmed down and I fell into a restful sleep. My first thought after waking up was: “If there is a hell, then I saw it in this dream!”

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: What you saw was hell for those people who make hell for other people. Hell exists where the light is absent and where there is a total lack of love. Hell is the area of ​​consciousness that has completely separated itself from GOD.

Your dream took you to low vibrating realms of existence where there seems to be no hope. This is the level where people and creatures who have reached the lowest level of their development find themselves. It is a realm where dark rulers find themselves if they do not desist from their harmful actions.

JJK: But what about those people who become innocent victims – the children, the women and the men who take up arms because they don’t know any other way of life? Dehumanization is not something we are born with, is it?

Action and compassion

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: This is the point where the worlds separate. Because what some will experience is no longer an option for others.

The current events in this world are unleashing the energy for the separation of the earths. The energy flows of people control destiny.

JJK: Yes, but these people have to be helped somehow so that they can somehow get through this situation? Suffering only creates new trauma and so the spiral continues endlessly?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: Compassion through concrete help, compassion as a person praying, compassion as a person meditating – this is what characterizes the true man of God.

Active action and compassion shorten all suffering. Negative karma only has to be fulfilled when there is too little energy for positive karma or when it has been used up. If you see yourself as no longer separate from your fellow human beings, then your perspective changes and so do your tasks. 

JJK: What can we do specifically?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: Dedicate your life completely to GOD! Put your hands to work where you feel called, and always remain internally focused on GOD. No matter how deeply a drama moves you, no matter how difficult it is to make sense of current events – remain in constant communication with GOD.

Things are rearranging themselves!

Things are rearranging themselves, the old world is sinking into its own wickedness, and it is taking with it into the abyss those who were at the forefront and who disregarded the divine order.

Everything finds its divine destiny and every person finds the true home of his soul.

Your dream describes the artificially created matrix in which people have been exploited and humiliated for eons, and describes the area of ​​consciousness in which the players in this matrix find themselves. The great cleansing is taking place, the separation of the worlds is taking place. Let your compassion prevail and your hands act!

You are the master who can read the causes behind events, the meaning in events, and the healing from events. Do it especially when you no longer have any questions and you lack answers. Find what you are looking for, within yourself and with GOD!

It’s time

Love heals everything, light transforms everything, grace does everything!

A loved person,

Surrender yourself to GOD with body and soul. Live your life knowing that GOD is always at your side and that GOD will guide you to the right decisions. Your soul knows this direct access to GOD. You have forgotten this fact, but now the memory returns. Your soul knows that now is the time to reconnect with GOD.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of these days, it is time for you to enter the place of peace – this holy place within you where you meet GOD.

You have the choice to internally despair over the events of this time or to grow internally from them.

Humanity is moving out of time and it is doing so by slowly severing ties to this world. More and more people are reorienting themselves and aligning themselves with the light of creation. The old is discarded and the new takes on greater and greater importance. In this way, the old rulers are given less and less attention and supported with less and less energy. People are turning away from them and increasingly turning to their own healing and shared, luminous projects. The quiet inner transformation of human hearts that has characterized the past few years is now taking effect.

It is a unique event in the history of a planet of the third dimensional level that everything that was previously valid is stripped off like an old coat.

The old directional arrows are no longer useful and the new signposts cannot yet be completely trusted. Learning to trust the invisible reality inside you is the task that more and more people are facing today.

At this point of awareness, the door to GOD is thrown wide open and so, despite all initial doubts, the reconnection of man with the source of all life begins.

This message serves as an encouragement to willingly engage in your inner transformation and to trust your inner voice more and more.

The noises outside distract you and only by perceiving the inner voice can you stay with yourself and make the right decisions. Activating your inner wisdom by connecting with soul knowledge is what matters now.

That’s why I invite you to devote more time to your own spiritual matters until you have completely freed yourself from old influences and until the spiritual channels are open.

How to connect with the soul or with GOD, you ask? By naming, recognizing and removing the burdens this matrix has placed upon you life after life.

Your inner desire for peace, your desire for KNOWLEDGE OF GOD can only be met in one way – by releasing everything that blocks the clear view of your DIVINITY.

The light can take on many forms. Yes, you have been told that the Light of G-d is your soul. Know that that Light within also contains the seeds of healing. They just need  to be planted. They need to be planted within your psyche, within your consciousness, within your belief system and they will grow and they will blossom. So, take them now, my seeds that I bring you. Yes, there have been times that AAMichael, Mi-cha-el  has come and he has given you seeds of peace. But know that the seeds of healing also bring the seeds of peace. For the seeds of healing are the base, the base that forms so you may grow, you may grow in wisdom, you may grow in understanding, you may grow in Joy.

So where is it that you would like to take these seeds? You can plant them in your eyes, let us do so now. You can plant them in your elbow, let us do so now. You can plant them in your brain, let us do so now. You can plant them in your heart, yes, they can heal a broken heart. Let us do so. You can plant them within every part of your essence. Let us do so now.

And what shall they be watered with? Sometimes beloved, they are watered by your tears. But they are watered by hope, they are watered by trust, they are watered by divine knowing. They are watered by truth, they are watered by Joy, they are watered by compassion, they are watered by a smile.

And yes, you need the sun to shine, do you not, when a seed grows? You have a light within, in your very soul, the inner light. That is your sun that may bring the radiance so the seeds may grow and blossom and that sun within is connected to the great central sun which is the means that brings the divine light from the whole to you.

I leave you my watering can. If you look inside you’ll see that the water is green. That is my green elixir, my green healing elixir. I leave it with you so you may everyday also bring, bring this to water the seeds. And I leave you now, with much love, with healing. And know that as you water these seeds, they go throughout Gaia, through the earth. They go into the trees, they go into the grass, into the waters and they bring healing to where it is needed.
