There is tension brewing today as we ready ourselves for tomorrow's new moon.  The energies may feel intense and we can feel like we are being stretched between the inward pull of our soul and the demands of our external life.  This can feel deeply uncomfortable and disorienting as well as exhausting.  However, we are also being reminded of the impermanent nature of life and how things and feelings can shift and transform quickly.  As such, it is crucial that we surrender into the process and what is unfolding from within us.  Resistance, often resulting from fear, can exacerbate whatever we are experiencing.  

At this time the energies are supporting a thorough and profound inner transformation with the incoming light moving to charge and expand your own inner light.  Today, you may feel stuck between inspiration and frustration, between your own inner needs and the needs of others, and between freedom and restriction.  Acknowledge the tension and the resulting emotions while accepting that a necessary transformation and realignment is occurring.  Remember that tension generates transformation and can be a catalyst for healing, growth and change.  Embracing the tension rather than avoiding it allows for new perspectives and insights to emerge.

In this week we are moving towards the 2/2 Aquarius Gate Portal and so we can expect fairly intense energies. We are integrating the beautiful 9D HeartSong of the Angels frequency and activating our access to 6 and 7D in our daily lives.

The image of the Water Angel/Water bearer is not only a symbol for Aquarius, but also for our new role as Human Angelic mediators between Heaven and Earth.

As we fully activate the original DNA template for the Human Angel, we also become mediators for the life giving water plasma energies that flow from Heaven to Earth.

We receive these energies in our High Heart and then we transmit them to Earth and into the collective to bring purifying and cleansing and transformation.

So, no matter how chaotic and upsetting things may be on the material level, we can be sure that our personal I AM radiance and the energy of our WE ARE as a community is bringing in the Light Codes for the original plan for Earth.

Whatever we may be feeling right now, we should know that we are not alone. There are myriads of our Angelic family that are here to assist, and also our loving communities on Earth who also support our journey.

So, I wish you Joy, Peace and Abundance in the days leading up to the Aquarius Gate on Sunday.

You Are Already Fully Worthy of Love

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

You are living in a very harsh world, and many of you are living in tough practical circumstances. The energies are intense. Some average people, even though they are often less spiritually advanced and aware than you are, are nonetheless condemning you and labeling you as crazy.

Those people who arguably should be practically helping you and should be liberating Earth, so far haven’t done that. In fact things seem to get worse and worse over time.

Just living on Earth requires a lot of perseverance and strength. And seeing as how you are tuning in to these messages, most likely you aren’t just living, but you have in fact awakened, at least to an extent. Hence, Earth humans in general are an exceptional group, and within that exceptional group you are an exceptional group, namely those who have at least partially woken up.

You really are amazing, and are doing amazing.

Even if you feel that you’re not doing a lot — well, many of you are doing amazing lightwork while you are asleep, which means that you really are doing a whole lot. Furthermore, even just your presence on Earth helps tremendously in stabilizing the situation and moving things towards the light. And also, many of you are engaging in small acts of kindness that may not seem spectacular to you, but that actually help a whole lot.

I have so much love and respect for the people of Earth, and especially those who have also managed to at least partially wake up. You are doing amazing, and you are amazing.

Even if you have certain areas where you haven’t fully woken up yet, or areas where you still have some growth and healing to do — that may be true, and also you are still amazing, and are doing amazing.

So if you observe an area in yourself where you haven’t fully woken up yet, or haven’t fully healed yet, or still have some blockages — it is fine to observe this, and also it doesn’t change the fact that you are amazing.

No one expects you to be perfect. It wouldn’t even be reasonable to expect someone on Earth to be anywhere near perfect, just because of how harsh Earth is. In the context of Earth, you are doing amazing.

Furthermore, certain galactics who you might perceive as being perfect or close to perfect, may in fact be younger souls than yourself, who have done less growth and integration than you have. They simply grew up in a much more heart-centered society than Earth. They were born into metaphorical wealth and you weren’t, but that doesn’t make them better than you.

So if there are still unintegrated parts of you — I empathize, and also this in no way makes you an unworthy or not-good-enough person. You are already amazing, as you are right now. You are already good enough. You are already worthy of love. As you are right now.

You don’t need to do or accomplish anything to become good enough, because you already are good enough, right now, as you are in the present moment. Yes, the full you, even with your perhaps occasional judgements or so-called negative emotions, is already more than good enough, and fully worthy of love.

You are not perfect, you are not yet fully spiritually developed, and yet you are already amazing. You are already good enough and you are already fully worthy of love. As you are right now. Even if you’re currently imperfect, you are good enough, and you are fully worthy of love.

Note from the channeler: A good while ago, galactics and angels taught me that you need love, wisdom and strength. And they taught me that many spiritual people only focus on love (and perhaps wisdom), and neglect or are even in resistance to strength.

I think that’s ultimately an unbalanced way of being.

In this message Hakann gave what I consider to be a realistic, positive, pro-strength, pro-wisdom message. And I also think that some “only-love” people will not emotionally like this message.

Your emotions are entirely valid. Whatever emotions come up in you are completely fine. There is no emotion that can possibly arise in you that is bad or evil or wrong or inappropriate.

Yet, just because it’s completely fine to have emotions, doesn’t mean that emotions are an accurate guide to what is true.

I invite you not to confuse “this doesn’t feel emotionally good” with “I am connecting to genuine intuition or guidance and it is saying that this message is false.”

Any time you are experiencing genuine intuition or guidance, please follow that over whatever anyone else says.

However, people, including spiritual people, more often have emotional responses than genuine intuition. And some people label their emotional response as intuition. If someone says “this doesn’t resonate” or “this doesn’t align”, then they might be guided by intuition… or they might be guided by emotions and just dressing that up in spiritual language. And whether something feels emotionally good or not, doesn’t determine whether a message is true or not.

With that said, I hope that you enjoyed and / or benefitted from this message.

Hello on this bright, sunny day! :)

This morning, I was given this guidance:

“Give it all up to God.”  

I thought I would share this with you as well.

Whatever is concerning you now, personally, professionally…   

However you are experiencing the intense energies that are permeating our collective consciousness now…   

Whatever you are noticing in your body right here, right now…  

Take a moment to imagine it gently dissolving and wafting its way up to the higher realms.

Spirit says again:

“Give your worries to God. Give your worries to God now.”

Yes, okay. :)

If this feels right to you, I suggest you do this every day - even multiple times a day - starting now. This invocation will release any residue from your body, and in a larger way, you will help relieve the whole of humanity as well. Thank you.

I’ve heard from many of you in the last few weeks that life has not been pretty, or smooth.

There was great excitement about what this year was to hold, and instead many of you were met with intense energies, emotional challenges, physical illnesses, unsteady relationships, or a sense of simply being stuck.

Yes to all of this.

Please be assured that the energies are still cleansing and clearing and moving through. This is not the endpoint, for sure. We are in one of the most important – and intense - times humanity has ever encountered.

As a pure and beloved being of light, you are right in the center of it. You are a central part of the movement into our greater destiny.  

If you are feeling weary, uncertain, or unsure, Spirit says take a moment to shake it all off, settle yourself again, and know that there will be a smoother unfolding going forward.

There is still a balancing and readjusting taking place, as if the earth itself is scrunching its shoulders and shaking off the energies of the last many years. We are truly being rebuilt in this time. Our DNA is being activated and physically reconstructed, and our bodies are being enhanced in their capacity to hold light. These massive changes take time, and along the way, they will shake up and ultimately reorganize every element of the world as we’ve known it.

To ease your way, Spirit says be gentle, stay in touch with your Higher Self, your soul essence, and just keep taking the steps as they appear in front of you. As well, Spirit says align to that which you most want - your highest, brightest destiny - and never waiver. Live inside of this as your new possibility, as your new reality.

There is an energy of excitement that comes through as I write this now, because Spirit says this is what is real. This is what is true. You have a heightened capacity to directly shape your destiny now. They say, will you take this opportunity? And more important, will you continue taking it?

Heaven on Earth.

You've heard it said before. It is possible now, indeed.

Imagine what you most want, and feel it in your body. Do this as often as feels right, let go, and then watch what unfolds.  

For many, these last weeks have not been pretty. Together, let’s have the next few weeks be the start of something beautiful. :)

The Current Energies

Today I’d like to talk about the current energies.

These energies are really freakin’ intense! By now most of us have developed some level of skill in moving with them. You pretty much have to learn how to do that if you are going to keep any semblance of sanity. But the past week has really been next level, so I thought I’d discuss what I’ve been feeling and what seems to help.

Symptoms I’ve been experiencing:

• Bouts of fatigue where I just have to lie down, usually in the afternoon; interestingly, if I listen to my body it turns out it didn’t even need a nap, just a little rest. This is not the time for powering through.
• Deep, long sleeps; these deep sleeps are integral to some energetic downloads and are so sweet and luxurious feeling. (I know a lot of us have struggled with being able to sleep, but I’m not experiencing that in this latest round of energies.)
• Being hungrier than usual, often hitting late evening or in the middle of the night; the energies we are integrating are requiring a lot of personal energy, so listen to what your body is asking for and give it what it wants. This won’t last for long.
• Super loud ringing in the ears;
• Vivid dreams;
• Trouble meditating;
• A feeling of the ground moving underneath you; it’s almost like a wave of dizziness, but not quite…and it doesn’t last long. This tells me that there’s a change to the magnetics happening on the planet.
• My dogs aren’t themselves.
• Headaches;
• Dehydration; extra, extra, extra important to get adequate hydration when you add this to the heat so many of us are experiencing.
• Moments of overwhelm and feeling like what’s the point;
• Moments of beauty and appreciation;
• Feeling the need to organize and clean out your living space;
• Having NO idea where you are going or what you are supposed to do, yet feeling something very big is about to break through.

And so much more….

There are so many swings happening, it’s enough to make you think that you’re losing your mind, but you aren’t. We were born for this.

So what helps?

• Getting out in nature;
• Submersing yourself in salt water;
• Quiet activities that are soothing to your soul;
• Focusing on supporting your human self, and
• Looking for the good in the phase you are in.

The good you ask? Physical symptoms don’t generally last long, and they are proof positive that we are going through the shift. All of what we are going through is helping us develop the skills we need in order to operate in the higher energies. And Gabriel repeatedly tells me that not knowing where you are going is the most powerful place you can be, because you won’t be constraining your possibilities with expectations, and will give yourself permission to simply be curious and exploratory.

And honestly, the only way to navigate your life in an empowered way, no matter what the energies are doing, is to simply make your highest choice one now moment at a time, and I know that is something that we can all refocus and do. Sending you big love and lots of encouragement as we go through this together!
