Your Body is the Bridge to the Divine

Today, let's explore the connection between the Akashic Records and the body. :)
The Akashic Records are not far from you in some distant dimension.
They live within your body. You can feel them in every breath, every sensation, and in every cell.
Take a moment now and ask to connect with your Akashic Records. If you have been formally initiated into the Records, say the prayer now.
If you have not been formally trained, you can do this simply by asking to access your Records now.
Next, notice what your body does.
Does your breath feel slower and deeper?
Does a sensation of warmth spread throughout your heart?
Do your palms feel hot or tingly?
This is how your soul speaks through your body.
Your body is the living library of your soul’s journey. It holds the memory of every lifetime you have ever lived.
So, today, instead of reaching up to another dimension, try resting into your body.
Let the energy of the Akashic Records arise within you. You may notice a soft warmth in your heart, a small rush of excitement, or a greater sense of clarity and presence. Observe how your body lets you know the Akashic field is opening.
Today, try placing your hand over your heart and saying:
“I trust the wisdom my body carries.”
Know that you are already a bridge between Heaven and Earth.
