Why did Congress help craft a bill last summer called the “Disease X Act”
Do they know another bioweapon is about to be released?

In June 2023, the United States Congress quietly passed a piece of legislation called House Resolution 3832, also known as the Disease X Act of 2023, that references a mystery contagion that just so happens to be the subject of a World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting that took place on Jan. 17, 2024.
At the WEF meeting, it was discussed that Disease X "could have 20 times more fatalities than COVID." We also know that talk of Disease X started at least as far back as 2018 when the WEF mentioned it in an article.
What we are more than likely witnessing with this new revelation is the stage being set for another round of COVID-like lockdowns, mask mandates and whatever else the powers that be throw at the world once they unleash their next pre-planned bioweapon, known as Disease X.

Does Congress know something America doesn't?
In short, the Disease X Act of 2023 reveals plans to establish a new program at BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority) to develop medical countermeasures for any future viral threats that have pandemic potential. In other words, there are more COVIDs coming down the pike.
The legislation is intentionally vague, which is certainly no accident. Vague legislation tends to be wide reaching in its scope once executed, which means the severity of its intentions are likely vast and far-reaching.
One report from UnHerd covering what took place at the WEF meeting on Disease X described what was discussed there as "worrying," noting that it shows "signs of the acceleration of technocratic tendencies in pandemic preparedness, which have only consolidated since Covid."
The panel-style meeting opened with a statement from WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who tried to clarify all the "misinformation" about the panel itself, so-called misinformation being the number-one global threat right now, according to the WEF's Global Risks Report 2024.
Ghebreyesus insisted that nobody should be worried about Disease X, which is simply a placeholder name for future biological threats. He continued to ramble from there about strengthening healthcare and education and supporting communities as they prepare for a coming Disease X pandemic.
Only once did anyone on the panel even mention the word lockdown, and it came from a health executive from India by the name of Preetha Reddy who recommended that the next pandemic response should pull a page from how the army operates.
"At any time, anything can happen and we don't know what side it can come from," she said.
"Unfortunately, the focus on Disease X is indicative of a broader phenomenon: the rise of our new biomedical security state, best represented by the technocratic governance structures that drove emergency laws on lockdowns, mask and vaccine mandates, quarantines, school closures and censorship," reported UnHerd about the WEF meeting.
"This is interwoven into the semantic origins of Disease X, which was christened in the WHO R&D Blueprint in 2017 to assist prioritising research and development particularly for vaccines, treatments and tests. It has since become a core driving force for the proliferation of public-private partnerships (PPP) in the global pandemic preparedness industry."
In addition to serving as a placeholder name for future threats, Disease X is also a catalyst for transforming the future health response to be dominated by corporate, technological and state power rather than individual liberty and freedom.

Just like we keep buying new computers and downloading our software into them, they ride humans from generation to generation, downloading their group think into their minds. With that big picture in mind, let us look at how the war against Satan is now raging. The biggest and most unreported news of the past week was that King Charles had abdicated the throne of England. The story being put out is that he is undergoing prostate surgery (just like US “Defense Secretary” Lloyd Austin). It also turns out Crown Prince William will not be taking over because his wife Kate Middleton underwent a “planned abdominal surgery.”
Remember, Charles claimed the throne exactly 6 months, 6 weeks and 6 days after his mother Queen Elizabeth II was murdered, according to MI6. This means he openly declared his allegiance to Satan. He had to because those loyal to Satan must have horrific crimes on record so that they can be blackmailed into obedience.
MI6 sources say Charles and Lloyd Austin etc. were removed because they had been planning a horrific false flag event designed to usher in a Satanic dictatorship. This black swan event has thus been averted.
However, we are getting more and more signs that other black swan events are headed our way.
US military sources close to US President Donald Trump say a ten-day shutdown of the internet, ATMs, etc. is coming soon. The US can do this worldwide. North Korean sources tell us a single Aegis destroyer has the technical capability to shut down all wireless communications on the planet.
During this shutdown, the emergency broadcast system is set to tell the horrific truth of our current leadership to the people. “The truth is going to shock the world,” the Trump Q people say. If their Q clock is to be believed, this process will start on January 27th.
In a hint at what is going to be revealed, the former president of the Club of Rome Calin Giorgescu – a high-level insider- says the world’s public leaders (Presidents, Prime Ministers, Chancellors etc.) are controlled by oligarchs who practice “transhumanism” by murdering over 8 million children every year.

So, the trusting sheeple are about to find out their shepherd is slaughtering and eating their children.
At the same time, a senior Asian royal and other sources say a financial black swan event is scheduled for March. They say the Asians and Western white hat allies have been gathering up and destroying all the US dollars in the world. They are replacing them with an asset-backed currency. As a reminder, US Treasuries have fallen in value by 45% since January of 2020 so, if the US dollar was American, then its’ value should have fallen by the same amount. Instead, its’ value remains closely linked to the price of gold and other commodities.
In Japan, the government is issuing a new 10,000 yen bill, the equivalent of a US $100 bill in July. This means they will be gathering up and destroying all the old bills. Our sources say the same is happening to the no longer American US dollar bills. They apparently have decided to end the pretense it is a “US” dollar by replacing the US-themed paper currently in use. The sources warn though that because of logistical problems involved with all the various paper dollars in circulation, the process could take longer than planned. A source claims to have successfully tested one of the new bills at an ATM.
There is evidence to back these claims of a financial black swan event in March.
The Feds’ $161BN Bank Bailout Facility (BTFP) and the Reverse Repo bank bailout both end in March. This means the big banks cannot survive in their current form after March.
The US government also passed a new spending bill that ends in March. It only funds essential government services until then. No money for Ukraine or Israel is in the bill.
US President Donald Trump hinted at his involvement by promising “to protect Americans from government tyranny” by never allowing the creation of a Central Bank Digital Currency.
By the way, the Club of Rome’s Giorgescu helped answer questions about what exactly has been going on with President Trump. He says the “plandemic and all those lies was supposed to be in 2016” but was delayed until 2020 by Trump’s “accidental election.” In 2020 they forced the real Trump to go to the US military base in Mt. Cheyenne while they trotted out a fake Trump to carry out the pandemic. He says their next plan is to engineer “a disaster regarding food and water,” which was originally scheduled for 2020 but is now set for 2025. “Of course, they will not succeed, this is very clear, the system is almost done,” he says.
Nonetheless, we can now get a clear picture of what the Davos WEF criminals had planned for us.
The MSM, WEF, WHO, etc., are ALL openly talking about an upcoming pandemic. WHO Director Dr. Tedros says they are preparing for “Disease X” and plan to use it to justify a totalitarian power grab.

Meanwhile, Putin and the Russian military warn the fake Biden administration plans to manufacture ANOTHER biological crisis and use mail-in voting to rig elections.
Then we see news reports about “Chinese scientists” experimenting with a “mutant coronavirus strain” that attacks the brain and is 100 percent lethal in “humanized” mice.

We are also seeing efforts to seize total information control before the release of the next plandemic. UNESCO plans to implement a dangerous plan for “dealing with dis- and misinformation, hate speech, and conspiracy theories,” on the Internet. This is the same organization seeking a global pandemic agreement to control decisions about your health. They also emphasize religious freedom is less important than promoting LGBT ideology.
This brings us to why they are pushing LGBT so hard: They are trying to sexualize children in order to make it easier for them to get victims to torture for adrenochrome.
In Berlin a children’s shopping fair for men “Men having babies” will take place in April. Here single men will be able to buy babies without any verification of buyers, German intelligence sources say.
For their part, the Oscar distributors have excluded 56 films from the 2024 awards ceremony because they “do not meet the criteria for inclusivity for women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ people, people with physical or mental disabilities, etc..”
Netflix is doing its part by including LGBT themes in animated series for young children, including preschoolers. The popular fairy tales “CoComelon Street” and “Ada Bambini, Scientist” feature two LGBT “fathers” and a gay wedding. The producers of these cartoons are Barack and Michelle Obama!
This is in the context of the huge amounts of illegal immigrants being systematically brought into the US and Europe by WEF-affiliated organizations such as the Red Cross.
Now US airlines like United and Delta will ensure that 50% of pilots are women and people of color. Forget meritocracy. My advice: avoid United Airlines and Delta at all costs. Watch out for accidents.
German intelligence sources say this is the restart of a plan to “breed war weariness out of Germans” through “racial mixing” to “destroy German nationalism and ideology” by uniting German women with non-German men. Under this plan, German men would be forcibly detained outside Germany with non-German women.
It has also emerged that companies are deliberately trying to push people into poverty by stealing their money. The think tank Groundwork Collaborative found that corporate profits account for about 53% of inflation.
As Australian Senator Malcolm Roberts says: “The Great Reset is nothing more than a lifetime subscription to slavery, where billionaire corporations own everything and ordinary citizens rent what they need when their social credit allows.”
Luckily for us, there is a critical mass of people that puts a stop to all of these plans.
Kevin Roberts, president of the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation, said at the WEF: “The agenda that every single member of the [future Republican] administration must have is to make a list of everything that has ever been proposed at the [WEF ], and reject them all across the board.”
Hungary’s Viktor Orbán says: “Hungary cannot be blackmailed! There is not enough money in the world to force us to accept mass migration and give our children into the hands of LGBTQ activists. That is impossible!”
The state of Texas is also stopping mass immigration of military-age male migrants and unaccompanied minors.
The President of the US Republic Donald Trump (in contrast to the false President “Biden” of US society) vows to “use Title 42 to end the child trafficking crisis.” Trump has led the global human trafficking crisis since January 2017. Review the Executive Orders.

And if you read between the lines of what Klaus Schwab Rothschild said in Davos, he essentially admitted that people’s reaction to their plans is forcing the WEF to engage in short-term crisis management rather than implementing their long-term plans.
One crisis is that European farmers are still on the warpath, refusing to let the WEF put them out of business to enact their planned food crisis. Last week, thousands of farmers dumped more than a hundred trailers full of manure and waste on government property.
After France and Germany, farmers in Belgium have also started turning street signs to condemn the government’s agricultural policy and the crisis in the sector. The movement has already spread throughout the Flemish region.
They will not stop until all WEF puppet governments in Europe are removed.
The KM stronghold Israel is also in big trouble. The South African genocide charge filed at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is a crucial turning point. The ICJ should not be confused with the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICJ is an instrument of Western imperialism to punish disobedient Third World rulers. The ICJ actually enforces international law. Because Israel has signed a treaty against genocide, if found guilty, the Israeli government must arrest leaders like Benyamin Netanyahu who are likely to have committed genocide in Gaza.
The politicians who blindly support the genocide in Gaza will also be brought to justice. A UK-based advocacy group has filed a lawsuit against senior British politicians for their complicity in Israel’s war crimes against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, Iran has destroyed the ISIS (Israeli Satanic Intelligence Service) headquarters in the Kurdish region of Iraq and destroyed “terrorist operations” in Syria and Pakistan. Since Israel officially denies any connection to ISIS, Iran was able to retaliate for the terrorist attacks against it without giving the United States an excuse to start World War III. They also issue the following wanted posters:

In 10 minutes [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu would fall, unable to continue the war,” Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said at the WEF. “We have never viewed war as the right solution to this problem,” said the foreign minister.
The USA is now forcing Israel to make peace. Israeli media reports that a major regional agreement to end the war in Gaza, release Israeli prisoners and bring peace between Israel and the Arab world is in the works.
Our sources tell us that as part of this agreement, the Jews (falsely called Palestinians) will receive Israeli citizenship and full rights.
When the KM capitulates in its last strongholds in Switzerland and Israel, world peace and a golden age can finally begin. There is still turbulence ahead, but there is no way, on Earth or off, that the KM will succeed in its plans to turn planet Earth into a giant animal farm controlled by them. The sheep are released. Perhaps read this next article not as an “Oh, my, this could happen next” but as the deep state telling us exactly what they plan for us next.
Notice how the article sets the narrative for Disease X before it even emerges:
“Around three-quarters of emerging infectious diseases originate in animals and then leap from species to species until they can, in certain circumstances, infect human beings.”
So not laboratory-created, but in from the wild. Watch for Wikipedia to follow this narrative, were Disease X to get off the drawing board, if you’ll forgive my cheekiness.
Moreover, we’re discussing ordering vaccines for something that doesn’t exist, not like Covid did either: “Regarding vaccines for Disease X, there are currently no approved vaccines available.” How could there be? This statement makes sense only to someone who knows Disease X is being planned.
I’m not posting this because I fear it happening. I’m posting it to show you evidence of the deep state signalling its intentions and what those intentions may be. I’m actually reassured by Matthew Ward’s statement that indeed Disease X will never happen:

‘Disease X’ could be 20 times deadlier than COVID-19, says expert. Top 10 updates
As COVID-19 transitions into a recurring and more familiar health concern, healthcare professionals in the UK are now gearing up for a potential new pandemic known as “Disease X.” They caution that this new virus could have a similar impact to the devastating Spanish Flu of 1918-1920.
Health experts are sounding the alarm about “Disease X,” a term coined by the World Health Organization. They warn that this potential new pandemic has the capacity to result in 20 times more fatalities than the coronavirus. The COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020 and has tragically claimed the lives of over 2.5 million people worldwide. Here are the top 10 points about Disease X.
1. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Kate Bingham, who served as the chair of the UK’s Vaccine Taskforce from May to December 2020, expressed her belief that Disease X is expected to be considerably more perilous than COVID-19.

2. Based on expert estimates, Disease X could potentially result in up to 50 million fatalities. “Let me put it this way: the 1918-19 flu pandemic killed at least 50 million people worldwide, twice as many as were killed in World War I. Today, we could expect a similar death toll from one of the many viruses that already exist,” she told the Daily Mail.
In response to Disease X, Bingham asserted, “the world will have to prepare for mass vaccination drives and deliver the doses in record time.”
3. She disclosed that while scientists have identified 25 virus families encompassing thousands of individual viruses, she holds the view that there are millions of viruses yet to be discovered, and these have the potential to evolve into pandemics.

4. “In a sense, we got lucky with Covid-19, despite the fact that it caused 20 million or more deaths across the world. Somewhere in the world, it’s replicating, and sooner or later, somebody will start feeling sick.”
5. The rise in outbreaks, according to Bingham, is attributed to the growing trend of more people congregating in urban areas. She also emphasizes that the continual destruction of millions of acres of natural habitat each year is contributing to this increase.

According to Bingham, one of the initial actions that need to be taken is to allocate the necessary financial resources, essentially putting “the money on the table.” Bingham said, ” The monetary cost of inaction is seismic. 8. Regarding vaccines for Disease X, there are currently no approved vaccines available. Nevertheless, Bingham underscores the importance of scientists developing a collection of “different prototype vaccines for every threatening virus family.” She stressed that only a ‘head start’ on vaccines could help to target specific features of Disease X.
9. Bingham explained about the portfolio strategy – vaccines countering different facets of the virus. She explains by saying that ‘different types of vaccines stimulate different immune responses and therefore they provide different levels of protection’.
10. She further noted that the manufacturing capabilities vary enormously across countries and regions. Some vaccine formats may be suitable for large-scale production, while others may be easier to produce in the third world. Third, we need to address the shortcomings of current vaccines, not all of which are durable, easy to transport or cheap. Fourth, researchers must be encouraged to trial new technologies and approaches to vaccine design, potentially leading to more effective and efficient vaccines in the future.”
British Scientists are Primed to Create the Next Pandemic Caccine in 100 Days

British scientists are leading the charge to create a vaccine to halt the next deadly pandemic within 100 days of it breaking out.
Experts are working on a high-security project at Porton Down, the top-secret government laboratory, to develop prototype vaccines to tackle ‘Disease X’ when it hits.
The ambitious target would smash the 362 days it took to develop a Covid jab, potentially stopping crippling lockdowns in future.
Scientists agree it is only a matter of time until the next pandemic, with a recent government report putting it among the biggest threats to life this year.
The new super-lab, to which the Mail was invited last week, is geared to work with the world’s deadliest live viruses, with more specialist ‘high-containment’ labs than anywhere in Europe.
Working alongside academics and industry, it is the only site in the UK equipped to create a vaccine from start to finish.
Dr Jenny Harries, head of the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), said Britain is already primed to launch a ‘very slick and rapid response’ to the next global threat.
Speaking at the launch of the Vaccine Development and Evaluation Centre, she said it signalled a ‘step change in terms of pandemic response’, adding: ‘The risk [of another pandemic] is growing.
‘The 100-day mission is to identify a pathogen of pandemic potential and within 100 days, you have vaccines to try and manage that.
‘This is shifting from being super ready to respond to actually trying to stop [pandemics] happening.
‘For previous vaccines it would have been five to ten years. For Covid it was 362 days, so to get to 100 days is really stretching the ambition. But if we’re going to prevent pandemics then that’s exactly what we need to do.’
