Our lives are filled with so many inputs, it can all just feel like noise — emails, messages, tasks, meetings, news, social media and more. We get overwhelmed, and often shut down or avoid.
Too many priorities, too much information, too many inputs, too much noise.
The secret is to find the signal in all this noise.
The noise is everything that feels urgent, or all the incoming stuff. It can make us reactive when we’re acting on the noise.
The signal is the stuff that actually matters. It’s the stuff that will move the needle, make the impact you want, move the important things forward in a meaningful way.
We need to get good at distinguishing this if we want to deal with overwhelm, and be less reactive.
So how do we distinguish the signal from the noise?
Let’s take a look.
Criteria for Finding the Signal
There’s no right answer here, but here are some ways I look for signal in all of the noise …
What would move forward my most important things?
What would I regret ignoring?
What keeps surfacing when I get quiet?
And this last one is what I highly recommend — practicing a little stillness every day. It can be daily meditation, but it could also be just pausing for a minute or two, closing your eyes, breathing in slowly, and relaxing. Listening.
In this kind of stillness and quiet, the signal becomes clearer.
How to Practice
Question 1 above (moving forward your most important things) requires you to know what’s most important. So I recommend a little stillness every few months, for an hour or two, to get clear on your priorities. They might shift over the course of a year, so check back in every 3 months or so.
Then do a weekly “signal check”: 10 minutes at the start of the week to ask what’s really important for this week. Write those down, schedule them if you can.
I highly recommend doing a daily stillness practice, either at the start of the day or at the end (or both!) to keep the signal visible. What’s important for today, in all the noise?
And during the course of the day, if you’re overwhelmed or feeling reactive … just take a moment to calm yourself, re-center, and get clear on your signal with just a moment of stillness.
Clarity isn’t found in more information — it’s found in letting ourselves relax into stillness, and finding the signal of what really matters.
Top Japanese Oncologist says COVID-19 Vaccines are “Essentially Murder”

The baseline of “pushback” against the Covid cabal continues. Now someone has used the “m” word, which will probably advance the discussion a great deal. Of course the Covid vaccine is murder. Democide, omnicide and other words like that relate to extent. But the act of promoting, administering, selling, etc., a medicine that is known to be fatally toxic is an act of murder, in my non-professional view.
Top Japanese oncologist says COVID-19 vaccines are “essentially murder”
Japan’s top cancer doctor recently made headlines for openly admitting what many American doctors have been too afraid to say out loud: the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are “the work of evil” and have amounted to what is “essentially murder.”
The comments were made by Dr. Masanori Fukushima in a recent interview. The decorated oncologist set up the first outpatient cancer clinic at Kyoto University in Japan and was responsible for the first course at the school in pharmacoepidemiology.
He cited one particularly alarming side effect that the mainstream media in the U.S. hasn’t reported on – the prevalence of “turbo cancers” that were “previously unseen by doctors.” He said that these cancers started appearing after the rollouts of the vaccines and have been progressing so quickly that they are often in stage 4 by the time doctors diagnose them.
He added that the jump in these cancers has been accompanied by increases in excess mortality from cancer in general to a degree that cannot be explained simply by missed treatments or screenings during COVID-19-related lockdowns.
He also pointed to sudden deaths seen in individuals shortly after receiving the vaccines, such as a 28-year-old man whose wife found him dead five days after his second dose of Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine. It’s a story that is all too common these days, even in people with no history of health problems.
He said: “It’s serious. It’s essentially murder. In the end, I want to state clearly that this is my view.”
For Dr. Fukushima, it is no surprise that the countries that launched the most aggressive COVID-19 vaccination campaigns are seeing the highest rates of both infections and deaths, like Israel.
“Israel led in early and widespread vaccination but also had the highest death and infection rates. The less aggressively vaccinated areas saw less harm,” he said, adding that “Israel was quick to halt the vaccine.”
Increasing numbers of vaccinated people need medical care for health issues related to the jab
He said that the Japanese government has already documented more than 2,000 deaths connected to the shot, an estimate that he believes is low, along with numerous others who need medical care for serious health issues related to the jab.
“There are tens of thousands of people who must see a doctor because of vaccine-related issues,” he said.
He estimates at nearly a third of them are dealing with issues like chronic fatigue syndrome and myalgic encephalomyelitis, and the problem is only going to get worse as numerous diseases have been spiking since the vaccine rollout. Unfortunately, there’s a chance that some of these patients may not get the attention and care they need.
“It’s as if we’ve opened Pandora’s box… We must take these damages seriously and address them earnestly. Any efforts to dismiss these damages as if they didn’t happen are frankly the work of evil. This is a quintessential example of the evil practice of science,” he asserted.
Dr. Fukushima also had some harsh words for the mainstream media and its failure to report on the dangers of the vaccines. He also called out the media for calling vaccine critics anti-science “heretics” and said those who silenced these individuals are the ones going against science, adding that they are “more akin to faith, hysteria or even cult behavior.”
He added: “I am now deeply concerned not only about a serious crisis in medicine but in science and democracy.”

I don’t remember what website I happened onto that led to me getting emails from a variety of other websites. But I got this one article today and much enjoyed Elizabeth Nickson’s look at the rise of the press reliant upon and subservient to the national security state. The American version of the operation is called Operation Mockingbird. Elizabeth worked in many of the major publications of the times.
I’ve never solved the problem of what to do with comments like “You really can’t hate them enough.” Not our advice. It’ll only perpetuate the suffering.
Do I ignore them? Delete them? Comment? I consider the article valuable despite the advice.

At the London bureau of Time Magazine, both the bureau chief, former military intelligence, and the deputy bureau chief filed to Langley and other organs of the National Security State. I know this because when my office was in use by a visiting grandee, I used their computers to file. The secret government has been embedded in media ever since Viscount Northcliffe, the owner of the Daily Mail figured out how to stampede Britain’s working class into the First World War.

Spies and Journalists: A Very Special Relationship
An excerpt from Against the Corporate Media, coming Sept. 10 from Bombardier Books. “Spies and Journalists: A Very Special Relationship,” by Kyle Shideler.
It’s hard to understate the irony of [Carl] Bernstein’s complaining about journalists collaborating with intelligence officials when he had served as the unquestioning recipient of leaks by Mark Felt [in the Watergate scandal; Felt was “Deep Throat”] , the onetime head of FBI counterintelligence, motivated by Felt’s bureaucratic beef against the elected president of the United States. Bernstein’s relationship with Felt can be thought of as the alternative model of intelligence-journalist cooperation, where the eyes of the intelligence services are not on foreign foes, but domestic political and bureaucratic opponents.
Even in exposing the CIA’s relationship with journalists, Bernstein was likely little more than a patsy. As the late Angelo Codevilla observed from his time as a staffer on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, a leftwing faction of the intelligence services used the Church Committee and other revelations of bad behavior, not to clean up shop but to target internal opponents—and to establish a dominance over the security organs which has never since been challenged. Instead of journalists being the eyes and ears of American spies, it’s now the spies who observe and report to their journalist assets, not to relay facts, but to spread narratives that serve the opaque purposes of the government mandarins.
Journalists seeking to remain in the good graces of the intelligence community have returned the favor by pre-emptively tailoring their reporting to the needs of the spies. The Intercept has reported how CIA favorite Ken Dilanian, first of the Los Angeles Times and later of the Associated Press, was one of several journalists who routinely gave the Agency preclearance of stories to ensure that the coverage portrayed the CIA in a positive light.

Coziness between spies and journalists has grown exponentially worse as society has progressed further into the digital era. Media outlets have closed foreign news bureaus and sent veteran foreign correspondents into retirement. In their place have settled swarms of young, eager J-school grads, some responsible for writing as many as a half dozen articles a day, with no requirement for multiple sources and no fact checking, posted to news websites where the ability to stealth-edit an error has replaced pro-active high-quality and knowledgeable editors. Eventually even writing articles became too time consuming, and journalists now rush to scoop each other on social media, hammering out 140-character pieces for the benefit of their Twitter (now X) followers, who sometimes outnumber the total official subscribers of the outlets where they are employed.
These are the twenty-seven-year-olds who “literally know nothing” as former Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes once pointed out. Rhodes was describing the method by which, as an official in the Obama administration, he built a foreign policy “echo chamber” that would successfully spin a narrative to justify a nuclear deal with Iran. Rhodes’s partner in the scheme was a CIA officer seconded to the National Security Council, Ned Price. Price and Rhodes realized that reporters who lacked worldly experience or access to foreign correspondents of their own were completely reliant on intelligence officials in Washington to tell them what’s really going on.
What little HUMINT capability the intelligence agencies had was decimated in the 1970s [in Watergate], thanks in part to Bernstein and company. So today the intelligence doyens of D.C. don’t really have any better understanding of the ways of the wider world than do the know-nothing journalists to whom they leak. But what the intelligence services do have is extensive electronic surveillance. And this tool also has been turned inward, in attempts to produce more goodies to leak to their aligned journalists.
Accompanying Rhodes’s narrative-shaping was the tactic of unmasking identities of Americans caught in electronic surveillance, which began with congressional opponents of the Iran nuclear deal who were surveilled while they spoke with Israeli officials also opposed to the deal. As Lee Smith, author of The Plot Against the President has pointed out, the Iran deal surveillance was a dry run for the “Russian collusion” hoax launched against Donald Trump. The plot contained all the same elements: eavesdropping on political opponents engaged in conversations with foreigners—whether those conversations were legitimate, or the result of foreign assets being introduced by the services to justify surveillance—and using targeted leaks to favored reporters to create a false but prevalent narrative which in turn justified more extensive surveillance.
Ironically, central to the scheme was the use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court, which had been instituted as a post-Church Committee reform, sold as an effort to rein in the intelligence community. Instead, provided they can sell their story to the court, the spies have carte blanche to indulge in bad behavior with a judicially clear conscience. Exactly as Codevilla had repeatedly warned would happen. Like Bernstein with Felt, journalists are perfectly comfortable being the patsies of deep-throated spies if the target is a Republican, and not some foreign foe.
It is arguable we have never had a completely free media, but today, independent media is pretty much there. Readers are exercising their choice and subscribing to the writers they trust. CNN’s Dana Bash (right) interviews VP candidate J.D. Vance
Listening to the interviews that are happening right now, particularly on the part of Robert Kennedy and J.D. Vance, (1) I resonate with one thing both of them are saying: That Americans are looking at themselves right now and saying, does party affiliation come before the need to deal with reality?
And what seems to be happening is that more and more people do appear to be abandoning party affiliation in light of what’s staring them in the face – the disintegration of their country, orchestrated by divide-and-conquer tactics from the top echelons of the cabal.
That doesn’t mean they choose the opposite party necessarily. I think Donald Trump is aware of that, which may explain talk of a Unity Party.

One of the features of our lightworker community on this blog is that we allow the evidence of channeled literature. As a subtheme of this article, let me review how consulting that literature fills important gaps in our knowledge of the full picture.
Our channeled sources have been predicting for some time our moving towards a more conciliar form of government such as exists in many other civilizations who’ve been in similar positions.
Gaia has a council. Its representative to the Intergalactic Council is Wakana Taka, as discussed here:
Commander Ashira: Your original representatives, Wakana Taka and company, those who have also served at the council fire of the Mother Gaia, have performed and served extraordinarily well, but this delegation, as we would call it, is rapidly expanding. Your period of internship is over. The period of finding your legs, as it were, is over. And it is time for Earth, for Gaia, to be fully represented – and not only in ceremonial ways but fully as humans. (2)
The highest universal government is a council and, Matthew tells us, it’s able to examine the collective consciousness to see for instance whether the time for Disclosure has arrived:
The [highest universal] council knows the collective consciousness of Earth’s residents, thus they know that the arrival of extraterrestrials at this point would panic most people. Not only would that create more negativity for Earth to get rid of, it would strengthen the dark ones – they thrive on fear energy. (3)
We can only know such information from channeled sources.
As it turns out, according to Matthew, the important decisions are being made by the God of this universe as well as the highest universal councils. (4)
Meanwhile, back on the ground, with the advent of the Quantum Voting System, voting now will be rendered honest, secure, and easy. And with the universal prosperity of G/NESARA, (5) the people everywhere will have financial security in a peaceful world. I predict the days of political parties will soon end as the days of Tammany Hall (another round of political corruption) also ended before them.
Imagine the maturity of character of those councils. That same spiritual maturity in community affairs is our future, not endless party bickering – and I’m aware that some of our (courageous) leaders also know that.
I feel certain that G/NESARA will propel us in that direction by reducing the size of government and ending the rule of three-letter agencies and the complicit media.
Now if we can end the reign of the puppet masters, who are setting us against each other, we’d really be moving forward in my books. What? Michael says that has already happened?
Archangel Michael: We [the archangels] have come forth, … quite literally, not just to stem the tide but to turn the tide.
And that… is not about to happen; it has happened! What you are seeing is what that looks like. So pay attention, bright one. The little signs and the big signs are all around you. (6)
What we’re seeing is the surfacing of everything that needs to be healed:
AAM: In this part of the infinite, eternal unfoldment of our Mother’s Plan, it all has need to be surfaced so that this subtle and actual festering, until it again boils over, cannot happen. It is simply, in your time and in the Mother’s time, the juncture at which this has to be healed. So it continues to rise to the surface. (7)
So this is what the archangels and galactics are doing “in this part of the infinite, eternal unfoldment of our Mother’s Plan.”
In light of this I invite all of us to end fighting over harmful divisions used against us and to seek instead what the dark doesn’t want us to create – human unity.
Surely, by now, after world wars and global governmental disintegration, we can see that we’ve been manipulated by elites for millennia. It’s a feature of our world that we thought we’d ended that always raises its head again.
Fortunately everyone faithful to the Light is gathering – in person and on social media – to overthrow the dark, as Matthew said, “for once and for all.” (8)

When all the cards have been thrown into the air, anything IS possible. Not just anything evil, but also anything good.
Now – or very soon – can be a time of new directions all over the world. It doesn’t have to be a time of following traditions or listening to the mainstream media.
We canstrike out in new directions. We have tostrike out in new directions. There are fewer and fewer reasons why not to in a time of chaos such as this and more and more reasons why, yes, to do so.
Let’s take the new paths and opportunities opening for us to end the divisions, create human unity, and end the reign of darkness here on Earth. (9)

There is a curiosity inside of you to examine those quarters that have really gone unexplored, not really because of fear but simply because it wasn’t time.
One of the things that you have done is you have paid attention to your here and now, to your time and space, rather than getting lost in either the future or the past. (1)
That resonates with me. And, as I’ll get to in a minute, this exploration centered on the question “Who am I?” has been one of the few avenues in my life that has never stopped expanding. (2) Clearly this is part of my mission.
So, looking into a nook and cranny:
It happened that I found myself mad this morning – a kind of anger that rose up like an exploding volcano, seemingly from nowhere. It was so shocking that I didn’t even notice when it stopped. Things just stood still at the moment of that sudden, inner explosion.
Because I follow the path of awareness, I asked myself where did that flash of anger come from? And I saw myself hearing “No!” from my Dad for purely arbitrary reasons. No subtlety to the man. What you saw was what you got and it could very well be the back of his hand.
Classic vasana or core issue: Now, when I feel someone is saying “No!” to me when I don’t want them to, I feel this flash of anger. (3)
And, as I look, I see that my story is: Having the door shut on me again and again has been a theme throughout my life, with a few brilliant exceptions. Or people not understanding a word I’m saying. And me debating whether I should cap it or keep on going.
I feel like a vine pushing up through concrete.
But that’s probably what it took to trigger all this, right? Pull the bow back farther and the arrow travels farther?
This arrow has been in the air for an awfully-long time and doesn’t plan to land any time soon. In fact, this arrow doesn’t plan to land (period). Instead it plans to ascend through the dimensions, with you.
A never-ending story and all that’s left for me to decide is how I want to travel – miserably or lovingly.

Project Bluebeam is popping up in discussions again. Some commentators think it points to a feeling of slipping into powerlessness on the part of the cabal.
For anyone new to the discussion, Project Bluebeam is a multimedia production which projects an alleged invasion by aliens and may augment it with larger-than-life holographic images of and messages from Jesus and other revered spiritual figures.
If indeed it happened, I’d expect it to be coordinated with events on the ground – lots of whizbangs, troops, control of media reporting, etc. Our star family has said they’d shut down such a display before it ever got started.
According to Juan O. Savin, the deep state refers to it as “the alien card.” (1) He relates a story of how Hillary Clinton, when it was clear she was losing to Donald Trump in 2016, turned to John Podesta, her campaign manager, and asked, “Is it time to play the alien card?”
Here’s an article on the alien card, Project Bluebeam, from 2011, updated in 2023:
Boiled down to two sentences, our star family’s message to us (below) is, as Adamu put it:
“If we can do all these things and so much more, do you honestly think your Earth cabal’s tin toys and party favours are going to get in our way? They are not.”
Mike Quinsey’s sources warn us that the cabal, in a last-ditch attempt to stave off the end of their planetary control, may stage what in past years has been called “Project Bluebeam.”
Moreover, Zadkiel through Sue Lie, in today’s blog (2016), has also suggested that the dark may try a holographic projection to rescue their failing ability to influence world events. (2)
Project Bluebeam is a top-secret American project which uses holographic and other technologies to project images of spaceships or religious figures onto the Earth’s chemtrail-prepared atmosphere. It’s designed to be used to manipulate the followers of various religions and sell them a new New-Age religion, one designed to suit the Illuminati’s purposes.
If it even happens, I don’t imagine it’ll last long before the galactics actually shut it down.
Dr. Carol Rosin states here that an alien-invasion scenario has been in the planning stages since the 1970s, as she personally witnessed.
Mike Quinsey’s sources say the dark ones are now considering using it.
“The dark Ones and their cohorts are proposing to put into action one last major attempt to regain lost ground, by faking an extraterrestrial attack upon you. It would be very realistic and you would perceive Spacecraft and Beings that looked exactly like those you are familiar with. Some craft would only be holograms and look quite normal.
“You are therefore warned of their intentions so that fear can be lessened or prevented as far as possible.” (3)
Fearmongering would be the object of the exercise, Mike’s sources tell us.
“Creating fear is the objective of such an event and it is as you would term it, ‘their last throw of the dice’ and could easily fool those who are unready or ill-informed. If it ever comes to be a reality those of you in the know can be invaluable to Humanity by helping prevent mass hysteria.
“Be assured however that no actions will be allowed to get out of hand and the Forces of Light are standing by, but, for karmic reasons, they cannot directly interfere in such events to prevent them from happening. It will be the only time that you should have to confront such a situation.” (4)
Let’s listen to what the Company of Heaven has said over the years about Project Bluebeam and their probable response to it.
Matthew Ward referred to Project Bluebeam as far back as 2008 and said, if used, it would fail:
“There are pockets of speculation, even belief, that as a last resort to retain control, dark ones in power will stage a ‘space invasion’ to unify all peoples in a common fear of the alien invaders.
“Thereupon the stagers would impose martial law, arrest dissenters on a massive scale, and create chaos never before seen on your planet. Even as they give no recognition whatsoever to the many reports of UFOs in your skies, they would try to plausibly fit those sightings of spacecrafts into their ‘invasion’ plans.
Oh my! What is in chaos is the mentality of the ones who would try such a stunt! There will be NO ‘space invasion,’ and you can rely on your benevolent brothers and sisters to thwart efforts to bring the ‘little grays’ in battle gear out of their underground cities as proof that aliens have landed.” (5)
In 2011, SaLuSa of Sirius offered us a glimpse into the galactics’ intentions if Project Bluebeam were attempted:
“Be assured that we are fully aware of the plan of the dark Ones to stage a false attack, and we will make sure that it fails. That much authority is given to us, and it would have been prevented even if a real attack was intended. Our fleets number thousands upon thousands of craft and we would not stand by and allow your precious Earth to be violated.” (6)
Most problems the galactics encounter in space, he tells us, would “quickly be dealt with, by grounding any weapons or craft that are intended to be used against us.”
“We do not have to encounter them in space, as we do not want to give the impression that we are aggressive and warlike. That would be playing into the hands of the dark Ones, who in any event have considered creating a false encounter to put fear in your hearts. As we vastly outnumber their forces and weaponry, it would in fact be totally futile for them to attempt to attack us.” (7)
Cdr Hatonn, through Suzy Ward, reassured us that the galactics have the wherewithal to defeat the cabal’s plans.
“I want to debunk the warning that aliens posing as friends really are base entities who want to take over your world. Hogwash! The light grid around the planet prevents any civilization with dark intentions from being anywhere near Earth.
“And if the bad guys try to put their own ‘secret’ craft in the skies and bring out some of the Greys living underground and claim it’s an invasion, we can stop that charade before it gets going.” (8)

In more general discussions, SaLuSa assured us that the galactics have never done anything harmful.
“We have never given you cause to fear us and are careful not to take actions that would distress you. Indeed, over a period of time we have occasionally taken action that has helped you out of a problem that may not have been part of your karma.
“One day not too far into the future you shall see us and meet us as the friends we are, and we shall go together into a beckoning future that promises so much.” (9)
The domination of Earth is not in the Divine Plan, he reminds us:
“It is not in the plan for the end-times, as you have earnt the right to ascend and your freewill choice will be honoured. The dark Ones can only go so far where your karma is concerned, before we stop them in their tracks.
“That is easy enough for us with our advanced technology, and not a drop of blood would be shed. You will not have to put up with the activities of the dark Ones much longer, as their days are numbered.” (10)
My favorite piece on the subject came as far back as 2008, from Adamu of the Pleiadian Monad. He called the cabal’s space craft “tin toys and party favors.”
Adamu’s descripton was the first message of his that caught my eye. I so enjoyed it that I quote it here at some length:
“Some of you have all manner of fears about a so-called Project Bluebeam. Others fear our ships will be attacked and this could trigger a war and so on and so on.
“My young friends, I can send messages … full time all day every day, until the day we arrive and every day there will be those that present new fearful scenarios that I might have to dispel.
“This is because you are falling for the manipulation games of those that do not wish for this event to take place.
“Please, take a second. Try to think. If we are able to surround your planet with millions of ships of living light. If we are able to bring ships across thousands of light years in an instant. If our consciousness resides outside of space and time. If we can manifest a ship many miles across by desire alone. If we can defeat a warring enemy without ever attacking them. If we can disable your nuclear devices without touching them. If we can balance your planetary magnetosphere. I could go on and on.
“The point is, if we can do all these things and so much more, do you honestly think your Earth cabal’s tin toys and party favours are going to get in our way? They are not.” (11)
He gives a wonderful synopsis of the state of play:
“They would destroy us but cannot. We could destroy them but will not. And that is the state of play.
“It would seem on the face of it to bring about a stalemate, but it doesn`t. We are winning. And do you know how we proceed to win? Not by attacking them, not by hurting them. No, in fact by loving them.
“Each and every being that comes to us and says I am tired of fighting, I am tired of fear, I am tired of pain, I am tired of being alone. Each one is welcomed to us. And so over time it is an absolute inevitability that all will return to the oneness.” (12)
Thus in their desperation, the cabal might take Bluebeam off the shelf, dust it off, and run it on a few cities like New York, Washington, and Los Angeles. If they do, it won’t last long.
If it comes to an outdoor theater near you, sit back and enjoy. Better get there early. No reserved seating.
And remember: If there are thrills and chills? It’s just a movie.

Michael had this to say on the matter of when they can intervene:

“What this means is that our spirit technology surpasses their material technology by an almost unimaginable margin. Now these others, they feel we stand in the way of their plans and they feel they want what we have. So they will attack us when they can. They would in fact destroy us if they could and take everything we have from us. But they cannot. They very rarely manage to even hurt one of us in the slightest way.

I do know that President Trump is said to have signed America into BRICS recently. Could that be it? Probably part of it.
