Message from the 137th & 138th Light Reading

Black dot or white area?

JJK: In preparation for the upcoming two light readings, on May 31 and June 1, 2025, I was looking for a large white sheet of paper today. From what I remember, it's about this story I read online:

A professor drew a black dot on a blank white page of his students' notebooks. "Please write down what you can see!" the teacher instructed his class.

The students began to work on it.

At the end, the professor collected all the answers and found that each student had described the black dot—its position, size, structure, and so on.

The professor smiled and said:

"Everyone has described the black dot, but no essay has said anything about the much larger white part of the paper. Take this as a metaphor for life, because life is a blank sheet of paper, and it is up to us what we make of it. Instead of always focusing on the dark spots, we should enjoy life, experience it as a gift that we should bless with love and mindfulness.

There's always a good reason to say YES to life and not focus on the dark, the bad, the things that cause fear. Seeing the bright side means perceiving nature, appreciating friends and family, enjoying our work, and learning to see the wonders that come our way every day. Too often, we only see what's missing: health problems, lack of money, social upheaval, disappointments in relationships, unfulfilled expectations, etc.

What we see is our life—either with a clear mind, or we tend to paint a bleak picture, and our minds become clouded. Look at the white paper; only then will the black dot shrink. Look at what nourishes you; only then will the fulfilling moments multiply, and happiness be born.

The black dot is there, but it's up to you how big you make it by directing your attention toward it or away from it," the professor concluded.

Deep in this image, I drove today to the small town near our market town to buy the right drawing paper for the black dot at the Libro market. When I couldn't find it right away, the saleswoman expertly came to my aid.

Even though she was alone in the store and there were other customers waiting to be served besides me, the salesperson was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and patient. I was completely surprised to meet such a positive, empathetic person here.

After I found what I was looking for, I thanked her with the words: "You are so friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. Thank you, because that's very rare!" The woman replied: "Because I enjoy doing this, and there are reasons for that!"

I looked at her questioningly as she replied, "In 2022, my 17-year-old son died suddenly, and this is my therapy: interacting and talking positively with clients."

On the return journey, I realized that this situation perfectly reflects the theme of the black dot and the white sheet of paper. Despite this incredible loss, this woman has found her way back to life and is trying to see the light and the beauty. She could have sunk into a "black hole" and perished, but she chose otherwise.

The black dot is there, but life—and life continues—is lived on the white page, where the joy of life exists, where the meaning of life is not lost. An obvious reflection of this theme and a wonderful encounter in the stationery store...

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: Everything that is, is through man. Nothing exists in isolation; everything is subject to your observation, your judgment, your attention, and your love.

Life can be lived in both directions: darkly or lightly "aspected." Wherever you direct your attention becomes reality and is what you call your life.

JJK: This example seems drastic to me, when a person suffers such a stroke of fate and then faces and dedicates themselves to continuing their life in this way. A great soul can do that. The question that now arises for me is:

Do we humans shape reality solely through our attention or are there other influences that also play a role?

How do we shape our reality?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: A person's negative fears or positive expectations, if they constitute more than 50% of their daily consciousness, become reality. It's not what you think, feel, or say once, twice, or three times that becomes reality; rather, the thoughts and emotions you constantly carry within you ultimately have an impact. In this way, each person creates their own reality and helps shape the reality of the collective consciousness of humanity.

JJK: Are there exceptions? By that, can negative events also befall people whose fundamental orientation is positive?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: Karmic backgrounds, souls who are at the beginning of the dark "aspected game" on Earth, people who cannot listen to their inner voice and therefore find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, and people who can only awaken and open their hearts through certain events. The latter is defined by prenatal agreements.

Nothing happens without a reason. Everything is underpinned by a cosmic overarching guidance, and everything emerges from a greater plan.

JJK: Does that mean that the key lies in how a person reacts to a situation — whether they overcome the test or whether they are crushed by it? Many people face incredible blows of fate?

What does man need?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: It depends on which lesson a person has chosen for his life, and it depends on the extent to which a person is ready to step out of the negative programming.

What does a soul need to grow? What does a heart need to love? What does a person need to live? Life gives you an answer to this question every day of your life. Dealing with it demonstrates your maturity. Accepting what is and helping to shape it in the light—that is the path of those who are awaited by GOD.

JJK: I've rarely met such a positive person with a fresh wound as this woman in the paper shop. Her vibration was also so enlightened, loving, and a quiet joy emanated from her.

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: Mastery on Earth is to recognize the gifts of life, even if they are not recognizable as gifts at first glance.

What does GOD have in mind for you, and what kind of life have you planned for yourself? There's a profound meaning in a life that ends suddenly and, from one day to the next, the lives of those affected on earth change fatefully. Embraced in the grace of GOD, sustained by HIS LIGHT, cared for by ANGELS FROM BEING, no one is ever alone with their worries and fears.

Observance and disregard

JJK: Seeing the black dot, but allowing it to shrink by withdrawing attention—that means seeing the problems in the world, but not amplifying them with one's own fears. That means perceiving the negative without feeding it with one's own negativity. That means facing the good, the true, and the beautiful, and withdrawing the energy from evil by ignoring it?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: To pay attention to the negative – without amplifying it or giving it more space!

Ignoring is only possible if you are not affected by it. As soon as you are caught up in certain circumstances, life demands a response and your heart demands the necessary impulses to continue living and growing. Notice what is, and live what you are!

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

 

We sense your energies there on Earth, and we know that you are doing far better than you think you are, individually and collectively. It may seem as though you are trudging along, not making much progress at all, but as you look at your lives from your perspectives, recognize that you always have the option of changing those perspectives. You can change so much about yourselves, your lives, and your world by changing the way you are looking at all three. That is something that we have trained ourselves to do in order to be of greater service to all.

We have trained ourselves to look for the positive, to look for the progress, to look for the potential, and to always see the love. You want also to feel the love within yourselves for your life, your world, and yourself, and you have the power, the capacity to do that. You just need to exercise your free will and make that choice so that you can live more as the loving being that you are. You don’t need anything to change in order to do this.

In fact, it is quite probably true that nothing can change until you do shift your perspective, shift the way you are looking at yourself, your life, and the world. When we say ‘the world,’ you can include all others on the world that you currently live in that statement, because it is necessary for you to drop judgment and resistance to your fellow humans in order to truly be who and what you really are. You are unconditional love that has incarnated, and unconditional love is incompatible with judgment and resistance, and that is something else you must use your free will to choose.

Choose love over all else. And when you can’t find love, then reach for acceptance, and you will get there eventually. Pretend that you are the way you want to be, that the world is the way you want it to be, and that your life is exactly how you wish it to be, and see how you feel. If you like that feeling, then continue the charade. Give yourselves the feeling of satisfaction, contentment, and even joy because you can, not because the conditions call for those states of being.

And when you do this, you will show yourselves how powerful you are. You will show yourselves that you can shift right now and become your higher self while in your physical body, and then you might just see the world and all of her inhabitants changing and changing for the better. You might also see your life circumstances shifting to reflect to you the shifts you have made within yourselves, and if you don’t see any of those things, then you know you are testing yourself to see just how unconditional you really can be. It is who and what you really are. Unconditional love. Accept that, and you’ll change everything in a heartbeat.

Are You Experiencing a Timeline Shift?

The process of ascension is moving very quickly now for those who are on the path into the Fifth Dimension.

For some, there is a lot of confusion, because new and somewhat unusual experiences are now occurring. Some of these are positive and exciting — but others are rather intense and challenging.

It can be helpful to understand the process of ascension in terms of “timelines”, and how we are all shifting from lower-frequency timelines onto higher ones in a sped-up manner now. We have always experienced these timeline shifts, but it’s generally been a much slower process. We’ve usually had more time to acclimate to the higher frequency of a new timeline than we are now being given before we have to get ready for a yet another one.

Two Types of Timelines

It’s important to first understand that there are generally two types of timelines we’re traveling on. The first is a collective one, and the other is a personal one.

Much has been written lately about how a split has occurred in the collective time-line.

Some people are on a timeline destined for the Fifth Dimension; and others who are not ready for this are on different one continuing on in 4D.

If you’re reading this, you are likely already on the collective timeline heading for 5D. So what may be more important is understanding about your personal timeline, which may be shifting rapidly now, presenting you with new and rather confusing experiences.

Personal Timeline Shifts

Of course, everybody’s ascension experience is totally unique. Our experience in shifting onto a higher timeline is based on the frequency we’re currently holding, how much spiritual awakening has occurred so far, our particular experiences and situations in life, and ways in which we’ve learned to navigate through new experiences.

But there are perhaps some common experiences many of us can relate to in this process. It could be said that there are maybe two very different phases you can experience when a timeline shift happens.

First Phase

The first phase could generally be described as intense, uncomfortable and even frightening at times.

It’s where you become very aware that an old identity you’ve lived with is in the process of fading or dying – and you’re often feeling empty and bereft.

Your old interests and passions have become mundane and uninteresting. In addition, your sense of fun has kind of disappeared. You find you now have fewer friends you really relate to. Your work has perhaps declined or dropped away. And you experience depression, and even despair, more often than before. You’re essentially in a Void.

And, perhaps, most distressing, is that old woundings and traumas are arising in you – even ones you thought you’d healed in the past. This may really trouble you, causing you to wonder if, with all the work you’ve done on yourself, healing has not actually taken place.

What is happening with all this is a death process. It’s a death of old identities, aspects of your 3D self that are riddled with past memories of loss and fear and trauma.

These are the parts of you that cannot go with you into the Fifth Dimension. They need to be let go of. And, although this can sound like a positive experience, at times it can feel intense and frightening — simply because you’re losing what’s familiar. It’s all you’ve ever known.

But the good news about these old experiences coming up out of your unconscious is that they are coming up in order to be released.

Yes, it’s uncomfortable when they arise and you begin feeling all the old negative emotions and dark thoughts about yourself that are attached to these experiences.

And yet, if you can avoid focusing on them, and also not reject them – just letting them be – you will find they truly are in the process of leaving. They’re transmuting into light.

And they will at some point completely disappear. Sometimes within minutes – and sometimes within days.

If this experience goes on any longer, be aware that there is probably something you are needing to learn that has maybe kept you captive for a number of years — maybe even lifetimes. Or the message you’re being given is a complex one that takes time to decipher. But do know that this phase of the timeline shift will eventually end — and the patterns you’ve released will be gone.

And – if you can just hang in there and flow with the process, you will inevitably begin experiencing the second phase of a timeline shift. And realize that, in order for this second phase to occur, the first one was necessary.

Second Phase

The second phase is one in which it feels as if the sun has finally come out, and the skies are clear and bright.

You find you’re now somehow feeling a deep sense of well-being and contentment in your life – often for no apparent reason.

You’re feeling free now to experience some fun and pleasure in your life again. You feel stronger, more capable, more in charge of your life than ever before. Your intuition is clearer, and you trust it. Love flows easily from your heart to everyone around you.

And new fun, creative, exciting and pleasurable experiences start happening. Of course, for everyone, this all happens to different degrees; but to some extent or another, everything seems to shift into the positive.

In fact, it can be as if you’ve landed on a whole new planet – and indeed you actually have. You have made the shift onto a new timeline existing in a reality that vibrates in a higher frequency, one in which life is naturally easier and much more pleasant. You can relax and breathe more freely again.

One thing you also notice is the uncanny number of synchronicities that seem to be happening left and right.

Things you need are suddenly right there in front of you, sometimes even before you know you need them.

People appear right when you’re thinking about them.

There’s magic in the air. Life has even become miraculous at times. You have a deep trust that everything will always work out for you, one way or another. You know you’re being taken care of.

The Process Continues On

There are other new ways in which the higher timeline reality is functioning that you may also discover. And it can all be great fun and exciting to be living in it.

Until — of course – you are ready for the next timeline shift. And whoosh! You’re back into the first phase of a new timeline shift.

However, with each shift, it does get easier. The death of old identities, along with the arising of past woundings and patterns, isn’t quite so intense.

You begin to recognize earlier what’s happening and know how to flow with it better. So the shift is easier, and the new higher-vibration reality rolls into your life a lot faster.

And — you may find that both phases begin happening simultaneously. Really wonderful experiences are occurring, right amidst intensely uncomfortable events. You never know what might happen on a given day or how you’re going to feel. You just surrender to it all, roll with the punches, and then rise up laughing.

Again, all this may not be your experience, at least at this time. Everyone’s ascension process is unique. But you may at least relate to some of it — so hopefully, this explanation has been helpful.

At any rate, no matter what your experience may be, know that the ascension process at this point for all of us is truly a roller coaster. And we can’t get off of it — so we might as well learn to enjoy the ride!

Earlier (1) I promised to look at what our ascended masters, star family, and angelics had to say on whether Satan is real – yes or no.

I’m going to use the question-and-answer format simply because it’s the quickest and easiest way and much is happening in our world.

Who is Satan?

Matthew Ward: The higher perspective of “the battle between good and evil” is light vs. the absence of light; and Devil and Satan are names that personify the dark forces, the vast universal force field comprising the energy emitted by all thoughts, feelings and actions with negative attachments. (2)

Is Satan real?


The Arcturian Group: The dark, heavy, dense, light-less energies that constitute what the world has come to know as evil, devil, Satan, black magic, or hell are nothing more than human constructs having no Divine Law (reality) to support them.

God did not and could not create from anything other than ITSELF because there is nothing other than ITSELF. Never fear or give power to these things because that is what maintains and sustains them. (3)

Matthew: Interpretations of some holy book references are serious departures from universal realities. For instance, the serpent that tempted Eve to eat fruit from the forbidden tree is considered by some religious scholars to represent God’s opposite, the devil or Satan. There is no devil or Satan and God has no opposite. (4)

How does one become a Satanist?

Matthew: As [evil] behavior becomes more extensive and crueler, the light in those individuals keeps dimming until the heart-space is a dark void wherein there is no conscience or other guidance from the soul to the consciousness.

With only the spark of light that is the body’s life force, they become captives of the dark forces and act as its puppets. That is what happened to the weakest souls in the universal family, the Satanists. They became capable of happily committing acts that to others of all species in all civilizations are unspeakable, unthinkable. (5)


How can we find love in our hearts for such beings?

Matthew: It isn’t likely that anyone can feel genuinely lovingly toward [truly Satanic] individuals or even neutral about them, but it is possible to hate them. Hatred isn’t the opposite of love, it is the absence of love, a deeply internalized feeling that springs from the ego, and its low vibrations form a barrier between the soul and the consciousness.

That leads to dis-ease and, at physical death, individuals who hate are automatically drawn by the physics of this universe to a very low level of multi-layered Nirvana where everything is in consonance with those individuals’ vibrations. (6) They live in those dismal conditions until they are willing to accept the love-light energy that can replace all traces of hatred, and some refuse for centuries in your concept of time. That is how destructive hatred is! (7)

What can we do?

Ivo of Vega: If the people on earth are repulsed by satanic behaviors towards children, then these satanic behaviors will no longer be able to be conducted. (8)

What will happen to mistaken religious beliefs in the future?

Matthew: Religious beliefs [that are] devised by the self-serving few so they could control the masses have a Supreme Being that decides where people will go when they die. … If judged “evil,” they go to an eternal hell ruled by the Devil, or Satan.

Those beliefs, which have caused centuries of massive bloodshed in the name of God, Allah or any other designation for the Supreme Being of this universe, don’t have a nodding acquaintance with the universal reality that both “good” and “evil” are energy streamers with positive or negative attachments, respectively. With thanks to the light beamed to Earth and radiated by lightworkers, the power of beliefs founded and perpetuated in falsehoods is diminishing. (9)

Dear brothers and sisters on Earth, we bring our blessings from all over your planet, as our spaceships have now created a new energy grid around planet Earth. This energy grid functions like a capsule, keeping Earth at the highest possible vibration. However, to tap into this specific vibration, you must keep yourselves positive and always oriented toward the beauty of life.

It is now within your free will to experience a life of serenity and grace, to let go of struggles, and to allow all pain to dissolve. All the support is given.

But, are you ready?

Your reality is highly fluid, created from an infinite number of timelines, each established upon different possibilities in the present moment. You always align with the timeline that matches your vibration, whether you do so consciously or unconsciously.

By keeping a pure mind and heart, focusing on goodness and compassion, helping others, and generally being in service to the ALL that IS, you situate yourself on such a positive timeline. Stay positive, surrender, and know that this is how you enter the 5th-dimensional grid created around Earth.

Many ask why the grid does not protect everyone automatically. It is crucial to understand that your free will is what coordinates the connection between you and a particular vibrational field. For example, if you say, “I am ready to vibrate with love and to emanate this vibration,” your intention will already open such a timeline. However, if you engage in negative thinking and create more negativity, you will align with that lower vibrational timeline as well.

Do not underestimate the power of your mind, for you are creating your reality through it. We encourage you to shift your attention to your heart and invite your heart to guide you.

Below the heavens, there is more of the same, but one who has separated from ultimate reality may begin to believe in separation through identification with the human body.

See yourselves as magnificent vessels through which the light creates. Beyond mind and matter lies the truth. Embrace it, and you will be free.

Making Exalted Choices for Life

We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of The Gabriel Messages to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives.

This message is reminding us that every moment we are making choices for our lives. This makes our focus of attention very important. We are being gifted with living words of power to help strengthen our choices.

Make choices for greater Life, Peace and Joy, and all the forces of the Universe align themselves behind you.

From the beginning of my association with Archangel Gabriel in 1990, he spoke to me in CAPITALS. While writing the messages that I received, I noticed that these capitalized words contained high frequencies of energy and deeper meanings.

Words such as Life, Peace and Joy would all be written with capital letters to give them stronger emphasis. It became clear that these words represented Qualities of Consciousness. The capitalized words acted as Spiritual Principles that carried a deep, resonant frequency. When I played with these words in my meditations, they had the power to change my consciousness.

Archangel Gabriel suggested that I sit in the frequencies of an empowered word as if I were in a bath of Divine Light. This became a focal point for my meditations. I was coached to imagine immersing myself in Peace or Joy for a few minutes. I was told, "Let the Light frequencies in one of these words fill every fiber of your being and flow into your heart. After you feel this energy strongly in your heart, let the Light fall through your base chakra to anchor into the earth." When I followed these instructions, I was surprised by my illuminated ability to sense the Divine Intelligence inherent in the qualities of Light these words represented.

As the energy frequencies on the planet have increased, so has the power of certain words to change our vibrations and affect our lives through their magnetic resonance. Each of these powerful words acts as a Spiritual Principle that we can bring into our lives. It is our focus of attention that helps to attract these qualities into our energy fields, where they can empower us to new ways of being.

When I meditated with these words, I could feel that my energy would be uplifted by their power. It felt like these capitalized words were acting as living frequencies of Light that became available to me in a new way. I could make these words into my intentions for the day or direct them into different areas of my life, and I would feel the impact that focus would have as the frequencies were increased.

Archangel Gabriel has stated that there is a clear requirement for us to anchor these higher energy frequencies on the Earth so the consciousness of all people can be uplifted. When we sit in the field of Divine Light frequencies carried in certain words of power, we create a bridge from Heaven to Earth. As simple as it seems, this exercise has the capacity to create beautiful change on the planet as well as in our own lives.

Sometimes these words of empowerment would come in groups of three with the same first letter. When this happens, I feel a bit of Angelic play afoot. Once when I was nervous about a trip to visit family, the words I received for my intentions were Harmony, Happiness and Humor. Keeping these key words and the magnetic energy that filled them in the forefront of my attention changed the trip in a wonderful way and resulted in a very positive outcome.

Creating new life begins with our intentions for what we want to experience. We have a choice, moment to moment, where we place our attention. These choices open us to amazing support from the Universal beings that believe in our Soul Purpose and are committed to our expanding consciousness. This level of alignment to Source energy assists our ability to be more conscious in life. As we immerse ourselves in the power of living words of Light, we allow the Divine Presence to work within us, inspiring the heart-centered action we need to fulfill our Soul's Destiny on Earth.

 

 

 

Divine Presence,

 

Thank you for helping me to open into new expansive awareness of the fields of Living Light available to humanity right now. I ask to be more clear about what I need to feel fulfilled, happy and more successful in every area of my life.

As I center myself in the holy words of this empowered language of Divine Light, I ask that I be a clear channel to anchor these frequencies on the Earth in more grace-filled ways. JJK: As you said yesterday – things are getting resolved, becoming easier and clearing up. I feel significantly better today, the pressure is easing, the fog is lifting and my perception is becoming positive again – at least as far as I am concerned. I have noticed that people are currently increasingly in a more “depressed” mood. What happens to me is what happens to many people?

SANANDA: Blessed are you who repeatedly throw yourself into current events, even though your true ambitions are directed towards the divine. Many people are or were affected by this gloomy mood, which – like a siege – caused pressure, fear and hopelessness. You had to walk through this valley again, because earthly things have an impact – sometimes more noticeable, sometimes barely noticeable. So it happens now that healing begins and hope returns. Because you have every reason to hope.

Insect DNA in PCR tests?

JJK: Today a friend sent me a video in which it is clearly and credibly expressed that the PCR tests are intended to clone humans. Self-reproducing insect DNA is introduced into our cells. There is talk of “cross-species genomics” and of worms that are used as carriers for messenger RNA. It’s about our descendants becoming mutants who can no longer reproduce themselves. It takes your breath away. But: Is that even true?

SANANDA: It is true that the transformation of people has been on the agenda for decades. Environmental toxins, low-quality food, denatured water, thought manipulation and fear programming as a permanent condition damage the human nervous system and change the structure of human cells. Anyone who wants to control this planet must weaken humans in order to subjugate humanity.

This happened on a large scale and reached its peak during the Corona crisis. It is true that the tests were aimed at this. However, it’s like the injection – not all tests were contaminated!

JJK: How much is that in percentages?

SANANDA: Half of these PCR tests were provided with the sequences you report on above. The injection was similar, both to introduce gene-modifying structures into the body. The efficiency is more direct and massive when injecting, as a messily carried out test cannot catch. So much for this level of consideration – and now we come into play!

Because of our innate curiosity, humans have the urge to try everything – for better or for worse. As a significant number of people and the planet prepare for the transition into the light, these measures cannot cause lasting damage.

The most effective remedy!

We from the realms of light have repeatedly relaxed nuclear conflicts in the past, defused many nuclear disasters or rendered nuclear warheads ineffective. This direct intervention from Heaven occurs whenever humanity is faced with a crime that it:

A.) cannot have knowledge,

B.) comes into contact with it despite a NO,

C.) no defense is possible due to the dimension of the malignancy.

SANANDA: The most effective remedy is GOD! Get out of your fears, because fears are the biggest poison.

JJK: I have had myself tested sometimes. I’ve been taking CDL every day for months. I feel like this is good and necessary now. I also read that high doses of vitamin C are supposed to help?

SANANDA: Both are advisable. These solutions exist and more solutions are presented! The best solution is GOD and is HIS GRACE.

JJK: This kept me very busy today.

SANANDA: It is always fear that, as soon as it gains the upper hand and begins to rule, brings undesirable results.

It is fear that manifests and prolongs dramas. Unresolved fears – which the mind passes on to the feeling so that they can anchor themselves there – are the cause of all distortions in the perception of life.

JJK: But if someone was affected, then that is a real drama! When I think about how many people die “suddenly”!?

SANANDA: Yes, indeed, anyone who has violated people in this way will be dealt with by fate. What is true is that in the end it will affect fewer people than is apparent today.

Only those who have chosen the experience of cloning, those who have taken the path of transhumanism for further incarnations, those who are not yet on the ascension path, will have this experience. In this abuse and encroachment, the divine laws come into play and people’s free will is respected and remains untouched.

The sudden deaths keep people’s attention on this crime and they prevent many people from making similar decisions. This means that nothing can be swept under the table and reprocessing is possible.

JJK: Is it good to publish videos that shed light on this? It totally blocks me! I see how widespread fears are among people. I’ve been haunted by it myself the last few days. What’s the point if everyone freezes into pillars of salt and is paralyzed by fear? Then everyone who has ever taken a corona test will be scared to death, even though it may not affect them at all!?

SANANDA: What needs to be seen and understood now in all its breadth and depth: GOD IS OMNIPE!

Godlessness is only possible where godlessness reigns. If your heart is full of GOD, then you have everything – put aside worry and trust in the life that returns to earth after this cleansing.
