If you feel that you have to be less than to keep a person in your life then, my love, you may be having relationships with the wrong people.
There will always be people that will attempt to make you feel smaller so they can feel bigger.
Once the conscious realization of this sinks in, you can then choose whether you want to stay where you are or move forward and grow.
