Souls may be sent to show you, or experiences may come that will encourage you in establishing boundaries and maintaining them. 

Although some of them may be challenging, The Universe is always there to guide and support you. As you move into becoming your most authentic self, changes will need to be made. 

Do not shy away from them, my powerful child! Embrace them knowing you always be better than you were the day before.

Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out… it is so important to remember this. The Universe can hear some of you joking, “Yes, I have to continue to sustain life! 

Derp!”, but it is so much more than that. During any shifts or changes, it is a very distinct reminder of exactly where and what you are doing. It gives you the opportunity to slow down a bit and assess how you are feeling in this particular moment. 

Happy? Sad? Angry? Joyful? When you become used to recognizing your feelings and emotions, you are then put in a position to keep them as they are or change them to something more positive. 

The conscious awareness of your human-ness is one of the greatest gifts you have ever been given. Revel in and embrace it… it is completely yours!

Allow yourself a pat on the back and a look around at the plateau on which you are standing. There are many places to explore where you are, lots of paths to take and many decisions to make. 

You are more than welcome to stay where you are for a moment or you can continue your upward path.

Time is not of the essence; it is of the matrix.

Time is an illusion because the past and future only exist in thought, and the “flow” of time is something the mind creates to organize experience. Even in Relativity, time is not fixed; it changes depending on perspective, which shows it is not absolute.

If you can observe time, remember the past, imagine the future, and notice the present; then you are not limited to it. You are the awareness behind it.

In that sense, you are not bound by time or limitations; you are something deeper, experiencing them rather than being defined by them

Some of the changes in this newest phase of the shift may have come in so subtly and quietly you will not have noticed them. When a situation presents itself, you first reaction may be to respond as you always have… then you realize the reaction does not fit the circumstance! Shocked? Amazed?

Today, take some time for self-reflection and examination. Ask to be shown those changes that may have slipped in without your conscious knowledge and familiarize yourself with them. 

Look at and learn to use them! Then, when another experience arises, you will definitely know how to proceed. The Universe is gifting you will skills every moment of every day.

It many ways it feels like it has taken forever for us to get to 2026. In 2026, the landscape shifts from the shedding we’ve been experiencing in previous years to a period of rapid momentum. The energy is going to accelerate to create an exhilarating and dynamic year for us individually and collectively. In many ways it will be the year that changes everything with new cycles, new stories, and new priorities that will change the narrative. The key to navigating this year is trusting our intuition as well as listening to our body’s cues.

After the intensity of the past few months the incoming energies create a grounded start to the new year asking us in this first of the month to prepare for the acceleration that is coming. It is important that we learn to pace ourselves and to truly contemplate what we really want, what changes we need to make, and what new structures we need to build for our lives. This calls for awareness and self-regulation as we may swing between the urge to expand and rush forward, and the need to respect our limits and the demand for preparation.

Be mindful that tomorrow Chiron stations direct and the Full Moon peaks on the 3rd. The close timing of these two events creates a powerful space of integration where clarity can arise. You may be feeling a building tension and pressure with the incoming energies heightening sensitivity and emotions. Allow yourself to be present to what is right now and let go of any rigid notions of how you think things should be. By accepting what is, you create a stable foundation to respond effectively rather than reacting impulsively. From this space you can meet the new year with openness rather than pressure.

Oh! Where to begin? You are on yet another roller-coaster ride and it may not feel pleasant at all. Just when your stomach has finished dropping, the next wave comes and sends you spinning again. 

It is certainly becoming interesting, it is not? Your human body, mind and spirit are undergoing such profound changes that it may not feel comfortable to be in your body at all. You are being asked to stay as present as you possibly can during this shift. 

Without the mind and spirit, the body may not be able to accept and accommodate what it needs. Also, while you are going through this process, it would be wise and kind to refrain from judging others. 

Each of you have your own way of dealing with these changes and to assume that your way is right and theirs is wrong may be considered intrusive. 

Remember, dear ones, you are all in this together and loving each other as unconditionally as you possibly can is the order of the day.

This is where the grounding you have been practicing will come in handy. It may be challenging to think of an end-goal while all this is going on, but it is important to remain focused on the outcome. 

The Universe can hear you asking, “What outcome? I can barely breathe here!” Well, my love, that depends on you. Remember, you determine what is coming from these changes… it is very important to stay present yet keep your eyes on the future. 

There will be a time when all of this is done, and you will be standing exactly where you imagined you would. Keep it positive, keep it light and know you are taken care of.

There are important turning points this month which will bring the desire for greater clarity. In so many ways we have outgrown who we are and what we have been. The inner shifts and changes have wrought a broader view of ourselves and our lives giving us insight into what holds value and meaning, and what can no longer move forward with us. The clarity we need to move forward is slowly rising and as it increase our direction gradually emerges.

This week clarity emerges through pausing to listen, through observation and patience. Be mindful that this will enable you to access a deeper awareness which will expand your normal perception allowing you to discover new ideas and creative solutions. The discomfort of uncertainty may trigger the urge to push forward but the energies are asking you to step back and allow clarity to be revealed. No matter how frustrating this may be it is supporting a very necessary foundational growth process. Remember to keep choosing how you want to be and how you want to respond to life going forward.

As we heal and grow what motivates and moves us naturally evolves and changes. Our internal landscape reconfigures and our perspective shifts from survival to a desire for authenticity and deeper connection. This week the energy is reminding us that who we were is not necessarily who we are now. As a result, we may experience a profound breakthrough in understanding how unconscious patterns continue to influence and impact our lives. Whatever arises has the potential to be incredibly enlightening giving us insight into what no longer serves us.

You may feel extra sensitive this week as the incoming energies intensify emotions bringing a greater awareness. Be mindful that you are in a period where you are purifying and processing what was in order to make different choices. This will involve gaining clarity on the past while releasing distorted beliefs, unresolved trauma, and or limiting narratives. The ultimate goal is to break free from repetitive cycles and self-sabotaging behaviours which continue to keep you stuck. Begin by examining how past experiences have shaped your thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns. Pay attention to your feelings and what is surfacing for release.

This is a time of great change where we will experience big endings as we complete and release the ways of living and being that we have outgrown. It’s not easy flowing with change when we don’t know where the changes will take us. And yet, life is not meant to be stagnant, it needs to move, shift, transform, and expand and because we are part of life we must too. Currently we are throwing off all the stagnant energy that the Full Moon unearthed, and at the same time reclaiming parts of ourselves that have been long denied, suppressed or ignored. As a result, many are feeling scattered, reactive and unsteady.

On Sunday Mercury stations retrograde until November 29 adding another layer to what we are already experiencing. It will be a period where we can expect sudden insights, changes, and shifts as we internally process all that has already occurred, the changes that are happening now, and those that we may be planning to initiate in the coming months. Slowing down, reflecting and reviewing will be important, and will allow us to really connect with our core values, our soul’s desires, and the deeper meaning behind the shifts, changes, and transformation we are moving through.

As you move into the weekend be aware of the reactiveness of the collective energy right now. Witness what is unfolding and focus on grounding and steadying yourself internally. Breathe through any discomfort while being mindful that despite the intensity you may be feeling there are important things that are coming to light. Remember that in these times it is essential that you break away from habitual responses and old ways. Challenge your assumptions and be open to new ways to seeing and perceiving your reality
