Sharmon: “Most human beings, including some of you we are in frequent contact with, are quite unaware of the kind of insight you have, after you have been enlightened by the study of the Papers, learning from your celestial teachers and being in contact with us from the Midway Realm. Most of time it is difficult for them to understand what you are talking about. That is why you and all mortals from the Progress Group must pay closer attention to the Machiventa recommendation that you should bring others to the starting gates of the true spirituality and let them run their own race. You are only the taste teaser. You just spark their curiosity and they will go on by themselves with the guidance of the Spirit of God within them.

“You are not in charge of their spirituality; they and their Spirit Fragment of God are. Share your experiences, yes, but do not bother with too many details or explanations which they do not understand. Rather, do the most possible to translate your experiences and beliefs into their level of experiences and beliefs. There is a great range of commonalities on which you can work and use as bridges to impart new cosmic concepts. Although you know that they are likely not to understand most of what you will say, do not compromise your beliefs by watering them down to make them more comprehensible. The Spirit inside you will lead your thoughts and words so you can find those contact points on which to rest your discourse.

“Do not presume that you are the only one working in someone’s spiritual life. First and foremost, they are indwelt by their Thought Adjuster. As well, haven’t you heard that our world is now filled with celestial personalities, most of them students and teachers of our own system, even Nebadon-wide, who are allowed to come here to participate in this massive spiritual pressure that is right now being applied on Urantia? Christ Michael is actively working to improve Urantia’s spiritual status, which for thousands of years was wasted under Caligastia’s default into the Lucifer Rebellion. You are just part of this major plan that is called the Correcting Time.

“Also, while you care for others’ spiritual needs, do not forget your own. Take time for yourself in meditation to practice the constant stillness to be able to, with greater ease and precision, contact both your Teachers and us, your Guardian Helpers. Yes, we are available; and there are many more available personalities now in the business of contacting Urantians and bringing them to the portal of cosmic spirituality. It has been as of now, a big shout-out, a wide-range activity, but in time it will become more focused and personalized. Many are being brought from childish mysticism to real spiritual sensitivity, starting with the 11:11 prompts and beyond.

“Finally, my dear friend, do not depreciate yourself and your work because of whatever plight may come to your mind. Life is what it is for each one of us. Do not keep yourself only on reflection — there are times for thinking and planning and there are times to act. Acting, however, has a precise time. To know when it is and not lose the appointed time is a question of spiritual sensibility and wisdom. You are not alone. Again, much help is available and most of you, who have been initiated in the cosmic path, have used only a small portion of it. Besides, do not forget to live, to care for your relationships, to nurture them with your presence and inputs. Check up often on the people close to you and let them have the best of you. The Energies of March 2023

Beloved Ones,

We are entering into one of the most intense and important months of this year 2023.

March ruled by Piscean energies is going to signify the threshold for many who are still oscillating between two timeliness, and need to heal and clear old baggage, before they can step into a more harmonic space. Saturn moving into Pisces will help us take responsibility for everything that we have created, until this moment, as we cannot evolve if first, we do not revise all we have experienced and take full responsibility for it.

This is a month for us to begin understanding what becoming sovereign beings truly means. Saturn in Pisces will signify a tremendous impact for those who are beginning to master responsibility, for it is going to show us the areas of our lives where we are not yet in charge, for as humans we tend to blame the circumstances or others for what occurs to us.

We are ending a cycle, as this month clearly reminds us, and we are receiving all the necessary assistance for us to realize what needs to be changed, transformed, or removed from ourselves and our personal reality, so we can finally accommodate the new frequency that we are gradually integrating.

March is a tenth universal month, 1 reduced. A number that indicates endings and beginnings, and that perfectly represents what is taking place during March, the completion of a cycle on both a personal and a planetary level, for the collective is finally taking responsibility, for their own lives, moving into a totally new Era, starting a sovereign and empowered cycle. We are under a portal in which everything that is opposite in frequency is immediately split, for both cannot coexist.

We cannot hold on to an old memory and live in the Now. We cannot want to ascend and move into a harmonic timeline, by keeping in our emotional and mental bodies the same beliefs and habits from our past, for we cannot move on from where we are. This is what March will show us, where we are and what we need to remove to get to where we wish to be.

Number 1 is another reminder, together with Pisces, that we are ending/beginning a cycle, and it is pivotal for us to end with all that used to limit us, as we keep expanding within the new worlds that we are now bringing into form.

We are still immersed in a massive transition, and as we reach the shore of our new destination, our main aim is to keep dissolving the lower layers of an old self, as well as learning how to navigate through a passage that is revealing to us, and that will continue showing us more truths as we grow and integrate higher levels of consciousness.

Number 1 in tarot, is represented by the Magician, one hand pointing to the sky and the other one towards the earth. This archetype represents very well where we are, for He knows how to work with the Universal Laws, as He has mastered the art of descending into the physical what is first created in the ethereal. This is where we are – birthing our deepest soul desires – by mastering our personal energy, how we work with it, and how we can use it to have a benevolent impact on All.

We all are magicians as we all have the power to manifest the outcomes that are aligned with our Highest Will, we just have to focus our precious energy on what is truly important, as it is not a time now to waste our personal power on delusions and past situations, but in the new life experiences that we are building and that has nothing to do with who we used to be.

This is a month for us to focus on self-healing, clearing, and expansion, depending on where we are. A month for us to become neutral witnesses of all that we cannot change, but that we can lovingly affect by holding unconditional love for All. A month for us to move away from separation, so we can finally begin to co-create within Divine Love, Unity, and Harmony.

Astrological Alignments

We now initiate a new journey of conscious co-creation that will lead us to another initiation in our ascension path, for it is with March that many will begin to awake while others will finally complete a cycle, beginning another one of conscious evolution. We begin March by having Mercury, the Planet of Communication entering into Pisces on the 2nd of the month. Mercury in Pisces is indeed a perfect frequency for those who are working on awakening/expanding their higher senses – retrieving wisdom whether by working on past life activation or simply by the unique way they have chosen their gifts.

For the ones who have already awakened their abilities or some of them, they could receive creative visions, dreams, or the transmissions they need at this time from the Illumined Realms, in the unique form they receive guidance, and help them in their ascension path as well as to assist others.

Mercury in Pisces takes communication further than just in our earthly plane, and it is a good time for us to commune, in this Piscean season, with the non-physical aspects of ourselves, for even though those we consider our Guides, are often future/parallel selves of us.

On the 7th of March, we have two important events, a Full Moon at 16 degrees Virgo, together with Saturn entering into Pisces. The second event especially will mark the end and beginning of a new cycle, one in which we are the only authority in our lives, for there is no more excuses not to take full charge of who we are, what we create, as well as our lives.

Virgo and Pisces are very similar in nature, as both signs are about harmony, peace, unconditional love, and above all, service to All. This is precisely what we all in this conscious path are heading into: a conscious way of living that includes not just ourselves but others, as a part of who we are. We are invited to make our lives a living prayer, and that everything that we create will be with the pure intention to serve All Creation, for this is why in truth, we came to this plane, to remember who we are, and to serve others.

For those who are working in clearing, whether a physical, mental, or emotional one, this is a perfect time for us to detox, and through natural remedies or what we are guided, begin a period of profound cleansing and rejuvenation as Virgo especially reminds us.

The second and most important event of this month, and year as well, Saturn in Pisces is going to influence us, so to speak, until February 14, 2026. The last time that we had Saturn in Pisces was between May 1993 and April 1996. This is going to be of great importance as it represents the end of a planetary cycle, as well as a personal one, especially for the ones who are having their Saturn’s return, whose dates are: from 1935 to 1938, your Saturn return, if you are born between 1964 and 1967 your second Saturn return, and finally your first return if you are born between 1993 to 1996.

As this is one of the most important events that we are going to have this year, together with Pluto in Aquarius too, in this same month, I will enter deeper into it as the month progresses, for it is vital to share about this alignment in detail.

The next and most important planetary event is on March 12th, with Jupiter conjunct Chiron. This is going to help us grow and heal massively, at a time when we need to take responsibility for everything we have created, felt, thought, and experienced, for all begins with a thought, starting to live now from a healed and whole space, rather from a still fragmented one, which is what also brings the same old results.

On March 16th we have loving Venus entering into Taurus. The Planet of Love and Abundance in Taurus is going to be focused on the things we most value in the physical: our relationships and friendships, our creative essence, and everything that involves bringing all the love we have within into our tangible plane. As with everything, if we distort this essence, we can fall into the egoic trap of being possessive of material things and/or people in our lives.

This is why creating a balance and practicing not getting attached to anything or anyone is pivotal when we have the Planet of Love and Abundance in Taurus. It is always an opportunity for us to begin understanding that in truth we possess nothing and that authentic love is about letting all free and simply focusing on enjoying the co-creation until it is meant to come to an end.

A few days later on March 19th, Mercury enters Aries. This is about focusing on the power of our word and personal beliefs. How we communicate with the world, and with ourselves, remembering that there is always a further communication that goes beyond the physical one, as we can all connect through the power of our hearts, for we dwell in many invisible dimensions, where communication is done through the heart and mind.

On this same day, we too have Jupiter semi-sextile Uranus. In a month of many changes, for the entire month of March is a massive shift, we have Jupiter the planet of expansion, and Uranus, the Planet of Change and Transformations, helping us achieve first a higher state of being, for all physical transformations come from this first one, and secondly, the complete reorganization of our lives, for we are heading into a totally new way of being, doing things and co-creating with others.

For some, this will be a time of great changes. However, others will be already immersed in them or already beginning a cycle and stabilizing their new lives. It is not about a fixed date that brings change or the planetary events included in it, but about what we, as souls, planned or choose now to do, with where we are now, what creates this change, as the energies simply help us in whatever we are experiencing.

On March 20, we pass from Pisces to having the Sun in Aries together with the Equinox, when the energies will reach their maximum apogee. It is with Aries that we start again into this endless wheel of life. We pass from Pisces, the ultimate evolution, where we finally acknowledge All as One, to Aries, where we begin to know the self, working with it until we can regain a sense of others.

Leadership and self-empowerment are key to this sign. However, with Aries also comes the gift to burn all that is not serving us. We have with the element of Fire another opportunity to help us bring more transformation and purification to ourselves and our lives.

On the next day, we have two important events just with the Equinox, Jupiter semi-square Saturn, which represents the challenges – opportunities – that many are experiencing to remember who they are, to heal, to re-discover the Truth, and to stand tall in who they are and personal truth.

Secondly a New Moon in Aries, which will be the one that triggers the change that we will pass to anchor in the following months, for when we talk about change it is not an immediate outcome, but something we begin to create from the inside, through healing and through the embodiment of higher levels of love-consciousness – until we can finally anchor it in our bodies and physical realm. It is an entire and long-term process to be able to achieve a new personal goal, state of being, or anything we desire to manifest, transform or remove.

From March 23, 2023, to June 11, 2023, Pluto enters Aquarius, just with a few key retrogrades back into Capricorn, which is the next, after Saturn in Pisces, the most important event of this month and year. Its uninterrupted 20-year journey through Aquarius will begin on January 21, 2024. This will be just a notion of what we will be experiencing since 2024. Pluto, as you know, it is a planetary Force that will help us retrieve our personal power, both in the collective and at a personal level, beginning a journey of conscious creation.

Finally, we end March with Mars entering Cancer on March 25th. The Warrior Mars in loving Cancer will teach us to be merciful and to be compassionate towards others, for we are all here to learn, in our unique way and time, unconditional love and the true nature of our Essence. This is an opportunity for us to direct all of our energy and power into becoming the most powerful Force in the Universe: Love.

This is also a good time to heal genetic ties, distortions, and DNA manipulations, directing our inner force ad strength to finally remove the many genetic cages that are still imprisoning us from experiencing our true potential.

With March comes awareness, the Great Shift for All who are willing to step on it, and the opportunity to look at our fears face to face, being courageous to disengage from what we thought to be true, and we know now was an illusion.

It is with March that we are assisted by all benevolent Forces within Creation to heal, transform, and rebirth as the lovelight beings that we are, that we always were, and that we are here to shine, serving All who like us once, are lost in their shadows, for this is the ultimate lesson for all of us, to remember unity, through conscious assistance.

We have ahead a wonderful month with powerful healing energies, it is our personal choice how we choose to co-create with them, for we all are free to decide what to do with our Presence here.

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Tunia speaking. I love you so very much.

Today I would like to share what I consider to be the two most important keys to spiritual growth.There are other things that help or contribute as well, but to me personally, these two things are the most important.

These are: freedom from illusion and having your needs met. Anyone who has achieved these two things will automatically be a spiritually advanced master. Some people would call this person enlightened, although the word “enlightened” has many different definitions on your world. In any case, someone who is free from illusions and who has his or her needs met, is automatically a very spiritually advanced master.

Rational knowledge is not needed, although that may help people get rid of their illusions. Note that Hakann and I are far more focused on trying to help you meet your emotional needs and to encourage you, than we are on giving you information.

Moral virtue is also not needed, although the personal need of many people is that they are a respected member of a family or community, which may mean that moral people find it easier to grow spiritually. Furthermore, people who are free from illusions tend to freely choose to be kind to others. But still, if you are free of illusions and meet your needs (including your non-hedonistic ones), then you will be a spiritually advanced person, even if you lack moral virtue.

Healing your old trauma is also not needed, although very likely you will need to do this in order to let go of some illusions. Also, most people have ease of mind as one of their needs, which may require at least a partial healing and integration of your old pain. Still, healing yourself is not a direct requirement of spiritual growth. It’s more a means to get there. Some very spiritually advanced people have mostly but not yet fully healed from their old pain.

It’s not about blissing out in meditation every day, although meditation helps, and if you can bliss out during meditation then that is a good sign.

It’s not about “keeping your vibration high.” Usually when people try to directly accomplish that, they simply suppress or don’t look at things that make them feel bad. That is not the way towards spiritual growth, because then the pain enters the subconscious, and not being in subconscious discomfort is another one of most people’s needs.

It is not about giving up things or giving up activities or giving up relationships or giving up sex, although an over-attachment to something may stop you from growing spiritually..

Instead, fundamentally it’s just about being free from illusions, and meeting your needs.

Some people might disagree with this statement, arguing that the stereotypical enlightened monk doesn’t need anything and yet is enlightened. That is true, however, the stereotypical enlightened monk actually does have his or her needs met — this enlightened monk just has little to no needs. This is actually a critical point to make, because if a new spiritual seeker is full of desires, then likely there is a limit to how much he can grow if he does as the enlightened monk does and spends fourteen hours per day meditating. That is because while the enlightened monk may have little desires left, the spiritual seeker does, and so giving up a worldly life does not work that well for the spiritual seeker who is full of desire.

That is why a good number of spiritual masters spent some time in the normal world fulfilling their desires first, and only then started walking a spiritual path once they had either fulfilled those desires, or realized that chasing those desires did not ultimately make them happy and so those desires left them.

Of course there are spiritual masters who do not fit neatly into the pattern I’m describing. I’m generalizing here. Still, in general the two most important things are being free from illusion and meeting your needs.

So, how do you become free from illusion?

Well, rational knowledge can help, but ultimately it’s about embodying truth and not about rationally knowing truth. If you know that all is one, but this is not your day-to-day experience, then you’re only halfway there. Therefore practices such as breathing slowly are in our mind more critical than simply accumulating rational knowledge. Frankly, most people would benefit from spending more time breathing slowly and deeply, and spending less time gathering information.

Still, there are some pieces of information that we consider to be very helpful to have. These are:

– All is one. Helping others helps yourself, helping yourself helps others, and harming others harms yourself.

– You are a reincarnating soul and thus can’t ultimately be harmed, so long as you do not sell your soul to demons or commit utterly evil acts (worse than “just” murdering a few people).

– Any deity who threatens people with hell and is exclusively masculine is not Source, who is the true creator of the universe. Source loves you unconditionally and is not going to send you to hell even if you commit evil acts.

– Any evil action that someone commits can be seen, from one perspective, as an expression of confusion and inner pain because someone who was not confused and not in pain would not harm others, and therefore people deserve unconditional love and understanding, even so-called bad people. Giving so-called bad people unconditional love and understanding is more effective than telling them that they should change their ways. Ideally, don’t ever stop loving or judge people — at most judge their actions. And even then our rule of thumb is to only judge those actions that directly harm another.

– This also means that you yourself are inherently and automatically good enough. You yourself are infinitely worthy of and deserving of love. There is nothing that you can do that will ever make you unworthy of being loved.

– Earth is incredibly tough, and if you are receiving this message then you are almost certainly doing better than most Earth humans, and also you’re probably a more resilient and good-hearted soul than most beings, because most beings could not survive and maintain a good heart on Earth. You’re not flawed or broken, you’re just in a really tough situation, and you’re dealing with it better than most.

– Just like people can automatically heal many physical.injuries, so too can most people automatically heal emotional injuries — so long as people don’t judge, suppress or try to change the thoughts and feelings that come up. As described in Hakann’s “Observation Path” message, we recommend simply observing your thoughts and feelings briefly as they come up, without trying to judge, suppress or try to change it.

Most of the classic spiritual paths and practices on Earth can help you get rid of illusions. We also shared approaches in our messages: “Hakann: the observation path” and “Hakann: the breathing path.” We gently recommend against paths that try to teach you a lot of new concepts, because the fundamental key is stripping away illusions through careful observation and breathing exercises, rather than adding new concepts.

If you do something like Hakann’s Observation Path, Hakann’s Breathing Path and also you meet your needs, then I think you are very well on your way towards great spiritual growth.

Let’s discuss meeting your needs. This can be anything from a desire for physical things or physical experiences, to a desire for sex, to a desire for rest, to a desire to be seen and loved and appreciated, to a desire to be a valued member of a family or community, to a desire to be free from emotional or physical or subconscious pain, to a desire that you have developed your skills to such an extent that you significantly help the people around you.

Sometimes a desire can hide a deeper desire. For example, a desire for a new car might hide a desire to be seen and appreciated. In this case, if you can meet your desire to be seen and appreciated directly, your desire for a new car might fade. That said, maybe the desire for a new car is simply the desire for a new car and there’s nothing underneath it. I like having pretty things too.

As stated, we recommend meeting your needs so long as others are not directly harmed, even if they are so-called “shallow needs.” To us, there’s not really such a thing as shallow needs. I still love eating delicious food, getting a massage, going on a vacation, having good sex with my husband as well as with other women (this is within our relationship agreement), wearing beautiful or sexy clothing that makes people’s heads turn, spending quality time with my children, et cetera. I’m just not addicted or over-attached to any of those things, and I am not using any of these things to run away from or distract myself from something else, and thus these things do not hinder my own spiritual progress.

Sure, people can use for example sex as a way to emotionally run away from or distract themselves from certain things. However, to me, giving up sex entirely is a huge overcorrection to the other side. To me it’s a bit like cutting off your arm because your finger is infected. Sure, if a person genuinely doesn’t desire to have sex, then don’t have it. But for most people, sex is a need that they do have. It just might be helpful to keep in mind the things I said in my previous message: “Tunia: How To Not Get Damaged By Casual Sex.”

A classic mistake that spiritual seekers make is that they see that a certain spiritual Earth master genuinely does not desire sex or having possessions, and so they too stop having sex and give away their possessions. If the spiritual seeker still desires sex or having those possessions, then this is a mistake, because those desires will continue to haunt their subconscious and will limit their spiritual growth. In this case, we recommend just living life and having things and having sex, as well as doing something like Hakann’s Observation Path and Hakann’s Breathing Path on the side to grow spiritually. Then if the spiritual seeker arrives at a place where they genuinely do not desire having sex or having those things anymore, then they can follow the path of that spiritual master and give up having sex and having possessions.

The stereotypical enlightened master monk genuinely does not have many desires anymore, and spends his time meditating to get rid of illusions. So he fulfills those desires he does have and he has gotten rid of his illusions, and so he is a master. But if a new spiritual seeker gives away all his desires and goes and spends most of his time meditating on a mountain, then he likely will not get that far, because his subconscious will be hindered by his unmet needs.

So: meet your needs.

For many people it will be obvious which area of their life should be worked on, because there is either some crisis or a huge longing.

Still, if you are at a place where your life is stable and pretty good, then it can be a good exercise to literally sit down and write out which needs you have (even the so-called shallow or silly ones). Then you can see if there’s anything that you still want to meet. And if you are in a relationship, it can be good to communicate this to your partner too. People who do not openly express their needs will usually either accumulate negative emotions, or will eventually try to get their needs met in a manipulative way. Therefore it is better to just be open to your partner and tell them what your needs are. Earth humans for the most part can’t mindread you, so you will have to speak up and stand up for your own needs, as well as the needs of your inner child.

Also do not overlook needs that you may have along the lines of feeling like a productive and valuable member of your community.

Emotional safety is another rarely-recognized need that is unfulfilled in a lot of people. I discussed that in my previous message: “Tunia: Romantic Relationships.”

Some people who feel that they are introverted, are actually not introverted at all, but the people around them are simply emotionally unsafe.

Most people have a need to be seen and loved and accepted as they are. This is a beautiful desire. Two important steps to fulfilling this are first finding someone who is actually mostly emotionally safe. Mostly emotionally safe people are actually quite rare on Earth, unfortunately. And the second step is actually being genuine and open towards this person. If you don’t show who you are, old bruises and so-called flaws and all, then the other person can’t appreciate you for who you are — but at the same time, showing yourself to a person who is not mostly emotionally safe may do more harm than good.

Some people at this point would say that you shouldn’t need other people. Now, there are indeed some solo practices that can help, such as journaling. However for the vast majority of people, one of their needs is having good people around them. Most people are wired to be social beings, after all, and this too is nothing to be ashamed of.

So, in summary: the two primary keys for spiritual growth, in my mind, are freedom from illusions and meeting your needs. Two excellent paths to acquiring freedom from illusion are Hakann’s Observation Path and Hakann’s Breathing Path. And in most cases, the solution to having a need is simply meeting it. For most people, it’s best to work both on attaining freedom from illusions and on meeting their needs, at the same time, even if you only spend a few minutes each day on breathing deeply or on observing your thoughts and emotions.
