Teacher Ophelius: “Dear One, the question has been asked about what it means to answer the Universal Father’s edict to ‘Be perfect, as I AM perfect,’ and more specifically, what it means for you — those living on Urantia. Certainly perfection in and of itself is something that is not attainable on the evolutionary worlds of time, but there is a ‘standard’ that is set for those at each planetary level of evolutionary status, meaning: ‘Be you perfect in your own day and time.’ Because life on each evolutionary world develops uniquely and stands at various stages of development, with respect to Light and Life status, there are different standards set for each as an expected ‘curve’ of normal development and growth as it is viewed by your planetary administrators: the Planetary Prince, the System Sovereign and the Most Highs of Edentia.

“On very young planets where will creatures are still working out the vicissitudes of primitive life having had very little development in science or culture, the bar is set rather low with the expectation that they will follow the path of tribe against tribe warfare while developing tools and more cunning ways to kill each other. At this level of development, there are few, if any, Thought Adjusters (TAs) of fusion status indwelling these creature minds. At best, TAs may temporarily indwell these minds to gain experience with the biological mind mechanisms for that species as it may later (in time) be evolving to a fusion status creature.

“Once a Planetary Prince and his staff come to an evolutionary world, the bar is raised with respect to the guidance and education that is afforded the surrounding tribes of natives. They are taught many things from farming, building, raising cattle, sanitation, personal hygiene, to the basic cosmology of the universe and spiritual realities including the worship of the Universal Father. They are also given codes of conduct, which they are expected to adopt when participating in the educational activities in the centers of the Planetary Prince and his staff. It is here where men and women first develop their societies and primitive governments as they take what they have learned back to their peoples.

“Later, when an Adamic pair (Adam and Eve) come to a world, the bar is raised yet again as the biology of the natives are elevated with the infusion of the Violet bloodline from the Adamic progeny. Spiritual development from this point begins to ‘ramp up’ and these creatures then move from merely obeying the laws of conduct to knowing with greater surety the leadings of the Indwelling Spirit as more and more of them begin to receive TAs of possible fusion status.

“Once a Magisterial Son, or a Creator Son visits the planet, the bar is raised yet again and the TAs flock to these worlds in great numbers which have been prepared by the Spirit of Truth to indwell the minds of those creatures for fusion potential. From this point, the planet is on an upward curve of development in both science and spirituality.

“Everything I have just described (greatly abridged) to you is more or less the ‘normal’ curve of planetary evolution and expectation. However, your world, being classed as an experimental world and one that has been involved in a system wide rebellion for over 200,000 years, has had a ‘relapse’ in growth and spiritual development, and so it is that the standard set for those who live their lives on Urantia is ‘adjusted’ for their ‘day and time.’ In part 2 of this message we shall look more closely at what that standard is and how it relates to your current development.

How often have you pushed yourself, a situation, an experience in expectation of a given outcome or to finish it? 

And, once it is done, you find yourself wishing that there was more to it. Sometimes, it can be a very challenging experience to wait for Divine Timing to answer your thoughts/prayers/intentions. 

The Universe is asking you to take advantage of the waiting time, knowing that once everything is in place, it will be just as you asked… and more! 

Being patient may not always be the most pleasant thing, however, the rewards are immeasurable.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

You have so much to uncover within yourselves, so much that you have yet to unlock and reveal to yourselves and to the rest of the world. The inner exploration that you do will always be fruitful so long as you are patient and you go into it without any attachment or expectation. You are meant to find answers within yourselves. You are meant to develop connections by going within yourselves. You are meant to tap in to abilities by going within as well.

And you live in a time when there is so much to focus on outside of you. We feel that at times these aspects of life on planet Earth are more interesting than going within, and that’s okay. You are meant to experience what is outside of you as well, but we invite you to seek a balance between that outer exploration and the inner exploration. Sometimes getting someone else’s perspective can help to enlighten you to something that you already knew. Sometimes you need that validation to come from another person, and there’s nothing wrong with any of that.

We are not encouraging you all to go live in a cave, or a monastery somewhere, spending all of your waking hours in a state of meditation. But within most people there needs to be more of a balance. As we said, there is so much that can get your attention out there, but to go within, you must really make that decision and set that intention to do so, and then you have to follow through. Now, we would not want to label that as discipline or will power, and we know that many people get there eventually by striking out, so to speak, with their attempts to live a very exciting world outside of themselves.

Some people turn within themselves after becoming disillusioned by their teachers or a channeler. The best reason to go within is because you really do need to know yourself in order to be yourself in this world of yours, and being yourself is your number one purpose. It is everyone’s mission. You complete the puzzle that is Source with your uniquely cut piece. You can follow in the footsteps of others and get inspired by them, but you’re always going to do so in your own unique way.

Most humans will go through an entire lifetime without meditating or turning within themselves, and those lifetimes still have value. Those individuals are still having experiences, but certainly they were living out of balance. When you find your balance between action and inaction, thinking and feeling, being true to yourself and listening to the advice of others, then you will start to know how much you can benefit from all that is in your world, internally and externally.

We invite you to spend a little bit more of your time going within every day, poking around, seeing what you can feel, what you can intuit, what you can access by doing nothing more than turning a lens that you usually have pointed outside of you towards the inner realm. We promise you that you will not be disappointed, and you will be clear minded when you go out into the world the very next time that you do, and you will be a much more effective creator of your reality.

You will be much more responsive and less reactive to what is happening out there, including what other people are saying and doing, and you will find that everything in your life becomes easier and makes more sense to you because you took those few moments to look within yourselves. That is our suggestion.

One of the most critical things you will learn in your lifetime is how to balance reality with expectation.  The Universe would like to make perfectly clear that expectation is vastly different from manifestation.

Manifestation engages your active participation in creating a world in which you want to live.

Expectation is assuming you will be treated a certain way simply because you believe it should happen.

Today, you are being invited to look at your expectations and see how many are valid.  If you find they are not, it is time make some changes and release and begin manifesting a different reality for yourself.

Thought Adjuster: “Human beings can become victims of many temptations and disorders when they forget how to use their bodies and their minds for higher purposes. Human beings should have the strength to be able to explore with courage and choose the best path with the expectation of a greater good, even when the benefit is not short term. In life people should explore, experiment and discover on their own, but there is always a time for decision when things that do not add any eternal value to life must be relegated and replaced with those things that promote true advance and spiritual growth.

 

“The inability to postpone pleasure comes from your primitive nature – the animal nature. Animals can’t think about the past or the future so they seek to satisfy their needs immediately because they do not know if they will have another opportunity. But human beings can see life from a higher perspective and they can make intelligent decisiones in favor of a greater benefit.

 

“Many today have encountered the countless distractions of life and got lost in them. They completely forgot that there is a reason for their life and it goes beyond temporal satisfaction. These short-sighted mortals satisfy their present needs at the expense of the promises of eternity and they live in such a way because they completely ignore the fact that they have not been able to choose what is truly better for them.

 

“The eternal realities may seem abstract, ethereal or even unreal to your eyes of limited vision, but just a little faith would be enough to inspire you to move forward with your efforts to discover yourselves and find God within your hearts. Remember your brave explorers and adventures of the past. Many of them found beautiful and welcoming oasis during their exploration. Even facing the prospect of a long suffering through the desert they kept going because they had the faith that suggested they would find better places.

 

“The goal of eternity is to discover truth, beauty and goodness to an increasing degree of perfection and to a level of manifestation capable of satisfying the highest desires of our being. Do not allow the oasis where you now rest to become the burial places of your soul, depriving you of getting to know the bigger and better things that await you beyond the horizon.”

If you live in the “reality” of strong expectations, you cut yourself off from being. Expectation is always egoic and an expression of your limited self-awareness.

If you expect something, be it from yourself or from other people, a kind of “solidification” occurs in your energy bodies. Your energies no longer flow freely as you focus all of your attention on the future in which your expectation is to be fulfilled.

You are in the past if an expectation has not been fulfilled – and mentally in the future while you wait for the expectation to occur. Far from now you reduce your personal perception.

Expectations bind your energies and keep you from being in the now – paying attention to each moment and the beauty of life.

How hypnotized you wait for the moment that should bring you fulfillment. But meanwhile you miss all the moments that give you actual joy and abundance.

It doesn’t matter whether you expect something from yourself or someone else: your energy is always dammed up and your ego is in control.

Expectation always leads to disappointment and frustration. Even if fulfillment comes from time to time, this is only a brief high, since peace never comes. As soon as an expectation pattern has been fulfilled, the next goal appears, and again you wait – you are in expectation. When you are in being, there is no expectation, everything is there, immediate and NOW. So what are you waiting for, there is nothing to expect as everything is there: unlimited abundance in the Now.

As soon as you realize who you are and as soon as you have uncovered your inner essence, expectation patterns dissolve. This letting go brings you back an incredible amount of energy, the rigidity turns into mobility. You become supple – and it shows in your body language.

You were born to work out of your true being – out of your being – and not to fulfill expectations that are stored in the collective consciousness of people and constantly cause unrest, dissatisfaction and a completely wrong self-perception. They keep you from your joy as anticipation overlooks the moment, the now!

Always be ready, but expect nothing! Be awake and fresh, open and flexible! Be amazed and experience the world with all your senses, both your inner and your outer senses! Be cheerful and stay calm when events are worrying you!

Always stay in the now! There you live, there you are, there is your being. Everything is taken care of when you understand this truth. It is a divine law that every human being is cared for.

Just because most people cannot accept this, they create their reality and live in constant lack, in constant expectation, in constant worry.

Everyone is taken care of, dear human child. This is not an unworldly, aloof and unrealistic illusion, but the only true and eternal law.

Every defect is man-made, you create your reality through your thinking, your words condense it and your actions ultimately create your world of experience, your so-called reality.

Ask the infallible divine light for enlightenment! Let it into your being so that you can recognize who you are.

It is the lack of self-awareness that creates all of your “feeling of lack”, for expectation always reflects a distinct “feeling of lack”.

Know that no man is born to fulfill your expectations! No child will meet your expectations and no partner is there, absolutely no being and no expression of this reality of life is there to meet your expectations. You are not there to meet the expectations you have set yourself – or to meet the expectations of others.

It’s so important to realize what you were born to do. The light shows you and shines so that you can see yourself – and you will be amazed, because a deep inner touch happens to you. This tenderness is the love of your being. If you touch this energy source, you experience abundance – immediately and completely. There is no more lack, no expectation, no past or future: YOUR BEING IN THE NOW – you are who you are.

Letting go of this subtly debilitating feeling is a true release, like putting down a heavy burden. You also feel physically lighter and more elastic, more flexible and more harmonious. This usually relieves you of tension! You have given up your rigidity and your waiting and you are getting your energies back.

You stand there strengthened and can enjoy every moment: joy, peace, freedom and love – in the now. You don’t look for happiness in the past, nor do you wait for the future. You are now fully yourself and present.

Every expectation limits you in your work, makes you passive, lethargic and dissatisfied. An infinite number of expectation patterns are stored in the collective consciousness of mankind and this illusion is further maintained by the media. Get out of this spiral, become aware of your issues, let in the light and free yourself from it!

Your social life, your communication, your systems, both economic and political, are permeated by patterns of expectations. The man expects this and that from the woman – the woman from the man – you expect this and that from work, the state should fulfill this or that expectation for you, etc.

You move and are caught in the spiral of self-expectation, the expectation of others and the fulfillment of foreign expectations. Rise and begin to claim your actual power!

You are co-creator and absolute co-designer of your reality.

Everything starts with your thoughts. What you think, you become – inevitably. Look at what you do, what you speak and what you think. Where do you meet your lack?

By transforming these energies you get into your power and into your being. The divine light helps you, it shines where your feeling of lack originates, it finds the right assignment and dissolves this pattern.

This is very important, because the right assignment brings you to understanding – and only this healing is complete. Your encompassing being has been touched and is being rebalanced. Energies that are preventing you from your self-awareness must be put back where they came from. It is therefore necessary to make the right assignments.

Expectations that those around you have of you must roll off you like rain does on a raincoat. By recognizing and dissolving, you become immune to it. The collective expectation pattern no longer has power: you are free and in your power, anchored in your being, connected to your essence. Light and love radiate from your being. This is the protection, the cloak that keeps destructive energies away from you.

Letting go of expectations has an immediate effect and you immediately feel better, lighter and more comfortable. Each new letting go brings you closer to your true lineage, until you enter your inner sanctum, your inner space – your divinity.

Dissolving expectations releases an “unexpected” amount of energy. You celebrate every day from your heart, you know your tasks and the connections, you are centered – in your midst – in harmony with yourself.

Your ego has withdrawn and you are in your being, living each moment according to your omnipotence, unfolding your glory. Each dissolution is a step to your actual essence.

Transforming your expectation is essential to being self-determined and free. Ask the infallible divine light to shine on you – and you will experience true miracles.

Free yourself from all constraints and the tightness that this pattern of feelings brings with it. The infinite expanse and unrestricted freedom will be returned to you.

Your heart knows all the answers!

Start asking to get back into your heart and into your being. From this original beauty you create your life to create a new reality.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have some very good news for all of you. As of this moment, the 2-22 portal is open and the energies have already begun pouring through it. We know that you all put yourselves in a space of greater expectation to receive during these times, and it is that expectation that has created the opportunity for the February 22nd portal. Now, what the energies are about is determined by those of us who are offering you energetic support, as we must determine through our observations you most are in need of at any particular time. 

And so, we have determined that the energies coming from our system will be about helping you to attract more of your soul family to you in this lifetime. This will be a time when more of those members of your tribe can show up in your space to co-create with you and to remind you that you are not alone there on this journey of ascension. Now, others from other parts of the galaxy will be sending you different energies to support different goals for all of you. And so, the wide array of energies available to you right now, and that will continue to come in, is much more varied than what we are giving you right now. We are telling you about our contribution, because we have met with so many of you who feel like you are living lives of isolation, of not being connected. 

And we also understand that many of you who are awake are surrounded by those who are not, even if they are humans that you want to connect with. Therefore, the soul families coming together in the physical is a big part of taking you to the next step on your journey of ascension there as a collective. Those of you who are there to do the work of the ground crew need to feel more grounded. You need to have experiences of connection, and you need that support and that stability that the soul family members will provide you with when they show up in your lives.

Now, you might be wondering at this point what your role is in making these connections. All you have to do is be yourself, continue to live your life, follow your bliss, and you will find yourselves coming into contact with these other humans that you have long histories with throughout the galaxy and universe and all the dimensions within the universe. Therefore, now is a good time to get excited, to expect good things and good people to come into your space, and it is a good time for you to relax as well, as these energies are not about you having to clear something or work on something. 

They are about bringing you together with your soul family, your tribe, those with whom you are going to feel more at home. And those of you who are awake have been doing a tremendous amount of asking for this experience. Therefore, we are very happy to be able to give you this announcement, very happy indeed.
