Before you start being hard on yourself, The Universe is asking you to answer a couple of questions:

Is what you are saying to yourself something created in the moment or is it a playback from the past?

Was there some trigger or way you are being treated that begins this cycle of negative self-talk?

Do you really deserve the words echoing in your head to be heard by yourself?

The Universe is here to tell you that regardless of what you learned, what the triggers are or how many times negative have been said/heard, you no longer need to experience it. With and in Unconditional Love for yourself, change the narrative! Change the not so good things to beautiful, awesome, amazing words for yourself. 

You have been doing your inner work, practicing compassion and kindness as well as holding honesty and integrity in the highest regard. 

You are worthy and deserving of the reward of positive self-talk!

Restraint

The sign of true greatness as in soul mastery, is restraint.

The ability to not react blindly, but to be wise, and first ask yourself, why you are getting triggered, and where is the woundedness inside of your own soul, which needs to be finally healed, embraced and loved within yourself.

This applies to nations as well. It means cleaning up your own house first before you even attempt to clean other houses to suit yourself and grab what never was yours to grab hold of.

What is now happening and showing itself in the Old collective is the woundedness of the Masculine, the patriarchy. The old brute force of beating each other and the feminine into submission.

Yet there are no winners here, for such imbalance just causes more woundedness, pain and suffering.

In the end it becomes self-destructive.

The Divine Feminine is here showing herself, not in brute force, but rather silently, through the Power of love, through the opening of the heart, cleaving it open, wider still.

She is plucking the heart and soul strings, she is reminding the soul, of the Beloved within. Of the infinite Power of Love to heal even the greatest woundedness of the male patriarchy, by ripping the hearts open to the core, even countries and people.

For here rising to the fore is transcendence, cosmic alchemy, and true love.

There is coming, a time, when the old order will be so ripped open by its own swords, that it will finally realize it caused its own death and destruction.

And it is here that Love finally can move in, unencumbered.

Leading now are the women, and heart-centered men, and indeed, are already rising, not through brutal force, but by simply living their truth, and being the love, and loving, steady, presence, and already seeding the New Earth, with the Christ consciousness, which not only empowers, but creates unity, oneness and peace.

More than this, by fully standing in their mastery and soul empowered from deep within, as one with the eternal SOurce of all life.

And so it is written and so it is done!

Rise the new 7th Root Race of hu-Sun-man.

In love, through love, with love.

Healing is a journey… ..a process of unravelling and peeling away the layers of all that stands in the way of our most authentic and honest self. It requires a releasing of the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual burdens and blockages that hinder our path and our purpose. It entails looking at our past and how that influences and impacts our present. It involves a healing and releasing of the past so that it no longer negatively affect our life. It includes a renewal of our heart, body, mind and spirit and a reshaping of the ways in which we engage with ourselves, our lives and our world.

Human growth and development are generally characterized and defined by the way in which we change in size, shape, and maturity relative to the passage of time. Psychology divides our development into three stages – physical development, cognitive development and psychosocial development which are then divided into different stages based on age – prenatal, infant, child, adolescent and adult. However, there is also the energetic development of the human being which has a direct impact on how we experience life which is something I discovered early on in my work while working both therapeutically and energetically with clients.

I noticed that there were direct connections between current circumstances and the challenges the people faced in childhood, adolescence and/or early adulthood. As I delved deeper I discovered that our lives unfold within patterns created in the first 28 years of life. These patterns are created through the experiences, circumstances and situations we encounter within these first 28 years and include the unresolved, unhealed and dysfunctional behaviours etc that we inherit from our family.

If you can imagine we have a field of energy that exists within and around us. Within this field of energy we have an emotional body, a mental body, a physical body and a spiritual body. Each body is energetic in nature including the physical. The emotional body develops in the first 7 years of our life, the physical in the next 7, the mental in the next 7 and the spiritual in the next 7. The patterns held in each body are created during the seven years of their development.

If we lived in a perfect world and had perfect parents etc etc there would be no creation of the patterns and there would just be the natural development of these bodies….sadly we are not in that world yet and as such everyone has patterns. No matter how much psychological work we do these patterns are not released until we address them energetically. We can understand them, know them, recognise them and yet they still influence, impact and sabotage us.

These patterns continue to influence and impact our lives as we grow older unless addressed and released energetically. Whatever patterns formed during 0 to 7 resurface between 28 and 35 and then again between 56 and 63; then the ones formed between 7 and 14 resurfaces between 35 and 42 and again between 63 and 70; 14 to 21 resurfaces between 42 and 49 and again between 70 and 77; and 21 to 28 resurfaces between 49 and 56 and then again between 77 and 84. They resurface giving us the opportunity to heal, grow and learn from the past. However, if not consciously addressed these patterns create havoc and sabotage our lives, relationships, work, career and our best efforts to be and do better.

To release these patterns I developed a process of healing where we actively and consciously engage with the patterns bringing them energetically to the surface to be cleared. The healing process is subtle yet incredibly powerful. I have witnessed incredible shifts and changes in those who have engaged in this process. I have seen those plagued with phobia’s, anxiety, addictions, habits and trauma freed from tumoil and confusion. I have observed the profound changes that this process healing brings to their lives, their relationships and their work. 

It is a privialge and an honour to facilitate the healing and to view the transformation of what has been difficult and seemingly unresolvable.

I am Saint Germain,

And I come to be with you at this time, in these moments, moments of change. Change my friends is all around you. Not for a moment, think that things are not changing because they are.

Many things are happening yet still behind the scenes. But for those that have the eyes to see, ears to hear, you are witnessing a great changeover that is in the process of happening now. All of you, you, the light workers, the light warriors, you all came here to be the catalysts.

Not each and every one of you to bring the change yourself, but to be a part of this great changeover. In whatever way that you programmed yourself to be, and know that you, yourself, higher beings that you are, programmed you into it, if you will, this construct.

And some would say even a simulation in your discussion earlier.  But know that you control this. Your mind, your mind is the builder. So you have complete control at any time in every moment. If you but believe that you do.

You came here, not only for the purpose of advancing your own soul growth, for the purpose of assisting others in doing the same. Not that you can do it, not that you can help those that do not want help, for you cannot.  But you can assist those that are ready, when they are ready, when they call for assistance, then you can be there.

Do not for a moment think you are not important, for you are extremely important in this endeavor, in this journey. Each and every one of you. You all came here in this, most of you actually, in this country, in America.  To form the greater union, first within the United States for America. Then out and beyond to all of the other countries. All together as one. That is your mission. Together as light warriors. Bringing the light forward, to all that are ready to receive it.

Lord Sananda as Yeshua said, “I stand at your heart’s door and knock, if you would open it, I would come in and sup with you and you with me”.  Profound words!

For “if you knock, it shall be opened unto you, if you seek, you shall find, if you ask, you shall receive”.

It is important, my friends, my brothers and sisters, to trust. Trust that all is happening exactly as it needs to in this moment. In the next moment, things change.

It is part of the great change over.

You, yourselves, need to continue to be ready to move along with those changes. To be adaptable. To allow the energies to continue to acclimate within you, so that you can move forward in this ascension process, to become all that you came here to be.

I am Saint Germain, I leave you now in peace and love and oneness. Let you continue to understand and realize that you are an important piece to this entire puzzle, bringing it all together as one.

Also know, as you continue on, that this is indeed a game that you are playing.

So play it to the fullest, your fullest. And enjoy the journey along the way.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You have determined for yourselves what so many of the outcomes in your lives will be, but you do not realize that you have done this. Sometimes you are even surprised by what unfolds, even though it fits in perfectly with your beliefs about your life, yourself, and your reality. If you are not willing to examine what your expectations are, then you are not willing to change what you are thinking, feeling, and believing, and you are likely to play out the same scenarios over and over again in your lives. Perhaps there will be different characters playing different roles for you, but you will have the same or similar outcomes or results until you look within and you ask yourself what you are thinking, doing, saying, and believing, that keeps you in the same cycles.

Self-examination is very important, and sometimes and often, it is prompted by a willingness to change what’s outside of you in your physical reality, and that’s fine. Ideally, however, you would want to make a change because of how something felt when you entertained it as a thought, word, or belief. If you can catch yourselves at that level before something manifests into your reality, it will often then be easier for you to make the necessary changes within yourselves. You can course correct.

Once you have manifested something that is unwanted into your life experience, then you also have to deal with that while looking at, examining, the beliefs, the thoughts, the words, the habits of action that brought it about into your experience. And so, a good process for all of you to partake in is to write down what your desires are for your life right now, And then ask yourself what your expectations are about those desires. And then ask yourselves, ‘Why are these my expectations?’ ‘Why do I think this is how it’s going to go in this scenario or with this person?’

You have to be willing to live a life of self-examination in order to grow, in order to evolve, in order to feel yourself, becoming more of your higher self which is what everyone wants whether they know it or not. And so, I recommend doing that little process that has the potential of changing everything because you are likely to come up with some answers to the question of, ‘Why do I think that’s going to be the outcome?’ And in the examination of those answers, you can dismantle some of them, you can stop giving power to some of them, and you can allow others of them to catalyze you into making a new, different, better choice for you.

You live a self-fulfilling prophecy in many ways, and if you don’t like what you are living, it’s time of the to change the prophecy. You are the only one who can do that.

Right now, where you are, you can start working to forge a strong and balanced personality, filled with love, that will help you assume the responsibilities of eternity in your journey towards perfection. Right now, you can give the best of yourself in your job, in the relationships with your family, in the relationships with your siblings, and in the role you play in your community.

In everything you need to do ask yourself, ‘what would the Father do if He were in my shoes? or ‘what would Jesus do in this situation?’ This way you prepare your mind to find the path with most love, the wisest alternative, and the courage to fight for the eternal goals, because the fight for perfection is the principal mission of the human life and the victory is achieved through the decisions and actions of each day.

Create a true religious experience in your life, the experience of a human being who searches for God and finds Him within himself and his peers. This is only possible when you bring into your life the things of the Father, when you fill your mind with truth, beauty, and goodness. It is through this purification effort that you can increasingly reveal your true nature, assuming in earnest your rights and duties as children of God and universal citizens participating in the creation of a reality that moves closer each day to that which the Father has imagined in His infinite wisdom and perfection.”

It Is Enough

It is interesting that, on a global scale, your world seems to have gone sideways. 

With all the light you and others have been pouring forth, I can hear you saying, “How can this happen?!?!” 

Well, my dear ones, it is very easy to explain…

Just like your personal life, things and people will be sent your way to help you learn, grow and live without fear. 

This is not a test of your fortitude; this is a mere side-step in the further growth of your planet as a whole. 

Keep doing what you are doing…your love and energy will straighten the trajectory soon enough. 

Every one of you has the power, it will be there when you need it and it is enough!

A gentle reminder; you are exactly where you need to be in this particular moment. 

This phase of the shift is all about learning to be yourself without fear. 

Souls may be sent to show you, or experiences may come that will encourage you in establishing boundaries and maintaining them. 

Although some of them may be challenging, 

The Universe is always there to guide and support you. 

As you move into becoming your most authentic self, changes will need to be made. Do not shy away from them, my powerful child! 

Embrace them knowing you always be better than you were the day before.

Beginning to live without this type of protection may be daunting at first but, with practice, it can become as easy as breathing.  

Those around you may not understand it at first and this is okay.  

Just take each moment as it comes, and all will be well.

Awakened

One of the most misunderstood terms on your Earth plane today is awakened.  

There seems to be a stigma attached to it; it is scoffed at and others are made fun of because they use it.  

However, when you understand the true meaning, things change a bit.

Being awakened simply means that you have opened yourself up to and are finally willing to accept The Universe’s Unconditional Love for you.  

With each passing moment, Creator’s voice becomes stronger and clearer, giving rise to opportunities of conversation rather than supplication.  

Darling one, it is time to start having the conscious exchange for which you have been longing.  

The Universe is always listening!

Relax!

During the newest incoming phase of this shift, you may feel inundated with thoughts, feelings, messages to pass along and information for yourself.  

Rather than being overwhelming, there is a certain peace and quiet to it.  

The frenetic energy of past phases does not seem to apply here and that is a good thing!

You are being offered a different way to process and collect all you need to know for the coming phases in a way that is softer, more gentle and easier on your human body.  

All the heavy lifting of the past has definitely paid off!  

Give yourself a pat on the back, sit back and relax, dearest one…this one is on The Universe.

Find Out Why

Today, you are invited to take a few moments and check in on exactly where your energy signature lies.  

As you move through your everyday existence, there will be many distractions that may pull you away from your center. 

The shift may be so slow and subtle, you may not even realize that you have been pulled into the noise of lower vibration. 

 

This is not good or bad, it…just…is.

If, upon introspection, you find yourself in the swirling commotion, take some time and find out why!  Once you have located the source or reason, ask for it to be changed.  

It is that easy!  

The Universe is always ready and willing to gift you exactly what you need.

Put Yourself Out There

One of the things you forget as a human is how easy everything can be. 

In preparation for this next uphill climb, you may find yourself creating your safe spaces, meditation areas or planning on retreating into your own homes or nature. 

The Universe is here to tell you that, although this can be comforting and safe, it is not really necessary. 

Everything you need is combined into one nice, neat little package called…you! (Smiling) 

Yes, withdrawing is safe and easy, however, how many other will you be able to assist? 

It is time to put yourself out there, to make contact, to exchange love and compassion with each other. 

This may very well be one of the few ways you can change the course of your Earth plane existence. 

Do not be afraid, dear one, you are more powerful than you will ever know!
