It is just a matter of believing. Your mind and soul does not have to take one giant leap in that direction, baby steps will do… just so long as you are moving.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have so much that we want to share with you always, and we know that you are eager to hear from us. We have a perspective that is higher vibrational because we exist in a higher-dimensional plane, not because we are better than any of you. We are all equal. We are all equal parts of Source Energy. We have established ourselves as teachers for not only humans of Earth, but beings all across the galaxy and universe, and we would like to give you a summary of our teachings. We call them the four pillars of our teachings.

Everything is based on these four pillars in reality. First and foremost, everyone, no matter what their situation is, needs the first pillar. You need to accept who you are, where you are, what’s in your life and what isn’t in your life, and you need to accept everyone else as they are, where they are, what they are doing, thinking, saying, and believing. That is the only way for you to move past what is. In other words, acceptance doesn’t mean complacency. It doesn’t mean you agree with what someone else is doing, thinking, believing, or saying.

It means that you accept that they are doing that and that it must serve a higher purpose or else it wouldn’t exist. So, acceptance is the first step to moving past what it is that you find yourself needing to accept in any given moment. When you can accept something, you can move on to the second pillar, forgiveness.

Often, you have to forgive others because of something they have done or said, and at other times, you have to forgive yourself for what you have done, thought, or said. By forgiving, you also let go and let yourself move on. When you hold on to resentment and anger, and you resist those who have done what they have done, then you stay stuck in that space, and you keep recreating similar scenarios for yourselves until you finally decide that you must, in fact, forgive.

Once you forgive, you can have the third pillar, compassion. You can have compassion for yourself, for animals, for Mother Earth, for others, for entire groups of people and countries. Compassion doesn’t mean the same thing as pity. It means you understand that what someone else is going through is hard. It’s challenging, and whether you’ve ever been through it before yourself or not, you can recognize when someone is having to process a very low-vibrational feeling, an emotion that no one wants to feel. And chances are you felt that emotion too.

And so, you can have compassion for that person or those people or that animal or those animals without going there and joining them in that lower-vibrational emotion, what you might call negative emotion. You don’t have to join them in it in order to have compassion for them and recognize that it’s hard. What they’re going through is difficult. It’s challenging. And it’s easier to have compassion for people once you’ve forgiven them, and that includes yourself, of course.

Then you get to the fourth pillar, which is unconditional love. This is what we are all made of, this is what we all come from, and this is what we are all striving to experience at all times. We want to experience ourselves as love under all conditions. It doesn’t mean you have to say, ‘Oh, I love that the dictator over there has invaded that other country, and people are dying in a horrible war.’

You don’t have to love that, but you don’t have to let that misalign you to such an extent that you forget who you really are as a being of pure love and light. You are much more valuable to all the people who are suffering through that war when you stay in your true essence of unconditional love and beam that love out to all people involved. That really is how you help, and it is also who you are at your core.

And the trick is to be where you are in your dimension on planet Earth and be who you are at the same time, and it’s a trick that people can pull off from time to time, but most people don’t pull off all of the time. But it’s what you’re striving for whether you realize it or not. And so, that is the summary of the teachings of this Arcturian Council. You can use them in any situation you find yourselves in.

Good morning! Trying to find the time and be in the right mood is proving difficult this week. Let’s see how we go. Many wrote in to say that the ‘Physical Spirit’ we spoke of last week, is known as ‘The Innate’. Your response I imagine would be ‘What’s in a name? Labels are labels, nothing more’.

Good morning to you, Blossom. You, of course, are correct.

Ok, so, there are things I could discuss with you, yet, feel I get a ‘No’. Why is this?

Blossom, there are many that have found our discussions recently … many who have followed for years. Each Soul on their own journey of discovery. Some of the topics you would like to discuss are not appropriate for ‘general consumption’, as many are not ready to absorb certain information.

Yet, is that not holding others back who are ready?

Seek and thou shalt find. Information that comes to one, comes in the right time for their Soul’s understanding. Besides, it is up to the individual to nourish their Being with their own Truth at any given time.

One may hear of a particular subject matter and not know whether to believe its Truth. So, they may go to another to ask if it is True or not. This is not about ‘believing’ who is right or wrong … and taking a particular ‘source’s’ info as Truth and another’s not. This is about feeling for the self what is Truth.

Yet, what if one cannot feel into something and Truly doesn’t know?

Blossom, do you remember when you asked us about Flat Earth and you were not happy with our answer, because we said … ‘For those who think it is flat, it is flat. For those who think it is round, it is round’.

I do indeed.

This is OUR TRUTH. That was OUR answer, for we understand the bigger picture.

Doesn’t help us none though, does it? … With respect, my friends!

Yes. It does. You believe what you want to believe … because it feels right for you.

Yet, does ‘it feeling right for me’ make it a Truth?

For you, Yes. At the time of it feeling right for you.

YOUR TRUTHS CAN CHANGE … AS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE TRUTH EXPANDS.

Oh Lord! It is only 7.30 in the morning. Not sure I am up for one of these types of conversations!

And this is why we do not go into the depths that many require. The world that you know yourself to live in, the world that you ‘think’ you are living in … is YOUR world. Not another’s.

What you think you create. You know how the manifestation system works, Blossom.

Yes, I do. Yet, my friends, my family, are in that same world as me.

Yet, living in their world. Their creation.

Yet, I am in their world and they in mine. If we are in our own ‘video game’, how come we can also be in each other’s?

Because that is what the individual has created.

Blossom, we can feel already, your mind wondering what to ask next. So, at the risk of disappointment, we shall terminate this subject.

THE TRUTH IS THAT YOU ARE LOVE.

Whether you are living upon a flat Earth or a round one, a horizontal one, or a vertical one. Whether you are in your own simulation or someone else’s. Whether you live under a dome or not under a dome. Whether everything is an illusion or not.

Any, any, any, anything is not what is important.

Any, any, any, anything does not matter … in your reality … that perhaps is …  or is not … real!

BECAUSE … EVERY, EVERY, EVERYTHING IS LOVE.

THAT IS WHAT MATTERS.

We understand that many of you become so frustrated when we repeat and repeat and repeat.

This is the only way to keep you on track as to why you are here upon your Planet Earth.

IN ALL THINGS … THROUGHOUT ALL CONFUSIONS AND MISUNDERSTANDINGS …

RETURN TO LOVE.

ONLY LOVE.

There is so much that is impossible for you to understand within the confines of your particular reality. It was not designed for you to UNDERSTAND ALL.

If you did, your Soul would not gain that which it has desired to experience. 

We suggest that you ‘Let go’ of the ‘Wondering whys.’

KNOW … YOU ARE LOVE AND THAT YOU ARE UPON EARTH TO BE IT … IN ORDER TO CHANGE EARTH’S VIBRATION INTO THE WORLD THAT YOU KNOW LOVE IS.

Yet, it is within us to want to know the why’s and wherefores and what lies we are being told.

And that is why, the Vibration of your Planet is changing rapidly … in order for you to find out about these lies.

So much is coming to Light, is it not?

Yes, and that is why we are left wondering what is True and what is not.

Dearest Blossom, Dearest Souls … YOU … BY BEING YOU … BY UNDERSTANDING YOU ARE LIGHT … ARE ENABLING HIGHER ENERGIES TO ENTER IN.

These Higher Energies, although they maybe ‘temporarily interfering’ with your ‘make up’ … are allowing these Truths to be revealed.

The darkness has no chance of retrieving its power because of this.

Therefore, all the lies they have spun, to hide the TRUE LIGHT OF DAY … HAVE to come up and be presented as the darkness falls away.

At the moment … trickles of Truth are being uncovered and spreading throughout your Planet to those who are awake and searching for Truth.

There shall be a time … when such ‘discoveries’ will be known throughout by all.

FOR THE FULL TRUTH IS TO BE REVEALED.

All this takes time. It … will not/cannot … be an overnight revelation. Chaos would reign if this were so.

Little by little, the Divine Plan is moving towards full disclosure of EVERYTHING that has taken place upon your Planet.

Yet … there needs to be a Grand Shift in order for that to take place.

Are you talking here of past mentions of ‘An Event’ … ‘A Happening’ etc?

We are talking of preliminary shifts that will awaken many more.

For instance, lately, there has been a ‘partial’ shift.

Energies have Heightened for the Greater Good.

And boy, have I felt them! Every time I lay down and close my eyes, it’s like I’m spinning backward through a vortex. Trying to get my balance when standing, is like being drunk. Voices sounding like the amplifier is turned up to high … I’ve never felt such strong Energies.

As is the same for many, Blossom. When you KNOW it is a ‘simple’ matter of your physical Beings adjusting, then you let go of fear. For those who don’t know … trips to the medical profession ensue.

More of these shall be taking place on a regular basis … yet, they are not THE EVENT.

As we say … they are a means to working up towards VAST CHANGES.

It’s bizarre …  in that so many, many, many, people are going through their own individual upheavals on a deep Heart scale. Everyone I know is going through something and folk are writing in saying the same … and yet, there seems to be an Inner Strength arising from that. Difficult to explain.

Let us assist. These ‘Undertakings’ are part and parcel of your arising. All that is ‘given’ to an individual to deal with, is part of that Soul’s plan. Agreements made beforehand.

Nothing is by chance.

Reasonings may not be apparent ‘ever’ in a lifetime … or, they may immediately, or, at some point, be understood.

Either way … it is for your Highest Good and the Greater Good of All.

Small matters, surely though, wouldn’t be for the Greater Good of All.

Yes, Blossom. Everything … and the way you choose to adapt and move through … is for the Highest Good of All.

Many would agree that the way one is approaching matters large or small, is of a ‘Different intelligence of the Heart’ than one would have done before.

See in this, the Growth of Soul. The accepting of Self Light.

Oh, that feels so beautiful. The accepting of self Light. Thank you.

Yet, it is the Truth Blossom. Each SOUL is beginning to really and Truly ‘GET IT’.

They are FEELING who they are. Not wishing … not hoping … not wanting to be … yet …

TRULY KNOWING THIS LIGHT LOVE OF SELF.

Within that … one becomes more determined to play their part.

This KNOWING … is something the Soul has been patiently waiting for.

THIS ACCOMPLISHMENT … THIS RECOGNITION OF SELF POWER MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE TO WHO YOU ARE AND HOW YOU CARRY ON.

IN LIGHT.

IN LOVE.

IN TRUTH.

TRUST THAT WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WILL BE PRESENTED TO YOU WHEN YOU NEED TO KNOW IT.

TRUST IN YOU.

TRUST IN YOUR FEELINGS.

TRUST IN THE DIVINE PLAN …

IN THE KNOWING YOU ARE WONDEROUS BEINGS OF LIGHT … residing on Planet Earth … Serving it … Serving others … Serving yourselves … in order to BRING YOUR PLANET INTO …

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You have determined for yourselves what so many of the outcomes in your lives will be, but you do not realize that you have done this. Sometimes you are even surprised by what unfolds, even though it fits in perfectly with your beliefs about your life, yourself, and your reality. If you are not willing to examine what your expectations are, then you are not willing to change what you are thinking, feeling, and believing, and you are likely to play out the same scenarios over and over again in your lives. Perhaps there will be different characters playing different roles for you, but you will have the same or similar outcomes or results until you look within and you ask yourself what you are thinking, doing, saying, and believing, that keeps you in the same cycles.

Self-examination is very important, and sometimes and often, it is prompted by a willingness to change what’s outside of you in your physical reality, and that’s fine. Ideally, however, you would want to make a change because of how something felt when you entertained it as a thought, word, or belief. If you can catch yourselves at that level before something manifests into your reality, it will often then be easier for you to make the necessary changes within yourselves. You can course correct.

Once you have manifested something that is unwanted into your life experience, then you also have to deal with that while looking at, examining, the beliefs, the thoughts, the words, the habits of action that brought it about into your experience. And so, a good process for all of you to partake in is to write down what your desires are for your life right now, And then ask yourself what your expectations are about those desires. And then ask yourselves, ‘Why are these my expectations?’ ‘Why do I think this is how it’s going to go in this scenario or with this person?’

You have to be willing to live a life of self-examination in order to grow, in order to evolve, in order to feel yourself, becoming more of your higher self which is what everyone wants whether they know it or not. And so, I recommend doing that little process that has the potential of changing everything because you are likely to come up with some answers to the question of, ‘Why do I think that’s going to be the outcome?’ And in the examination of those answers, you can dismantle some of them, you can stop giving power to some of them, and you can allow others of them to catalyze you into making a new, different, better choice for you.

You live a self-fulfilling prophecy in many ways, and if you don’t like what you are living, it’s time of the to change the prophecy. You are the only one who can do that.

Today's massive, ongoing Shift in consciousness is a shift from intellectual awareness to holistic awareness.

Intellectual awareness is a function of the solar plexus chakra, where mental ability is developed in a linear direction. Examples of linear thought include the performing of arithmetic and the operating of machinery. In this mode of consciousness, people have learned to develop a rigid discipline of "seeing is believing" in order to discover what works and what doesn't.

With holistic awareness, the heart chakra is developed, allowing issues of separation to be resolved and integrated. Holistic awareness means that mind, body & spirit are seen as closely related facets of the human being. This heart-centered awareness is a viewpoint of integration or wholeness which heals the fears and discords that come with solar plexus consciousness.

There is a paradox with moving from linear intellect to heart-centered consciousness. While the intellectual phase of consciousness may say that "Seeing is believing," the holistic phase requires quite the reverse. In holistic consciousness, opposites are often both true as they are seen as opposite sides of the same coin or as polar opposites of the same issue.

Awareness that is limited to the intellect is subject to issues of separation; of us versus them, of struggling for resources that are perceived as scarce instead of solving the problem of their scarcity. Holistic awareness includes the idea that consciousness creates realities, that something must be created in consciousness - "believed" - before they can become a reality.

So, in holistic consciousness, "Believing is seeing" becomes a statement of truth, even though it is the opposite of "Seeing is believing." Instead, it adds the understanding that reality is created by consciousness. We are not merely observers of what is. We create what is.

Traditionally, people have entered a realm of holistic, heart-centered awareness when they pass on from this life. In the afterlife, their task is to heal the fears and hates of their physical lives and transform them into love and forgiveness, thus integrating themselves with others, rather than feeling separate from them.

Today, due to The Shift, more and more people are embracing holistic, heart-centered consciousness while still alive in physical bodies. As the heart is also the gateway to spiritual consciousness, this global movement is producing a revolution in spiritual unfoldment.

Spiritual consciousness is flowering in the global consciousness of humanity as The Shift progresses. Today's pioneers in consciousness are people just like yourself. They are exploring the new territory of unconditional love and experiencing a reunion with their own inner, spiritual connections.

The higher aspect of heart-centered consciousness is fully connected to your inner being or soul. Your inner being is fully connected to the consciousness of the universe and to that which created the universe.

The daily focus that we apply to our five senses and their connection to the outside world is just like performing a part in a play. We act out the part of being us, along the general theme of the type of events that we planned for this life. We ride along through the journey of this life, gaining the type of experiences that we planned to gain.

When you open up to your heart, and through that, go beyond and reconnect to your own spiritual source, then you have become a part of the very future of humanity.

Despite attempts by some to slow down this divinely-ordained Shift, we are rapidly heading toward a world where unconditional love and acceptance is normal, where strife is relegated to the distant past, and where the true potential of human beings can express itself in the daily joy of being all that you are.

The Shift to higher consciousness has entered its final phase. Its rapidly-approaching conclusion will change the frequency of everything, even the soil beneath your feet!
