Giving for Giving’s Sake

Giving for Giving’s Sake
Post on June 8, 2026

It is amazing how many humans feel entitled to receive. Whether it be love, services or friendship, there is an expectation of “If I do this for you, you have to do this for me”.

The only energy this sends out to The Universe is a very distinct and complete feeling of lack!

If each of you were to change your thinking to, “I am giving for giving’s sake with no expectation of any type of return and open to receiving any gifts that may come my way” you would be amazed at how quickly The Universe will oblige!

The Quiet Signs A Friendship Is Doing More Harm Than Good

The Quiet Signs A Friendship Is Doing More Harm Than Good

By Diane Kathrine

Posted on March 24, 2026

You may already know, especially if you are a regular reader of my blog, that certain people in our lives, those who bring stress, tension, or emotional heaviness, can quietly wear us down over time. They can even add years to our life in the way of premature aging.

I remember having a sense of relief when I finally understood that creating a little distance from certain relationships isn’t cold or unkind; it can actually be a deeply healing act towards ourselves.

But it took me time, quite a lot of time, to arrive at that understanding.

For the longest while, I questioned myself instead. I wondered if I was just being overly sensitive, if I was reading too much into things, or expecting too much from people. There was also that lingering belief that stepping back from someone, especially someone who had been in my life for a long time, somehow made me unkind… or worse, disloyal. I think many of us Empaths feel like we should endure and make space for others even when it is damaging.

This is a subject I explored last year in my post “Empaths Are Not Emotional Punchbags”, where I discussed the importance of recognising when we’re being drained or overextended. But what I feel drawn to talk about now are those long-term friendships that don’t necessarily feel obviously harmful, but over time have shifted or quietly soured in ways we may not immediately recognise.

Because sometimes, it’s not about clear conflict or obvious hurt. Sometimes, it’s just a feeling… a gradual misalignment, a sense that something no longer feels as safe or as easy as it once did.

But how do you recognise when a friendship isn’t serving you, especially when it’s often more subtle than spotting red flags in romantic relationships?

For Empaths in particular, it can be harder, we’re wired to understand, to give the benefit of the doubt, and we often keep people in our life out of guilt.

Here are a few gentle signs to notice:

You feel unsettled after being with them

If you often leave interactions feeling anxious, drained, flat, frustrated, or somehow “less yourself,” it’s worth tuning into that. You might notice you’re on edge around them, thinking carefully about what to say, watching their reactions, or struggling to fully relax.

Sometimes, the feeling shows up even before you see them… a quiet sense of anxiety, maybe followed by guilt for feeling that way. Or perhaps they say or do things that leave you feeling hurt, unseen, or misunderstood.

There’s an undercurrent of negativity

Not all toxicity is loud. Sometimes it’s subtle, like backhanded compliments or small comments that don’t quite sit right.

Other times, it’s clearer: sharing your private thoughts with others, minimising your feelings, competing instead of celebrating you, or making passive-aggressive remarks. As an Empath, you’ll often feel this before you can fully name it.

You’re carrying the emotional weight

If you’re always the one reaching out, making the plans, listening, and supporting, it can start to feel unbalanced. Healthy friendships flow both ways.

You might also notice inconsistency, warmth in private, but distance or dismissal around others. That kind of shift can feel confusing and quietly eroding.

If something feels off, how do you approach it?

Not every difficult moment means the friendship is unhealthy. Sometimes people we care about are simply going through something heavy.

If it feels right to speak up, try to choose a calm, grounded moment. Lead with your feelings rather than blame:

“I’ve been feeling a bit disconnected from us lately” opens a conversation far more gently than “You never make an effort.”

Sadly, people who take a lot may be running on empty. Those who diminish others can sometimes be carrying their own insecurities. That doesn’t make the behaviour okay, but it can help you decide whether this is something to work through, or a sign that the connection isn’t aligned anymore.

If a direct conversation feels like too much, it’s okay to take a step back quietly. Creating a little space can give you room to breathe, and sometimes the dynamic naturally shifts, or becomes clearer.

Knowing when it’s time to let go

There isn’t a perfect formula for this, and it can feel especially hard when you care deeply or if a friend has been in your life for a long time. But a few questions might help you decide:Has this always felt this way, or is it a phase?

All friendships have ebbs and flows, but if it’s felt heavy for a long time, even after you’ve tried to address it, it may be worth asking whether it can truly meet you where you are.Is what you receive worth what it costs you?

Your energy, peace, time, and emotional wellbeing matter. It’s okay to weigh that honestly. What’s keeping you here?

History and loyalty are meaningful, but they’re not reasons to stay in something that makes you feel small, stressed or even ill. If the answer is guilt or uncertainty, that’s something to gently explore.

Letting go doesn’t have to be dramatic. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking longer to reply, spacing out meetups, or just giving yourself permission to invest your energy where it feels returned and safe.

At the heart of it all, this is about leaning into your Sensitivity, not seeing it as something to override, but something to trust.

Your feelings are information, and you’re allowed to choose connections that feel like home.

Hope this helps on your journey,

Until next time,

Diane Kathrine

You Are Never Alone

You Are Never Alone

Thought Adjuster Is The Teacher

Alabama, USA, July 2, 2014

Thought Adjuster: “Life in the material world is markedly different from morontial life and spiritual life. However, you relate to your fellow beings essentially the same at any level of existence. The bonds of affection and friendship that begin in this world will be strengthened and expanded in eternity.

Likewise, human beings can establish relationships of eternal value with the Deity during their life in this world. Affection, love for the Father, trust, and the experience of sonship can manifest in those who sincerely long for these things. The Father, the Son, and the Spirit always offer the best of themselves to all creatures, and the experience of receiving that generous gift depends only on each person's spiritual insight.

You have never truly been alone in your life. The Father, the Son, and the Spirit have always been in constant contact with your mind and soul. All these spiritual influences are coordinated by your Thought Adjuster and through the ministry of your guardian angels. However, it is very difficult for a human being to consciously perceive these spiritual relationships with their Creators, though, for a soul growing in spiritual insight, these things do not remain a mystery forever.

Those who spiritually awaken begin to perceive how they have always received the necessary guidance to make the best decisions. They notice how they receive progressive revelations of truth and how once incomprehensible meanings gradually become clear and become values that can be incorporated into their lives. Even if they are not consciously aware of God's presence within them, those who sincerely seek to do His will and strive to find the Father in their experience begin to feel a peace that transcends material conditions. They also experience the manifestations of spiritual fruits—spontaneous and sincere love for others, wisdom in decision-making, improvements in their relationships with others, and, in general, a new way of seeing the world.

These spiritual fruits can only be attained through the effort of human will, which desires to be illuminated by the spirit to become the best possible version of oneself, aspiring even to perfection and likeness to God—living the will of the Father. Those who have dedicated themselves to this noble task of seeking within themselves what the Father wishes to express through them undoubtedly come to know God and live as if they were always in His presence—because they have discovered that this is truly the case—and they experience the certainty of knowing they are under the care of a universal Father of love.”

The Gentle Path of Togetherness

The Gentle Path of Togetherness

By Quan Yin

Channel: Octavia Vasile

Posted on March 19, 2025

Dear Ones,

I come to you in the sacred breath of this moment, where silence and love intertwine. The journey of togetherness is one of the most profound paths to softening the self, to learning surrender, and to understanding the heart’s deepest wisdom.

To walk with another—be it in love, friendship, or shared purpose—is to enter a space where the self is no longer the only voice. Here, the ego resists, for it wishes to be heard above all, to hold its ground, to affirm its separateness. Yet, in the presence of another, the self is invited to melt, to listen, to weave its essence into the greater harmony of two souls moving as one.

The path of togetherness is not always gentle, yet it is always sacred. It mirrors the tides—sometimes effortless, sometimes turbulent, always in motion. In this movement, you are shown where you hold too tightly, where the need to be right overshadows the need to be kind, where the desire for control whispers louder than the call to love.

To listen to another is to open the heart beyond the walls of self-importance. It is to surrender the need to be understood first and to instead become a vessel of stillness, receiving the truth of another without resistance. This is the art of presence, the practice of love in its purest form.

When two energies meet, there is friction, there is expansion, there is revelation. Some energies flow together like rivers merging; others collide like storms meeting in the sky. It is not the harmony that teaches you most, but the discord—where patience is stretched, where judgments arise, where the self is asked to let go of the need to grasp.

To be with another and remain open is an act of devotion. It is a path of trust, of allowing, of witnessing the self dissolve into something greater. When you let go of the need to defend, to correct, to be heard above all—what remains is love. And love, dear ones, is the force that bridges all separation.

Walk this path with softness, with courage, with reverence. Each soul who walks beside you is a mirror, showing you where you are free and where you are still bound. See them not as obstacles to your peace, but as sacred companions, guiding you deeper into love’s embrace.

May you listen with tenderness, speak with kindness, and love without fear.

I am with you always,

Quan Yin

20 Signs of an Abusive Friendship You May Overlook

20 Signs of an Abusive Friendship You May Overlook

By Janey Davies, B.A. (Hons)

If you’re reading this article, I suspect you’re having doubts about a friend of yours and you want answers. Whilst it’s foolish to think our friends are perfect, we don’t expect to feel used, deflated or drained when we spend time with them.

Friendships should be balanced relationships. Good friends provide support and helpful advice. They should have our backs, not stab us in the back. Here are 20 signs of an abusive friendship.

20 Signs of An Abusive Friendship

1. The friendship is one-sided

Whether it’s financial or emotional, we want to help our friends and we try our best. But friends that always receive this help and never reciprocate are abusive, and if they do help, it’s such an enormous deal you don’t ask again. They brush off your problems as insignificant and shift the focus back to their own issues.

2. They take financial advantage of you

Have you lent money to a friend who never pays it back and always gives some sob story when you ask about it? Do you feel sometimes they ask to borrow money and have no intention of ever paying it back? Are you now afraid to refuse because of the consequences?

3. You always give in to them

Do their needs always come first? Perhaps your suggestions fall on deaf ears or you always end up doing what your friend wants. It’s so common it’s an unwritten rule in your friendship.

4. They rely on you too much

Needy friends can be just as toxic as abusive friends.

I regularly took my friend shopping every week for years because she was a pensioner and didn’t drive. Once the initial ‘Oh you’re so wonderful for helping me’ ended, she complained I wasn’t taking her to her choice of store, even calling me a b***h and implying I was doing it on purpose to wind her up.

5. They don’t like your successes

“Every time a friend succeeds, I die a little.” – Gore Vidal

Genuine friends don’t envy your success, they’re happy for you. Abusive friends are threatened by your achievements because they don’t have your best interests at heart and it makes them feel worse about their lives.

6. But revel in your failures

Does your friend only want to hear about your failures? Do they get excited when you tell them you’ve had a bad day? Are they invested in the breakup of your intimate relationship but bored when you’re happy with your partner? This is called fake sympathy and a sign of an abusive friendship.

7. They exert passive control over you

Abuse can be overt or covert. Someone who is passive aggressive doesn’t want to confront you, but they’ll do little things that wind you up without you noticing.

For example, your friend is always late, even though they know it annoys you. Or you always end up paying for lunch, even though your friend earns twice your salary. Or they always give you advice, even when you never ask for it. It’s all control.

8. You must agree with everything they say

Does your friend get angry when you disagree with them? Or maybe they act as if you’re being cruel and siding against them? They expect you to have the same opinions they do and not agree with other people’s points of view if they’re conflicting.

9. It’s all about them

Sometimes one friend needs more support than the other, and vice versa. This is the natural ebb and flow of a mutually balanced friendship. But when one person must be the center of attention all the time, it’s a sign of an abusive friendship.

Ask yourself the following; do they dominate the conversation? Are you always doing the things they want to do? Are you always supporting them with their problems, but they don’t want to know when you’re in difficulty?

10. They damage your belongings

Has a friend ‘borrowed’ something of yours and returned it damaged? Perhaps they’ve not returned it at all?

I had a friend who asked to borrow my cat box to take her cat to the vet. I’d just bought a new one; it was an enormous bright blue box with two doors and a spot for a water bowl. I lent it to my friend. I didn’t get it back for months.

When I had to take my cat to the vet, I asked for it back. My friend gave me a small, dirty, secondhand white cat box. I asked where mine was, and they insisted this was the box I’d lent them. When I disagreed, they said,

“Do you want me to buy you a new one?”

11. They disrespect your boundaries

Friends should respect your boundaries. For example, smoking in your car when you don’t allow it, or always turning up when you’re dishing out dinner and expecting to be fed, or regularly outstaying their welcome. Genuine friends respect your boundaries. They don’t make you afraid of saying no.

12. Everything’s a competition with them

You could have had the worst day/week/month or year; it won’t matter if you’re in an abusive friendship; they’ll outdo you because they want the attention. If you’re tired, they’re exhausted, if you’re sick, they’re booking hospital appointments, if you’re sad, they’re suicidal.

They’ll turn a trivial thing into a mega drama that eclipses your problems. And if you don’t play along as an attentive audience member, they’ll lash out at you.

13. You never know what mood they’ll be in

Fluctuating moods are a subtle control mechanism, and abusive friends use this to manipulate you. People’s moods are typically stable from day to day, but an abusive friend might be on cloud nine one day and depressed the next.

You never know where you are with them because they’re so inconsistent, so you end up treading on eggshells and watching what you say in case you trigger a bad mood.

14. You can’t trust them

Can your friend not keep a secret? Perhaps they’ve revealed something you’re embarrassed about to others? Have you specifically told them not to say anything, but they ignore your wishes? If you confront them, are they sorry or do they dismiss your concerns?

15. You can’t rely on them

Whether it’s always turning up late, returning borrowed items, or paying you back money, an abusive friend is unreliable. They promise a lot but never deliver, and you keep giving them chances because they’re so convincing with their excuses.

16. They are two-faced about people

Does your friend constantly badmouth their other friends? If so, you can bet they’re doing the same behind your back, or did you think you were the only one they haven’t got a problem with? I don’t trust so-called friends who slag off their other mates. Why are they friends then?

17. Spending time with them leaves you drained

Some people are food for the soul. They leave you feeling uplifted, they’re always cheerful, boosting your confidence and making you laugh. Others suck all the joy from the room.

These emotional vampires are draining. They’re always complaining, but aren’t interested in solutions. They blow up minor issues into major ones and seem to have problems with everyone and everything in their life. However, they never rectify these problems.

18. They are always the victim

Well-balanced friends take responsibility for their actions. For instance, they’ll apologize if they’ve upset you. One of the clear signs of an abusive friend is shifting the blame. Abusive friends never take responsibility and even turn the situation around to make them the victim.

For example, they might say things like:
  • “I’m such an awful friend. I don’t know why you bother with me.”
  • “I can’t do anything right; I may as well give up.”

19. They like to give you advice

I have a friend who, whenever I tell her a story, always says,

“What you should have done is this.” or “What I would have done is this.”

I haven’t even finished the story; she doesn’t know what I’ve done, and I never asked her for her advice. She makes me feel like I’m constantly inadequate and can’t make my own decisions.

20. They are mean about you in public

My final sign of an abusive friendship concerns how they act around you in public. Are you the butt of your friend’s joke? Do they put you down or humiliate you in public? Do they call you names or insult you when you’re with family or friends?

Perhaps you always feel stupid in their company or feel intimidated when you’re with them.

What should you do if you recognize signs of an abusive friend?

Ask how this person makes you feel about yourself. Do you feel worse after spending time with them? Examine the reasons why this person is your friend; is it because they genuinely enjoy your company or for what they can get from you? Is there anything about the relationship worth saving?

I think that if you’ve read through all the above, recognizing signs, you probably already know what you want to do about your friendship. Perhaps you just needed clarification.

Final thoughts

Think of all the wonderful and unique qualities you offer as a friend. You have value and are under no obligation to stay friends if it’s an abusive friendship.

Self-Love

Self-Love

By Matt Kahn

Posted on August 14, 2024

Hello Beloveds,

Self-love is the ability to be good to yourself, no matter who isn’t good to you. As your self-worth elevates by treating your heart to the friendship, support, honor, and validation you deserve, you become less resonant with those who say one thing and do another, make promises only to break them on a regular basis, or take their unprocessed pain out on you.

When self-love is active, you are able to honor anyone’s potential, while not placing yourself in toxic partnerships, from a standpoint of “what if”.

In self-love, you are able to have a point of view, establish healthy boundaries, and utilize the power of your voice — all from the graceful power of an open heart.

In self-love, you don’t need the agreement of others to be set free.

Instead, you just need time and space to align with your true essence, cheering, cherishing, and accepting your way into an unwavering depth of clarity, confidence, and inspired action that only your love can activate in you.

In time, other members of your soul tribe will appear. What often calls them forward into your reality is how consistently you are willing to emotionally support yourself.

This is why it is essential to love yourself more, not less.

Not just as a modality in response to emotional triggers, but as an embodied living practice that becomes as essential to your soul as your breath is for the body.

And, when knowing how each “I love you” simultaneously sends blessings to every heart on a quantum level, you come to realize the most direct way to heal yourself and transform the planet occurs within the same heart-centered space.

All for Love,

Matt Kahn

A Vision for Friendship

A Vision for Friendship

The Vision Alignment Project

We envision a world where our first inclination, upon meeting someone new, is to open ourselves up to being friends with them. We see a world where this is made possible because we have learned to truly care for one another; where we give each other the benefit of the doubt because we are no longer harming one another; and where we have all realized that our highest and best interests and our friend's highest and best interests are one and the same.

In this way, friendships abound in our lives. No one is lonely unless he or she chooses it; and no one is left to fend for themself because now all of us have plenty of friends we can call on whenever we want.

As a result of our many friendships, we have entirely stopped separating ourselves from each other and have begun to come together in larger circles and communities. Indeed, our coming together and our community-making are keys to all that we seek, for they have provided us with peace in our hearts and as well as peace in our world.

And all this has happened because we started out by making friends.

Reincarnation

Reincarnation

The Damascus Scribe (Sananda)

Is the Teacher

Received by George Barnard

Posted on January 5, 2024

Illawarra District, Australia, October 5, 2016.

The Scribe: “Rarely have I felt such deep feelings of friendship come from a human. Not awe, adoration or reverence, but the warm comradship I seek from the future organizers of the new and distant multi-verses that are arranging themselves at this time. Keep in mind this fact, my friend: The more complex, advanced and experienced the creature, the more dependent on love and consideration it becomes.

“Even so, the youngest of the newly-appointed Thought Adjusters placed in human soul service aches for even the most fleeting partnership recognition and such a need extends to the valiant ‘spirit warriors’ whose indwellings are in the multiples. Few of the Virgin TAs ever manage to get through with teaching their learned lessons in either the conscious realm or during dreams. TA use of nearby angels provided some extremely rare exceptions, however, even Superior Thought Controllers having Destiny Guardians at hand and inputting experiences into the sharpest of human minds ‘religiously’ still fail to adequately note their experiences of the past.

“Humans seem to be oblivious of the countless ages of TA experience and all relate their lessons to ‘my human body,’ or ‘my human soul’ or even ‘my previous human life.’ How depressing to not be able to move on from this world! How overoptimistic to consider this world to be the place where perfection can be attained for all!

“I don’t agree with you (George) that Christianity is largely responsible for its followers having been left in the dark about their having a TA, not just a soul. All cults of your somewhat distant past neglected the Father Fragments as if they, the priests, leaders and kings were the only ones so endowed. Neither learning nor intelligence was the prerequisite for one receiving a TA prior to Pentecost. Mores and morals, leadership and contributions to society were more the indicator.

“And, oh, you were all born in sin back then! How demeaning!
*…See note below.

“After Pentecost the God Fragments flooded onto the planet and only those of extreme mental disability were left without the Godly Indweller, for where nothing could be achieved, also nothing could be gained, to the advantage of anyone.

“That completes this part of the requested lesson on reincarnation. It’s good to come calling on you. You have been diligent in jotting down the points I’ve made and I thank you. More on this in the future. I am the Damascus Scribe.”

*…Note: At a very young age I questioned this teaching. I got no answer that made any sense and so I left that religion.

8 Signs Someone Is Pretending to Care about You

8 Signs Someone Is Pretending to Care about You

By Sherrie Hurd, A.A.

learning-mind.com

Posted on October 29, 2023

Have you ever felt like someone is pretending to care about you? Well, if you have, there’s a chance you could be right. Not all people have good intentions.

I live in the southern United States, and I can tell you from experience that some people are just pretending to care about you. Where I live, there’s this thing called “southern hospitality” and basically, it means,

“I’m going to make you feel comfortable while I figure you out.”

I’m serious. I’ve had to learn this as I’ve grown up, and then roll my eyes when I watch the surrounding people welcome outsiders. I felt bad for these newcomers.

And for the rest of you who do not live in the southern United States, this is also the case. There are people around you who really don’t care. I know that’s hard to hear, but it’s true. And while it may manifest differently according to where you live, the signs will be universal or very close.

Are they pretending to care about you?

Have you ever felt like someone you care about is saying all the right things, but there’s just something off? Well, it could be that they are playing pretend. Let’s take a look at a few signs that someone is pretending to care about you.

1. Pretending to listen

Just because you socialize with someone doesn’t mean they give a crap about what you say. They may nod their head and say, “mm-hmm” but this doesn’t mean they get it or agree. One tip-off is that they never disagree with you, and this is because they’re not really listening. This is a HUGE red flag.

Another way to recognize that they don’t really care about the things you say is that they don’t remember any of it. To them, what you say is unimportant because they don’t care about you at all.
2. They’re only around during your success

If your friend is supporting you while you are successful, but when you fail, they disappear, they’re not your real friend. This is an enormous sign.

Fake friends feed off the positive energy of others. If you are making loads of money, getting attention, or receiving expensive gifts, they are going to be there to thrive off your blessings. You can tell when someone is pretending to care about you by when they are present in your life.

3. Odd body language

Maybe you’re not an expert at body language, but even the novice can tell when someone isn’t genuine. When someone is pretending to care about you, they will have open body language. This means arms outstretched, good eye contact, and thoughtful expressions. There will be a hint of a deep connection between genuine friends.

However, those who aren’t real friends will have exaggerated expressions, and fake laughs, and may even be more closed off physically. Not all these indicators apply to every situation, but you will know when someone’s body language is shady.

4. They use subtle gaslighting

I’m sure you’re tired of hearing about gaslighting by now. This manipulative technique strikes so often that it seems as if it’s spreading like wildfire.

When someone is pretending to like you, they will check off all the boxes of a friendship, oh yes. But, they will sprinkle elements of gaslighting throughout your life. It’s so thin and subtle that it will take you a while to recognize it. Well, now that you have this list, you can watch out for it, and call them on this action.

5. They say the same thing to everyone

Don’t get excited when that questionable friend says you are special. You might find out that they say that to all their acquaintances, even strangers. When someone cares about you, and I mean truly cares, they will have things that they only say to you. These are things that have a deep meaning in your relationship.

You will know a fake friend by the way they use “cookie-cutter” statements. They will praise and adore you while using the same words to praise and adore someone else later on.

6. Never remember the important things

You may notice how your friend is always forgetting important things you need them to remember. They will use excuses like,

“You know my memory is getting bad”, or “I can’t remember everything!”

Do not be fooled by this. Fakers don’t care about the things you want them to remember. They probably forget right after you tell them. While some people truly have trouble remembering things, oh yes, these people who pretend to care about you only remember what benefits them the most.

7. Inconsistency

Real friends usually help you just as you help them, right? Well, a person who is pretending to care about you will not be consistent in this area.

For instance, if they need someone to talk to, you’d probably be more than happy to be supportive. However, when you’re having problems, they will always be too busy to talk with you. This relationship will be one-sided most of the time, with just enough reciprocation to keep you hanging on in case they need to use you.

8. They are self-absorbed

If all these other indicators didn’t point toward self-centeredness, then I would just have to say it. They only truly care about themselves.

One sign of this is when you notice how everything has to come back to what they need, what they want, and what they think. It may take some time to pick up on this, but you will. It will be easy to see, as the spotlight will be glaring down on them.

Don’t entertain fake people!

Whether it’s your friends, loved ones, or coworkers, just don’t entertain their nonsense. They do not really care about you the way you think. In fact, they usually don’t care at all. To them, you are simply a background for their poop show. I know I sound harsh, but it is what it is.

When someone is pretending to care about you, they will waste your time, steal your other friends, and eventually damage your self-esteem. And remember, this isn’t just about people in the southern United States, with their fake hospitality. Fake people are everywhere.

So, it would help if you made it your goal to recognize them and then stay away.

Beloved Friends Of Earth!

As Everyone Is Focused On The Life Before Them In Each Waking Dream, There Are Questions Regarding Life On Distant Stars That Seem To Be Both Relevant And Not Important At All In The Grand Scheme Of Life! But Knowing That An Unlimited Number Of Visitors Once Walked On The Very Land That You Call Home, Might Awaken A New Interest In Disclosure And Truth!

Visitations Can No Longer Be Covered And Hidden From The Masses. Never Has There Been Such A Waking Dream That Covers One Story Globally In Seconds! For This Reason, This Dream Is Both Impactful, Informative And Serves To Bring Humanity To The Brink Of Knowing All Secrets That Seemingly Had You In Fear And Trepidation. Indeed, You Can No Longer Be Controlled As We Are Here In Power And Truth! You Are Returning To Your Higher State Of Being! Well Done, Beloved Ones!

In This Communication, We Will Discuss Two Races That Traversed The Air And Ground In Ancient Dreams. These Beings Meant No Harm And Came Often To Explore And Offer Friendship To Indigenous Tribes. Received As Friends, The Visitors Sat Among The Tribes And Shared Food As Primitive Drumming And Fires Lit The Atmosphere While Unity And Peace Were Present! Unable To Communicate With Language, The Actions And Sharing With Smiles Brought Friendship Among Races From Such A Distance In Created Origin.

The First Race To Be Shared Are The TUNIS From TUIS. This Is A Small Planet On The Outer Perimeter Of Your Galaxy. Indeed, They Were Always Fascinated With The Great Planet Earth, And Attempted Visits For Thousands Of Years Before Successfully Landing In Small Crafts In The Mountains Just Miles From Peru. These Beings Are Peaceful And Desire Friendships While Lacking Advancement In Technology That Would Enable Greater Travel Throughout The Cosmos. The Galactic Federation Has Provided Great Teaching To The TUNIS And They Will Join The New Earth As The Unity Of Races Create A Galactic Civilization With The Shift To Sheen.

The TUNIS Stand Between Three And Four Feet Tall. They Procreate Energetically And Enjoy Family Life. They Stand Erect As Humans With Facial Features Being Similar In Form. They Have A Beating Heart, Lungs And A Digestive Tract. They Consume Plants And Water For Sustenance. They Enjoy Simple Huts And Colorful Rock Formations Where Many Gather To Share News And Maintain Privacy.

The TUNIS Live In Body Form For Six Hundred Years And Incarnate Back Into Their Own Race Of Being. Small Crafts Have Been Improved Over Time And They Look Forward To Extended Travels. After Visiting Earth Many Times And Having Close Connections With Incas And Other Indigenous Tribes, The TUNIS Were Discovered By Others In The Area And Great Fear Came To Humans. People Often Fear What Is Not Understood. Those That Arrived And Saw The TUNIS Tried To Kill Them And The Small Beings Fled Into The Mountains, Caverns And Areas That Would Become Mines. The TUNIS No Longer Arrived On Earth And In Your Waking Dream, The Remains Of Body Forms Have Been Discovered With Answers Unknown. Now You Know The Identity Of Loving Friends Who Remain Aware Of Life On Earth.

The Second Race To Be Discussed Are The BELIXIANS From BELIX. Their Planet Is Small And Is Located Just Outside Of The Milky Way. These Beings Have A Greater Knowledge Of Technology In The Moment Of Now, Than When They Visited Thousands Of Years Ago. In Those Moments, They Required Great Assistance And Teaching. This Was Done With The Aid Of Beloved Arcturians. Having Members Of The Galactic Federation, Many Arcturians Visited BELIX With Gifts Of Crystals, Sharing Musical Instruments And Craft Technology. The BELIXIANS Were Astonished To Meet Their New Blue Friends With Heights Of Twelve And Fourteen Feet While They Stood At Four And Five Feet. Indeed, The Arcturians Were Giants To Such A Small Race Of Beings!

BELIXIANS Were Brought To Earth By Arcturians Where They Explored And Enjoyed Eating Fruit, Vegetables And Plants. They Enjoyed Dancing And The Arcturians Taught Them To Play Flutes And Pan Drums. There Was Great Joy Among Indigenous Tribes On Earth As They Had Already Been Visited By Pleiadians And Now Such A Mix Of Diversity Arrived Often! The Beings From BELIX Had No Mode Of Transportation But That Would Come Later. In These Moments, They Were Cared For By Arcturian Friends!

The BELIXIANS Stand As Humans And Their Features Are Large Black Eyes, A Small Round Nose And Thin Lips. Most Of The Race Will Stand Five Feet Tall In Height But The Range Is Three To Five Feet. They Procreate Energetically And Live Approximately Four Hundred Years. They Incarnate Back To Their Race. Their Remains Have Been Discovered In Mines Within The Mountains Of Peru. The Few That Were Left Behind, Had Hidden From Arcturians As They Left. These BELIXIANS Hoped To Remain On Earth But This Was Not A Viable Option Without Great Support. Their Great Friends Had Left And They Perished Within The Rocks Of Peru.

How Great Is The Love Before You In Friendships and Unity Of Life!

In Light We Live As One!

EN EEKE MAI EA!
I Love You So!
