The Subtle Imprint of AI: Its Creative Fingerprint

The Subtle Imprint of AI:

Its Creative Fingerprint

By Sonia Barret

The imprint of AI is subtle, yet increasingly apparent, at least from my own observations across internet platforms. I began noticing it not through any formal analysis, but through repeated exposure. The images, designs, advertisements, banners, and even written content seemed to share a familiar quality. There was a recurring aesthetic, a particular style of presentation, a recognizable use of color, lighting, and language. It was as though a new creative fingerprint had quietly entered our collective environment.

The role of the brain’s salience network raises another interesting question. The brain’s salience network helps determine what captures our attention and what we perceive as meaningful, relevant, or worthy of further consideration. If these patterns are becoming increasingly prevalent, why do some people immediately recognize them while others appear largely unaware of them?

What I find particularly interesting is that not everyone appears to notice this emerging sameness. For some, AI-generated content is simply another creative tool producing attractive results. Yet for those with a naturally observant and questioning disposition, the repetition becomes difficult to ignore.

From a neuroscience perspective, this may reflect differences in how attention and salience are directed. Individuals who habitually observe patterns, question assumptions, and remain curious about their environment may become more sensitive to recurring signals that others overlook. Their attention is not focused solely on the content itself, but on the structures and patterns emerging beneath it.

In this sense, the growing uniformity associated with AI-generated content may become salient to some while remaining largely invisible to others. One person sees a beautiful image. Another sees the recurring visual language appearing across thousands of images. One person reads an effective piece of writing. Another may notice the increasingly familiar rhythm, structure, and phrasing emerging across countless AI-assisted texts. The difference may not be intelligence but attention. What the brain repeatedly learns to notice ultimately shapes what it perceives as meaningful.

What caught my attention was not the quality of the work, because much of it was impressive, but the growing sense of familiarity. As artificial intelligence continues to evolve in its creative and artistic versatility, a recognizable visual and linguistic language has emerged alongside it. Whether in marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, or written content, a level of uniformity and sameness often accompanies these creations.

People are understandably excited by the creative possibilities AI provides. It has opened doors for individuals who may have felt limited in their writing, design, artistic expression, or ability to communicate ideas effectively. With a few prompts, someone can generate content that appears polished, intelligent, creative, and professionally produced. In many ways, AI has popularized access to creative tools and capabilities that once required years of training and experience. Yet beneath this convenience lies a question worth exploring.

What happens when the tool begins to influence the creator?

From a neuroscience perspective, this question is particularly important because the human brain is not a passive observer. The brain continuously adapts to the environment, behaviors, and patterns it repeatedly encounters. Through neuroplasticity, neural pathways are strengthened by repetition. What we engage with consistently begins to shape perception, preference, attention, and behavior.

In other words, we are not only training AI. AI may also be training us.

The brain is fundamentally a prediction-generating organ. It constantly searches for patterns, identifies familiarity, and uses previous experiences to construct expectations about the future. The more often we encounter a particular style, format, language pattern, or aesthetic, the more familiar it becomes. Familiarity itself can begin to influence preference.

This phenomenon is supported by research on the “mere exposure effect,” which demonstrates that repeated exposure to something often increases our preference for it. Over time, what was once novel becomes familiar, and what is familiar can begin to feel correct, desirable, or even superior.

As AI-generated content becomes increasingly prevalent, we may gradually adapt to its stylistic tendencies without consciously realizing it. We may begin to prefer its structure, its visual language, its pacing, and even its methods of communication.

Recognizing these influences and consciously participating in how perception, attention, and behavior are shaped reflects what I describe as Neurorepatterning™, the intentional engagement with the patterns that influence how we experience ourselves and the world.

Language itself may be one of the most significant areas of influence.

AI has a recognizable rhythm. It tends toward clarity, efficiency, structure, and predictability. These characteristics are often useful, but when repeatedly adopted without conscious awareness, they may begin to shape how we communicate. The result is not necessarily poorer communication, but potentially more uniform communication.

Human expression has traditionally emerged from diverse life experiences, emotional nuance, cultural influence, intuition, uncertainty, and personal insight. It carries imperfections, contradictions, and individuality. These qualities often contribute to originality.

Recent research examining AI-assisted creative work suggests an interesting paradox. Individuals using AI may produce work that is perceived as more polished or creative, particularly when they previously lacked confidence in those areas. At the same time, groups of people relying on similar AI systems may produce outputs that become increasingly alike. Individual performance may improve while collective diversity decreases.

This raises a deeper concern. The issue is not whether AI is creative. The issue is whether humans might gradually surrender portions of the creative process itself. Creativity is often misunderstood as the final result. In reality, creativity is also the process. It is the uncertainty before the answer appears. It is experimentation, frustration, exploration, imagination, and discovery. It is the brain navigating unknown territory and forming new connections through effort and engagement.

Many of our most important cognitive abilities develop through this process. Executive function, problem-solving, abstract reasoning, divergent thinking, and cognitive flexibility all benefit from active participation rather than passive reception.

This is where the concept of cognitive offloading becomes relevant. Cognitive offloading refers to transferring mental tasks to external tools. We already do this with calculators, calendars, GPS systems, search engines, and digital reminders. These tools provide tremendous benefits. However, when too much of the thinking process is outsourced, opportunities to exercise certain cognitive capacities may diminish. For example, we no longer remember anyone’s phone numbers because we don’t have to! However, should be lose our phones or other forms of virtual storage we are lost!  The concern is not that AI will make us less intelligent. The concern is whether we will become less willing to engage in the effort that intelligence often requires.

AI is not the threat. Humans are.

Human beings naturally gravitate toward convenience. We seek efficiency, shortcuts, and methods that reduce effort. There is nothing inherently wrong with this tendency. However, growth often emerges from challenge, uncertainty, and active engagement. The brain itself is task-driven and resolution-driven. It develops through interaction, adaptation, and the pursuit of solutions. When convenience becomes the primary objective, we risk bypassing the very processes that stimulate growth.

Perhaps the most important question is not whether AI will become more powerful, but whether we will remain actively engaged in the uniquely human capacities that have always fueled innovation, imagination, and transformation.

  • Will we continue to cultivate original thought?
  • Will we continue to question, explore, imagine, and create from within?
  • Or will we increasingly rely upon systems that generate those experiences for us?

AI can be an extraordinary collaborator. It can accelerate learning, expand access to knowledge, and enhance creativity. It can help us communicate more effectively and bring ideas to life with remarkable speed. But it should remain a tool. The human mind must remain the originating force.

The future may not depend on whether AI becomes more human. It may depend on whether humans continue to exercise the creativity, discernment, imagination, and cognitive responsibility that make us uniquely human in the first place.

Observations along the Path to Infinite Awareness

Observations along the Path to Infinite Awareness

By Kenneth Schmitt

Post on December 30, 2025

As the virtual reality program of empiricism continues to disappear due to diminished human life support, we gain freedom to increase our awareness of inner knowing. When focusing on this, it can be helpful to put a hand on our heart. This grounds our desire and gratitude into physical experience. If our goal is to identify completely with our eternal essence of awareness, this is the frequency of alignment. This dimension of experience has the energetic predominance of love and enhancement of all life. It feels full of vitality. What we need to accomplish is to relax into absolute assurance and gratitude for being cared-for in every way that makes our life better organically for the greatest love and joy in every moment.

None of this is currently possible within the spectrum of human consciousness, but it is possible to open ourselves to a higher realm. The best way to get to infinite awareness and creative ability is to feel the greatest gratitude, love and joy that we can create within ourselves. Whenever we can take a few moments, we can put our hand on our heart and center ourselves in gratitude, love and joy. This connects us to our inner knowing. We just need to be mentally and emotionally unencumbered and have a desire for transcendence. By making this connection frequently, we train our subconscious to see its reality. When we can live in the spectrum of life-enhancement, we can actually make instantaneous experiences of the fulfillment of our desire for infinite awareness.

It doesn’t take effort. It requires only our presence of awareness in alignment with life-enhancing states of being. We must work with our ability of realization. This is the path to directing the quality of our life in every moment. Through our desire and ability to observe, we need to train ourselves to be always present in awareness, which will keep expanding as we desire it and honor it with our presence.

The greatest challenge facing anyone who wants to take the path of awakening to greater reality, is the limitations of the ego. The quality that we imagine in any moment, along with how we feel about it on the deepest level, provides the template for our experience. It happens by holding an energetic pattern in our attention. This becomes our momentary radiance, which we use to attract resonating energetic patterns. These become our experiences. Reality is inviting us to become absolutely sovereign, cared-for in every way, and giving and receiving the greatest love and joy. It becomes our reality, when we realize that it is.

Observations on Realizing a Greater Reality

Observations on Realizing a Greater Reality

By Kenneth Schmitt

Posted on April 15, 2023

Within infinite consciousness, we arise as fractals of Creator Consciousness, unlimited in every way. Although we participate in infinite consciousness, we have limited our human selves with fear and doubt in order to participate in a realm that has been impossible for us to experience. Now we know what negativity feels like, and what it creates in our experience. We are living with the results of our mental and emotional vibrations. With our limited awareness, we are able to realize the reality of the world of human experience, and we’ve become so entranced in it, that we have been unaware of what is beyond.

When we become curious about the essence of our life, we usually start looking for a teacher. Unknowingly, each of us has our own inner connection with infinite consciousness, and this is what we can become aware of. As long as we believe that we can be victims and can suffer and die permanently, we cannot open ourselves to infinite consciousness. We cannot believe that it exists for us, even though quantum physics has shown that it does. Except for personal experience with negativity, we do not need limiting beliefs about ourselves. They are purely a matter of choice, and we can change our preferences.

In order for us to adhere to our preferences, we must focus our attention with intentionality. Our ego consciousness constantly runs scenarios through our minds and emotions, wanting things that we keep ourselves from believing are possible. In actuality, everything is possible for us.

We live in a cosmic plasma of electromagnetic wave patterns that convey conscious impressions, some of which we recognize, align with and interact with. These express the energetic qualities that are important for us, but there are many more beyond our recognition. How we feel about ourselves determines our vibratory alignment, and it influences what we pay attention to. By believing and feeling that we are complete creators in our own awareness, we can create what we want in a heart-felt way. Our experiences are a result of our inner state of being. They are reflections of our thoughts and feelings, our beliefs and our perspective.

If we penetrate deeply into our inner essence, we can begin to experience our pure presence of awareness in every moment. We can recognize our ego-consciousness and our heart-consciousness. We know how they feel and the kind of experiences that they create. Instead of living in the hypnotic trance of humanity, we can choose to expand our awareness in ways that interest us and that we enjoy. There is no judgment of how we use our power of freedom to think and feel however we choose. There are only results. Either we limit and enslave ourselves to negativity, or we free ourselves in gratitude from limitation and allow ourselves to be guided by the intuition of our heart in infinite consciousness.

The Observation Path

The Observation Path

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on March 5, 2023

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I love you very much and I am happy that I am once again able to connect with you.

Today I would like to introduce a spiritual and self-healing path to you. It is very simple but also deceptively deep and powerful. I call it the Observation Path.

The entirety of this path is the following exercise:

Whenever a thought or emotion comes up, observe it, without trying to suppress or judge or change it.

That’s it. That’s the Observation Path.

There are various paths and practices already known on your world that are similar to this. From my perspective, what makes the Observation Path slightly different is that it invites you to observe your thoughts and emotions say a hundred times a day, for say two seconds each.

These numbers are not set in stone. The idea is just to observe your thoughts and emotions as they come up, as opposed to sitting down beforehand with the intention of meditation. And the idea is that very briefly observing your thoughts and emotions is enough in the majority of cases.

Someone could argue that what I’ve described here is just mindfulness, but most people associate mindfulness with consciously eating an apple, or with sitting down and meditating, or with the state of being mindful. They often don’t associate mindfulness with the practice of observing your thoughts and emotions for say two seconds, a hundred times a day.

Also: do you want to have a full mind? If not, then why do you practice mind full ness? Don’t you want to achieve mind empty ness?

This is not a trivial point. Words do matter. If you want to achieve an empty mind, then I do not suggest saying that you are going to practice mind full ness. If you want to practice mind ful ness in the conventional way, fine, but even then I suggest using a different word for that.

So, what does this Observation Path look like?

Suppose someone makes a statement and you feel anger or pain coming up inside you. In this case, we invite you to first observe that anger or pain briefly. Doing so opens the door to responding consciously, as opposed to just reacting unconsciously or lashing out unconsciously.

Or suppose that a thought arises in you along the lines of “those people are evil and wrong” or “this is good, that is bad.” In this case, we again invite you to first observe that briefly, without trying to suppress or judge or change this thought. This brief moment of observation again opens the door to making conscious decisions and acting in conscious ways. Maybe you agree with these thoughts, maybe you do not, but in any case this may help you to act consciously.

Or suppose that a thought arises that says “I must do the dishes today.” You can just observe this thought. Maybe in time, you will realize that in fact it is not true that you must do the dishes, because no one is coming to arrest you if you fail to do so. Instead you choose to do the dishes, because you consider that chore to be less unpleasant than having to eat off a dirty plate.

Just because two choices are both unpleasant – doing the dishes, as well as not having a clean plate – doesn’t mean that it’s not still a choice you’re making.

This may sound trivial, but if you continually tell yourself that you must do all kinds of things, then you may feel trapped and stressed. Whereas if you continually tell yourself that you choose to do things, then you may feel significantly more happy and more free. Changing your sentences and way of thinking from “I must do this and must do that” to “I choose to do this and choose to do that” can be very helpful to your happiness and psychological well-being.

Let’s go back to the Observation Path. On a deeper level, you can even apply it to self-identifying thoughts such as “I am a carpenter” or “I am American” or “I am on this side of the left-vs-right debate” or “I am a human being” or other thoughts that identify you as something. You can briefly observe these thoughts, with an attitude of “aha, a thought arises that says that I am a carpenter. Okay. This thought is here. I see it.” In time, this can open the door to you realizing that you are more than a body of flesh and bones, that you are more than just your current life.

The Observation Path can also lead to healing. Suppose a painful thought or emotion comes up, such as “I am not good enough.” It is healing to just observe this thought or emotion, without trying to suppress or judge or change it. In this case, you might want to keep observing it until it leaves of its own accord, which may take longer than a few moments.

You don’t need to do anything special: pain is healed by just being observed, so long as you don’t suppress or judge or try to change it. Observing a heavy and painful thought once may not give you complete healing, but it will heal you partly and will dimish the severity of this thought.

If you keep observing pain and the pain deepens, then just keep observing it. If your body wants to do something, such as cry or shake or scream, feel free to do so. Your body knows what it needs to heal. You can think of your body letting itself move, as the physical equivalent of letting a thought just be in your mind without trying to suppress it.

And once the pain leaves and your attention turns to something else, just let it go. You don’t need to cling to it or analyze it or try to keep it there.

So, this is the Observation Path. It will not immediately change everything if you do this once or twice, but if you keep this, you will heal and you will experience a significant spiritual deepening.

In the beginning you will likely regularly forget to do this. That is completely normal. In the beginning you can aim to do this for example just once per day, and if you do this once per day, you can consider that to be a success. It doesn’t need to take more than two seconds. In time, you can start doing it more than once per day.

I hope this helps. If you try this out, I am curious to hear about your experiences with the Observation Path. Feel free to write it as a comment. I cannot guarantee that the channeler will read it or reply, but I, Hakann, will read it.

Your star brother,

Hakann

The Energies and Portal of 2-22-23

The Energies and Portal of 2-22-23

The 9D Arcturian Council
Channeled by Daniel Scranton

the energies & portal of 2-22-23 - the 9d arcturian council - channeled by daniel scranton - channeler of aliens

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have some very good news for all of you. As of this moment, the 2-22 portal is open and the energies have already begun pouring through it. We know that you all put yourselves in a space of greater expectation to receive during these times, and it is that expectation that has created the opportunity for the February 22nd portal. Now, what the energies are about is determined by those of us who are offering you energetic support, as we must determine through our observations you most are in need of at any particular time.

And so, we have determined that the energies coming from our system will be about helping you to attract more of your soul family to you in this lifetime. This will be a time when more of those members of your tribe can show up in your space to co-create with you and to remind you that you are not alone there on this journey of ascension. Now, others from other parts of the galaxy will be sending you different energies to support different goals for all of you. And so, the wide array of energies available to you right now, and that will continue to come in, is much more varied than what we are giving you right now. We are telling you about our contribution, because we have met with so many of you who feel like you are living lives of isolation, of not being connected.

And we also understand that many of you who are awake are surrounded by those who are not, even if they are humans that you want to connect with. Therefore, the soul families coming together in the physical is a big part of taking you to the next step on your journey of ascension there as a collective. Those of you who are there to do the work of the ground crew need to feel more grounded. You need to have experiences of connection, and you need that support and that stability that the soul family members will provide you with when they show up in your lives.

Now, you might be wondering at this point what your role is in making these connections. All you have to do is be yourself, continue to live your life, follow your bliss, and you will find yourselves coming into contact with these other humans that you have long histories with throughout the galaxy and universe and all the dimensions within the universe. Therefore, now is a good time to get excited, to expect good things and good people to come into your space, and it is a good time for you to relax as well, as these energies are not about you having to clear something or work on something.

They are about bringing you together with your soul family, your tribe, those with whom you are going to feel more at home. And those of you who are awake have been doing a tremendous amount of asking for this experience. Therefore, we are very happy to be able to give you this announcement, very happy indeed.

We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.
