The pressure and tension of the last week begins to break this week as the energies of the full moon start to settle and Mercury shifts out of retrograde today.  However, while these energies settle and shift we may still fee somewhat frustrated or at breaking point.  This time requires patience and the ability to sit with the discomfort, the confusion and the uncertainty as we are asked in this space to face our resistance to change and the fears that keep us stuck.  

Change is happening and we can expec the momentum to continue to rise whether we like it or  not.  This rising momentum will help us overcome any inertia but will also bring a growing intensity to all that we are experiencing.  The resulting tension can be either destrcutive or creative, the chocie is ours.  Avoiding extremes and remaining centred and balanced will enable us to navigate our way calmly and peaceably.  

As you begin this week be mindful of the need to breathe through any tension or frustration while being fully present to life.  Resist the need to escape or react remembering that this is a potent and powerful time that requires a mature and responsible response to everything.
