Exploring Gentleness
Exploring Gentleness
By Steve Beckow

On one level, it doesn’t matter what’s going on outside. I know the purpose of life is Self-Realization (1) and so I continue to observe myself, separating the transitory from the eternal, moving along the path of self-awareness and self-discovery.
I reflect on my life, at 5 in the morning, no one else being up. And I see what a prominent place anger has played in it.
Having been kicked around and swatted as a kid by my father, I eventually learned how to defend myself and then went around looking for a fight. Anger was such a valuable survival tool that I regarded it as a friend.
But it’s not a friend on the receiving end and I regret my part in the conflict. I still get angry when triggered. And all of that has to go before Michaelangelo & Partners opens its doors.
So this delay and then hope and then delay and then hope (since 2013, in my case) has always worked for me because it allows me a dress rehearsal. I may go over my post-Reval To Do list again. I may practise describing the work of the fund to an imaginary applicant. All the time I’m learning, growing.
Anger is something that can upset the apple cart quickest so I’d prefer not to have a trace of it in me when showtime arrives.
Something I noticed this morning is that I can practise ways of being that increase my distance from anger.
Good example: Gentleness. There’s more distance between gentleness and anger than, say, between roughness or crudeness and anger.
Gentleness also seems like an anger-retardant. Even when it’s spurned.
Again, the further my distance from anger, theoretically, the more reaction time I have. The more time to detect anger rising and express what its message is while I’m minimally reactivated and maximally in control. These are my working hypotheses.
What does anger say? I don’t want to do that. I want to do this. I want that. I don’t want this. You can’t have it! Oh, go ahead.
This is infantile. What happened to “say no nicely”?
I’m back in kindergarten with this one.

My grand motif, (2) the thought that organizes other thoughts, is “you can’t trust anyone.” Keep your dukes up. Don’t turn your back on anyone. It always comes when you least expect it.
Dad speaking. Merchant marine. WW2. Down manning the ship’s boiler. Dead duck in case of a torpedo attack. Very rough. I don’t blame him.
And I also suspect that it was designed to awaken in me a past-life memory of … a military life. It awakened a martial spirit in me. I think that has done its job now and can probably be put back on the shelf. I know where it is, where it came from, and what its use is if needed.
But it’ll be needed less and less, perhaps as I learn more and more not to resort to anger but to resort to gentleness instead. And perhaps the rising lovelight energies – and med beds – will erase the rest.

Exploring Our Belief in Good and Evil
Exploring Our Belief in Good and Evil
By Kenneth Schmitt
July 2, 2023
In order to understand our own reality, it may be helpful to know what quantum physicists know about the structure of the empirical world. First, there is no such thing as substance. Everything that we are aware of, at its source of being, consists of conscious, swirling patterns of energy, both etheric and electro-magnetic. This applies to the atoms of our body and all subatomic entities. They are swirling energetic expressions of their own conscious awareness in alignment with the consciousness of our body, which is an expression of the consciousness that creates everything.
Although we are not our bodies, we are intimately conjoined, so that our body expresses the vibratory patterns of our accustomed state of being. We have believed that the flesh of our body is solid, but penetrating its structure down to its smallest constituent parts, reveals a complex energetic expression of trillions of conscious subatomic entities of light-essence, some of which vibrate in frequencies within our sensory range. We can recognize them in great numbers of swirling patterns of energy moving at light-speed, appearing and feeling solid to us.
At the source of everything is consciousness. Everything is conscious within its own structure. Consciousness is everywhere, and we are part of it in our own ways and to the extent that we allow ourselves. We have ignored the consciousness of nearly everything, including the constituent entities of our own body. We can communicate with them, and we can influence their vitality with our own perspective. Whenever we express life-enhancing thoughts and feelings, the cells and DNA of our bodies naturally cooperate with us. When we are negatively-oriented, we radiate life-diminishing energies throughout out body.
In the empirical world, in order to have matter, we must have anti-matter as a balancing backdrop, or there would be no awareness of matter. That allows for duality, for creation and destruction. These are both necessary to contain the expression of infinite Being within the confines of the dualistic empirical band-width and polarities. In order to participate in a convincing way in this world, we have imposed upon ourselves the belief in good and evil, light and dark and all polarities, but we are not required to maintain this perspective.
We know that our vitality is creative and life-enhancing. We know when energies are destructive and life-diminishing. This is part of the human experience in duality. If we want to open our awareness to greater consciousness beyond duality, we must align our attention with the energetic patterns of the source of our vitality. We can intentionally seek this awareness without attachment to any beliefs, opening our inner awareness for what we truly know as life-enhancing gratitude, love and joy. These are the qualities that arise within us in the infinite consciousness of the Creator. They are the vibrations that open us to universal consciousness through our intuitive ability.

Exploring Stillpoint in Action
Exploring Stillpoint in Action

Articles of impeachment against the “President” have been introduced and I’m exploring inner consciousness. I go where I’m guided.
I’m exploring the state I earlier called “space” and I find it to be indistinguishable from what I also earlier called “maturity.”
Within “space,” I am, without any interference from the ego.
If I’m being truly “spacious” – not some kind of mock space that the creators of trends and fashions may do with the notion, but true spaciousness – then the way has been cleared for my natural Self to shine through.
What could be more mature – or spacious – than my natural Self? I already know it to be pure and innocent. (1)
So I have some pre-existing benchmark or yardstick to measure by.
***
I recall that Franklin Merrell-Wolff called his groundbreaking study of the higher dimensions Pathways Through to Space. (2)
As an aside, Michael told me that Merrell-Wolff was ascended before he set pen to paper. He reached the Eleventh Dimension while still in the body. I’ve never heard of anyone else who did that except avatars. (3)
What is this “space” that Merrell-Wolff explored?
I go in and out of a lower-dimensional version of it, making notes. I’m not going to go as deeply into it as I otherwise might. But this is the job – not to jump in and dive as deeply as possible but to dive and then surface and write about it.
I feel my commitment to maturity stabilizing my mental and emotional sides. Buttressed by that commitment, I dive as deeply as I can into space, knowing that I’ll emerge to write.
I sense that this is a dynamic version of stillpoint. This is stillpoint in action.
My experiencing this space (A) results in my being in stillpoint while (B) fully able to act. I don’t feel a need to be in meditation to be in stillpoint so long as I’m in the experience of spaciousness.
When I breathe into this space, at this moment, I feel clouds of bliss arise – from my heart, I imagine. Yes, it must be because when I write that I felt more bliss arise.
And yet I stand off, observing the bliss and even feeling it, but … somehow aloof from it all the same….
I hear Sosan: No preferences. But it’s hard not to prefer bliss. And yet I have to choose: Enjoying bliss or going deeper.
Who is enjoying bliss?
The purpose of life is to know who we are. When one of us realizes itself, God meets God and for that meeting was all of this created.
How can I know who God is until I know who I am? Right now, who I am is space.
