Toward Heaven on Earth

Toward Heaven on Earth

Love Notes

Brynne E. Dippell, Ph.D.

Posted October 15, 2024

I’ve heard from many of you in the last few weeks that life has not been pretty, or smooth.

There was great excitement about what this year was to hold, and instead many of you were met with intense energies, emotional challenges, physical illnesses, unsteady relationships, or a sense of simply being stuck.

Yes to all of this.

Please be assured that the energies are still cleansing and clearing and moving through. This is not the endpoint, for sure. We are in one of the most important – and intense - times humanity has ever encountered.

As a pure and beloved being of light, you are right in the center of it. You are a central part of the movement into our greater destiny.

If you are feeling weary, uncertain, or unsure, Spirit says take a moment to shake it all off, settle yourself again, and know that there will be a smoother unfolding going forward.

There is still a balancing and readjusting taking place, as if the earth itself is scrunching its shoulders and shaking off the energies of the last many years. We are truly being rebuilt in this time. Our DNA is being activated and physically reconstructed, and our bodies are being enhanced in their capacity to hold light. These massive changes take time, and along the way, they will shake up and ultimately reorganize every element of the world as we’ve known it.

To ease your way, Spirit says be gentle, stay in touch with your Higher Self, your soul essence, and just keep taking the steps as they appear in front of you. As well, Spirit says align to that which you most want - your highest, brightest destiny - and never waiver. Live inside of this as your new possibility, as your new reality.

There is an energy of excitement that comes through as I write this now, because Spirit says this is what is real. This is what is true. You have a heightened capacity to directly shape your destiny now. They say, will you take this opportunity? And more important, will you continue taking it?

Heaven on Earth.

You've heard it said before. It is possible now, indeed.

Imagine what you most want, and feel it in your body. Do this as often as feels right, let go, and then watch what unfolds.

For many, these last weeks have not been pretty. Together, let’s have the next few weeks be the start of something beautiful. :)

Many blessings,

Brynne

As I Explore the Path of Loving Kindness…

As I Explore the Path of Loving Kindness…

By Steve Beckow

Again the mysteries of the assassination attempt unfold. The Secret Service ignoring warnings of the shooter’s presence, them ordering the white-hat sniper not to shoot the deep-state shooter, trajectories, timing, etc. Questions arise on every side.

While all this is going on, here I am exploring the path of loving kindness.

I’ve followed the path of orneriness most of my life. On this new path, I’m challenged again and again and again. And it’s meeting those challenges that I’d like to talk about.

I’m challenged on two fronts: The first is by what I’ve called vasanas, after Ramana Maharshi, (1) which Linda Dillon calls “core issues,” equivalent in meaning.

These comprise the mental/emotional complex of memories and energies that gets triggered whenever we feel we’re getting into the same threatening situation again.

They’re what are triggered when we blow our tops, go nuclear, go insane with anger, etc.

One of the important effects of raising awareness of our vasanas is to get that what we’re angry about and who we’re angry at has little to do with the person in front of us and more to do with our parents or siblings, teachers or other influential figures, when we were young.

We can process or invoke the universal laws for divine aid in removing our vasanas. (2) It used to take years; I now believe it can be done much quicker.

The second challenge on the path of loving-kindness is the automatic behavior patterns that I fall into as a result of the conclusions and decisions I reached, which then became the foundation of the vasana.

If we didn’t reach a conclusion (no one loves me, I don’t rate, you can’t trust anyone), I wouldn’t reach a decision (I won’t love anyone, I don’t need people, I won’t trust anyone). There’d be no problem. Go on to the next article.

If I didn’t reach a decision, there in all likelihood would not be a lingering vasana.

I won’t love anyone becomes coldness and rigidity. I don’t need anyone becomes automatic depression. I don’t trust anyone becomes automatic suspiciousness. And we go from mood to mood depending on what has gotten triggered … now.

Just to remind us where all this is going: It’s going round and round and round, as the graphic illustrates:

The simple answer to the rampage we go on and to the vasana itself is to simply stop. Listen to the vasana but don’t act on it.

Don’t participate in your upset; observe it. Let go of any thought that prompts you to leave the observer position and become the participant.

Anything that feels resentful, hateful, angry can be assumed to come from the vasana. Any automatic pattern can be assumed to come from this or another vasana. Just let it go as you would a piece of luggage.

Anything that feels loving, kind, compassionate can be assumed to have come from your heart. Enjoy it. Nurture it. Fan its embers.

As Stephen Levine says, at first we cultivate it; later it cultivates us.

That’s my agenda for the next while: Just observe the barriers to loving-kindness as they arise and nurture the incipient divine states/feelings. (3) The white hats have things in hand, even an assassination attempt, apparently. My worry is strictly optional.

However, I can contribute, at this time, by raising my own vibration, with the aim of taking the whole world out of the reach of darkness and evil.

At the same time, I honor the courage and sacrifice of those who go into harm’s way to rescue our oppressed and exploited. Nothing I do should be interpreted as wanting to take the attention and resources away from them.

(1) See “Vasanas (Latent Tendencies)” at https://goldengaiadb.com/index.php?title=V#Vasanas_.28Latent_Tendencies.29 and following.

I follow Sri Ramana’s practise in using the term “vasana” because I’d like to link up western trauma teachings with eastern vasana teachings.

(2) On processing a vasana, see “How to Handle Unwanted Feelings: The Upset Clearing Process” in Vasanas: Preparing For Ascension by Clearing Old Issues at https://goldenageofgaia.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vasanas-Preparing-for-Ascension-R16.pdf

(3) A divine state may be experienced as a wisp of feeling that skoots across the desktop of our mind. But the fundamental experiential difference between a feeling and a divine state is that the former is experienced as happening within our field of awareness whereas the latter is experienced as something we’re immersed in.  Our hearts hurt, but we’re immersed in love, bliss, ecstasy, joy, etc.

“Nothing Ever Changes”

“Nothing Ever Changes”

By Steve Beckow

Posted on March 20, 2024

I’d like to return to the subject of exiting the cycle of conflict for a moment to introduce the notion of a nuclear issue.

In a full-blown cycle of conflict, we may reach the conclusion that “nothing ever changes.”

When we conclude that, the issue that doesn’t change may go nuclear.

A “nuclear issue” is an issue that won’t go away and that gets met with an inadequate response, again and again and again, until the triggered person explodes.

Any issue can become nuclear if important enough and disregarded often enough.

I discovered in my life, for instance, that I had nuclear issues around silence and drunkenness. If I’m interrupted often enough, I reach a point where I can’t write. And after a while of being unable to create a quiet space for myself to write, I can get annoyed, irritated, angry and then go nuclear.

We only get so many passes, going nuclear, before the relationship reaches disdain and falls apart.

The second trigger is a person drunk and rattling on. It reminds me of my Mother on sleeping pills.

She finally died with ten sleeping pills in her stomach. The house burned down from a lit cigarette. Drunk people remind me of that.

Those are two of my relationship sticking points.

The longer we go repeating ourselves day after day on an issue, the higher the tension rises, until we choose to explode in the face of a triggering event.

The longer we go repeating ourselves day after day on an issue, the higher the tension rises, until we choose to explode in the face of a triggering event.

Our opposite number usually scratches their head in disbelief. What was so triggering about that comment? But it’s a build-up rather than a one-off comment. We seldom acknowledge or “get” this.

What causes it to explode is that “nothing ever changes” in – I’m willing to believe – a vast number of relationships.

One big reason for this situation is our failure to master listening skills, which I’ve discussed elsewhere. (1)

The divorce rate, the last time I looked, was very high and I assert that this high rate reflects the inability or unwillingness to leave this abusive cycle.

I also think we’ll find this cycle operating throughout international “diplomacy.” It’s a learned and programmed response to any objectionable or threatening situation, I believe.

As I’ve said previously, people applaud the two estranged people getting back together again whereas they should, rather, be encouraging them to create productive communication and eliminate the nuclear issues.

Whether or not the couple, as a couple, focus in on the cycle, the individual must eliminate it from their own life.   The tensions, anger, and disappointment of living in that cycle are not worth being called a “life.”

We don’t teach relationship, parenting, communication, etc., in school. Surely these are the most necessary of skills to have.

Your Cycle is Yours; Mine is Mine; and Mine is Closed for Business

Your Cycle is Yours; Mine is Mine; and Mine is Closed for Business

By Steve Beckow

I continue to work with the cycle of conflict because I’ll soon be a CEO and won’t have time to work on it then.

I’m working in wide brushstrokes too because I don’t think it could possibly be too much longer before the emergency broadcasts. I don’t feel I have time for detailed research at the moment.

The white hats, I believe, can’t allow the whole shooting match to collapse. We have to blow the whistle sometime before the economic infrastructure disappears below the waves.

But then again, as Michael said, we probably don’t appreciate the depths of the depravity we face. (1)

Download Leaving the Cycle of Conflict here: https://goldenageofgaia.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Leaving-the-Cycle-of-Conflict-18.pdf

I know our danger in the world appears to be mounting. Earthquake weapons in the South Pole. Warnings of weather events all over the globe. Whoever it was who described these times as ending in a near-death experience knew something.

However the galactic forces, bolstered by the celestials, among whom all of us incarnated angels number ourselves, (2) will prevail. Mira reassured us of this recently:

“This will not go on forever. We know that it feels endless and sometimes it can be exasperating. Remember the old story is going away opening the gateway for the whole New Earth in the 5th dimension and higher.

“What you see now is changing from moment to moment and day by day. You are no longer in the third dimension. The old way of life has disappeared. Let it go! It was not serving you or the rest of life on the planet. It was only serving those who are serving themselves.

“They will no longer be able to withstand this high frequency of love in the quantum energy of the Earth.” (3)

There is a divine plan (4) and there is an Alliance plan. (5) The former will see that the latter will prevail.

***

In the meantime, my best contribution is to eliminate conflict within me.

I’m taking further the notion that it only takes one to break the cycle of conflict. What I’m doing we used to call “pushing my edge.”

I just had a disagreement with a friend, which became explosive, and now we’re in the separation and ice-breaking part. And I’m observing.

What I saw was that, it’s really irrelevant what happens with the other person. What’s relevant is what I do with any and all of it.

Fortunately my friend and I are “into” reconciliation and moving on so it was over by the next morning.

I heard my guidance say, “not you or anyone is allowed on my cycle of conflict. I’ve closed it down, except for emergency use. And I’m not climbing aboard yours.”

OMG.  I would not have been able to see any of this if I were still running my cycle. I’d be into generating justifications, denials, excuses, etc. I’d be into image management: I’d always have to look right and good.

My motives would be unexamined but their tendency would be towards domination.

And I would not be able to see any of it because I was invested in it. It’d be like water to the fish.

Wow, I feel tuckered out just writing this. As I write, I’m going through what I’m describing. Or vice versa.

I don’t have to do anything with the other person’s input. I just have to see to my own.  Their cycle is their cycle, even though it’s hard to see that in everyday interaction, and my cycle is my own. (6)

I’m both declaring my independence of other people’s cycles and hanging my own back up in the closet where it belongs.

Later

I passed through my first successful transition from a circumstance where by all standards I had the right to be really mad and I let it go. This is a total first for me. My commitment to exit conflict held my first test.

Footnote

(1)  Archangel Michael: Many of you – and you, beloved, included – look at situations and you say, ‘Well, how can it get much worse?’ That is because you, and many, come from a place of love and purity of intent.

But you also know that everything that has need to be eliminated, everything that has need to be relinquished, everything that needs to be healed in this cesspool that we call ‘chaos’ has need to come to the surface.

Otherwise – and this has happened many, many times in human history – what happens is there is a belief, there is a healing, an accommodation, a remedy, and then the human collective tends to think, ‘Okay, now it is cleaned up. Now it is healed. Now it is done.’ But the core – the core issues [i.e., the vasanas] – of the collective, and of course of the individuals, have not been addressed, and therefore it simply settles in and it festers. (“Archangel Michael on Why All This Conflict is Occurring,” https://goldenageofgaia.com/?p=348361.)

As with the individual cycle of conflict, nothing changes. So we keep going round and round. This era, things will change.

(4) Divine Mother: [I am speaking about] those in … positions where control and abuse of power have been rampant. That will not be the platform [from] which integration of the various galaxies [into the new region of space] takes place. That is not the Plan.

I know very clearly, sweet one, as do you, if it is not [in] my Plan, then it will not occur.  ( The Divine Mother in “Enter the Delegations – Part 2/3,” May 5, 2019, at http://goldenageofgaia.com/2019/05/05/enter-the-delegations-part-2-3/.)

Casting Down a Lack of Self-Confidence

Casting Down a Lack of Self-Confidence

by Steve Beckow

Posted on July 29, 2023

Yes!

Things are moving through me at such a rate that I may have to resort to posting notes if I’m to journal my own Ascension, as I agreed with Michael and the Mother to do.  (1)

Only if I write these things down will I remember them.

Never mind what I ate for breakfast. Right now I can’t remember if I had breakfast. I’m forced to live in the moment.

In this last moment, I just cast down a lack of self-confidence. In the middle of being outraged at feeling that way this late in the game, I invoked the Law of Elimination and the Divine Mother and cast a lack of self-confidence away from me with a resounding “Yes!” – and a thank you to my guides.

I don’t for a minute overlook the role of the Company of Heaven likely plays in such a move. I have every faith that they took me at my word and removed it.

Michael was quite candid about anchoring in a different clearing experience I had, demonstrating right there the role the celestials and the Mother play in our spiritual experiences:

Steve: The experience I had last night where I went back to age six before all the fighting started in my family [and drove a stake into the ground, pushing away all the bad stuff since then], is that going to produce a permanent effect or is it going to just pass again like so many other things?

Archangel Michael: No, it is not simply going to pass. It has been a true and deep transformation, release, but also what has been happening is that you have made the decision, and that is part of what has triggered all this, to anchor that release. So sometimes there are events or releases that are not fully embraced, can we say? Therefore they are not anchored in the permanency of your field.

But you have chosen, and we have anchored the permanency of this situation to be gone. (2)

“We have anchored the permanency of this situation” – where in any enlightenment text will you read that the celestials – in this case, the archangels – participate in everything to do with our spiritual experiences? And yet this generation (us) is getting this information.

Getting back to the experience itself, I put nothing in place of the space I created by letting go of the tale of family woe. For me, this isn’t about filling up the space. It’s about emptying it. It’s about creating it.

I am space, after all. Intelligent, loving space.

***

I notice that other things went with it. I think all my life I’ve had a certain belligerence, which is most noticeable in the range of my voice. I lived down among the growls.

My voice has been freed up now. Of course its remaining freed up depends on me not resuming being (a leftover from dissociation) un-self-confident. (3)

My voice is still in the same range because I probably always will be a serious person (non-fiction, don’t waste time, married to his work, etc.) but there’s no hook in it now. It’s just who I am, not who I’m pretending to be.

I also notice that other things go with self-confidence. I’ve noticed how many situations lately can be solved by my being humble. If I feel self-confident, I don’t need constant affirmation. I can yield, give way.

A friend just about caused a fire. In the right/wrong world, I was perfectly justified to scold and prance up and down as a person who would never make that kind of mistake (at least, not recently).

Instead I found myself able to remain quiet and calm, clean up the mess, and later replace what was destroyed.  How many years have I spent in the other world of charge and counter-charge, attack-and-defend? How grateful am I even to feel as if I’m on more dry land now.

Footnotes

(1) I agreed to ascend with everyone else and, as Everyman, write about it:

Archangel Michael: There is much to be said for Everyman, and that is part of the role you play. Yes, you are a pillar. You are an anchor. You’re [a monitor] but you’re also playing the role of Everyman – with curiosity, with exploration, with insight. So our desire is not to separate you from the collective. (Archangel Michael in a personal reading with Steve Beckow through Linda Dillon, Nov. 11, 2015.) (Hereafter AAM.)

We’re all angels. What Michael says about me could also potentially be said about anyone else. See An Explosion in the Meaning of Humanness at https://goldenageofgaia.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/An-Explosion-in-the-Meaning-of-Humanness-12.pdf

(2) AAM, May 9, 2014.

(3) I dissociated at age 7 when my Dad yelled at me from inches in front of my face. I shattered into a thousand pieces; hence the Humpty Dumpty Man, as I thought of myself later in life.

This casting down of a lack of self-confidence is another stage in the Humpty Dumpty Man’s recovery from dissociation.

My Relationship to Anger is Changing

My Relationship to Anger is Changing

By Steve Beckow

Posted on July 15, 2023

As the love energies increase on the planet, my relationship to anger is changing.

The background is that my Dad shouted at me from inches in front of my face at age 7. My personality shattered. That bent the twig and the tree inclined in the direction of dissociation – for another 50 years – and anger.

Dissociation meant I had no sense of myself. In the journey back, years later, I saw that I had a public and a private self and that they had never met. When they met, at age 40, I went off like a volcano for around two weeks. (1) Definitely toxic. Nobody to be around.

The fact that I was a house divided was not a pleasant experience and I sought ways out of it. Not like I knew exactly what “it” was for years and years.

Karate was one such way. I discovered that I was such a fearsome-looking fighter that no one in the dojo wanted to come near me.

I attracted violence on the street, in the subway, even in the classroom, so aggressive were my vibes.

In fact when a fight was pending, I preferred to cut to the chase and dispense with the words. Let’s get on with it.

I liked anger. It had distinct advantages over being defenseless in my household.

Now my Dad could never come within five feet of me or I’d make him regret it.

A big plus was that I fused back together again temporarily whenever I got angry. I felt powerful again, strong, my self, etc. So I’ve grown up all these years seeing anger as my friend and as the place I’m more than happy to end up in.

Well, now, as the Reval looms, and with it very large duties, anger becomes a liability. And the vasanas (or core issues) behind the anger are an even greater liability. (2) The whole thing becomes what I called the other day a “vulnerability,” “fatal flaw,” or “Achilles’ heel.” (3)

Our channeled sources tell us often that the rising love energies are going to raise to the surface all our vasanas. There’s nothing hid that shall not be known – before we ascend, I imagine.

The hid shall be made known to us, not to the readers of the New York Times. The rising energies are forcing our remaining issues to the surface, in my opinion. But Ascension is a private and individual process … errr, unless writing about it is part of your soul contract.

Especially since I realized the true context in which I’m operating – a co-creative partner with Archangel Michael, something we can all be  – changes have been happening. None are more dramatic than the fact that, when I feel angry, I don’t like the way I feel any more.

I have thoughts like: Anger has brought most of the sorrow into my life. The rest has been brought in by hatred, jealousy, greed, and all the rest, but anger is the big one.

At the same time, I can’t now dissociate from my angry self. That’ll recreate the problem. I have to have it walk with me and talk with me. I have to get to know it, understand how it got to be angry, and love it out of its despondency.

I already know that anger has no place in the higher dimensions. It isn’t that it has no place because it’s taboo. It has no place because the love the flows there, like the air here, lifts us up to such a level that no harmful thoughts (1) can arise, (2) do arise, and (3) would ever arise.

So anger was my friend and still is. But now it’s mine to bring back into the fold and into the center.  Mine to inform that the war is over. Mission accomplished. Come join the banquet with the rest of us.

Footnotes

(1) My then-girlfriend said to me on the fairgrounds of Expo 86, “Do you know you have the profile of an abused child?” And both my private and public selves came forward at the same time to say, “Yes!” It was as if they looked at each other and said, “Who are you?” I then knew I had split off from myself.  It took eighteen more years for me to fuse back together again (at age 58).

Eleven more years and I had the heart opening. This completely revolutionized my life. I could say that my life really only started at age 69.

(2) VAH-sa-nas. A Vedantic term for the seeds of future action or karma. What we do today returns to us. I use it to mean the complex of conclusions and decisions arising from earlier traumatic incidents that influence – and sometimes determine – present-day behavior.
