Looking at Our Essence and Its Presence

We’re all capable of resolving and transcending our limiting beliefs about ourselves. In our essence beyond time and space we are our personal awareness within infinite consciousness. To understand this, we must learn to direct out attention to the brightest and most loving energetic patterns within our innermost feelings. This is where we can become aware of our true essence beyond anything the ego could participate in. It is another dimension beyond fear, and it requires complete resonant alignment in order to fill our reality.

We are our eternal presence of awareness. As we align with infinite consciousness, we find that we are its conscious presence of awareness, creating worlds expressing our own vibratory presence. This is who we are in the fullness of our essence. Because we are aspects of infinite consciousness, we feel and know everything that we focus our attention on. While maintaining awareness of gratitude, love and joy, we are telepathic, empathic and have no blind spots in our awareness.

As we enter this way of being, we could be subject to still having some fear, which short-circuits our ability to feel grateful, and we lose our connection with our essence, which lives in an expanded-awareness dimension of truth and joy. In this world, we have everything we want to create at the speed of thought and inner feeling. Recreating our bodies becomes possible.

To be successful at imagining and adjusting to unlimited awareness, we can practice imagining better and better ways of living, leading us to realize what is most deeply true about us. All of our limitations are self-imposed, as are all of our tragedies and wonderful experiences. We are the constant creators of the qualities of every moment by the vibratory energy that we radiate into the quantum field and the strength of our life-enhancing versus life-diminishing perspectives and motivations. This is what makes us sovereigns. It is lack of fear with intentional gratitude and joy. This is what we can practice to be able to align with the infinite and glide into a new dimension.

For most of us, this is a valid path to Self-Realization and enables us to live within the limitations of incarnated human consciousness at the same time, but with a completely different perspective of unlimited freedom. And it all works perfectly.

Until it doesn’t for some of us. The subconscious part of our human person can be a powerful adversary in need of acceptance and training. It gives expression to our deepest feelings about ourselves, which it recognizes objectively and radiates that energy. Nothing is hidden. To make an expanding adjustment to a new reality, we must come into the light and become radiant biophoton emitters. This is our inherent essence. We are naturally beings of light from within every cell of our bodies.

For those who are becoming powerfully aware of extra-sensory input, it can become overwhelming, and the nervous system may need to reorganize. Meanwhile, there can be a period of great instability in the psyche. It’s beneficial to have a friend who understands what’s happening. In this state, we may need support to maintain a connection to our body, while also having the freedom to understand and adopt a new way of being closer to our essence.

Living Ineffably While Being Incarnated

Life in the empirical world is inherently limited, while our consciousness is unlimited. As long as we restrict ourselves to awareness within the world of our senses and our mental logic and reasoning, we are unaware of our greater consciousness. We remain ignorant of our inner knowing and higher guidance. 

The quantum field, in which we experience our empirical world, is challenging us to realize our greater potential. We can recognize our limitations and decide if we want to maintain them. Keeping ourselves locked into a world dominated by negative energy is becoming increasingly difficult, due to chaos and destruction in all areas of life. We are at a turning point in human history, in which we must choose the way forward, either to remain in the realm of empirical duality, apparently separated in conscious essence from other conscious beings, or we can choose to open our awareness beyond time and space to our participation in unified consciousness. This can happen in our own realization through our intentional desire to expand beyond our accustomed limitations. 

By intentionally being aware of our limiting beliefs about ourselves and accepting them as necessary for our true human experience, we can resolve them in favor of awareness of our infinite essence beyond duality. This realization cannot come from outside of ourselves, and there is nothing other than our own limiting beliefs that keeps us fixated on a realm based on fear and belief in mortality. Unless we believe and create the experiences of lack, suffering and death, we cannot recognize, realize and experience them. 

Changing our focus of attention to divine love and joy is our great challenge. The world of humanity appears to be self-destructing, and we cannot adequately deal with it. We are being challenged to open our awareness beyond this realm to a reality that is life-enhancing in every way. We can allow the enhancement our DNA into a crystalline arrangement of the molecules of all strands of our DNA. This happens naturally as we open our awareness to our infinite presence. 

We are constantly creating patterns of energy with our thoughts and emotions. As we expand our awareness, and we can recognize the qualities of energy around and within us, we can freely choose the qualities that we wish to experience, by paying attention to them and aligning our vibrations with them, and by feeling and realizing their presence. We are free to open our awareness to the universal consciousness that is the essence of everything. Mastery of life is available for all of us.

Developing Heart-Conscious Awareness

Ego-consciousness is an expression of our essence without higher guidance. This results in enclosing our awareness within a small part of our consciousness. If we have a desire to expand our awareness, we can do so, by aligning with our heart-consciousness. The presence of heart-consciousness is powerfully radiant and unwavering in its enhancement of life. When we desire to align with this life-stream, we can become aware of our inner knowing and prompting, apart from thoughts and misguided emotions. We find the vibratory spectrum of our intuition by directing our awareness to the energetic state of gratitude, love and compassion. All of our inner guidance comes with positivity in support of our desires and needs. We are designed to be able to choose how we want to use the conscious life-stream that provides our presence of awareness.

As we develop increasing awareness of positive energies, we withdraw our life-force from negative energy patterns. We can let them pass through our awareness without our engagement, as we continue to direct our awareness to our inner knowing of heart-consciousness. In this state of being, we know in every moment everything we need and want to know, as long as we pay attention. At the same time, we can participate in our society and culture, but our participation now is heart-felt in every moment. This results in changing our reality from participating in negativity to living in love and joy. They are in different polarities and frequency bands. Our energetic signature now attracts encounters and experiences that are wonderful and life-enhancing. It may seem like magic, but its how energies interact and come into our awareness and realization. 

With our mental and emotional abilities, we are the modulators of energetic patterns, creating the qualities that manifest in our lives. Everything that happens to us is actually happening within our consciousness. There is nothing and no one outside of consciousness, which is infinite, and we have as much awareness of it as we allow ourselves within our subconscious and conscious self-limitations. 

Being guided by heart-consciousness allows us to transcend our limiting beliefs about ourselves. Heart-consciousness provides inner knowing that ego-consciousness cannot participate in, but we can direct our ego from intuition. As we develop confidence that we actually are aware of our heart-consciousness, we begin creating the lives we truly want by imagining having wonderful experiences and being constantly grateful. As more of us do this, the vibratory level of humanity rises, eventually into a higher energetic dimension of love, joy, beauty and freedom.
