The Ascending are breathing new life into Planetary existence. All are experiencing Drastic transformations within, rising above past challenges and expanding into the true self expression, reflection and higher self potential.

Strengthening trust as an ascending collective in the divine supportive guidance of the universe while navigating through old earth endings, continuing to energetically expand into more of the unknown. The higher self reflection is now leading self into a forward motion and positive position in life, empowering self to effortlessly overcome obstacles, all perceived challenges while embracing new opportunities for self’s conscious evolution.

There is a purposeful universal energy on our Ascending planet, it is aligning the awakening in collective rebirth , fully supporting abundant new life here. As the self continues to heal emotionally cognising the integration of healed energy. This is the attraction point for conscious 5D living . Creating healing through self’s divine channel and expanding into the heart chakra, into all chambers and spaces while detaching, purging, detoxifying and purifying from negative old earth energy.

Allowing for the Letting go of any forms of conscious control as the divine source intervenes in all ascending life, it has all things covered, this can also at times bring in sudden changes, endings, and turbulent transformation, this is the removal of false, toxic situations, people and karmic relationships from the path.

This year 2025 is one of much deeper reflection, awakening to profound inner truths, epiphanies, realisations, recognising who the real is in self and in others. it’s about making truthful assessments, having spent years of removing the false identity , now moving forward in new earth as the original embodiment of divine creation, many are receiving ascension system upgrades and modifications, ones that will elevate self into the earths new energetic paradigm.

This recent planetary shift is bringing in a noticeable and profound new energy into our planet. The ascending mind in this new energy will naturally activate self focus on manifesting vibrationaly aligned soul desires making self’s new earth visions much clearer .

The higher heart is the healed heart, in new earth energy it will choose to expand in Truth, joy, inner peace, new earth exploration, genuine connections, harmony balance, alignment, authentic self expression, unity consciousness, conscious expansion, adventure, and meaningful experiences .

Releasing the Linear sense of control as Divine Source Creation is intervening in all aspects of life, experiencing this through self transformation removing internal and external attachments from past self , karmic relationships, connections, past cycles and programmed loops. Moving on from past pain, transforming it into its higher purpose. Knowing that pain and suffering were part of the old earth conditioning and agenda , now serving a much higher purpose for all .

The accumulated wisdom in all past self experiences served a profound and tremendous collective purpose, all of what the self experienced, all of what is experienced now and in all future time lines to come has been to help self recognise who the self truly is beyond the human conditioning and programming .

The Ascended Light Beings supporting Earth’s transformation aim to elevate the collective consciousness, leading to a higher state of conscious being. The incoming energies of the New Earth awaken our true selves, empowering us to recognise our worth and deservingness. Embracing this shift allows us to embody our full power and potential, developing personal growth and spiritual evolution on a profound level. Trusting in this metamorphosis process, fully accepting the transformation unfolding within .

Now Leaving behind the shadows of the past, finding higher meaning and purpose in past pain and past human suffering. Shifting into truthful perceptions, increases in positivity and optimism, setting a new earth tone as self prepares for many more Ascension breakthroughs.

Ascension activates significant clearing energies. Eliminating many fear based structures embedded deep in the cellular memory, releasing and clearing fears of the unknown from the cellular bodies, this is what activates self’s true potential. Fear is not an energy on this planet that can support Ascension in new earth frequencies .

One of the most important things that will have to be Managed, is self’s own energy. In this next ascension chapter many may feel challenged with self discipline aspects in life. Consciously becoming aware of self’s choices and intentions as this holds incredible internal power. Expanding into higher awareness in where self is choosing to invest time and energy, Paying intuitive attention to selections, choices, in wise or unwise decision making, This is about the Removal of the inauthentic Self’s expression paradigm and template.

The next new moon encourages the ascending to reassess and modify different aspects of the self. During this time the ascending may feel the internal need to deeply reflect on all past self cycles , acknowledging they are no longer who they once were in this lifetime, many will experience deeper levels of grief, life reviews from all aspects of this lifetime to date, suppressed and forgotten experiences may now come to the surface, this deeper introspection creates significant internal shifts as continuous internal changes occur throughout 2025 in new conscious earth living .

To bring about any change in the external world, necessary changes must first occur from within. The phrase “so within, so without” emphasises the connection between our inner state and the external reflection .

Those who are actively engaging in conscious inner work are in conscious knowing and preparing for necessary planetary changes. All changes on earth are dualistic in nature, made up of both lower and higher conscious polarities.

Starseeds, new ascension information is coming into our planet and collective, as a result many more pieces to the puzzle can Now be found, things that were once unknown to the Concious mind come to Light. The Ascending are making extraordinary progress. Continuing on in their unwavering faith and confidence in the divine universal plan .

When things do not go as expected, believe that the universe’s plan will always manifest, regardless of any obstacles encountered on the path. Nothing can or will prevent the divine purpose and plan designed specifically for you and ascending life here.

The incoming planetary energy is rapidly building Momentum as it moves into the deepest foundations of our realities. Events in life may be creating much upheaval urging ascending self to release any negative attachment to old ways and old routines. Our unsustainable ways of living are being highlighted and we can no longer hold onto what has worked in the past, now finding new ways of being and doing .

As the old structures and patterns of the past dissolve any unnecessary and ineffectual energy is being cleared making space for the new to emerge. This is an intense time which is ultimately teaching the ascending how to live honestly and authentically. Surrendering to what is no longer beneficial to the ascending and expanding self .

The Ascending on this planet are moving towards a totally new paradigm in human consciousness, one that is governed by the virtues of unity consciousness.

Allowing the old to fade into the past self Story, discovering a new pattern of energy that enables self to explore new cycles in new ways, in higher levels of consciousness. This cycle of consciousness leads to clarity and a direct path to the soul’s wisdom and light, It empowers self to live in alignment with its true nature and the world around with complete integrity.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are very pleased to give you this progress report, as we know how important it is for you all to understand that you are still moving in the right direction. It is very important for you to recognize that humanity is in fact on the right track and that you are in fact ascending. What does that mean? Does that mean? Does that mean that everything looks different today? Not necessarily. Some things do look differently than they once did, but other things remain the same from the outside perspective, and that can be troubling.

What you need to acknowledge within humanity is that you are seeing the world differently. You are starting to understand more about how the issues that you face arise within your personal lives and in the global scale in which you can view your world. You are there to change your response and yourselves. You don’t have to go out there and fix all the problems of the world. You don’t have to go out there and move all the pieces around so that they fit into place perfectly.

You are there to change you, and we can tell you that from our vantage point, you are doing just that. People there on Earth are shifting, evolving, and ascending, no matter how it might look. Now, you still may be wondering what your place is in all of this. You can be the voice of reason at the next dinner party you attend. You can be the one who refuses to point fingers, choose sides, and get angry about what ‘they’ are doing.

And you can offer a different perspective, a new perspective that may not hit home for any of the other people at that dinner party. In other words they may not agree with you. They may not go along with what you are putting out there, but you will have planted a seed. You will have made them think, and it is important for you to understand that change begins when you think differently about yourselves, about others, about the world.

Your response, your reaction, your approach to what is happening in your lives, and in the lives of others, these are the important aspects of your life experience that you can change. And you can change everything by looking at something differently, but what will change first is you. You are ascending, which means you are evolving. You are becoming something different. You are not just ascending by going to a different place and bringing all of your baggage with you.

You are ascending by letting go of all of your baggage and rising up to a higher level of awareness. In that higher level of awareness, you can see everything differently, and you can speak, think and act accordingly, and you will have the impact on your world that you want to have. But first, you will impact your internal world by letting go of fear, resistance and judgment, by letting go of resentment, anger, and anxiety. You have had those experiences already, and you are ready to let them go, and now is the time.

And our progress report for you is this – we see more of you doing these things right here in this now moment, and we know you will continue on that path. We are certain of it, and we are certain of it because holding on to that which is dark and heavy and no longer serves you is going to feel worse and worse until you definitely feel like you have no choice but to let go.

Do not be surprised when your deepest soul memory banks get triggered now.

As we have powerfully shifted through the star portal, the last traces of forgetfulness and amnesia have dissolved.

This is not only past lives, but also parallel lives on galactic and universal levels, as well as visions of the future in the New Golden Age, for those who wish to ascend, are ascending and already have.

With the release of another set of 33 tones, our spines now already have its new Solar Crystalline spine, with the new 33 tonal cords in octaves, activated. This making us very sensitive to sound, tones, light, colours, vibrations, energy and energy fields.

Add to this with the double spines our double chakras are activating until we have 33 which will escalate to 77 in the 7th dimension, until all 50, 100, etc are activated as we evolve.

There is far more than this, as our sleep patterns will be disturbed, as the transfiguration process continues and escalates. We need more power naps and need be more in nature and silence, in order to be tuned in.

There is far more of this, which I will share as I am being shown.

Remember go deeper in your heart and soul, where you have all the tools you need to navigate within this massive stargate.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We welcome you to join us in our celebration of consciousness, of existence. It is enough to exist. It is enough to be. Everything else is a bonus, the icing on the cake as you might say. You are not there to experience perfection; you are there to experience everything, to exist in everything. If you can accept everything as it is, you can begin to get closer to Source. Source not only accepts everything as it is, Source loves everything as it is and knows that Source is everything that is. Therefore, acceptance is the first key step for all of you there on Earth, a place which has been disparaged by many, but it is a wonderful place to exist, a wonderful place to be, and there is much on your world and within yourselves to love.

If you find it hard to love this over here, then please do turn your attention away from that and put your attention on what is easiest for you to love in the moment. That’s where it serves you to put your attention. A lot of people there on Earth feel that it is their job to fix a broken planet, to only be about fixing what is wrong within themselves. But we say to you that everything is evolving, ascending, becoming more of Source in every moment, no matter what. There doesn’t need to be a repair done on this or that. What is needed is the acceptance that will lead to the love that will put the being doing the accepting on the path that brings that being closer to Source in every conscious moment.

You are also there to consciously create. And so, whatever you don’t love, whatever you deem to be inappropriate or unacceptable in some way, is also there as a catalyst to you. Necessity is the mother of invention, but so is annoyance and frustration. As long as the inventor is able to take their attention off of the problem, that which they deem to be broken, they can benefit from that experience and move towards what they have created. You are all inventors; you are all creating all the time, but not always experiencing that which you create. And that’s where we come in. We here to help you, to guide you towards your creations. We are here to teach you how to manifest what you have created. That’s right. You must manifest it in your experience in order to fully enjoy it.

Certainly you can start enjoying anything you have created if you believe that it is created, that it’s out there and that it has your name on it. But to fully enjoy your creation, you want to experience it. And you are all co-creating so much there on Earth at this time, and those of you who are awake can move towards those creations more consciously because you know the secrets of the universe. You know how. You know that you need to relax, to let go, to focus and to let in. You know that not everything is accomplished through action, through hammering away at something, or even through voting.

And when you know that you are the creator of your experience, then you can let everyone else off the hook and you can let go of the idea that you are a victim of someone who is more powerful or more important than you. And that’s when you end your suffering and end human suffering. That’s when you all claim what you have created as your own because it is yours, and it is time for you all to step into the role of master manifestor. As you master manifestation, you bring so many others along. You become the leader and the teacher you were born to be, and you can celebrate yourself right now, because you exist to be that.

You may be noticing there is a lot of emotion coming up as we move into the last months of 2024. The Earth is evolving, she is ascending to a higher level, and we’re all coming with her. And with this evolution, anything in us that is not in alignment with our soul’s highest potential is being brought to the surface, so it can be acknowledged and released.

Along with the rising of strong emotion…

You may have a strong desire to move forward, but with no clear sense of direction or energy to follow through.

You may notice you feel tired or drowsy, with a greater need for sleep. You may find yourself waking up at odd hours of the night.

You may experience a yearning for different foods, especially ones that provide a sense of comfort and healing.

You may find yourself more deeply affected or unsettled by the feelings of those around you.

You are ascending. ✨

To make the most of this time, Spirit says...

Make a practice of noticing and releasing your feelings as they arise in the moment. Breathe in, breathe out, and let go. These feelings are simply here to reveal what you need to release to rise to your destined level of mastery.

Allow yourself adequate rest. Listen to your body’s wishes for nutrition and supply what it needs.

Seek not to take on the feelings of others as your own. Cultivate the ability to observe with compassion.

Open into unconditional love and acceptance as much as possible in relation to others and yourself.

We are truly entering into the Golden Age. Even though it may not look like it right now,

this is the start of everything we as sensitive, loving beings have been waiting for.

Today, I would like to encourage you to take the last few months of this year to prepare.

If you will, reflect on your life as it is, and be willing to make the adjustments to anything that doesn’t feel quite right. Be willing to let go. The Record Keepers, your spiritual guides, and your luminous Soul and Higher Self are all standing with you, holding the vision for you to become the most beautiful version of yourself ever. They say, "It is possible now. And it is possible with greater ease and grace than ever before."

Let me offer this:

Before the end of this month, take a few moments to reflect on everything you would like to release, everything that no longer serves you. Make the commitment to yourself to let go, write it all down, and then email it to me. In response, I will send a wave of divine energy from the Akashic Records to help you heal and cleanse and release with as much ease and grace as possible.

Let us release that which no longer serves to gently create space for the new.

This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Archangels, Star Nations families, Earth elements, Fae elders, Angelic legions, and other Light Beings known as the Collective:

THE COLLECTIVE: Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today.

This week we received an excellent question from a Light Bearer who asks:

“WTH is going on in politics?

“I get that everything has to come forward to be healed, but aren’t we circling the drain for a long time?”

An excellent question!

It is so that Lady Gaia has moved onto the fifth dimensional timeline.

Yet there are still a number of deep-seated expressions of the third dimension occurring around you.

And so, many are impatient, asking that these be gone—that war, hunger, separatism, low intent, dense emotion, all forms of violence be fully released from all Earth life.

Many of the Earth’s people are also declaring that they will brook no more interference from the lower realms, whether from entities, ETs of low intent, or from various technologies and political movements that seem poised to complicate Earth life, and run rampant over group and individual freedoms.

And we would say, that among your Light Bringer reactions and responses, is an aspect of your own heart-mind that you are not yet fully aware of.

The high heart is full of engagement with the higher energies flowing in from your Sun Sol.

It is full of the celebration of fifth dimensional energies.

This beautiful and miraculous total solar eclipse that has just occurred, visible in several countries, is evidence of shifts in the macrocosm.

These are powerful shifts, not only in how it feels to live upon the Earth now, but with the Earth’s own vibrational reality—Her place in this galaxy and in this Universe.

And so, at every moment, Earth is leaning into greater alignment with those Creating moments that establish new, higher levels of life and experience, without your even being aware of such.

And so, yes—you see in the news media reporting on one disaster after another, whether natural or human-made.

You may feel that far from ringing in beautiful new changes on the planet, Earth is imploding with even worse scenarios than She did while still in the third dimension.

Yet the difference between then and now, and the experiences being birthed on your current 5D timeline, is great.

Spurred on not only by the astrological occurrences that are ushering in the Age of Aquarius beginning this calendar year.

And not only the reawakening of so many who are beginning to recall aspects of their lives in the great civilizations of thousands of years ago.

Not only the heart-opening moments of facing head-on the wounds and fragmentations of the past, with a will to finally heal and resolve these, as great as that is.

The difference is your own increasing mastery of the moment, friends!

Your own increasing awareness and capability for first asking, before leaping into action to deal with an issue, “What energetic vibration created this?”

Or “What was my contribution to that, as someone on the Earth now?”

“What needs to be healed or resolved inwardly, to move this situation up to a higher level?”

So that rather than working purely to alleviate the outer situation first, you are increasingly grasping that all is energy, and that all must be addressed energetically, not only to heal an issue, but to lift and revise its vibrational basis.

This is one of the great conundrums of physical life.

You currently live in physical form, and have been strictly taught to address all issues outwardly first, risking being called “lazy and unfocused” or “not addressing the real issue” if you do not leap up to change an issue outwardly first.

And of course, if a building is burning, you do indeed need to leap up and get out of it!

So that much of your thinking will hold that it is nonsense to address an issue vibrationally first.

That in order to stop a war, you must order all parties to cease all hostilities immediately.

Or that in order to stop an illness, you must do various tests, then diagnose, then find the right outer cure, and use it as soon as possible.

And yet, despite some need for immediate outer action, nothing really begins with the outer situation.

And nothing is truly lifted out of any density until its foundational vibration is lifted higher.

Your own higher minds and high hearts are grasping this perfectly now.

You are increasingly looking to understand the basis of any outer situation, and intuitively tracing the clash, imbalance, or apparent lack to its original belief systems, emotional density, or lower vibrational alignments.

As you look at evils as dark as that perpetrated by the Nazi Party of the 1930s and ‘40s, you might trace their actions to ancient beliefs and assumptions based on esoteric teachings.

And a very great desire not only for “ethnic cleansing,” but for world domination.

There are some still upon the Earth who follow that doctrine, though they have cloaked their intentions with talk of democracy, fairness, equality, and other terms used to garner popular support.

Despite their low vibrational intent and service to the lower order, and all its chaos, we do not see their actions succeeding as they intend.

What they desire is to create enough confusion that the majority are convinced that the world is only getting worse, and that the future is dubious at best, dangerous and dark at worst.

This is what they intend with outer shows of violence and outbreaks of illness.

This is what they intend with the news and podcast chatter about how AI has the potential to “take over” humanity and all human systems, and how fruitless it is to fight such a development.

This is what is intended when the self-appointed experts and representatives (who represent only their own interests, and that of the corporations and millionaires who support them) behave as if nothing can be done about a particular situation, blaming “the economy,” other countries, the other party, or questioning the patriotism of those who object to their decisions or inaction.

These ones depend upon fear as their main agent of control, and some will fall into that vibration for a time, while others refuse.

And so, you are, as we have noted several other times, in a void.

You are between that place where billions trusted unquestioningly what they saw on the television news or read on the internet, and the place you are moving into, in which millions have begun to question much of what they hear.

Many now ask which corporations are backing a news broadcast, and who runs the show’s network or platform.

They look into the built-in biases of those claiming to be objective, asking their own inner intuitive sense what is really happening in their country or elsewhere.

And they look at their own political parties and prevailing power structure and realize, “We have not had a democracy for a very long time, if ever—not a true democracy.”

These are the awakenings, the realizations, the growth and truthfulness which people are now stepping into at an astounding rate, whether they call themselves Light Bringers or Starseed or are someone not consciously interested in spiritual growth.

Nevertheless, that growth and increasing awareness is occurring.

And that is the energetic environment you now find yourselves in.

The tumultuous events of the 1960s were perhaps a small introduction to what you see happening now around the world.

Yet what you are entering now will make that time look to be only the slightest meandering into a conscious, heart-opened reality.

In that era, many peace activists, meditators, natural healers, and unconventional artists were often marginalized as being too “left-wing” to take seriously.

Yet that time in history will prove small and contained, compared to what we see growing increasingly around the planet.

What you are asking in effect, is why is it taking so long for the new forms of government and political awareness to come in?

Why is it taking so long for people to wake up to the fact that there is no one political party or politician who can “save” them?

Why don’t they realize that they came here to do that for themselves?

And that there is no shortcut to realizing their own autonomy and growing sense of inner awareness that they are Creators in their own right.

And that their sovereignty must be celebrated and upheld, not sold for a sense of “security,” an old trap too often laid on humanity’s path.

You will have heard of Mr Franklin’s 18th century quote, that “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

You can uphold your own higher vibrational reality, whatever may be happening to or around you.

Though it may seem that all around you would vote for those who desire complete control, and a loss of group and individual rights—you are able to hold fast to the poet’s declaration:

“Still I rise!” *

You can co-Create a life of fulfillment, beauty, Abundance, and Joy, though all around you choose to feel disempowered, angry, and disenfranchised.

And though it seems to be taking a long time for outer political realities to move to a far higher level, you can continue to move forward on your path, falling in love with life on this planet and all Her beauty and growing empowerment, whatever may befall the human systems around you.

Whatever may occur in whole sections of the planet and of humanity, including those who came in at this time to try to dim the Light pouring into every molecule of the planet and all Her beings.

A useless enterprise, for you have all (as a human race) already decided to rise!

And so, release those paths that are not yours! And attend to your own expression of the path of Light.

Give Thanks each day for increasing awareness—yours and the whole planet’s—of the presences of the higher realms flowing to you now in tangible form, and the powerful presence of the Golden Light particles flowing to Earth from your Sun.

Each particle is sentient and aware!

They flow into your cells, your consciousness, your inner life.

They are illuminating everything within you, so that the outer forms cannot help but re-form and re-birth into the next higher form of life.

All is well, friends! Do not be fooled by appearance, nor ruled by it.

Keep your eye on that which sustains and inspires! Release all else.

This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Archangels, Star Nations families, Earth elements, Fae elders, Angelic legions, and other Light Beings known as the Collective.

Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today.

Our writer received a few questions from a reader recently which she asked us to offer guidance on.

And so, this Light Bringer asks:

What does it mean, in practical terms, to take up residency as a 5D Being? What will a regular 3D person see or feel when we do that?

Will the most advanced of us transfigure [our] body, and vanish through intense [Light] radiation, like some monks did with the so-called rainbow body?

Or is it simply temporary astral travel?

We would say first, that to rebirth as a 5D human—to be an Ascended human—you are not so likely to quickly shift to such a higher level energetically that your body suddenly transfigures to pure Light, even after years of meditation and purification.

You have many powerful shifts and changes occurring now in body, mind, spirit.

Yet all of it is happening at a far slower pace.

One that is manageable by your mind, heart, and body, and that keeps pace with the shifts you sense happening around you now, in both Earth and humanity.

We would say, not all are Ascending.

You have seen that some are choosing to remain in a state that resonates with third density life and “reality” that is the out-picturing of this vast universal hologram you live in.

These dear ones have chosen to continue for a while with the lower vibrational feeling, thought, expression, and experience of 3D life.

Those who chose before incarnating (or who have chosen since being born into 3D) to rise and move into a fifth dimensional Earth, and to move their Earth path to a higher level, are already in the process of doing so.

And so, in asking what a 3D person sees or feels as they are moving into becoming a 5D being, simply ask yourself, How am I feeling right now?

Those who are in the Ascension process will have the most interesting answers!

In reality, everyone is Ascending, as your galaxy and Universe are doing so.

All are coming more and more into higher Light and higher consciousness, and becoming an increasingly higher version of themselves.

It’s simply that some will take more time on that journey, in the linear Time sense, than others.

And so if they do not Ascend to a higher vibrational level in this lifetime, still—all is well!

They will do so when ready.

If you feel that you are not able to answer the question of how you are feeling now, regarding your Ascension path, we encourage you to write out that question on a sheet of paper.

Then switch the pen to the other hand (the one you never write with) and let the deeper recesses of the conscious mind, and your subconscious mind, answer the question.

When our writer did this, she received the answer:

“I return now to my true self. I return now to who I AM.

“I release now all identification with ego, with personality and its narrow confines.

“I AM moving into the realization that we are all Love itself.

“Love for all is the only way forward, for everyone.

“I AM led now by my higher self and guides to remember my Earth mission and my soul growth mission with increasing clarity.

“I now remember who I AM in the higher realms, and that I AM never alone.

“My soul family are by my side at every moment.

“I AM Ascending, and I AM healing my soul.

“This Universe is also Ascending. We are all moving forward with it.”

And so, though the headaches, the body aches and pains, the dizziness, exhaustion, emotional turmoil, strange dreams, sudden realizations, changes in eating habits, feelings of reconnection with Nature—

Though most of these are taxing, they are also indications that your cells are taking on more Light, and therefore detoxifying all your energy systems from the toxicity of 3D life.

We speak of more than the toxicity of the air, soil, water, food, and the radiation that Earth has been subjected to.

We speak also of detoxifying from the mental and emotional entrainment that all of humanity has suffered on a mass scale, as well as the ongoing energetic infusions of dark thoughts and lower vibrations.

These have long been injected into Earth life on a mass scale, to foment division, separation between the sexes, separation between different races and ethnicities, different cultures, and so on.

And to train the human mind on a mass level that violence is the best way to solve issues, or to mark progress via an occupation of another’s ancestral lands.

You have seen even quite recently the preference for violence n different parts of the world, carried out by governments that are not governments, but representatives of the lower realms, and the dark ET presence that long ago invaded Earth and created ways to reign over Earth and Her beings.

Though those groups are on their way out now, they are creating as much turmoil and resistance as possible in their last moments on the planet.

We have said many times, that one of the highest and best things you can do for your culture, your world, and your own Ascension path, is to focus on feelings of Peacefulness, and on the Universal power—the reality—of Love.

And on the fact of your own co-Creating power to design and live out the life that brings you the most Joy—including emphasizing and focusing on what Peace you can find in the world, even though some areas are in turmoil.

The more you claim your own Creational status—your own quantum wizardry, some might say!—the more you begin to remember Who you really are.

This aids your move into 5D by pulling you out of the state of passivity and reaction that human beings have been trained to live in for thousands of years.

You cease to let bad news or dark energies influence your day and your state of mind, to where you forget the Joy you were birthed into.

You then begin each day giving Thanks for all you have, and taking care of your physical and emotional needs as you would a precious small child.

Respecting and supporting those areas of your life that require healing.

Taking time to be in Nature, and to be quiet inwardly as you ask for direction from your Spirit team.

Taking care to read and to watch only that which holds you up and encourages you—not that which is disturbing and brings your vibration down.

You are moving into 5D at a rate that is best for you, while finding ways to connect with the energies of the higher realms, and flowing those energies into your day with calm and focus.

Some feel that they do not do well at imaging inwardly while listening to guided meditations.

And so we would say, could you listen to sound healing? Or to high vibrational music?

Could you spend time in Nature, or tend plants indoors, or spend time with a child or animal(s) you love?

Many find their moments of inspiration through drawing or painting, or playing a musical instrument, or in dance, yoga, qi gong, or other movement.

Find what works for you, to lift your spirits higher, then do that often!

And take time to let your Spirit team know: Show me what I need to know now!

Be clear with me in ways I will hear or sense or see!

Send me your higher wisdom in ways that I will pick up on.

Then give me the courage to follow it, even if my left-brain aspect is questioning your wisdom.

As you move up in vibration, you will sense many things changing, as no doubt you have already.

Your intuition (your higher self speaking to you) will get clearer and sharper.

You will far more quickly know when a place, idea, person, event, or information is not right for you.

You will increasingly move away from people and things that do not make you joyful, that do not flow with your higher path of Light, and that do not honor you.

You are finding now new circumstances, new forms of working, eating, exercising, visualizing or meditating that shift your energy to a higher level.

And you will increasingly begin to remember why you have come in at this time, even if that has always been a mystery to you.

You will also have more inner gifts, such as sensing how another feels, or what they are thinking.

This can include plants, animals, people, and the Earth.

You will increasingly realize your ability to self-heal via your thoughts, emotions, and expectations, as well as your choice of healing modalities and natural substances.

And your ability to know what your body needs before it indicates that to you in outer ways.

You will know where to live, and how long to live there, and why—sensing the energies of a particular town, street, road, or neighborhood.

You will know what gifts to use to help others, or for the sheer joy of using those gifts.

And you will begin to automatically connect with certain galactic cultures and civilizations out of deep-seated memory of your experiences with them—cultures, plural!

For you have traveled much through this Universe, dear ones.

You are universal beings, of a mixed intergalactic DNA, and a multi-layered etheric makeup.

To answer the second set of questions, there are indeed those who transfigure into Light, yet we do not see this as necessary or likely for most at this time.

You are all capable of bringing yourself into higher Light consciousness, whether your body moves into pure Light form or not.

The monks and others who manage this transformation / transfiguration have spent prolonged periods of time moving every molecule of body, mind, and spirit into a state of elevated vibration, to where their body must move into a pure Light state.

We would say, focus far more on soul growth, on becoming Love itself.

This was the state you came in as, as a newborn child—and less on very obvious demonstrations.

You are already made of Light, or you would not exist on any level!

Your physical demonstration, having come in in a physical body, was vital to you in terms of the path of growth you specifically came in to experience.

To move into 5D is to have increased the number of strands of DNA, and to have moved into a higher level consciousness, which in itself births a far finer, more Light-filled physical matter.

To disappear into a brilliant flash of Light is not a requirement!

We would ask, Have you looked into the face of higher Love, in your own heart-space, and seen your own soul existing there?

Your Lightbody has always existed in the higher realms, and is developing now in your Earth life.

This will not come about purely through focus and meditation, but through development of the high heart in the human body.

Regarding the last question, as you move into a fifth dimensional life on an increasingly fifth dimensional planet, astral travel is not a requirement.

Though your ability to see or sense what is in the astral realm may be increasing, you need not spend time there.

It is not a higher vibrational plane.

It is inhabited by those who seek to influence Earth life (not in positive ways), and by those who have left their physical bodies, but for different reasons, chose not to move into the higher Light that came forward to greet them, to welcome them Home to the higher realms.

We will say here, that though there are some who say, “Do not go into the Light after physical death,” we encourage you to reject this.

The Light one sees upon leaving the physical is the loving Presence from which your very soul was born. It comes to lead you Home to a place of Love, reassurance, rebirth, and Joy.

And so, your 5D Earth life experience is not one of astral travel.

If you are an energy worker, you will of course at times see into that realm, as you end obstructions and interferences there that are troubling your clients.

But it is not a necessary part of your Ascension path.

We are very glad you have asked these questions, as they are a natural part of your progression now—as individuals, and as a species of beings.

So much is occurring now!

We encourage you to greet your Sun Sol daily, to thank him for his Light and his assistance on your path.

And to take as many quiet moments for yourself in the day and evening as you can, to allow yourself to stop and breathe a bit inwardly, and to get more physical rest, and times of mental quiet.

For the shifts occurring now are powerful and tiring, and can bring up much emotionally that you may not have fully realized is asking for healing now.

These questions have presented great issues, and ones we can only slightly travel into in this limited space.

Yet we invite you to write your own story, and to not expect that Ascension is a perfect and pre-determined science!

For in this time of unprecedented Light flowing through your Universe, much is bring written anew, and you are each a great part of the writing and the telling of that story.
