How often do you nurture yourself? Your dictionary defines nurture as ‘caring for and encouraging the growth or development’. During the shifts within the shift, it is easy to forget that, in nurturing those around you, you also need some. 

Today, take some time to find out what you need and move toward doing it. In your life, carving out time for self-care may be challenging but, being healthy in mind, body and spirit is one of the most important things you can do right now. 

Show yourself some love, respect and treat yourself gently during these intense learning times. You deserve it.

Dearest one… there are many changes in process and it may be challenging for you in this moment so, here is a thought to ponder today;

All the changes being given to you by The Universe will not mean a thing without action on your part. You can sit there and receive energy all day/every day but, if you choose to ignore the steps taken to activate it then it is all for naught! Working with this gift to bring about the changes you want in your life can be a bit like cleaning your home. 

It may not always be pleasant but, it needs to be done on a regular basis to maintain a clear environment. It can be very tempting to look to outside sources to do it for you this, however, is an inside job. Only you know what it takes to get things moving in the right direction. It is time to gather your tools and get to work!

A gentle reminder; you are exactly where you need to be in this particular moment. This phase of the shift is all about learning to be yourself without fear. 

Souls may be sent to show you, or experiences may come that will encourage you in establishing boundaries and maintaining them. 

Although some of them may be challenging, The Universe is always there to guide and support you. As you move into becoming your most authentic self, changes will need to be made. 

Do not shy away from them, my powerful child! Embrace them knowing you always be better than you were the day before.

Being in a space where everyday life feels difficult gives you the opportunity to examine the why/when/where/what/how of it, ask for and co-create solutions…essentially a school of thought and action.  

It may not feel like it in this moment but, my oh my, you are expanding!

During the next few weeks and months, you may notice that you are creating chaos to distract from the task at hand and, oh, what a human thing that is to do!  

The Universe is asking a great many things of you at this time, and it may feel challenging to face them head on.  You may be tempted to beat up on yourself.  

Instead of indulging in that practice, use it as a chance to become consciously aware of what (and why) you are doing it.  All that is being asked of you at this time is to take each moment as it comes.  

In your processing, take as much or as little time as you need.  Remember, you are worthy and deserving of this self-care.  

Use it to your best advantage!

With the changes taking place right now, it may be very challenging to keep your heart, mind and arms open.  

Your usual methods of protection and self-preservation are fading slowly into obsolescence and navigating your Earth place may begin to feel unsafe.  

Please keep in mind, my darling one, that you have never been left unprotected.  

New ways of managing are being introduced to you every day… it is just a matter of identifying and practicing them.  

Kindness and compassion toward your fellow humans are and always will be the key to moving forward in any shift.  

Why?  Because there has never been price tag attached either one of these things.

As you have noticed, the spiritual incline during this particular phase of the shift is getting steeper. Things may be becoming more challenging because there is more deep clearing on the agenda. Even those with an even temper are becoming more erratic as things come to the surface to be released.

When triggers are happening, being patient may be the last thing on your mind, however, that is exactly what The Universe is asking of you. Take a step back and breathe…is an action or reaction worth the time? Is it smarter to walk away than to stay involved? 

As you continue to move forward at what seems an arduous pace, always remember you are guided and supported. Rest assured; the end result will be worth the effort.

It may be challenging to walk around with an open heart knowing others may not understand the reasoning behind it. But you, my brave and beautiful one, know the intrinsic gifts of it. 

Take the courage, power and understanding of The Universe and use it to your best advantage… show the way for others and, those who are willing to listen, will take up the mantle as well.
