“I’ll be Frank”: “This is Frank, always frank. Alice and I are what one generally considers to be among the best-educated of Cherubim. The subject of Human Behavior is our choice of study and expertise and it has been our commission for more than a few centuries. The reason for our being overlooked so often may deal with our somewhat diminutive stature (he is no taller than a three-year-old and I’m sure he is joking).

“As we understand it, the question that is asked of us is this: Does free will continue to apply to resurrected humans on Mansonia and beyond? The answer is a resounding ‘yes.’ Free will is a personality prerogative. It applies equally to all personalities, even to those who ever do things right as a matter of cause. Alice and I have free will to investigate anything at all, but we focus on our continued studies of the complex human mind by our free-will choice.

(Speaking to the enquirer now).
“Caught up as you are, unable to change your associates, ‘imprisoned’ by your relationships, we quite understand you presently have no alternative but to bear it all until the end of your contract. However, such is not the case on the Mansion Worlds. Whereas one can choose to be among those of one’s immediate past, there is no such need or obligation if the past was unpleasant. There are myriad other groupings to suit your requirements at any given time. And this is so all throughout the Mansion Worlds.

“Once fusion has taken place you will still have your unconstrained free will. I do warn you, however, you will find it impossible to do anything wrong, laze about, waste time or ‘produce’ anything that is innately useless. You may well have developed a mindset that inclines you to seek out all of those who once distressed you back on Urantia — to close that troubling chapter or to see what you can possibly do for them when they, to a man, did to you the unspeakable.

“Find strength in the knowledge that you will relatively soon be out of the present predicament, that you will wisely choose your next ‘venue of operation’ and that anywhere and at any time beyond this life there exists unlimited free will. This is Frank, always frank.”

Alice: “We travel light and we travel fast. We will look in on you when we can and you might even become aware of us. Frank and I leave you our love.”

Frank: “Did someone mention white feathers? Did someone mention Cherubim? We are Cherubim! I am Frank and I am a Cherubim. She is Alice and she is a Sanobim. Put the two of us together and we’re Cherubim! It doesn’t make any sense to anyone, except to us.

“We make a lot of . . . sense. We have enormous brains. We have great minds, and we have big mouths to match. We are children of the Creator of Mind and Good Sense. We are thus ideally gifted, and besides, we have been around for many, many years. She and I are psychologists extraordinaire. We are the best there ‘is.’ We will leave any of you human professionals in the dust, and like I said, we have mouths to match as well. We also know each other’s minds and that makes life a little easier. Agreed!

“We can still tell you what is wrong with you people. Give us a few weeks and we can carry on non-stop telling you where you should still drastically improve. Right now in the age of communication, most of you have forgotten how to listen! Right now in the Correcting Time you seem to be in need of more correction day by day! Take your time to think things through. Create some appreciation for yourselves, first of all, because it is only in this sense that you can have any appreciation for another.

“You understand the hierarchy. You know the hierarchy of understanding another, of appreciating the other, of respecting another, of admiring another, and of finally being able to love another. When there is no understanding, the entire deck of cards collapses so easily, so quickly. Exercise a little more patience, exercise a little more trust, and acquire a little more understanding, communicate, and you will find it so easy to get along, to see another’s point of view, to add to the peaceful vibrations that must sooner or later envelop this earth.

“This is Frank, always loud and frank, being understood by, being encouraged by, being appreciated by, respected by, admired by, and being loved by the one I will always consider to be my equal in every sense, Alice. Till we meet again.”

George: “Thank you Frank.”

Frank and Alice are two little (less than 3 foot tall) angels that joined the Celestial members of the Emergency Platoon in 2000.

I’ll be Frank: “As a rule, those Cherubim advised to engage in odd jobs, such as what we do in charting human temperament, don’t engage in the subject for hundreds of years. We did, tho, and still do. It has been worth it and it still is. However, will our teaching the action platoons of Midwayers be of some use? You decide. Here is your dear friend, the Scribe. Frank and Alice signing off.”

The Scribe: “Good day, my human friend. Perhaps today you may get an inkling of where your world’s potential future lies. On this occasion you may see where you all stand in our (Western) relationship with the substantial powers of the East. At this point it is now high time that we evaluate the sorry state between the needlessly warring super-powers, for indeed, WWIII has already begun.

“What is being perpetrated here is a game of cat and mouse when NATO soldiers are dug in at the very border with Russia and Belarus all along but just within the three Baltic states. A similar game is happening in the South China Sea where the Chinese are restless with so much foreign military navy shipping along their coasts and among the contested islands.

“I note your apprehension regarding this task, but I remind you that you were there during WWII, that you lived through it, barely survived it, that you studied it in retrospect and that you were told there must not be another war like it. You have also known since many long years that the beligerent West will be on the merciless receiving end of the next all-out war it starts. There will be no turning back once a major armament has been unleashed against a nuclear-capable foe.

“Therefore I remind you of what ABC-22 told you in 1972: ‘You are not a Specialist.’ It means, although you have often doubted the meaning of these words, that all kinds of tasks and projects can be given to you to bring to a conclusion. In this instance it hardly means that you must carry on a protest, no, not at all! It will be astute — yes, prudent of all who know the 11:11 Progress Group submissions — to recite a prayer to the Universal Father-Creator of all that exists.

Prayer: “Dear Father, I, your humble servant and subject, together with many loyal members and readers of the 11:11 Progress Group’s submissions plead with you to help us appoint Heads of State, Presidents, Leaders and Prime Ministers that are friends of all other nations. We are aware of the fact that war is threatening in Eastern Europe and South-East Asia to the potential detriment of our beloved planet and the well-being of all your subjects — present and future. Please give our Midwayers all the needed authority to stop all future wars. Amen.”

The Scribe: “With this prayer I leave you, my human friend. Fear not. For at present all is well.”
