The Quiet Signs A Friendship Is Doing More Harm Than Good

You may already know, especially if you are a regular reader of my blog, that certain people in our lives, those who bring stress, tension, or emotional heaviness, can quietly wear us down over time. They can even add years to our life in the way of premature aging.

I remember having a sense of relief when I finally understood that creating a little distance from certain relationships isn’t cold or unkind; it can actually be a deeply healing act towards ourselves.

But it took me time, quite a lot of time, to arrive at that understanding.

For the longest while, I questioned myself instead. I wondered if I was just being overly sensitive, if I was reading too much into things, or expecting too much from people. There was also that lingering belief that stepping back from someone, especially someone who had been in my life for a long time, somehow made me unkind… or worse, disloyal. I think many of us Empaths feel like we should endure and make space for others even when it is damaging.

This is a subject I explored last year in my post “Empaths Are Not Emotional Punchbags”, where I discussed the importance of recognising when we’re being drained or overextended. But what I feel drawn to talk about now are those long-term friendships that don’t necessarily feel obviously harmful, but over time have shifted or quietly soured in ways we may not immediately recognise.

Because sometimes, it’s not about clear conflict or obvious hurt. Sometimes, it’s just a feeling… a gradual misalignment, a sense that something no longer feels as safe or as easy as it once did.

But how do you recognise when a friendship isn’t serving you, especially when it’s often more subtle than spotting red flags in romantic relationships?

For Empaths in particular, it can be harder, we’re wired to understand, to give the benefit of the doubt, and we often keep people in our life out of guilt.

Here are a few gentle signs to notice:

You feel unsettled after being with them

If you often leave interactions feeling anxious, drained, flat, frustrated, or somehow “less yourself,” it’s worth tuning into that. You might notice you’re on edge around them, thinking carefully about what to say, watching their reactions, or struggling to fully relax.

Sometimes, the feeling shows up even before you see them… a quiet sense of anxiety, maybe followed by guilt for feeling that way. Or perhaps they say or do things that leave you feeling hurt, unseen, or misunderstood.

There’s an undercurrent of negativity

Not all toxicity is loud. Sometimes it’s subtle, like backhanded compliments or small comments that don’t quite sit right.

Other times, it’s clearer: sharing your private thoughts with others, minimising your feelings, competing instead of celebrating you, or making passive-aggressive remarks. As an Empath, you’ll often feel this before you can fully name it.

You’re carrying the emotional weight

If you’re always the one reaching out, making the plans, listening, and supporting, it can start to feel unbalanced. Healthy friendships flow both ways.

You might also notice inconsistency, warmth in private, but distance or dismissal around others. That kind of shift can feel confusing and quietly eroding.

If something feels off, how do you approach it?

Not every difficult moment means the friendship is unhealthy. Sometimes people we care about are simply going through something heavy.

If it feels right to speak up, try to choose a calm, grounded moment. Lead with your feelings rather than blame:

“I’ve been feeling a bit disconnected from us lately” opens a conversation far more gently than “You never make an effort.”

Sadly, people who take a lot may be running on empty. Those who diminish others can sometimes be carrying their own insecurities. That doesn’t make the behaviour okay, but it can help you decide whether this is something to work through, or a sign that the connection isn’t aligned anymore.

If a direct conversation feels like too much, it’s okay to take a step back quietly. Creating a little space can give you room to breathe, and sometimes the dynamic naturally shifts, or becomes clearer.

Knowing when it’s time to let go

There isn’t a perfect formula for this, and it can feel especially hard when you care deeply or if a friend has been in your life for a long time. But a few questions might help you decide:Has this always felt this way, or is it a phase?

All friendships have ebbs and flows, but if it’s felt heavy for a long time, even after you’ve tried to address it, it may be worth asking whether it can truly meet you where you are.Is what you receive worth what it costs you?

Your energy, peace, time, and emotional wellbeing matter. It’s okay to weigh that honestly.What’s keeping you here?

History and loyalty are meaningful, but they’re not reasons to stay in something that makes you feel small, stressed or even ill. If the answer is guilt or uncertainty, that’s something to gently explore.

Letting go doesn’t have to be dramatic. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking longer to reply, spacing out meetups, or just giving yourself permission to invest your energy where it feels returned and safe.

At the heart of it all, this is about leaning into your Sensitivity, not seeing it as something to override, but something to trust.

Your feelings are information, and you’re allowed to choose connections that feel like home.

The pressure and tension of the last week begins to break this week as the energies of the full moon start to settle and Mercury shifts out of retrograde today.  However, while these energies settle and shift we may still fee somewhat frustrated or at breaking point.  This time requires patience and the ability to sit with the discomfort, the confusion and the uncertainty as we are asked in this space to face our resistance to change and the fears that keep us stuck.  

Change is happening and we can expec the momentum to continue to rise whether we like it or  not.  This rising momentum will help us overcome any inertia but will also bring a growing intensity to all that we are experiencing.  The resulting tension can be either destrcutive or creative, the chocie is ours.  Avoiding extremes and remaining centred and balanced will enable us to navigate our way calmly and peaceably.  

As you begin this week be mindful of the need to breathe through any tension or frustration while being fully present to life.  Resist the need to escape or react remembering that this is a potent and powerful time that requires a mature and responsible response to everything.

What Can We Rely on Amid Chaos?

The very first hypothetical statement I ever arrived at seems so applicable at this time.

That statement was that, when tension goes up, awareness goes down. In other words, awareness varies inversely proportional to muscular tension in the body.

Moreover, decreasing awareness in the face of tension is not easily seen because, when awareness goes down, awareness that awareness went down also goes down.

Right when we need our awareness, we close down many channels through the blocking effect of our muscular tension.  And no one teaches us this in school.

We look out on the chaos of the world scene, two opposite sides battling for the soul of the world, and the tension we feel out of fear, worry, anxiety, etc., by causing our muscle tissue to firm up, dampens our awareness. Again, right when we need it.

There’s a second aspect to this as well. We can only react to what we know. We can only imagine, as well, what we already know.

I assure you that what occurs in Frazzledrip is beyond anything you’ve ever imagined or want to imagine. It’s not in your knowledge bank so how can you imagine it? And, once having seen it, I can doubly assure you that you’ll wish you hadn’t.

And that’s the quandary we face now. We don’t know and can’t imagine what it is we face and yet it threatens the lives of all of us (toxic vaccines, DEW weapons, WW3, etc.)

So if we cannot bank on our awareness at this time, what can we rely on?

The short answer to what we can rely on is the Divine Mother.  But I’d like to look at some actions we can take ourselves, along with our faith in the Mother’s protection.

[What I’m saying here does not apply to military personnel, whose discernment needs to be sharp and quick, unclouded by doubt and confusion. In my scheme of things, it applies to the civilian population only and, even there, not to those working for or with the military. Our thanks go to the military who are risking their lives to win our release from the grip of the deep state.]

In my view, we have two reliable sources to turn to in this connection. The first is our values. Our values give rise to our agreements. We wrote them down on tablets of stone, remember?  So that we can all have a record of them? (1)

Some are sacred; some patriotic; some nefarious. (2) But all, taken together, define the basic logic and parameters of our communal life, the boundaries, the expectations.

For an example of a modern document that sets out recommended human values and the agreements that arise from them, see the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. (3)

The second reliable source is … well, you can call it your heart if you want, but, under certain circumstances, it’s better known as our conscience.

The heart is our channel to the higher realms and to Mother/Father God. I have no idea of the many ways the heart works. I’ve experienced it as a gateway to higher-dimensional consciousness states, following my heart opening of March 13, 2015. (4)

That our guides (guides proper, archangel, Oversoul, the Mother) should use it to express the “voice of conscience” would not surprise me.

When we let the heart/conscience decide what value we’ll follow and then put that into action, I think we’ve done as much as we can – and can be expected to – do.

With this level of consciousness, I believe, we’re taking action that contributes to the eventual re-establishment of Earth as a Planet of Love and Light.

I’d go further and say I think we’d be actualizing some of the potential inherent in who we really are. And who this generation really is, apparently, is angelic. The Divine Mother tells us:

Divine Mother: Let me be clear. There is not one being – human, starseed, hybrid or earthkeeper – that is not one of my Angelic Beings. And it matters not whether you belong to the Legion of Michael or the Tribe of Uriel, the Praisers of Metatron or the Truth Speakers of Gabrielle. It does not matter your colour, your hue. You are my Angels, birthed from my being – birthed not only from my womb, but from my heart. (5)

Mother/Father One sent only angels at this time because of the challenge and the importance of this Ascension for the multiverse.

But not so fast, Sammy Starseed. That’s grist for another story. (6)

The French Riots Are a Golden Opportunity for a Government Crackdown

France has been on fire for a week.

The country erupted in riots last Tuesday after the fatal shooting of a French-Algerian teenager, Nahel M., during a traffic stop.  So far, one firefighter died while trying to put out car fires.  Thousands of cars have been torched.  Hundreds of buildings have been burnt, and rockets were fired at a suburban Parisian mayor and his family. Over 3000 people have been arrested, and as of Sunday, the protests have begun to slow somewhat but have not totally stopped.

Here’s how the French riots started.

If you spent time in American cities in 2020, this probably sounds reminiscent of the George Floyd riots, though there are some key differences.  Police originally claimed Nahel was trying to drive away, but footage verified by Agence France-Presse proved that he was not resisting arrest. He lived with his mother, who was raising him alone, and while he had dropped out of school, he held down a job as a delivery boy. Nahel was also enrolled in a sports program aimed at helping youths from migrant neighborhoods assimilate.

Let’s look at how the death of one teenager set off such massive riots, how the French leadership has reacted, and what lessons the rest of us can take away from this.

France has long been notorious for poorly assimilating immigrants. Like many other countries, while the political class has been eager to accept migrants, much of the regular population has not.  This has led to inadequate funding of social services and tension within the lower-income areas.

A quick note about guns in France

Despite the presence of a large, angry, disenfranchised population within its borders, most French happily turned their weapons over to the police in 2022.  Perhaps French citizens, on average, have had more faith in their elected officials to enforce gun control throughout the nation and so thought they could simply overlook the simmering anger within their country.

Worldwide, French officials have certainly been active in gun-control programs.  In a speech given by M. Francois Delattre, Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations Security Council, he referenced Agenda 2030’s goal to end the illegal circulation of weapons by tracking and tracing all small arms.

However, as American 2nd Amendment enthusiasts know, gun-control laws only keep law-abiding citizens from obtaining weapons.  Illegal weapons have been flowing into France for years, many from the former Soviet satellite nations.  French police officers have been injured by shotguns in drive-by attacks.  Footage has also been obtained over protesters wielding military-grade weapons.

French protesters have long been creative in their use of fireworks as weapons during riots.  But now that looters have raided gun stores, they have become increasingly well-armed.

The situation in Ukraine has not helped.  Even in 2020, the Inspector General for the U.S. military opined that there was not enough oversight for the weaponry being sent to Ukraine.  And this was before the $75 billion we’ve sent since 2022. Europe has had a massive influx of weapons over the past year, and they’ve gone to a country notorious for harboring black market arms dealers. What could possibly go wrong?

Andy Ngo’s Twitter page has footage of buildings exploding.  It’s worth noting that explosives capable of demolishing buildings aren’t usually just lying around.  Also, using construction equipment isn’t that easy.  Obviously, many of the rioters are just pissed off and looking to vent their rage. . . but there are some people in those riots trained in actual destruction.

So, how’s President Macron been responding to this?

Well, he canceled a trip to Germany after public outrage ensued when footage emerged of him partying with Elton John the night after Nahel was killed.

Macron blamed video games for the explosion in violence, though as PCGamer humorously pointed out, his criticism came only a month after bragging about investing 350 million Euros in France’s gaming industry.

Macron’s also blamed bad parenting and, of course, social media.  Macron is asking social media companies to remove images of the riots from their platforms.

And maybe this should be our biggest takeaway.  Governments have been using mass-shooting tragedies for years to strip citizens of their right to bear arms.  After the Christchurch shooting in New Zealand, New Zealanders voted almost unanimously to turn over their weapons.  Likewise, in the U.S., every new mass shooting brings a new round of interest in heightened gun control.

Here’s the punchline.

But the French have already handed over their guns, and so it now looks as though the French government will capitalize on these mass riots to pass more restrictive internet laws.

France just passed legislation requiring age verification for minors on all social media websites.  They are also preparing for a partial internet shutdown in certain areas to quash the riots.

These are quite the overreaches.  I don’t allow my own children to use social media—but if other parents do, that’s their business, not mine.  And I have lived in some very low-income, dangerous neighborhoods.  When you shut down communications, you might hamper some criminal activity.  But you will definitely hamper the ability of people in those neighborhoods to work, attend school, and do all the normal things people assume they can use the internet for in modern life.

This is NOT about the death of one teenager.

In the face of mass violence and destruction, it is really easy to get angry at large swaths of the population.  However, many of the migrants in these low-income communities left their home countries to escape violence and are angry about the situation, as well.  Nahel’s grandmother has been urging the protesters to stop.  His mother has said that she only blames the one police officer that shot her son, not the French police in general. Widespread destruction will not help anything.

It’s telling that both Nahel and the officer that killed him have GoFundMe pages set up for them.  The police officer’s page, so far, has six times as much money as the fund for Nahel’s mother. If these protesters were truly heartbroken about Nahel’s untimely death, these people would be supporting his grieving family, not burning France to the ground.

These protests are not about Nahel.  They are about a large, discontented population venting its rage against another population foolish enough to think that somebody else would always be looking out for them.

Some people are trying to protect their communities.

Some French citizens are now trying to protect their communities.  There is footage of citizens patrolling the streets armed with clubs, knives, and in some cases, katanas.  I sure hope nothing bad happens to the katana-wielder.  While he looks pretty cool, if he comes up against a protester with a Kalashnikov, he won’t stand a chance.

They really should not have handed in their firearms.  Not because I think the law-abiding French should just open fire on rioters, but because firearms are a real deterrent.  Their presence probably would have kept the riots from getting so out of hand in the first place.

Never let a good crisis go to waste.

These protests are also playing nicely into the hands of a government elite that looks to capitalize on every tragedy by exerting more control.  As discussed by Russell Brand, Matt Taibbi, and Michael Shellenberger in their talk about dismantling the Censorship-Industrial Complex, the past few years have seen restrictions on our freedoms in ways that would have been unimaginable only five years ago.  Covid may be over for now, but it seems as though establishment figures are constantly on the lookout for any new crisis, they can use to fundamentally change the ways in which the rest of us live.

We need to be aware of how decades of poor immigration policy are being exploited. We also need to be constantly aware of the people looking to capitalize on tragedies by taking more control.

And as Americans celebrate our independence this week, we need to appreciate the 2nd Amendment and our legacy of responsible gun ownership.  No, a young man shouldn’t have died in a traffic stop; but these protests should never have gotten violent.  A culture of responsible gun ownership, coupled with a legal system that holds law enforcement to a high standard, can prevent a great deal of tragedy.

Our love and blessings go out to President Trump as he responds to the sealed indictment this week.

Blossom’s Federation said these events will see the beginning of “Phase 2.” SG Anon in File 47 also said this marked a new phase.

But, while having one eye on what’s happening there and elsewhere, I still am drawn into deep introspection.

What I’m looking at right now is the result of my having changed my vote around a year ago from coming into life from the negative side to coming into life from the positive. May I?

In past centuries, a “change of vote” might have been what was meant by the word “repentance” or “going another way.”

I knew when I had actually changed it. The moment of shift was unmistakeable. The amount of tension I dropped with that decision could not be missed.

I fantasize that someone could have heard it in my voice if we were speaking.

To change my vote, I had to reach a very deep place within myself. All the other attempts at changing it were at best superficial.

There’s a spectrum, it seems, from “just saying anything to get myself off the hook” to “changed my vote.” Since we very seldom reach “changed my vote,” we keep thinking that our half-hearted efforts will have done the trick – only to find they haven’t.

I know that was the case with me in relation to my Dad. I kept thinking I’d reached the bottom of that one.

But because I hadn’t reached a deep enough place within myself, for whatever reason, my vote had not changed. (1)

There was some niggling part of me that was holding out for hating my Dad.  I was getting biscuits from it, rewards, payoffs that outweighed the costs at that moment.

That part kept the flame of anger alive. And that might be sufficient to keep me estranged from higher-dimensional love. I don’t know. I haven’t watched it to find out.

Returning to my recent change of vote, as a result of it, I’m making one hopeful, uplifting discovery after another.

For instance, I sometimes hear myself laugh and it’s so tension-free, I’m amazed.

This ease in my laugh is a discernible physical change. I imagine it came about partly because of the rising energies and partly because of the change of vote.

I feel love as I pay for my groceries at the checkout. The cashier responds to me in an unexpectedly friendly manner. I’m surprised. Is this me?

Prudence? I’m so careful with what I say, these days, having strewn the path with wreckage in the past. I’m even patient. Me? Patient?

OK, I exaggerate to make a point. I’m amazed at some of the changes that came about as a result of changing my vote.

I hear Kathleen saying, “How’s it working for ya?” Well, now I can say it’s working fine.  Before I changed my vote, it wasn’t working at all well. I can’t believe how low I could tolerate being and still function.

If I had lived only three score years and ten and then departed, I’d have never reached in this lifetime a point of being clear of my early-childhood trauma. I’d have to return to the same underlying karmic issues (forgiveness) next lifetime. (2) And the next and the next.

I recall Paramahansa Yogananda saying that we actually clear very little karma in any one lifetime.

Looking back on changes of vote as a class of things, I now see that, whenever I think I’ve changed my vote but feel any kind of hesitation or resistance, I need to keep pressing on if I’m sincere in my intentions.

Any kind of hesitation or resistance says I don’t really intend to change my vote. And so the condition lasts. I probably get no divine response to it; it isn’t time yet.

Even holding out a small bit is still like a puncture in a tire. The tire still deflates. How many times has Michael said to me, we saw that you really meant it this time (as with “System Restore”). (3)

I’ll know when I’ve changed my vote. The truth will set me free. There will be both a resonance and a release.

I’ll have created space, the space in which miracles can happen. The discussion Michael had with me after the 2015 heart opening is relevant here; let me quote it at a little length:

“This occurs, not merely because you have asked for it, but because you (and this does apply to the collective) have done your, can we say, your homework, your due diligence. What we mean by this is simply, think of it in spatial reality, time and space reality: you have created the space for this [energy of love] to, not only pass by you like a passing breeze or a rain, but to anchor within you because there is a sense of this spaciousness within thee. …

“When one is clinging to core issues, to fear, to lack, to limitation – you know the list – there is not that sense, not only of spaciousness, but of acceptance, allowance, readiness and even permission. Because as you know, we continually say that we will never override your free will.

“So, if the will, either actively or subconsciously, is actually choosing to still engage in the issues or the drama, then although we are standing at readiness and still penetrating you, that open door is not there.

Centuries ago, this conversation would not have been possible. Almost everyone would be concerned with the business of survival. No vocabulary would have existed or have been in use that would allow these ideas to be expressed and received. That is, if most people could read, which they could not. And if the prevailing religious officials allowed such heresy as I’m speaking right now without burning me at the stake, which they probably would!

But here we are not only discussing it, but fully expecting the increasingly-rising love energies on the planet to bring us into the experiences we’re here talking about.

In summary, changing our vote, in my opinion, should be seen as one tool in the lightworker’s toolbox to fully open to the energies that we’re at present bathing in. These energies will one day reach a climactic point where they’ll sweep through us and transform our lives, as the Mother foretells:

Divine Mother: Love will sweep you and the planet, and in many ways, dear heart, that is Ascension. …

And it does sweep you away. That is what I mean by the surrender and the bliss. And, make no mistake about it, you do leave your body. And you inhabit your body.

You explode and you feel all the energies of the universe. And then, because you are becoming attuned to that feeling, that ecstasy, it steps down, and then you anchor it within your expanded field.  (5) [My emphasis.]

That is what we have to look forward to, on the other side of the mayhem and disarray the deep state are subjecting us to as they lose their grip on power and gradually disappear from view.

We’ll see a parting of the ways (6) and a gathering of momentum for the ascension of consciousness on Planet Earth, just as the Mother described it here.

On February 11, the death toll of the strongest earthquake in Turkey and Syria neared 25 thousand people, and hundreds of thousands were left homeless. The tragic events are caused by several reasons, commented on and hushed up.

Among the triggers of the disaster, the use of tectonic weapons is being actively discussed on the Internet. If this really took place, then it was an absolutely crazy idea, given the peculiarities of Earth. It is all covered with hidden and open faults, dormant and active volcanoes, and a retaliatory blow via ley-lines will destroy any country to the ground.

But there were other needle movers overlapped at once. Powerful energy’s impacts produced the Lunar factor. The tension has sharply increased due to the vibes of the approaching Full Moon on February 5. Its exact aspect was at 18:28 UTC in 17 degrees of the Leo-Aquarius axis, and the influence lasted until February 10 (for more details see February Vibes, Disclosure News, 4 February, 2023).

It was during it that a devastating earthquake occurred in Turkey and Syria. At the same time, powerful Solar flares of class M1.5 took place. The electron flux increased, then, lowered, after which it jumped sharply again.

Immediately, on February 6, the earthquake in Gaziantep in southern Turkey reached a magnitude (M) of 7.8. Many others occurred in different parts of Earth: two of M7,0 and higher; two – of M6+; seventeen – of M5+; one hundred twenty-nine – of M4+; two hundred thirteen – of M3+; two hundred twenty-nine – of M2+; three hundred and twenty-four earthquakes of magnitude less than 2.0.

Another factor was pointed out by Frank Hoogerbeets, an employee of the Solar System Geometry Survey Research Institute (SSGEOS, Holland), who tracks the interaction of celestial bodies and its effects on seismic activity.

On February 2, 2023, he made the forecast on the general seismic situation and pointed out that in the coming days the increase in its activity is possible. As he noted, an earthquake of magnitude about 7.5 could happen in the region of Southern and Central Turkey, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon.

The forecast was made based on the analysis of the celestial bodies positions in the Solar System. All the planets and satellites affect each other by their attraction and cause tidal forces on the same principle as the Moon affects the Earth’s Oceans stirring ebbs and flows.

The scientist drew attention to the fact that at the beginning of February there was an interesting planets’ geometry. Earlier, on January 31, the critical stellium of Mercury and Venus took shape. On February 5 and 6, the overlapping of their vibrations reached peaks, causing an earthquake and many aftershocks.

This happened in the zone of the East Anatolian fault. Although it is very active, the earthquake that occurred had unusual strength – of magnitude 7.8. It released twice as much energy as the largest previously recorded in the region (M7.4).

Here, the Arabian plate collides in the north with the Eurasian plate. The faults of Eastern and Northern Anatolia act together, thus facilitating the Anatolian block to be squeezed out of the collision zone to the west, like watermelon seed from fingers.

Through the East Anatolian Fault, the blocks move about 15 mm per year relative to each other. This movement stretches the crust across the fault. As a result of the earthquakes, Turkey moved five to six meters away from Syria. Further dynamics cannot be predicted. Until the accumulated energy is released, drifting will not stop.

Another cause of the earthquake was an unknown layer of the Earth’s mantle, discovered under the region. It is located in the places where the border between Turkey and Syria runs, and two lithospheric plates touch – the Eurasian and the Arabian. This layer differs from the rest of the upper mantle and at the same time encompasses most of the planet.

There are 14 largest tectonic plates on Earth, they cover about 90% of the surface, and are from two, three and up to two hundred kilometers thick in different places. They are in constant motion, which is why tremors and volcanic eruptions occur on their borders.

The plates move along a relatively soft and plastic layer of the upper mantle – asthenosphere. It begins approximately at a depth of a hundred kilometers under the continents and 50-60 kilometers under the ocean floor, and ends at a depth of 200-300 meters. It is no longer as hard as the earth’s crust, but also not as viscous as the mantle under it, something in between.

But now it has turned out that the asthenosphere under the tectonic plate, on which Turkey is located, has some areas that have much more low viscosity than those above and below them. And this molten layer is located at about 150 km depth.

This slurry under the plates increases tectonic activity and, accordingly, the likelihood of disasters. They are provoked by convection, when hotter masses rise higher, and colder ones go down, as in a pot of porridge.

The upper part of the asthenosphere is zone upon which the great rigid and brittle lithospheric plates of the Earth’s crust move about. Due to the temperature and pressure conditions in the asthenosphere, rock becomes ductile, moving at rates of deformation measured in cm/yr over lineal distances measuring thousands of kilometers. In this way, it flows like a convection current, radiating heat outward from the Earth’s interior. Above the asthenosphere, at the same rate of deformation, rock behaves elastically and, being brittle, can break, causing faults.

On February 10th, 2023 at 08:55 AM CET, from Siriusians’ Lunar tracking base in 23D came the following latest update. It highlighted the events’ additional and, in fact, the main triggers.

“Under the influence of powerful quantum flows coming from the Galactic Center via the Sun to Earth, pulsed currents are now creating an increased load on the continental plates. This enhances the dynamics of earthquakes; their number and strength grow, thinning the crust at critical points, provoking landslides and sinkholes.

The destabilization of the crust is also affected by the Sun substance in the planetary core, which is displaced and will continue to move to the programmed point. At the same time, the alignment of the Earth’s axis continues, instead of the Polar Star, it is reoriented to the Center of the Galaxy. This will multiply the flow of high-frequency energy from it to Earth.

The Sun substance forms a multilevel plasma sphere inside the Crystal of Earth, its heart. Therefore, people feel with their hearts all the changes that are happening to them. The planet sets the rhythm of life for all living things. Reading our information and tracking their condition and changes in the world, many people notice a pattern of how the work of Co-Creators with the Earth’s core affects their well-being – increased blood pressure, arrhythmia, headaches, insomnia and other unpleasant sensations. Therefore, it is important to monitor your state and reduce the load.

Previously, on a Subtle Plane, the change in the landscape of the planet has already been made and now, according to this pattern, it is being built in 3D. The Quantum Transition is now in full swing, as can be seen by the changes in the densest layer of the third dimension. This is the final stage of planetary purification and transformation of matter. After passing 5D Earth of the last, sixth filter on the way to the Gerios Galaxy to the fifth orbit of the Oryx Star, the planet will change its status to a six-dimensional one.

The near-Earth space is surrounded by a protective layer of energies, which helps to adapt to harsh cosmic rays, for better assimilation and transmutation by living beings. Co-Creators strictly control this process in order to preserve life on Earth, to help its development in the high-frequency streams of the Oryx Star, coming through the 13D-3D Multiverse.
