We are close to you, dear children of the Earth, in these delicate moments in the life of the Earth and of humanity.

Today we are going to talk to you about what humanity can achieve in the times to come. You know, since you live it every day, it is important that each and every one of you meets each other in the depths of your being. We have said it and repeated it over and over again but it is always necessary to repeat it because, we know, the human being after reading the messages from our channel and others to whom we transmit messages, forgets them and does not worry about experiencing this inner encounter.

It is important that every human being aware of their spiritual value brings to the Earth and to humanity all their power of Love and Light at every moment of their life. This can be done through very simple things, such as helping a person in difficulty, whether physical or moral. This can be done by offering the Love and Light of your heart to the parts of the Earth in suffering, those where wars are raging, those where populations are in misery and famine.

The more of you there are to do this, the more you will offer the Earth and humanity the divine Strength and Power they need to move forward in Light, Gentleness, cordial understanding, Love. It is not enough to say “empty words” as you say, words like “I offer the Love of my heart” to the Earth and to humanity. It is important, when you do this, to be aware of what you are saying, to feel it in your heart and to visualize, if you can, the divine Light covering the whole Earth with its radiance.

Awareness in everything you do to help the Earth and humanity is very important. By doing this, you will support the energies of the Earth and humanity, you will gradually restore what needs to be brought to light such as the sweetness of Peace, serenity and well-being around you and on the entire Earth.

The times to come, which are likely to be very disturbing for a large number of you, need to be supported by your Love and your Light of the heart. This is very important because it is only on this condition that everything can, if you wish, that everything can be experienced more gently. Don’t expect us to do all this for you. We will not do this until you understand that you, every human and all of humanity are responsible for what is happening on Earth.

You will say: “but I am not responsible for the wars and famine plaguing our planet”!

Are you so sure? If you do not react by sending Love, Light regularly around you, if you comply with the orders of your rulers, if you consider that they are right and that you are wrong etc.… etc.… then, you strengthen them in their ways of acting whether in restrictive laws in your life, whether in the decision of wars etc.…

Do not doubt that wars are only the physical appearance of each other’s desires for power. Wars are only desires to appropriate this or that country in order to amplify the false greatness of a strong man full of himself. Do not let yourself be influenced by government leaders who, under the pretext of supporting this or that country, will send it weapons to defend itself.

Why instead of supporting a country not propose to the belligerent countries to create a peace pact by studying conditions that could satisfy both of them and thus create Peace. It would be so easy to bring Peace back to your planet! that would be so easy!

But you find yourself faced with rulers who on the one hand want to make trade and money by selling weapons, and on the other hand other rulers who wish to amplify these morbid states of war for their own power.

Do not follow the path of your leaders who only see their interest and not that of their people. Don’t let them lead you down this amplified path of duality. On the contrary, offer them your Love and your Light. Yes, offer your rulers everything your heart can offer them that is most beautiful and most serene so that the Light with which they will be flooded will make them abandon this way of acting. 

You have this power to appease everything that no longer has any place on your planet: violence, disrespect, wars, the small human power of your rulers, etc.

See what you can do by regularly offering the Love of your heart in all conscience. Do you see the well-being that you can offer yourself to humanity?

Dear children of the Earth IT IS TIME, HIGH TIME TO ACT WITH YOUR HEART, WITH YOUR LOVE? YOUR LIGHT! You are your own healers but you are also the Love healers of your planet and your humanity.

This is a gentle reminder and it’s super simple. Visualization just gets to be a habit; and as my grandmother liked to say, “Every little bit, helps a little bit.” Even two minutes is enough to create the habit and once you do this, you will be stoked!

So instead of scrolling through Instagram, or watching a TV show, take two minutes and create the habit of visualization. This is my whole mission—to help people create the simple habits that transform their lives.

Dr. Peebles said this about the habit of visualization:

When you create the habit of visualization, a few things begin to happen.

1. When you visualize once a day, every day, you begin to build momentum, you get excited about that which you are visualizing. The more you visualize it, the more interesting, colorful, detailed it becomes. The more colorful and detailed it becomes, the more you are showing up for the fun of the visualization.

2. When you make visualization a habit you begin to let go of your attachments, agendas and expectations about it. It becomes natural and you find you are encountering more and more and more of that which you visualize.

You start to visualize your new hair style, then two weeks later, you have it. Then you visualize taking a trip to an island you love, and a month later you find a great deal on airfare to that island and book that trip! You begin to stack up evidence that your visualization creates encounters with that which you want. As you practice every day and stack up evidence through your commitment to visualization, you’ll begin to release attachment to needing it, or worry that it won’t work.

Because time after time, you’ve seen the evidence that it does work!

3. When you do this every day, you begin to have fun with it. Eventually you’ll cease to visualize because you want to create or encounter or manifest. You’ll begin to visual because it’s fun. You begin to visualize because you like to do it, not because you are trying to get something.

Then you understand the visualization process is not a tool to get things, it is an extraordinary blessing about being a human being. It’s one of the ways you can encounter God through the process of bringing something closer and closer to you—just for the fun of it. Remember, it is all play to the soul.

At first you will visualize things you might need. We encourage you to visualize things you desire, but don’t need. As you open yourself to this opportunity to continually speak with, listen to and visualize the encounters you are wanting—with people, experiences, things—you will see it as part of the wonderful dance of being a human being.

The second part of the awareness work in the grace of God is about expanding your ability to love on the stable foundation that you have now built.

Where are the limits of your love? Please devote yourself to this introspection now and ask yourself: Where are my limits of love? Who do I love and why? can i love a stranger Can I love people who bring evil into the world? Can I imagine loving someone I hated to this day? Where, loved one, do you want to draw YOUR line of love?

Please be sincere! Devote the following minutes to this inventory so that we can pick up the thread…

Now ask yourself: Am I ready to extend my love?

If you are ready, then now visualize a person whom you have previously rejected or even hated. Now extend your love over that person and inwardly repeat the words, “I love you, I love you, I love you…”

If you are ready, then visualize a situation that you have previously rejected internally, that has filled you with fear and meaninglessness. Now visualize a situation that you said you never want to experience again – and now repeat the words inwardly: “I accept this situation with love. I accept with love, I accept with love, I accept with love.

Feel yourself stretching your love across this situation. As a condor spreads its wings for flight, so now spread your wings to rise above your fearful programming. The result is inner peace, outer serenity and mental stability.

In days when the world is going crazy, by expanding love you create a stable energy field of protection. The condition for this is that you become aware of your previous limits of love and subsequently expand them.

Proceed step by step, step by step! First extend your love to your nearest, then extend your love to strangers! Then bring to mind those people you are hostile to and include in your love those people who are filled with hatred.

Explore the limits of your love and expand them! That’s the exercise.

This work leads to the greatest healing in you and in those around you. At the same time, the expansion of love is the greatest blessing that man can impart or draw upon himself. This is the key to GOD’S MERCY – man’s ability to love!

Practice this visualization regularly – you can do this anywhere! As soon as a person comes into your mind with whom you are at odds, you can start healing on a soul level. You can also do this in advance. If you are facing an unpleasant encounter or even a quarrel, seize this means of inner transformation of energies in good time. Align everything to the light and love of GOD! You will experience many a surprise.

JJK: I now remember a situation with my former boss in his restaurant.

As a waiter, I was about to get a raise. I wanted to achieve that I work less and at least earn the same amount. My spiritual processes had fully kicked in and I needed more time for that. My boss at the time, who was otherwise very well-disposed towards me, was dismissive towards me – because he sensed that I wanted to talk to him in this direction – and was almost hostile to me. Of course, I was familiar with this popular behavior of his because it was his firewall, just so nobody would ask him about money. We often smiled and said: “Our boss has barbed wire in his pocket again!” When he was in this mood, many of my colleagues didn’t even go to him because of a question of money. “Today you don’t need to ask him how he’s feeling,

Amazing, but this easily understandable trick had a terrific effect on insecure people. But I didn’t want to submit to it. I went to the boss and asked for an interview.

The day before, I visualized this conversation in meditation.

I spoke to my boss, explained everything to him on a soul level, conveyed to him that he wouldn’t become poorer as a result, that I didn’t want to take anything away from him, but rather give something – namely my work performance with even more motivation, etc. And the most important thing was: The all the time I enveloped him in love, bathed him in the energy of harmony, so that any argument was doomed in advance.

When I was invited to the interview the next day – my colleagues had their concerns again – the totally unexpected happened: “Yes, you get Jahn! Gladly!” The conversation lasted 2 minutes and I had to work one day less for the same pay! I was particularly surprised by the “GLADLY” because this man probably only used the word in connection with money when the money flowed in his direction…

My colleagues no longer understood the world. This is a simple example of what spiritual groundwork can do—isn’t it?

Your everyday life changes in no time if you trust the power of love instead of the power of the factual.

The path for us to reach you is through thought.  Do you want to see a change in the world?  Visualize the change in your thoughts.  You do not need to speak verbally, mind patterns are what we pick up on.  Right now in the minds of the US Nation anger is what is going on in peoples minds.  We pick up on all the anger.  My friends switch your thoughts.  You cannot change the world with anger.  Take that anger and turn it into what would be the positive outcome.  You cannot win a war with anger.  You win a war by outsmarting your opponent.  The forces that be are keeping you angry.  They know it is a low vibrational thought.  You cannot win this war in that state.

On the daily ask us; please clear my thoughts of anger. Fill them with hope for the future. Fill them with positive affirmations that strengthen our bonds with others.  Create a world full of beauty and harmony. Turn your attention to what you wish to seek.  Find nature, look to the sky, and dream of your future.  There will come a day when things as you know it will change.  What do you have to hold on to?  The power of prayer.  The power of your mind.  The power of setting intentions and only thinking the positive.  There will be times when you want to cry out, why, why, why, but instead say what, what, what.  What is it I can do to correct this situation.  I can pray for people, I can improve my health, I can educate myself.  Do not go down in despair.  Train yourself to always remain knowing that your thoughts are giving you your outcome.  Any situation can be avoided if you plan on only staying upbeat and happy.

Don’t let them get to you.  Beat them at their battle.  You want to charge me an arm and a leg? Well, I can grow my own garden.  There is options.  Nothing is happening to you, you are allowing.  You sit back and take it.  You don’t stand up and say, well I will do the opposite.  If you remain positive you will find that doors open for you, life becomes easier.  When you stay hateful it gets more difficult.  Now we know some situations are hard to avoid.  What can you do when there is no alternative… Pray.  Put out into the Universe what it is you want.  You have to sit back and let the Universe work it’s magic.  Pray for what you want, watch miracles unfold.  Can we give you a timeframe?  No, we cannot but trust that the momentum will change.  Collectively we would be so powerful if everyone was positive, all the forces together.  It has to start somewhere.  Find it in your heart to begin with yourself.  Make that positive change.  When you see something to scowl at, don’t.  Every little thing makes an impact.  The moment you wake up set your intentions for a good day.  The moment you wake up be thankful for the sun.  Be thankful for the energy shining on the Earth.  There is so much to be grateful for.
