This weekend brings a massive, life-altering reset button. It promises to shift us into a powerful space of new beginnings where we will be called to completely redefine our sense of self-worth and how we value ourselves. This shift is deeply tied to Chiron entering Taurus today for the first time in decades.
This major cosmic movement expands our healing journey pushing us to focus on our deepest emotional foundations, our core feelings, and our beliefs around safety, trust, belonging, and connection. Chiron will journey through Taurus for about eight years. During this long cycle, we will be asked to heal the hidden beliefs that tell us we are not good enough, the deeper survival fears that tell us there is never enough, and our relationship to our physical body. As this deep inner work begins it will create an intense inner tension between what our hearts need to feel safe and what our soul needs to feel alive.
With the Solstice on Sunday, hidden truths will rise to the surface, helping you to prioritize what is most important. The incoming energy will act as a mirror shining light into the dark corners of your subconscious mind. As such, you can expect old survival patterns, coping mechanisms, and habits that no longer match your growing sense of self-worth to emerge.
Do not push them away. Recognise that what is coming to light is simply what is ready to be cleared for a deeper, more permanent sense of inner peace and stability. As the old ways of surviving fall away, you may feel a temporary sense of emptiness or grief before the new takes root. Notice where you are rushing out of fear to fill this emptiness, and consciously choose to slow down. Bring your awareness out of your overactive mind and anchor yourself deeply into your physical body. Practice active patience while remembering that true empowerment begins only when you feel completely safe within yourself.
