Since February 3rd, 2025, our Sun has produced nineteen (19) “M-Class” solar flares, and there remains a 20 percent possibility of an “X-Class” flare today.

Solar winds seem to be traveling at normalcy at approximately 386 km/s.

The planetary magnetosphere, however, is still receiving proton plasma from deep space (beyond our solar system).

There have been 141 earthquakes around the world in the previous 24 hours with a “5.6” magnitude happening in Guatemala.

Some scientific graphs are indicating that conditions are relatively calm in the cosmos and that no significant energetics are occurring.

However, as has been continually expressed in these articles, our planet Earth is never truly QUIET because “She” is continually moving in tune with the electrical lightening spectrum peaks within “Her” and is in constant reception of the cosmic frequencies coming through the magnetosphere, the ionosphere, and the atmosphere.

The planetary “dance” is ongoing with the “music” of the cosmos.

There may sometimes be slower “rhythms”, but there is never a complete “intermission”. All of creation upon Earth is participating in the “production”.

We are also in “rehearsal” for a major “show”.

We are on the threshold of a new era, and the door has widely sprung open.

Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) constitute a buoyant $5.3 billion dollar business (2022) which is slated to increase to $12.9 billon dollars by 2027. This profit-driven military-industrial market is dominated by six “Defense Contractors” including Raytheon, Northrup Grunman, BAE Systems (plc), Boeing, Lockheed Martin and L3Harris Technologies.

I initiated my research on Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD) in 2001 focussing on the HAARP System of Antennas, in Gokona, Alaska.

The HAARP facility was fully operational starting in the mid-1990s with advanced capabilities.

While HAARP was closed down in 2014, ENMOD techniques have in the course of the last ten years become increasingly sophisticated as well as precise. Much of the documentation has become classified.

In the United States, Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) are the object of research by several agencies linked to the Pentagon, including DARPA, the Air Force Research Laboratory, the Office of Naval Research among others.

Of relevance to the assessment of recent climatic disasters, this article first published by The Ecologist, (December 7, 2007) provides an overview as well as a history. It also confirms the role of private military contractors in the development of HAARP including BAE Systems Inc and Raytheon.

Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the world’s weather can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons. Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.

Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. The technology, which is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), is an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‘Star Wars’. [HAARP facility was closed down in 2014. Since then more advanced facilities have been developed]. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.

Weather modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report ‘offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary’, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes:

Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies. *(Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025)

In 1977, an international Convention was ratified by the UN General Assembly which banned ‘military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects.’ It defined ‘environmental modification techniques’ as ‘any technique for changing –through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.’

While the substance of the 1977 Convention was reasserted in the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio, debate on weather modification for military use has become a scientific taboo.

Military analysts are mute on the subject. Meteorologists are not investigating the matter and environmentalists are focused on greenhouse gas emissions under the Kyoto Protocol. Neither is the possibility of climatic or environmental manipulations as part of a military and intelligence agenda, while tacitly acknowledged, part of the broader debate on climate change under UN auspices.

The HAARP Programme

Established in 1992, HAARP, based in Gokona, Alaska, is an array of high-powered antennas that transmit, through high-frequency radio waves, massive amounts of energy into the ionosphere (the upper layer of the atmosphere). Their construction was funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Operated jointly by the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating ‘controlled local modifications of the ionosphere’. According to its official website, www.haarp.alaska.edu , HAARP will be used ‘to induce a small, localized change in ionospheric temperature so physical reactions can be studied by other instruments located either at or close to the HAARP site’.

But Rosalie Bertell, president of the International Institute of Concern for Public Health, says HAARP operates as:

a gigantic heater that can cause major disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet.

Physicist Dr Bernard Eastlund called it ‘the largest ionospheric heater ever built’.

HAARP is presented by the US Air Force as a research programme, but military documents confirm its main objective is to ‘induce ionospheric modifications’ with a view to altering weather patterns and disrupting communications and radar.

According to a report by the Russian State Duma:

The US plans to carry out large-scale experiments under the HAARP programme [and] create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines, and have a negative impact on the mental health of entire regions.

An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable:

The covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications and electric power systems as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions.

Weather manipulation is the pre-emptive weapon par excellence. It can be directed against enemy countries or ‘friendly nations’ without their knowledge, used to destabilise economies, ecosystems and agriculture. It can also trigger havoc in financial and commodity markets. The disruption in agriculture creates a greater dependency on food aid and imported grain staples from the US and other Western countries.

HAARP was developed as part of an Anglo-American partnership between Raytheon Corporation, which owns the HAARP patents, the US Air Force and British Aerospace Systems (BAES).

The HAARP project is one among several collaborative ventures in advanced weapons systems between the two defence giants. The HAARP project was initiated in 1992 by Advanced Power Technologies, Inc. (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO). APTI (including the HAARP patents) was sold by ARCO to E-Systems Inc, in 1994. E-Systems, on contract to the CIA and US Department of Defense, outfitted the ‘Doomsday Plan’, which ‘allows the President to manage a nuclear war’. Subsequently acquired by Raytheon Corporation, it is among the largest intelligence contractors in the World. BAES was involved in the development of the advanced stage of the HAARP antenna array under a 2004 contract with the Office of Naval Research.

The installation of 132 high frequency transmitters was entrusted by BAES to its US subsidiary, BAE Systems Inc. The project, according to a July report [2007] in Defense News, was undertaken by BAES’s Electronic Warfare division. In September [2007] it received DARPA’s top award for technical achievement for the design, construction and activation of the HAARP array of antennas.

The HAARP system is fully operational and in many regards dwarfs existing conventional and strategic weapons systems. While there is no firm evidence of its use for military purposes, Air Force documents suggest HAARP is an integral part of the militarisation of space. One would expect the antennas already to have been subjected to routine testing.

Under the UNFCCC, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has a mandate ‘to assess scientific, technical and socioeconomic information relevant for the understanding of climate change’. This mandate includes environmental warfare. ‘Geo-engineering’ is acknowledged, but the underlying military applications are neither the object of policy analysis or scientific research in the thousands of pages of IPCC reports and supporting documents, based on the expertise and input of some 2,500 scientists, policymakers and environmentalists. ‘Climatic warfare’ potentially threatens the future of humanity, but has casually been excluded from the reports for which the IPCC received the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.

On 3 February 2023, at 10:14 AM CET, Argorians’ space fleet informed that its friendly plasmoid race built around Earth an almost enclosing sphere of new info field.

The sphere consists of five layers of incoming and outgoing energies. The layer closest to Earth consists of a dark red BAROUR waves, which serves as the basis for a new info field and runs plasmoids Intelligence forms in the atmosphere.

Above it is a layer of pink-red with blue sparks of GREMO energy. It supports the work of new 5D life programs. The next layer of gray LIBRO energy provides the interaction of magnetic fields. It is followed by a layer of blue and silver BLISKO flows, which puts the software of the intellectual development of earthlings into the Hologram and upgrades their thought process. The outer surface of the sphere consists of the dark RIR energy, which performs a protective function.

It’s a part of the overall transformation, ours and Earth’s, which is accelerating every day. We already can distinguish what’s what, and why Solar storms continuously change each other. This is how Co-Creators help us to get through difficult periods faster, to shorten the distance to the long-awaited Transition to a new dimension. So that many people have fewer problems and suffering can be reduced to the limit. Everything is done only for us.

A new 5D matter is being actively formed from the transmitted and accumulated cosmic energies. The change of planetary space and its elementals – earth, water, air, flame and ether – continues. At the atomic-molecular level, the cells of our body are being updated at full speed so that we can adapt and survive in the fifth dimension. For the same purposes, Co-Creators and the Galactic Committee use the energies of Constellations, Stars and Planets coming to Earth, the entire spectrum of their radiation, to dismantle the 3D System on the Subtle and physical plane, as well as to our transformation. In this sense, February 2023 was no exception.

During the month, its energy background will be formed by the following events and stelliums: the movement of the Green Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF); Pluto on the border of Capricorn and Aquarius; Saturn on the border of Aquarius and Pisces; Full Moon on the Leo-Aquarius axis, the Conjunctions of the Sun and Saturn, of Mercury and Pluto, and of Venus and Neptune; New Moon in Pisces conjunct Saturn.

1. Green Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF)

In the Universe, comets and asteroids play a different role: space probes for data harvesting, as weapons for destroying planets, and means of delivering and downloading new programs on a Subtle Plane to launch certain processes.

For example, to destroy Earth, Dark tried to use comet Neowise on July 19-23, 2020 (see – The Zero Phase of the Matrix, Disclosure News, August 10, 2020). The attack was repulsed. During the Light Forces’ special operation, all Logos, involved in the massive bombing of Earth, were spotted, captured as targets and were transformed or zeroed.

In the last century, the Darks were more successful. The powerful energies of Halley’s Comet in 1910 helped them provoke the First World War; and in 1997, comets Hiakutake-2 and Hale-Bopp accelerated the economic crisis of 1998, which strengthened the 3D System.

Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) was discovered on March 2, 2022 by the astronomer of the Palomar Observatory Fritz Zwicky. The letter C means the comet is not periodic (it will only pass through the Solar System once or may take more than 200 years to orbit the Sun).

2022 E3 means the comet was spotted at the beginning of March 2022, which correlates with the letter E according to the comet naming system approved by IAU and was the 3rd such object discovered in the same period. ZTF means the discovery was made using telescopes of the Zwicky Transient Facility. The green color of the comet, consisting of ice and cosmic dust, is formed by its gas tail, which is blown up by the Solar wind.

On February 1, 2023, the comet approached Earth at a minimum distance of 42 million kilometers. An important feature of its trajectory was the passing near Mars on January 10-12, and it will go on for Aldebaran on February 14-15. Darks use the energies of both for aggressive actions, wars and natural disasters, and Light Forces – to support people and leaders with strong positive qualities who are able to overcome crises.

Unfortunately, the advent of the new age of Aquarius comes to us through wars and global conflicts. The task of Co-Creators is to redirect these energies in the right direction to completely change and reformat the familiar 3D world, cleaning up everything old and sick, and transfer potentially valuable to the 5D era.

Usually comets have a white or blue hue, and C/2022 E3 (ZTF) – green. The energies of Uranus and Aquarius also have this color, the freqs of which accelerate the change of epochs. This will be in 2023.

2. Pluto On The Border Of Capricorn And Aquarius

Pluto came out of its retro loop on January 29, 2023, helping Co-Creators to complete the next transformational processes, and since February it has been moving at high speed in the last two degrees of Capricorn before entering Aquarius on March 23, 2023.

Darks use very harsh energies in these degrees to maintain the 3D System, its software and impact on earthlings, affecting the most durable, ingrained internal unconscious and external social programs as it is right, as it should be, and why it is impossible otherwise. In a word, for everything that restricts us and does not allow developing.

In a month, Pluto will move quite quickly from 28.35 degrees to 29.30 degrees of Capricorn. Light Forces will take advantage of this to more intensively dismantle the Darks’ legacy, removing everything that is not viable and ossified in order to execute Absolutes’ plans.

In February, at the global level, large-scale changes will affect conservative political and economic systems, as well as large corporate businesses associated with the Deep State. Its military machine will come into action in full swing.

3. Saturn On The Border Of Aquarius And Pisces

Saturn is the key planet of February. It came out of its retro loop on January 26, 2023, which Co-Creators used to continue the transformation of Earth, accelerated from mid-2022. Then, within a month, the planet, like Pluto, will pass the last four degrees of Aquarius at high speed, and will turn into Pisces on March 7, 2023.

The vibrations of these stelliums will strengthen and support the radiation of Pluto, with which Light Forces significantly activate the renewing, revolutionary-protest energies, and the Darks – the restrictive-repressive impacts that counteract them.

4. Full Moon On The Leo-Aquarius Axis

Since the beginning of February, the dynamics of events has accelerated, and the tension has also sharply increased due to the energies of the approaching Full Moon on February 5. Its exact aspect will be at 18:28 UTC in 17 degrees of the Leo-Aquarius axis, and the influence will last until February 10.

The key feature of the Full Moon will be the quadrature of the luminaries to Uranus, when its tau square is formed between Leo, Aquarius and Taurus. It will produce the energy of an acute confrontation, a struggle for power, and powerful public demands for social justice. The conflict will be intensified by the vibrations of the Sun in quadrature with Uranus on February 4 at 02:50 UTC, and Venus in quadrature with Mars on February 5 at 03:29 UTC.

Co-Creators will also exploit the harmonious aspects of these stelliums. The high frequencies of the Sun and Mars, Mercury and Uranus, Mars and Jupiter will accelerate and enhance the Light Forces’ activity and productivity during the first decade of February. Encourage them to act decisively, show their leadership qualities and confidently overcome obstacles in the pursuit of new objectives.

The manic appetites and belligerent nature of Darks will be redoubled by the lower spectrum of Jupiter’s vibrations. This is already manifested in their excessive aggressive behavior, arrogance, impudence and desire to win at any cost, regardless of anything. The strong harmonious sextile of Mercury and Neptune (February 6), and the sextile of Venus and Uranus (February 8) will help Light Forces to resist them.

5. The Conjunction Of The Sun And Saturn

Immediately after the peak of the Full Moon, one of the key annual cycles will begin to form – the conjunction of the Sun and Saturn, affecting the solution of the most difficult tasks of Light Forces in 2023, requiring high concentration, endurance and perseverance.

The exact aspect of the connection will occur on February 16 at 16:48 UTC in 28 degrees of Aquarius. But its influence will last most of the month and will begin to be felt as early as February 6, as it will be reinforced by two more conjunctions: of Mercury and Pluto (the exact aspect on February 10), and of Venus and Neptune (the exact aspect on February 15).

All three stelliums will last from February 6 to February 23, with a peak of overall vibrations on February 10-16. This is one of the key periods of 2023, which will accelerate the transition to the Age of Aquarius. Its powerful cosmic energies will help Co-Creators to destroy everything on Earth that seemed fundamental and unshakable – power, values and power. Completely new aspirations of earthlings into the future are already coming to replace them; the general desire for a completely new life will increase.

The need for a revolutionary transformation will push earthlings to get an extraordinary experience, which they did not dare to do before, to commit abrupt, seemingly uncharacteristic actions in an effort to change the very basis of their existence that for many millennia was unchangeable. Or life itself will abruptly and suddenly knock out of a worn-out rut, awakening through an acute crisis from hibernation. All this will prepare the ground for the avalanche of changes that will break into our lives in March.

Among the three simultaneous conjunctions of February, Saturn conjunct the Sun is central. And how will the other two affect?

The conjunction of Mercury and Pluto in Capricorn with the transition to Aquarius will show Light Forces how they should act, what tools, principles of interaction, transmitting information, communication, movement, and mobility to use. The main thing will be the ability to get rid of traditional and proven, but outdated, models for innovative and experimental approaches; to change and rebuild quickly, to make greater use of horizontal connections together with vertical ones.

The combination of the energies of Venus and Neptune in Pisces, as noted above, will help to implement the highest value concepts, humanitarian ideas and Spirituality.

Due to the fact that when the Sun and Saturn unite, the first one will turn into Pisces, and a New Moon will occur in the same zodiac, the influence of their energies will have different stages and effects. How exactly?

On February 6-15, the previous annual cycle of the Sun and Saturn, which started on February 4, 2022, will end. For Light Forces, this is a favorable period for summing up, preparing new important plans, clarifying goals, checking readiness, and terminating previously scheduled ops.

They will either advance to a new, more serious level, strengthen their position if they previously acted purposefully, disciplined and persistently. Or they will face tough obstacles and destructive, blocking actions of Darks, if they do not take into account their ability to use the negative energies of Saturn as a weapon.

On February 16-19, a new cycle will begin, which falls at the end of the Lunar Month in Aquarius. In parallel, as noted above, the Sun conjunct Saturn on February 16 at 16:48 UTC, and remaining in this position, on February 18 at 22:34 UTC, will move into Pisces.

For Light Forces, it will be a rather difficult period when new goals and plans are defined, and they will have to be implemented taking into account the vibrations of Pisces, when the frequencies of the Moon decrease, pushing to the completion of the planned ops.

At the same time, the energy of Aquarius has not yet connected with the power of Pisces and will be at a low level. As a result, complex, hanging and deadlocked situations may arise. These days are not suitable for new actions – they will not have the potential for success. The best option would be to think about them deeply and adjust, if needed.

6. The Conjunction Of Mercury And Pluto

On February 6, Mercury begins to approach Pluto at 29 degrees Capricorn. The exact aspect will occur on February 10 at 17:16 UTC (the influence on February 7-13), after which the next day, February 11 at 11:22 UTC, Mercury will switch to Aquarius.

The energies of Mercury, especially in combination with the vibrations of the Sun, will help Co-Creators to implement large-scale plans into concrete solutions and ways of action. This will be facilitated by the planet’s transition to Aquarius, and the formation of a harmonious and powerful sextile with Jupiter (the exact aspect on February 18 at 02:13 UTC, the time of influence on February 15-21).

7. The Conjunction Of Venus And Neptune

Simultaneously with Mercury conjunct Pluto, a conjunction of Venus and Neptune’s energies will be formed from February 10 (the exact aspect on February 15 at 12:25 UTC in the 25th degree of Pisces, the time of influence on February 10-20). Co-Creators will take advantage of the Morning Star’s high vibrations to promote higher values, humanitarian ideas and spiritual development, which are symbolized by Neptune, the chief ruler of Pisces.

For their part, the Darks will apply the lower frequencies of Neptune and Pisces to maximize all the dreariness, horror, dirt and chaos of men’s lives. In the same way, they harness Venus-Neptune conjunction to plant their moral and value orientations, tighten the material and financial noose, twist a karmic spiral of severe disappointments, mental disorders, diseases, addictions and chronic failures. Everything that pulls deeper into the swamp of never-passing longing, depression, hopelessness and loneliness.

On February 15, Venus conjunct Neptune will begin its new annual cycle in the above mentioned scenarios. And it is in men’s power to begin serious changes in their lives, to realize got creative potential and talents, to build relationships on the basis of common values, ideals and spiritual self-improvement.

If Darks have managed to distort our value orientations so much that we cling to illusions and self-deception, continue to substitute wishful thinking for reality, then, this key period of forming long-term strategies will inevitably lead to great disappointment due to the inability to achieve the goals set.

6. New Moon In Pisces In Conjunct Saturn

On February 20, at 07:07 UTC, a New Moon will occur in Pisces in conjunction with Saturn. The latter, as noted above, will be on the border of Aquarius, preparing to move to Pisces on March 7, 2023.

This is a more favorable time for the active implementation of the Light Forces’ plans. The old 3D system and models are collapsing, gradually being replaced by new ones and going through a painful period of chaos, uncertainty and instability under the strict constraints of the three-dimensional Matrix. Therefore, the internal processes, launched by Co-Creators, will be very deep and intense, but externally, won’t express what is actually happening in depth and behind the scenes.

On the day of the New Moon, Venus will move to Aries (February 20 at 07:56 UTC) in a dynamic sextile with Pluto (the exact aspect on February 19 at 17:04 UTC). This is the energy of powerful actions that overcome all obstacles.

The offensive activity of Light Forces will be supported by the harmonious aspects of Mercury with Jupiter (February 18) and Mars (February 22). It will create high speed, assertiveness, energy and purposeful punching power for all new operations of Higher Light Hierarchy. However, the simultaneous quadrature of Mercury with Uranus (February 21) may bring surprises, and to force sudden change of plans and actions.

These factors will help to continue the dismantling and eradication of the Darks’ legacy on the planet. This will be facilitated by the energy of Mercury, which, after passing the quadrature with Uranus, will move to join Saturn. It will be on March 2 in the last, 30 degrees of Aquarius. At the same time, at the end of February, Venus will rush to join Jupiter. It will also happen on March 2, in 13 degrees of Aries, and at the end of February we will feel strong positive vibrations of these stelliums.
