We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We do not require anything of you, and yet you ask the world of yourselves. You ask yourselves to be everything that everyone else needs you to be, and you ask yourselves to clean up all of your ‘bad karma’ from other lives. You ask yourselves to do the impossible and be perfect so that you may ascend into a higher dimension. We suggest that you all take it easy on yourselves. See yourselves as being perfect already, and see yourselves as being on a journey.

It is a journey where at times you will swerve off the road, and at times you will try to avoid a pothole and hit it anyway. It is a journey where a little critter might run out in front of your car and get squashed. In other words, no matter how hard you try, you are not going to have a perfect journey, and you will not always do what is expected of you by others. You will not be able to avoid hurting someone else’s feelings from time to time. These things happen, and they are meant to happen because you are not there to have a perfect journey by your standards or anyone else’s.

You are there to grow from the imperfections. You are there to get closer to one another because of your fights, your disagreements, and your struggles to get along. You are there to once and for all give up the idea that you are supposed to be something other than what you are. And when you can accept yourselves as you are, you can accept everyone else as well. You can let everyone else off the hook for not being perfect as well. You don’t have to condemn, judge, and jail everyone who has committed some sort of offense, because you all get to make your mistakes. You all get to have your bad days, and when you see them as opportunities to release something or forgive something, then you’re starting to get it.

When you see everything as perfect as it is, even though it might look like a mess, then you are starting to see the world and each other as we see you. Those of us in the higher realms want you to know that your journeys are perfect as they are, and that you were meant to slip up at times so that you could forgive yourselves. You are meant to not have all the answers so that you can ask for help and receive it. It is important for you all to be exactly who you are, because you are a puzzle piece that is completing the puzzle of this universe, and you are also completing the puzzle that is Source Energy.

That is why we are not here to tell you what to do or give you a list of rules to follow, and we are here to help you discover what is within yourselves to help you forgive, love, heal and have compassion. And we want you to know that you would only incarnate there on planet Earth if you had some level of mastery that you have already attained, because you knew how challenging it would be and you knew that others would be put there just to push your buttons.

You knew that people would disagree with people on very important topics, and you knew that it would then become your task to love them anyway and see the Source Energy within them, and that is your task at this time, no matter who you are or who you’ve been. And trust us when we say that you will be getting there. You will be getting to that place where you can see the perfection in all and in everyone, and you can live your lives accordingly and let everyone else live theirs as well.

A new theory by Michael Pravica, a professor of physics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, suggests that human consciousness might originate from hidden dimensions of the universe rather than solely from brain activity. Pravica claims that during moments of heightened awareness—like making art, practicing science, or even dreaming—our consciousness could transcend the limitations of our physical dimension and tap into these invisible realms.

Understanding Hyperdimensionality

At the core of Pravica’s theory is hyperdimensionality, the idea that the universe consists of more dimensions than the four we experience: height, length, width, and time. He explains this concept using a hypothetical scenario involving a two-dimensional being. “Imagine you’re a two-dimensional being living in a two-dimensional world, like a character in a comic book,” he stated. As a three-dimensional sphere passes through, it would appear as a dot that grows and shrinks, illustrating how limited perceptions can hinder understanding of higher dimensions.

Pravica believes that just as two-dimensional beings cannot perceive three-dimensional shapes, we might be unable to detect higher dimensions that exist around us. He argues that moments of heightened awareness allow our consciousness to synchronize with these hidden dimensions, providing a flood of inspiration.

Scientific Controversy and Skepticism

Pravica’s theory has sparked significant debate within the scientific community. Some scientists, including Stephen Holler, an associate professor of physics at Fordham University, express skepticism. Holler suggests that the cornerstone of Pravica’s theory “borders on science fiction.” He emphasizes that while we can mathematically manipulate higher dimensions, this does not prove their existence or our ability to interact with them.

Moreover, the limitations of current technology, such as the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), pose challenges to exploring these dimensions. The LHC, which smashes particles at high speeds, allows physicists to study fundamental particles but cannot access the high-dimensional strings predicted by quantum physics. Holler states that “not even the most powerful particle accelerator in the world can provide real proof that these dimensions exist,” reinforcing the need for concrete evidence.

Bridging Science and Spirituality

Pravica, who holds a Ph.D. from Harvard and identifies as an Orthodox Christian, sees his theory as a way to bridge his scientific background with his religious beliefs. He suggests that figures like Jesus may represent hyperdimensional beings, questioning, “How do you ascend into heaven if you’re a four-dimensional creature?” According to Pravica, being hyperdimensional could theoretically allow such beings to navigate between our world and higher realms.

The Future of Consciousness Exploration

Despite the controversies surrounding his theory, Pravica remains optimistic about future advancements in technology that may provide evidence for hyperdimensionality. He believes that such developments could occur within the lifetimes of his children. “I see no point otherwise. Why study? Why live?” he concluded, expressing his dedication to uncovering the mysteries of consciousness and its potential connections to the universe’s hidden dimension.

Dimension is a term often used to refer to other realms of existence, but it can cause confusion in that the word dimension also refers to measurable attributes of this reality such as time or space measurements; for example, width or height.

Other realms of existence could be more descriptively called densities, levels or density levels. In the light of emerging knowledge, I recommend that people avoid potential confusion by using the words density or density level instead of dimension to describe a vibrational level of existence.

The lowest density level of manifestation for Planet Earth currently is third density (3D), the regular physical form to which we are accustomed. There are lower density levels, but they only apply to the frequency of consciousness of basic items like rocks and subatomic particles. Their location level is still 3D, right here with youand me.

First density (1D) is the level of consciousness of the basic physical elements and objects that are called 'inanimate' by many people, such as rocks and crystals. Because all objects in the universe are composed of compressed divine consciousness, they all have a sense of awareness at some level. For example, physics experiments have shown that when subatomic particles collide and separate, they continue to remember each other and act out their connected relationship.

Second density (2D) is the level of consciousness of biological existence - of plants and wild animals, even though their physical forms are located in the 3D realm. As 3D is currently the lowest level where the earth maintains a physical body, there is no 2D version of Earth below us.

Third density (3D) is currently home to physical human beings. It is a realm of self-aware identity and intellectual development. While your physical body is currently located in third density, your mind is free to roam to other frequencies or density levels of awareness.

Fourth density (4D) is home to spirits in the afterlife and it can also support physical humans. There are numerous sub-realms of existence within fourth density, with the lower sub-realms being more dense than the higher sub-realms.

While spirit or "astral" beings are ethereal and ghost-like relative to us, they are solid to each other, so they are correctly referred to as quasi-physical rather than nonphysical beings. Those who inhabit the realms of the afterlife in spirit bodies experience relative freedom as their quasi-physical spirit bodies respond easily to their mental direction. Spirit beings find it easy to levitate and they can instantly relocate to a desired destination.

They can also create quasi-physical objects using the pressure of mental energy applied to the universal supply of etheric energy. They call these objects thought forms and a well-made thought form will exist for more than a year without any further attention before it dissolves back into the surroundings as etheric energy. With regular attention, it will stay in existence as long as it is important to someone.

Fifth density (5D) is home to soul consciousness and is a nonphysical realm of spiritual light and sound energies. Traditionally, 5D is referred to as the higher mental realms. Although souls are perceived as separate individuals in 5D, just as we are in the physical realm, they are also fully attuned to their connectedness with each other. Soul bodies are nonphysical fields of higher mental energy. Your soul can also be referred to as your higher self or as the superconscious aspect of your total field of awareness.

On the day all this changes...

Ascension or rapture to a higher world has long been anticipated. But, today, with global changes accelerating ever faster, we are obviously reaching the climax of change. When it happens, in the blink of an eye, the physical material of the planet and everything upon it will upgrade from 3D to a higher existence, well within the 4D frequency range.

This upgrade to a higher realm of existence became possible in the 1960s (remember how everything changed back then?) but the collective oversouls of humanity decided to avoid the shock of sudden change and let the changes spin out in a digestible form over several decades.

The day is rapidly approaching when the earth will rise in vibration because everything physical - our bodies, the ground beneath our feet, and everything around us will rise in frequency. Our destination will be the basic realm of heaven and, yet, we will be physical!

Dear Heart… it is imperative that you form a really solid alignment and resonance – heart/higher mind – resonance with your Higher Self – and that spark of LIFE/Creation within you that lives in each and every cell of your physical body.

This Spark is the Divine INNATE and Infinite Intelligence that governs your very being and when you are in resonance with this higher self perspective then you are in the EYE of the storm so to speak!

There is a visualization you can do when you are connected into this Divine Self – Holy Presence – where you are standing in the middle of a beautiful river or stream made of golden light. Really FEEL this light as it permeates your Soul and know that the stream contains every kind of abundance that you wish for – its already there in the stream.

Reach out and take from the stream that which you are wanting to manifest and bring it mentally into your heart space. Really FEEL the golden light – your heart will light up and you will attract everything that you are wanting to create in your reality. KNOW that it is already there for there is no aspect of time/space in that higher dimension some call the quantum field.

When the monkey mind ego contradicts your trust and faith, tell it to shut up, literally. Command it! The mind as they say is a terrible master but a wonderful servant. Getting it to tow the line is the greatest achievement anyone can have in this monkey reality!!! Sorry for the play of words, but I’m feeling great waves of smiles as I write this message for you. Don’t let the ego lead you into lack and limitation. There is no lack!!! You need to change your mind about that instantly!

We are here to support you as once again you are being offered the opportunity for transformation and expansion. You and your planet are being offered energy that will move through all limitations of your life and this planet. These are extremely strong vibrations and energies to assist and support you moving to a higher dimension and a new reality.

One of the most important masteries and skills you bring to this moment in time is your awareness while embodied is to be fully conscious you are in each NOW. It does not matter what you are doing or with whom you are doing it, the key is to be in the moment, fully filled with your joy gratitude and appreciation. It is not what you do but how you do each moment. There is a place within that everyone longs to discover. It is that place of the gentle flow of events and activities especially when your planet is being gifted with the energy of transformation.

When human beings experience struggle and stress this only adds to the disharmony of the activity and the seeming chaos. Once the energy and dynamics of struggle and stress are engaged it takes conscious skill to change and transform the pattern. Frequently it is the pattern of stress and struggle that they bring to all activities.

It is a pattern that is strong in mass consciousness, the belief that everything is a struggle, a challenge, a strain. This is an illusion. This is a learned pattern. Now is the time to release this for yourself.

There is a mental state of mind and an emotional state of being in which we invite you to maintain. When you bring your awareness into the present moment of NOW and you are holding an energetic stance of  high vibration no matter what you are doing, no matter who you are doing it with, there will be a flow, a grace and an ease, even when things feel intense.

The illusions of struggle, stress and strain are low frequencies, and these states of mind vibrate/radiate in the third dimension. They are a part of the matrix of lock-down. You now have the opportunity to break out of this lock-down and move to a higher dimension of consciousness.  

Many humans are becoming aware that they are multidimensional beings playing in a hologame here on planet earth. This hologame board offers the illusion of limitations. The illusion of limitation is strong, it is well maintained, it is encouraged and it is reinforced by the media, the leaders and the old third dimensional paradigms.

The programs of limitation are given to each human being upon arrival by their parents and by society. Many humans never question or discover that they are truly powerful creators. They exist and live their lives with a poverty of consciousness.

There is an evolution, a transmutation that is happening in the hearts and minds of scores of humans upon earth at this time. This evolution of consciousness expands into the truth of the unlimited self, the awareness and aspect of each human becoming aware of their lives in multi realities.

The awareness of staying in a high vibration of joy, gratitude and appreciation allows you to stay in the fifth dimension where synchronicities, miracles and divine connections allow for a graceful flow of events and activities to take place. It offers a shift in your belief about time.

We share with you the example of a rapid moving strong current river. If you struggle against the movement you will drown. Yet if you surrender, your body is buoyant enough to float and will therefore move with the strong current. Again, if you cling to the shore, unable to surrender and unable to climb out or even swim, you will tire and drown.

During these times of great change on your planet, there is a rapid moving strong current river of energy. This dynamic and powerful energy current that is washing over your planet is moving through all aspects of life, it is bathing every cell and atom of the body with a frequency of transformation and evolution. When you as a being surrender to this rapid flowing current you move with it, you become a part of it, like a small twig that floats upon the surface.

Yet if you cling to the shores of old patterns, old familiar behaviors you will be battered, you will tire and you will drown or if you fight the energy current or doubt it’s power you will be overwhelmed.

The best and most conscious manner to deal with this incredible energy that is being gifted to humanity at this time is to bravely trust the flow and allow yourself to embrace the movements and changes that are taking place. Surrender into trust, drop into a place within your being that offers you the flexibility of all that is transpiring.

You as a change agent, a being of light and others like yourself are most effective when you surrender into the flow. It is your flexibility, trust and guidance that allows the energy current to carry you safely.

At this time there are many millions of beings like yourself who are aware of the bigger picture that is unfolding, awakening and understanding the divine manifestation. As a guardian of light you are most powerful and effective when you maintain a high frequency vibration of joy, gratitude and appreciation. These emotions allow you to float on the energy current that is coming with more intensity each day; dense emotions like fear, anger, frustration and sadness are like weights upon your feet, they will pull you down and you drown.

Again we say to you practice maintaining high frequency vibrations and emotions. You are most effective as a change agent. You are more fully connected with divine source and therefore guided to the places and people that are ready and willing to shift. You will offer a vibration which will trigger awareness in another, a vibration which will anchor a new expanded consciousness. You will offer a life raft to those who are willing to trust their divine nature and surrender to who they are, magnificent beings of divine light.

The path for us to reach you is through thought.  Do you want to see a change in the world?  Visualize the change in your thoughts.  You do not need to speak verbally, mind patterns are what we pick up on.  Right now in the minds of the US Nation anger is what is going on in peoples minds.  We pick up on all the anger.  My friends switch your thoughts.  You cannot change the world with anger.  Take that anger and turn it into what would be the positive outcome.  You cannot win a war with anger.  You win a war by outsmarting your opponent.  The forces that be are keeping you angry.  They know it is a low vibrational thought.  You cannot win this war in that state.

On the daily ask us; please clear my thoughts of anger. Fill them with hope for the future. Fill them with positive affirmations that strengthen our bonds with others.  Create a world full of beauty and harmony. Turn your attention to what you wish to seek.  Find nature, look to the sky, and dream of your future.  There will come a day when things as you know it will change.  What do you have to hold on to?  The power of prayer.  The power of your mind.  The power of setting intentions and only thinking the positive.  There will be times when you want to cry out, why, why, why, but instead say what, what, what.  What is it I can do to correct this situation.  I can pray for people, I can improve my health, I can educate myself.  Do not go down in despair.  Train yourself to always remain knowing that your thoughts are giving you your outcome.  Any situation can be avoided if you plan on only staying upbeat and happy.

Don’t let them get to you.  Beat them at their battle.  You want to charge me an arm and a leg? Well, I can grow my own garden.  There is options.  Nothing is happening to you, you are allowing.  You sit back and take it.  You don’t stand up and say, well I will do the opposite.  If you remain positive you will find that doors open for you, life becomes easier.  When you stay hateful it gets more difficult.  Now we know some situations are hard to avoid.  What can you do when there is no alternative… Pray.  Put out into the Universe what it is you want.  You have to sit back and let the Universe work it’s magic.  Pray for what you want, watch miracles unfold.  Can we give you a timeframe?  No, we cannot but trust that the momentum will change.  Collectively we would be so powerful if everyone was positive, all the forces together.  It has to start somewhere.  Find it in your heart to begin with yourself.  Make that positive change.  When you see something to scowl at, don’t.  Every little thing makes an impact.  The moment you wake up set your intentions for a good day.  The moment you wake up be thankful for the sun.  Be thankful for the energy shining on the Earth.  There is so much to be grateful for.
