Charges against nurse who opposed vaccine mandates defeated

REGINA, SK: The Justice Centre is pleased to announce that the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) has ruled in favour of nurse Leah McInnes following an October and November 2023 disciplinary hearing.
The Investigation Committee of the CRNS had charged Ms. McInnes with spreading “misinformation” because she had voiced her concerns about vaccine mandates. The outcome vindicates her right to professionally advocate for medical ethics and evidence-based health policy.
“This is a significant victory for free expression and democratic participation. Nurses, doctors, psychologists, teachers, lawyers, engineers and all Canadians who work in a regulated profession have the freedom to advocate for their beliefs and should not face threats from their own professional association or professional regulator,” stated John Carpay, President of the Justice Centre.
Ms. McInnes had been charged by the CRNS’s Investigation Committee, which investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct complaints, for her social media advocacy and for protesting vaccine mandates. The Investigation Committee’s broad allegation against Ms. McInnes was that her advocacy, including her use of the common term “vaccine mandate,” amounted to “misinformation.”
Ms. McInnes is a mother of two and has been a Registered Nurse in Saskatchewan since 2013.
Ms. McInnes’s advocacy was measured and balanced. She had supported vaccines as an important tool in Covid-management efforts while also pointing to emerging scientific evidence regarding viral loads and transmission, which showed that Covid vaccines did not eliminate transmission. Ms. McInnes opposed vaccine mandates as a violation of basic ethical principles of autonomy and informed and voluntary consent of each and every patient.
When Covid vaccines were introduced and voluntarily received in the spring and summer of 2021, the question of vaccine mandates was publicly debated across Canada.
On June 30, 2021, the Saskatchewan Government indicated that it would not enforce a vaccine mandate because doing so would pose a “potential violation of health information privacy,” and, later, that it would “infringe on people’s personal rights.” The Saskatchewan Government also stated that a vaccine mandate for provincial employees was not being considered and, on September 10, 2021, rejected a proof-of-vaccination system, stating that mandates create “two classes of citizens based on… vaccination status,” and would be a “divisive path for a government to take.” Similar sentiments were echoed by Alberta’s Jason Kenney and Ontario’s Doug Ford, who claimed it would lead to a “split society.”
Around the same time, the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses was calling for the “mandatory immunization” of all healthcare workers–a demand repeated by many, including Saskatchewan NDP leader Ryan Meili and a group of Saskatchewan Health Authority’s Medical Health Officers.
Guided by her conscience and professional ethics, notably, her respect for bodily autonomy and informed consent, Ms. McInnes vocally opposed vaccine mandates. She protested vaccine mandates by holding a sign that read, “RN against Mandates and Vax Passports.” According to the Investigation Committee of the College, this sign amounted to “misinformation” with an intention to deceive.
Shortly after Ms. McInnes’s advocacy began, the Saskatchewan Government changed course and imposed a vaccine mandate.
A fellow Registered Nurse filed a complaint, calling Ms. McInnes, “Leah aka anti-vaxxer.”
The complaint resulted in charges, including the charge that Ms. McInnes knowingly spread misinformation on the basis that, purportedly, no “vaccination mandates” had ever been implemented. It appeared that, according to the Investigation Committee, only a policy of “restrain and vaccinate” qualified as a “vaccine mandate.”
After an initial investigation, the Investigation Committee proposed an agreement that would have Ms. McInnes admit to professional misconduct, but she rejected this offer, choosing instead to stand up for her professional and Charter rights. The Investigation Committee charged her on March 28, 2023, and filed a Notice of Hearing, the details of which were later expanded after counsel for Ms. McInnes demanded clarity from the College as to what exactly the College alleged to be “misinformation”, “disinformation” or “misleading” information.
Ms. McInnes’s expert witness, former Chief Medical Officer of Health of Ontario Dr. Richard Schabas, confirmed that the term “vaccine mandate” had, in the medical profession, no special meaning beyond its meaning in everyday language. In all contexts, “vaccine mandate” refers to a requirement to either get injected or lose certain rights or freedoms.
“Ms. McInnes used the term ‘vaccine mandate’ just as nearly everyone else did in public discourse, including the Toronto Star, the CBC, CTV, the Saskatoon Star Phoenix, CKOM, the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses, academia, Occupational Health and Safety, Saskatchewan Health Authority, the Saskatchewan NDP, and governments,” stated Andre Memauri, co-counsel for Ms. McInnes. “But the Investigation Committee nevertheless forced Ms. McInnes through this painful process, causing her needless grief,” continued Memauri.
The Investigation Committee also alleged that Ms. McInnes knowingly spread misinformation about Covid vaccines. Ms. McInnes had posted that vaccines did not provide sterilizing immunity, i.e., that vaccinated people could contract and transmit the virus. During the hearings that took place in 2023, experts, including the Investigation Committee’s own expert, testified that vaccines do not provide sterilizing immunity, vindicating Ms. McInnes.
Co-counsel to Ms. McInnes, Glenn Blackett, says, “It’s chilling to recall that this vitally important fact, that the Covid vaccine did not provide sterilizing immunity, was broadly censored while Canadians were supposedly debating the wisdom of vaccine mandates. Poor information makes for poor decisions.”
Thankfully for Ms. McInnes and all Canadians who depend on an informed and ethical nursing profession, the Discipline Committee of the College accepted the evidence presented to them and found that Ms. McInnes had, in no way, misinformed the public.
Mr. Blackett continued, “This is a hugely important decision, not just for Ms. McInnes, who embodies the ‘moral courage’ Canadians should expect of all health professionals. It is perhaps most important for upholding a nurse’s right to voice ethical and scientific dissent and to participate in democratic discourse. The importance of professional freedom of speech and conscience can hardly be overstated. Science, ethics and democracy simply do not operate without freedom to think and speak. If you can’t trust a professional, be it a nurse, doctor or lawyer, to tell you what they think is true, you can’t trust them at all.”
As for Ms. McInnes, she sees this as a victory for free speech in the medical community which will only lead to better outcomes. “I very much value the right of my colleagues to express opinions different than mine and support them in their endeavours to seek change in healthcare and government policy they perceive to be in the public interest. I’m grateful that the CRNS Discipline Committee recognized my right to do the same, as it’s only in the collection of our opinions that the public truly benefits,” she stated.
After hearings and submissions in October and November 2023, the College’s Discipline Committee published their decision on January 12, 2024, dismissing all charges against Ms. McInnes. In their decision, the Discipline Committee stated that the case against Ms. McInnes should not have even proceeded to a hearing.

With that big picture in mind, let us look at how the war against Satan is now raging. The biggest and most unreported news of the past week was that King Charles had abdicated the throne of England. The story being put out is that he is undergoing prostate surgery (just like US “Defense Secretary” Lloyd Austin). It also turns out Crown Prince William will not be taking over because his wife Kate Middleton underwent a “planned abdominal surgery.”
Remember, Charles claimed the throne exactly 6 months, 6 weeks and 6 days after his mother Queen Elizabeth II was murdered, according to MI6. This means he openly declared his allegiance to Satan. He had to because those loyal to Satan must have horrific crimes on record so that they can be blackmailed into obedience.
MI6 sources say Charles and Lloyd Austin etc. were removed because they had been planning a horrific false flag event designed to usher in a Satanic dictatorship. This black swan event has thus been averted.
However, we are getting more and more signs that other black swan events are headed our way.
US military sources close to US President Donald Trump say a ten-day shutdown of the internet, ATMs, etc. is coming soon. The US can do this worldwide. North Korean sources tell us a single Aegis destroyer has the technical capability to shut down all wireless communications on the planet.
During this shutdown, the emergency broadcast system is set to tell the horrific truth of our current leadership to the people. “The truth is going to shock the world,” the Trump Q people say. If their Q clock is to be believed, this process will start on January 27th.
In a hint at what is going to be revealed, the former president of the Club of Rome Calin Giorgescu – a high-level insider- says the world’s public leaders (Presidents, Prime Ministers, Chancellors etc.) are controlled by oligarchs who practice “transhumanism” by murdering over 8 million children every year.

So, the trusting sheeple are about to find out their shepherd is slaughtering and eating their children.
At the same time, a senior Asian royal and other sources say a financial black swan event is scheduled for March. They say the Asians and Western white hat allies have been gathering up and destroying all the US dollars in the world. They are replacing them with an asset-backed currency. As a reminder, US Treasuries have fallen in value by 45% since January of 2020 so, if the US dollar was American, then its’ value should have fallen by the same amount. Instead, its’ value remains closely linked to the price of gold and other commodities.
In Japan, the government is issuing a new 10,000 yen bill, the equivalent of a US $100 bill in July. This means they will be gathering up and destroying all the old bills. Our sources say the same is happening to the no longer American US dollar bills. They apparently have decided to end the pretense it is a “US” dollar by replacing the US-themed paper currently in use. The sources warn though that because of logistical problems involved with all the various paper dollars in circulation, the process could take longer than planned. A source claims to have successfully tested one of the new bills at an ATM.
There is evidence to back these claims of a financial black swan event in March.
The Feds’ $161BN Bank Bailout Facility (BTFP) and the Reverse Repo bank bailout both end in March. This means the big banks cannot survive in their current form after March.
The US government also passed a new spending bill that ends in March. It only funds essential government services until then. No money for Ukraine or Israel is in the bill.
US President Donald Trump hinted at his involvement by promising “to protect Americans from government tyranny” by never allowing the creation of a Central Bank Digital Currency.
By the way, the Club of Rome’s Giorgescu helped answer questions about what exactly has been going on with President Trump. He says the “plandemic and all those lies was supposed to be in 2016” but was delayed until 2020 by Trump’s “accidental election.” In 2020 they forced the real Trump to go to the US military base in Mt. Cheyenne while they trotted out a fake Trump to carry out the pandemic. He says their next plan is to engineer “a disaster regarding food and water,” which was originally scheduled for 2020 but is now set for 2025. “Of course, they will not succeed, this is very clear, the system is almost done,” he says.
Nonetheless, we can now get a clear picture of what the Davos WEF criminals had planned for us.

Meanwhile, Putin and the Russian military warn the fake Biden administration plans to manufacture ANOTHER biological crisis and use mail-in voting to rig elections.
Then we see news reports about “Chinese scientists” experimenting with a “mutant coronavirus strain” that attacks the brain and is 100 percent lethal in “humanized” mice.

We are also seeing efforts to seize total information control before the release of the next plandemic. UNESCO plans to implement a dangerous plan for “dealing with dis- and misinformation, hate speech, and conspiracy theories,” on the Internet. This is the same organization seeking a global pandemic agreement to control decisions about your health. They also emphasize religious freedom is less important than promoting LGBT ideology.
This brings us to why they are pushing LGBT so hard: They are trying to sexualize children in order to make it easier for them to get victims to torture for adrenochrome.
In Berlin a children’s shopping fair for men “Men having babies” will take place in April. Here single men will be able to buy babies without any verification of buyers, German intelligence sources say.
For their part, the Oscar distributors have excluded 56 films from the 2024 awards ceremony because they “do not meet the criteria for inclusivity for women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ people, people with physical or mental disabilities, etc..”
Netflix is doing its part by including LGBT themes in animated series for young children, including preschoolers. The popular fairy tales “CoComelon Street” and “Ada Bambini, Scientist” feature two LGBT “fathers” and a gay wedding. The producers of these cartoons are Barack and Michelle Obama!
This is in the context of the huge amounts of illegal immigrants being systematically brought into the US and Europe by WEF-affiliated organizations such as the Red Cross.
Now US airlines like United and Delta will ensure that 50% of pilots are women and people of color. Forget meritocracy. My advice: avoid United Airlines and Delta at all costs. Watch out for accidents.
German intelligence sources say this is the restart of a plan to “breed war weariness out of Germans” through “racial mixing” to “destroy German nationalism and ideology” by uniting German women with non-German men. Under this plan, German men would be forcibly detained outside Germany with non-German women.
It has also emerged that companies are deliberately trying to push people into poverty by stealing their money. The think tank Groundwork Collaborative found that corporate profits account for about 53% of inflation.

Luckily for us, there is a critical mass of people that puts a stop to all of these plans.

The state of Texas is also stopping mass immigration of military-age male migrants and unaccompanied minors.

And if you read between the lines of what Klaus Schwab Rothschild said in Davos, he essentially admitted that people’s reaction to their plans is forcing the WEF to engage in short-term crisis management rather than implementing their long-term plans.
One crisis is that European farmers are still on the warpath, refusing to let the WEF put them out of business to enact their planned food crisis. Last week, thousands of farmers dumped more than a hundred trailers full of manure and waste on government property.
After France and Germany, farmers in Belgium have also started turning street signs to condemn the government’s agricultural policy and the crisis in the sector. The movement has already spread throughout the Flemish region.
They will not stop until all WEF puppet governments in Europe are removed.
The KM stronghold Israel is also in big trouble. The South African genocide charge filed at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is a crucial turning point. The ICJ should not be confused with the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICJ is an instrument of Western imperialism to punish disobedient Third World rulers. The ICJ actually enforces international law. Because Israel has signed a treaty against genocide, if found guilty, the Israeli government must arrest leaders like Benyamin Netanyahu who are likely to have committed genocide in Gaza.
The politicians who blindly support the genocide in Gaza will also be brought to justice. A UK-based advocacy group has filed a lawsuit against senior British politicians for their complicity in Israel’s war crimes against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, Iran has destroyed the ISIS (Israeli Satanic Intelligence Service) headquarters in the Kurdish region of Iraq and destroyed “terrorist operations” in Syria and Pakistan. Since Israel officially denies any connection to ISIS, Iran was able to retaliate for the terrorist attacks against it without giving the United States an excuse to start World War III. They also issue the following wanted posters:
“All leaders in our region believe that without US support, the war would end today. In 10 minutes [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu would fall, unable to continue the war,” Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said at the WEF. “We have never viewed war as the right solution to this problem,” said the foreign minister.
The USA is now forcing Israel to make peace. Israeli media reports that a major regional agreement to end the war in Gaza, release Israeli prisoners and bring peace between Israel and the Arab world is in the works.
Our sources tell us that as part of this agreement, the Jews (falsely called Palestinians) will receive Israeli citizenship and full rights.
When the KM capitulates in its last strongholds in Switzerland and Israel, world peace and a golden age can finally begin. There is still turbulence ahead, but there is no way, on Earth or off, that the KM will succeed in its plans to turn planet Earth into a giant animal farm controlled by them. The sheep are released. Something fundamental has happened at the highest levels of world power. Satan -as in an ancient cult of human slavers- has been defeated and now a mopping-up operation is underway. The signs are everywhere. First, though, let us look at what has been defeated.
When Asian secret societies first approached me in 2006 they gave me the following hand-drawn chart of their power structure (sorry about the coffee stains).
At the top is the star of Satan (misleadingly called the Star of David) and directly underneath you find Switzerland and the Federal Reserve Board. The Babylonian god-king at the top of this structure was David Rockefeller. Under his direct control, you see Japan, Mexico, Canada, Africa, America, Iran, Greece, England, Russia and Mongolia.
On the left side, you see Queen Elizabeth and the European Commission (now the EU). Beneath her, you find the City of London and something called properties (presumably Crown land including most of Australia and Canada). On the right, you see France and hanging next to it the Fortune 500.
What you do not find under their control is Germany (then headed by Fuhrer George Bush Sr.). You also do not find the Middle Eastern Monarchies like Saudi Arabia, China, ASEAN and South America under their control.
Ok, so now let us zoom forward to 2023 and see what has happened. England under Queen Elizabeth split off, hence Brexit. Since her consort Philip was the monarch of Denmark and Greece, they also split off. Even though Elizabeth was murdered, England, Ireland and Scotland are now under the control of someone loyal to her spirit. It is not the fake King Charles III. This individual says he will make a public appearance in the New Year.
France has also split off. It is now under the control of Pierre De Gaulle, the grandson of Charles De Gaulle. At the Saint Petersburg Forum, De Gaulle raised the possibility of France joining the BRICS. Russia, of course, also split off when Czarists loyal to the Orthodox Church killed 200 Satanist oligarchs and exiled many others before placing the Avatar Vladimir Putin in charge.
Africa has also split off, which is why almost nobody submitted to vaccinations on that continent. The Russians have been providing military support for newly independent African countries. The Chinese have provided economic support. The British Commonwealth African countries are also independent.
Next, let us look at Germany. After George Bush Sr. and most of his family were executed for treason, the new Fuhrer became, according to the elders of the Black Sun Organization, Elon Musk. Donald Trump (the real one, not the fake one), is allied with this group.
Japan and the Korean Peninsula are now a battleground with the Rockefeller clan fighting (and losing) a rear-guard action to stay in control.
So, that leaves David Rockefeller Jr. an inheritance that now consists of the United States Corporation under the fake President Joe Biden, Canada under Castrudeau and many of the Fortune 500 companies. His politburo is the Swiss-based Octagon group. Politburo member Klaus Schwab Rothschild may have been trying to oust Jr. with his “great reset” plan. He failed.
In other words, much of the news events of the past several years can be seen as the Rockefeller clan fighting to stay in power. This is why the first thing they did when they stole the 2020 election was cancel the Keystone pipeline to stop the US from buying non-Rockefeller oil from Canada. They also blew up the Nordstream II pipeline in order to force the Europeans to buy Rockefeller oil and gas at twice the Russian price.
Now it turns out one of the big reasons for the ongoing genocide in Gaza is to secure the huge gas reserves found there. The map above illustrates this.
Nonetheless, despite impoverishing the Americans and Europeans to stay in power, the Rockefellers are still facing bankruptcy.
As Kim.com points out “Russia, the most sanctioned country in the world ends 2023 with a $75 billion profit…The US, the most indebted country in the world will end 2023 with a loss of $2 trillion.”
Last week the Rockefellers hoped to stay in business by offering the Chinese pretty much anything they wanted in exchange for more money. They offered California to the Chinese and lined the streets of San Francisco with Chinese flags saying, “Oh look, San Francisco turned into China for President Xi’s arrival. Finally revealing its’ true colors.”
However, if you look at the expression of Rockefeller bagman Anthony Blinken after talks with his Chinese counterparts, you can see sheer terror. We asked Asian Secret Society sources what they told him and they said
they told him the Chinese would NOT lend any more money to the US Corporation. They also said they were going to insist the Rockefellers and others responsible for the vaccine mass murder war face war crimes tribunals.

After the meeting, the Chinese government press confirmed “The dysfunction of the US political system will continue to coexist as long as the country is still able to use the dollar to rein in the world economy.
This came even though “Biden” promised “the United States does not seek a new Cold War, it does not seek to change China’s system, it does not seek to revitalize alliances against China, it does not support ‘Taiwan independence,’ and that it has no intention to have a conflict with China,” according to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
The failure to get money is why “Biden” disparaged Xi as a dictator of a communist government after the meeting.

In any case, without Chinese money, the Biden show is doomed for sure because they will have no money to bribe generals and actors pretending to be politicians.
The signs that the Rockefellers are losing control of the US are everywhere now.
The biggest sign is a letter going out to soldiers that says, “Former soldiers who were involuntarily separated for refusal to receive the COVID-19 vaccination may request a correction of their military records.” What this means is the vaccine mafia has lost control of the US military.
They are also losing control of the US bureaucracy. More than 500 U.S. officials have signed a letter protesting Rockefeller surrogate Biden’s Israel policy
