Transmutation

Transmutation

By Matt Kahn

Posted on November 8, 2024

As the Universe helps you address your most limiting beliefs you have about yourself, others, the world, and reality as a whole– mainly focusing on the limiting beliefs you have about you– it assists in the further expansion of your awakening consciousness by being able to honor the often illusive and mysterious process of transmutation.

Transmutation acts as a sacred fire burning up all that no longer serves you each and every time you are emotionally triggered or turned against yourself in response to an outcome or anyone else’s behavior.

The more you know that life will become whatever series of circumstances is needed to help you examine the limiting beliefs you hold to be true about yourself, the easier it is to let go of needing things to be any particular way in order to discover the happiness, wholeness, inspiration, and joy that you seek.

It also helps you uplevel your understanding of co-creation beyond the limits of the ego’s understanding. Co-creation is real, but you are not solely in charge of what comes or goes. Since co-creation references a collaboration, it helps you understand that your partnership with the Universe allows any degree of circumstance to manifest, not because of the insistence of personal will, but through the grace of divine timing that is doing everything in its infinite power to help you become the heart-centered, embodied, and fully integrated consciously divine human you were born to be.

As more space is cleared to allow such an embodied and integrated presence of your soul to move deeper into your physical body, you come to realize the true fulfillment you have been searching for comes from being aligned with spirit more often than not, and not necessarily dependent upon what you have, don’t have, want, or resent others for having.

This is why the Universe creates personal and collective head-scratching scenarios, where specific versions of you, along with other characters, show up to behave in ways that allow you to watch the limiting beliefs that may arise in response. Because the addressing of core limiting beliefs is so front and center for so many right now, the key at this time is being more compassionate with yourself than ever before. Let yourself off the hook by allowing yourself to enter a reality where things don’t happen because of anything you do or don’t do.

Because the unraveling of limiting core beliefs is escorting you beyond the confines of psychological imprisonment, it is very common right now to have a rebellious nature when it comes to self-imposed rules and rigidity.

At this critical time of inner alchemical transmutation, the essential spiritual practices are those rooted in self-love and self-discovery.

It is a time where you are truly needed as the one who can deliver the light of Source energy into your being by how authentically and more often you dare to love yourself, while accepting that everything happens to usher in a new version of you and a newly-transformed reality and not because of anything you did ‘wrong’ in any way.

During this phase of transmutation, it is natural to have rampant cravings, feel stir-crazy, confused, mesmerized, or dismayed by life’s growing list of uncertainties, an increase in physical or emotional pain– including pain in your head, as well as electrical surges and shocks along major meridian points.

Such symptoms, while representing evidence of transmutation in progress, also act as reminders to be gentle with yourself as you move beyond the threshold of this evolutionary process.

As the pace of life slows to give you a more direct view into the inner-workings of a conditioned past, you are able to cut the cords to each and every anchor and set sail along our most miraculous voyage into new seas of discovery.

With less pressure and rigidity overwhelming an already overwhelming time in Earth’s history, the signs of a newly-awakening world begin to surface in the beauty of your everyday life.

From my heart to yours, thank you for being here, staying the course, and being such an instrumental catalyst in ensuring that the vibration of love is channeled into your heart and reality, no matter how shameful, unworthy, or disconnected any belief suggests you to be.

On behalf of the Universe, thank you for being you exactly as you are.

May the Universe show you exactly how, no matter the circumstances in view, love always has the final word.

Love always wins.

Holding Space

Holding Space

By Matt Kahn

Posted on August 28, 2024

Hello Beloveds,

In order to hold space for the healing underway, one must be given enough space to explore their experience and the right to process however they feel.

Whether surfacing in yourself or others, each of us are guided along a journey of inner discovery as we come to terms with new sensations of emotion, while re-examining clusters of forgotten feelings that may have been buried underneath the surface.

Prior to uncovering the wisdom we are meant to glean from re-occurring themes of engagement, we are plunged into the wild wilderness of primal reaction, which can include tendencies to lash out and shut down in response to the surging discomfort of unwelcomed pain. While it is equally painful to be pushed away or ridiculed with judgment when someone feels threatened by the feelings that seem too powerful to process, it always acts as a reminder to hold space by offering anyone steeped in cycles of reaction the space and freedom to meet themselves.

Even when such space is interpreted as rejection or feeds a narrative of abandonment in someone’s mind, no amount of presence from another person can offer the potency of healing that comes from meeting ourselves without the allure of outside distraction. Just as we don’t accompany our adult loved ones to the bathroom or stare at them while they sleep to ensure they’re breathing, the healthiest relationships that honor space holding over any degree of rescuing always contains equal peaks of connection with valleys of solitude.

Whether you require space to feel into your experience without someone else’s narrative influencing your perspective or you happen to be the one someone else may need space from, may we hold space by being aware when offering space is more therapeutic than trying to prove yourself right, make someone else wrong, or fight to have the final word.

Even within circumstances where you have ample proof of being wronged by another person’s actions, the space you take to be with yourself will help you answer an essential question: “Whether another person ever sees the error of their ways, which choice can you make moving forward that is right for the evolution of your journey as a result of how you’ve been treated?”

Through the beauty and importance of holding space, we no longer yearn to change anyone’s perception of you — no matter how off base or misguided it seems to be. Instead, we offer space to allow the processing of discomfort and any fear of change or loss of control to move someone through their process of transmutation.

Knowing, if and when there is any hope of reconciliation, it may only occur during interactions when all hearts involved can express and share from a greater degree of wholeness. It is a depth of wholeness each person must find within themselves, once the inner rescuer becomes a more surrendered curiosity into learning and growing instead of defending and controlling.

Just as seeds require breaks from being watered in order to receive the benefit of hydration and can even risk drowning whenever flooded, the same is true for the healing power of our hearts; requiring equal doses of engagement and space in order for each relationship to blossom into its most radiant potential.

Self-Love

Self-Love

By Matt Kahn

Posted on August 14, 2024

Hello Beloveds,

Self-love is the ability to be good to yourself, no matter who isn’t good to you. As your self-worth elevates by treating your heart to the friendship, support, honor, and validation you deserve, you become less resonant with those who say one thing and do another, make promises only to break them on a regular basis, or take their unprocessed pain out on you.

When self-love is active, you are able to honor anyone’s potential, while not placing yourself in toxic partnerships, from a standpoint of “what if”.

In self-love, you are able to have a point of view, establish healthy boundaries, and utilize the power of your voice — all from the graceful power of an open heart.

In self-love, you don’t need the agreement of others to be set free.

Instead, you just need time and space to align with your true essence, cheering, cherishing, and accepting your way into an unwavering depth of clarity, confidence, and inspired action that only your love can activate in you.

In time, other members of your soul tribe will appear. What often calls them forward into your reality is how consistently you are willing to emotionally support yourself.

This is why it is essential to love yourself more, not less.

Not just as a modality in response to emotional triggers, but as an embodied living practice that becomes as essential to your soul as your breath is for the body.

And, when knowing how each “I love you” simultaneously sends blessings to every heart on a quantum level, you come to realize the most direct way to heal yourself and transform the planet occurs within the same heart-centered space.

All for Love,

Matt Kahn

If You Stop Seeking All You Desire

If You Stop Seeking All You Desire

By Matt Kahn

Posted on August 4, 2024

If you stop seeking all you desire, you invite the projector in the theater of life to stop reflecting images of a brighter tomorrow, in order for that joy, to be found nowhere else but here.

If you stop seeking all you desire, no person stands in the way of better experiences or feeds the seduction toward the next shiny object in view.

If you stop seeking all you desire, you will no longer use the past as a proving ground for personal blame. For there is nothing in your past that justifies why new things haven’t entered, when it’s simply the case of first enjoying the dinner life made for you before dessert will be served.

If you stop seeking all you desire, no character in your play portrays the role of disappointment. Especially since, each person’s mission is only to be found guilty of being themselves, where your invitation is taking the time to intimately know each layer, so you are fully aware of the journey you sign up for when welcoming them in.

If you stop seeking all you desire, there is no other treasure to be found, other than the purest of gold found deep within yourself.

If you stop seeking all you desire, you will neither be intimidated by divinity, nor turn on yourself when the lights of life’s stage shine brightly on you. For it is only through the hunger we develop by assuming better experiences are any place but here that prevents the deepest dive of uncovering the holiest of holy truths.

If you stop seeking all you desire, you will free yourself from a prison whose bars and door were only as a solid as your belief in confinement.

If you stop seeking all you desire, there are no losses to endure, no gains to promote, no defeats to process, and no wins to hide behind. There is only the precious life force energy of all that is, being given and received, as it is shaped into the fate of each miraculous moment. These are the magnificent shifts that occur, if you stop seeking all you desire. Even for just one moment in time.

In every breath, the choice is always yours. Choose well, Beloved. Choose well.

All for Love,

Matt Kahn

Vibrational Co-dependency

Vibrational Co-dependency

By Matt Kahn

Posted on July 19, 2024 by

As an energetically-sensitive empath, I spent the majority of my childhood confusing my personal feelings with the experiences of others. It was common for me to believe I wasn’t liked or “good enough”, since the emotional discord I sensed in others was interpreted as their opinion of me.

This led me to always trying to cheer people up, hoping to improve their opinion of me. While spending many years in “vibrational co-dependency”, it became common to identify with the patterns of fear woven throughout the collective, as if I had fears of my own.

Whether it was the fear of rejection, the fear of not measuring up, the fear of abandonment, the fear of my own personal power, I spent many years getting to know fear as a daunting teacher of higher learning. Even though I’ve been divinely guided by my intuitive connection to the Universe, I was never spared of learning all that I came to know for the benefit of every heart I am here to serve.

My intuition didn’t spare me a moment of fear. It merely pointed my attention toward evidence and possibilities that became the insights that evolved my consciousness. I didn’t overcome fear through a bold declaration. Instead, I spent so much of my upbringing in fear that it eventually had no power over me. I was simply too curious of each “what if” to ever remain frozen in victimhood. I began to see that fearing an outcome didn’t determine whether or not it occurred.

99% of everything I’ve ever feared never came true. Even the things I feared that did occur – never usually happened in as scary or painful of a way as I was convinced would play out. Even when something scary I thought would happen actually came to be, life moved me forward in a direction that was somehow better than however things were before.

No matter how entrenched I was in believing how anything was bound to occur, my thoughts and commitment to believing in worst case scenarios never brought any of it to life.

I began to see how each outcome was bound to occur in a way that was governed by a higher force of reality. Since that force was alive, conscious, and intelligent, I honored it with value, which allowed me to see from a very early age that everything happens to create greater value in our journeys of growth.

I didn’t always like what happened, but I was never without a deeper knowing that it’s happening for my benefit, whether or not I knew what each benefit was.

Over the years, fears would orbit my field on a more infrequent basis. It began feeling like reuniting with a precocious long-lost friend, instead of the source of my pain. Each time it came around, I knew it would leave me stronger and more rooted in clarity than before, whether I bought into each fearful possibility or watched it pass.

As I evolved, I learned how to sense other people’s experiences without making it into ideas about me. This prepared me to hone my intuitive skills in service to humanity through the offering of my heart-centered teachings.

While I credit my curiosity to moving me out of the grip of fear by playing out each horrific vision until it all dissolved into light, I equally honor fear for cultivating my deepest humility and respect for the gift of life, no matter how characters act or whatever comes to be.

May we join together as a community of heart-centered consciousness to honor fear as a daunting and relentless catalyst of evolution that activates our greatest strengths and infinite depths of courage, simply by enduring and surviving life’s most intimidating uncertainties.

Rather than viewing fear as the opposite of love, may we aim our love to all the parts in ourselves steeping in fear, as a way of reclaiming our personal power and developing the worthiness to shine our light brightly. As always, the parts in ourselves that receive more loving attention help to unravel the unconscious programs throughout the collective for the wellbeing and liberation of all.

Dearest fear, I spent most of my childhood in your presence and I believed each and every frightening possibility you expressed until I saw the perfection of destiny that our personal will can claim, but cannot alter or deny. Thank you for helping my love to become as unconditional as possible, as I dared to support and embrace the one who either waited for bad things to happen or good things to go. Thank you for introducing me to my deepest vulnerabilities, as my core strength instead of my deepest weakness.

Thank you for showing me that no matter what happens, life always expands in better ways and everything always works out, whether anyone believes it or not. I have no interest in pushing you away, but I sense that your mission is to return to the love you feel separate from, which is why you are always rooted in worrisome perspectives.

As life’s eternal liberator that you have helped me realize that I AM, I free you from the plight of your own victimhood and offer you permission to return home to the light of your highest truth. Thank you for every gift you’ve ever offered me. I set you free.

Perhaps this moment reminds us how the mastery of fully embodied awakened consciousness has nothing to do with how often we fear, but how instinctively we respond with love to whatever arises. It’s never a matter of loving the situations you are in or the conduct of any character, but embracing the vulnerabilities, worries, pain, doubts, and conflicts that each moment inspires in you.

Whatever arises, love that part of you who has a right to feel and think exactly as you do.

Whatever arises, love that. You are that. That is what you are.

Matt Kahn

This is a Spiritual Superpower Weaving the Energies

This is a Spiritual Superpower Weaving the Energies

By Matt Kahn

Posted on May 25, 2024 by

In a recent newsletter, I emphasized how superstitious beliefs can unknowingly delay your ability to move forward in life. While the Universe does send us signs, they are often symbols to remind us of what we’re avoiding versus asking us to wait for certain doorways of opportunity. As a way of helping you deepen this insight, I wanted to emphasize the single greatest force that is always helping you move forward. It is a superpower known as honesty.

While you may not feel the time is quite right to take whichever action step you are destined to embrace, it is your willingness to move forward with honesty that allows any moment in time to be the perfect doorway of expansion to move through. To highlight this truth, please consider the following scenario:

Imagine you are about to go for a job interview. Your car is filled with gas. Your outfit precisely pressed and ready. And yet, due to a recent flurry of emotional processing inspired by the death of a loved one, you just aren’t feeling like the version of yourself who is capable of capitalizing on the opportunity. You consider canceling or even rescheduling, but today is the only opening they have—and your nagging monthly bills inform you that you cannot delay this any longer. With doubt in your heart, resistance in your body, and a storm of negative thoughts—including the spiritual thoughts attempting to correct the negative ones—you venture off to the interview in exactly the type of condition you would never wish to present to the general public.

Upon entering the interview, the person in charge asks how you are doing. Do you lead with your most idealistic version of who you think they’ll resonate with, or do you dare to be honest? What if you remembered that honesty is one of your superpowers and dared to lean into that option? What if you said, “To be honest, my life has been a bit consumed due to the death of a loved one.”? What if, in response, they said, “You know, I really understand. Today is actually the anniversary of my mother’s death. I’ll take that as a sign she’s doing well and watching over me.”?

Imagine how the honest approach your ego thought would be a way of sabotaging the interview became an unsuspecting way of bonding with the interviewer in the most unlikely way. Even if such an answer had ended the interview on the spot, it may have occurred at a company who yearns to hire people with little to no family so their lives may be consumed with advancing their career. While all of these possibilities are hypothetical in nature, the one way to guarantee building authentic resonance with those you will enjoy thriving with is by daring to be honest. It’s one thing to overshare by leading with such intimate details before a personal question is asked—it’s an entirely different scenario to answer a personal question with a concise authentic reflection.

While the spiritual ego may see the grief of a loved one as a clear sign from the Universe to not go through with the interview—the truth is, you always have everything required to show up in exactly the way you are meant to be. The rest is the unfolding of fate molded together by the hands of time. Equally so, if you are so stricken with grief that you can’t even move, you have no choice but to prioritize the depths of your healing process. In truth, most of us are not in that position. We often believe we are in worse shape than we actually are, as the inner perfectionist refuses to show up unless in its most preferred and idealized form. The problem with this insistence is that your most idealized form is often an aspiration you chase, and only something you can become once you dare to meet the moment openly and honestly.

By embracing honesty as one of your most potent super powers—which can be irritating to an ego fed by feeling disempowered—you are no longer waiting for sign after sign from Source. Instead, your willingness to step forward with openness and honesty allows you to become someone the Universe is ready to work through in miraculous ways. All that is required is a willingness to show up, daring to be open and honest, and not being so intensely attached to one outcome over another.

From this space, you will become someone who inspires those around you, instead of someone who waits to be inspired. If any of your favorite musicians, actors, or performers were to hide in shame after any degree of rejection, they never would have taken the journey to become the artist you know and enjoy. Sometimes the rejection is a part of the maturing process. Some artists would never have gone so deep in their artistic process had their first audition, record deal, or performance gone perfectly. This is why your soul’s evolution is more focused on the journey than the destination. All too often, it’s not a matter of what does or doesn’t happen, but who you become along the way that tells the redemptive tale of your hero’s journey.

One choice at a time. One ‘I love you’ at a time. One breath at a time. Now is the time. Your life awaits your most authentic arrival.

All for Love,

Matt

Weaving the Energies

Weaving the Energies

By Matt Kahn

Posted on May 8, 2024

As we step into the beautiful unfolding of May 2024, we are invited to embrace the vibrant energies that beckon us toward profound growth and higher consciousness.

This month, we gather under the banner of evolution, as the universe presents us with an extraordinary opportunity to leap into new dimensions of awareness and alignment. Together, let us explore the expansive possibilities that await us on our paths, weaving the energies into the fabric of our daily lives.

May’s energetic landscape is charged with the potential for significant personal and collective transformation. This is a time when each moment offers us a chance to engage more deeply with the essence of who we truly are. We are encouraged to embrace the shifts with open hearts, recognizing the divine orchestration in every experience, whether it appears as a challenge or a blessing. Our journey this month is about seeing beyond the surface, understanding the deeper significance of our experiences, and aligning more fully with our soul’s calling.

This month’s energies invite us to consider the theme of “Brace for Impact,” a powerful metaphor suggesting significant shifts and alignments. Contrary to initial impressions, this phrase is not about preparing for disaster, but rather about preparing to meet the profound opportunities for growth and renewal. As we encounter these dynamic energies, it’s crucial to remain open and adaptable, allowing ourselves to be guided by the unfolding experiences rather than resisting them.

We are called to engage with life as active participants rather than passive observers. This involves a deeper communion with the universe, where we not only receive feedback from Source but actively integrate it into our daily living. The universe is always conversing with us, offering guidance through the ebbs and flows of life’s experiences. By paying attention to this subtle dialogue, we can navigate May with greater awareness and intentionality.

Additionally, this month calls us to exit the negotiations with the universe where we might previously seek to avoid discomfort and maximize pleasure. Instead, we trust the path that unfolds before us, embracing the lessons and opportunities it presents. This surrender to the journey invites changes that resonate deeply with our soul’s evolution, guiding us toward our highest possibilities.

For more specific guidance on how to harness the energies of May for your highest evolutionary benefit, and to discover practices that help align with the frequencies present on the planet at this time, I warmly invite you to watch the full intuitive update for May here, on YouTube. In this update, where I’m joined by my beloved, Joy, we take a deep-dive into the themes of May, offering insights and practical steps to powerfully connect with this month’s energies.

By embracing these perspectives, you can navigate May with a sense of empowerment and grace, fully participating in the beautiful dance of life’s ongoing evolution.

All for love,

Matt

What do You do with Insight?

What do You do with Insight?

By Matt Kahn

Posted on April 30, 2024

Imagine scrolling your newsfeed when you come across a meme. Its words resonate to your core. It feels like a sign from the Universe. Perhaps it ignites a newfound passion in you. A clearer knowingness that everything is going to be alright, despite the insurmountable challenges and harrowing details of your life’s journey. As a refreshing windfall of perspective washes away the residue of the past, an essential question looms in the background: What changes are you inspired to make, now that you know more than you did moments ago?

You might add a comment of gratitude to the thread or even share it on your page with enthusiasm. All the while, the fundamental importance of insight asks you to consider: now that you know more than you did before, how will you allow this new insight to influence your choices? What self-destructive habit are you more inspired to surrender, or which courageous decisions are you ready to embrace?

If without the ability to influence your behavior in a more mindful, heart-centered, and courageous direction, the value of insight extends beyond merely soothing your most desperate parts; it invites you to address and resolve the core issues.

Though insight may initially offer a moment of serenity, it is intended to supply you with the strength, courage, and perspective to face difficulties more openly, instead of creating new ways to avoid them. It is similar to how ‘going within’ has shifted on a societal level; from being an entry point into deeper realities to becoming a portal of avoidance for the details and demands of everyday life.

Nowadays, some people don’t even go within. They go online to read about the findings others have discovered. As they glean resonance from someone else’s sharing or merely comprehend it on a conceptual level, it is then adopted as their newfound wisdom to pass along. While the sharing of inspirational content on a viral level offers important moments of collective heart expansion, we are now living in an online culture where going online is the new going within. It is where, for some, the act of liking others’ shares often supplants the need for personal inner work, which is essential for making the leaps of understanding and growth that insights encourage.

Imagine a person lost in the dependency of alcohol coming across a blog post highlighting the long-term effects of alcohol usage. Their eyes bulge from the surprising health risks attributed to constant alcohol use they never knew existed. Imagine them surprised, alarmed, and concerned for their health as they discuss such findings with friends at a bar over rounds of drinking. Notice how the content spoke to their experience, inspired them to discuss its meaning, and yet, couldn’t penetrate the walls of human patterning to help them break free on a tangible level. Such a reality is no one’s fault. Rather, it is the opportunity of all who seek deeper meaning and search for greater clarity to fully understand the risks and rewards of ever-deepening insight.

When open to allowing insight to be received, yes, you will be rewarded with perspectives, reframes, and shifts of awareness that allow life’s most debilitating pain to be seen from more expansive perspectives. Like a cool breeze on a sweltering hot summer day, you will feel the rush of elation from having the finger of insight point out possibilities you never knew were there. Equally so, with each reward the ego receives comes an equal form of risk for your most conditioned parts. The risk being the issues in your life the Universe asks you to face, the decisions your destiny urges you to make, and the inevitable discomfort your ego will feel when going in the direction insight inspires. It’s almost as if many people are open to being inspired without being equally available to the journey of inspiration when such pivotal choices exist outside of an ego’s comfort zone or focus of desire.

As many unknowingly live out the mantra, “Help me feel better, but please don’t make me do something uncomfortable”, we come to realize why the Universe guides each journey with silent compassionate resolve. As the creator of time, the Universe uses the 4th dimension to wait out the negotiations and demands of any ego structure, waiting for the ego to break itself down through oscillating patterns of compulsion, judgment, and avoidance to release the grip of control only the ego believes it has. As this cracking open of exhaustion welcomes the ego into a humbling journey of surrender, it now explores the living reality of each inspired thought, so not to hide from the hands of fate as the memorizer of other people’s evolution. Of course, the ego is rightfully afraid of discomfort due to how scary it makes life seem through the way it judges decisions unlike or opposite to any desire.

While the ego is destined to realize the difference between the pain it anticipates and how not as painful things will actually be, the only way for true letting go to occur is by no longer maintaining a hiding spot for the parts only wishing to grow on its avoidant timeframe. Like a wise parent who loves their children through moments of discomfort and displacement, but without a way to help them avoid the experiences that need to be faced, such is the responsibility you incarnated to embrace as the wise loving guardian, guide, and protector of your ego’s evolving journey.

It’s much like when a child begs their parents for a puppy. While a child is enamored by the idea of having a cute furry friend to play with, parents have to field their child’s interest to determine if they will actually be as open to caring for the puppy as much as they are excited to hold one. Much is the same with having an ego. While it may seem more like an inner monster at times, there exists an equal need to care for its needs and help raise it through infancy, much like a puppy learning socialization skills from those who love them. In the same way a puppy can’t just run around tearing up carpet, furniture, and shoes without developing unhealthy habits, your ego can’t just be the part you play with by reading inspired wisdom and watching its mood momentarily change. While oscillating between patterns of desire and avoidance, it relies on you, the consciousness of the body, to provide the structure and consistency to help it face the unknown it only knows to hide from.

When an insight equally urges you to take a bold step you’ve been hesitating to take for quite some time, the ego’s only tactic in getting you to help it avoid reality is—pretending to be you. As this so commonly happens, it’s no longer a wise parent holding the hand of their child during a doctor’s visit, but the child hiding inside the body of a parent who now comes up with more sophisticated reasons to skip the appointment. Since the ego’s only game is pretending to be you, it is essential to make sure any insight that speaks to your soul equally comes with a moment of adult contemplation, simply by asking: “No matter the fears or risk of pain my ego anticipates, what newly-inspired choice is this moment of insight asking me to make?”

Yes, growth can be intense. Even painful to endure. But for those whose ego hide in avoidance, there remains a ‘half in the light, half in the dark’ pattern playing out, where change only seems scary to the one running from it. In order to become a true inspiration to others, you must be willing to venture in unpopular directions, even at the risk of inconvenience and discomfort, in order to see what has never been seen or shared before.

Even when a path of change or a journey into the unknown feels scary, risky, or even overwhelming, the purpose of insight is to supply you with perspective to help you face and overcome each fear with more bravery and faith. When inspired insight is more about preparing you to leap beyond your limits, a true evolutionary shift has occurred. It is a shift no longer limited to creating momentary state changes in the lives of those who refuse to change, but helping you find excitement in the unknown and all it is here to provide you. While you cannot know what awaits you on the other side until each leap is taken, please do not rely on the testimony of others, as if their journey reflects the same incredible fate you were born to so uniquely uncover.

Since the ego is like a child evolving within your body, you are the greater reality carrying it along—into, through, and beyond the fire of transformation. When not imagining the ego to be the you it pretends to be, you are able to take the biggest leaps and make your greatest strides that no amount of fear, panic, or resistance can prevent you from completing. All you need to know is how much better everything will be, as a brand new season premiere joyfully interrupts the stagnation of endless reruns throughout your life.

Change only seems scary to the one running from it. In honor of this insight, may today be the day to try something new. No matter the thoughts in mind or feelings being processed, I believe in you.

All for love,

Matt

Releasing Attachment to the Third Dimension – April 2024 Intuitive Update

Releasing Attachment to the Third Dimension – April 2024 Intuitive Update

By Matt Kahn

Posted on April 2, 2024

As we enter the month of April, we stand at the threshold of an extraordinary moment in our evolutionary journey. This period is marked by an intense amplification of energy, inviting us to deeply reflect on our paths and the collective shifts that are unfolding around us.

The theme of April 2024 is not just about change; it’s about the manifestation of our inner transformations on a grand scale.

April’s energy beckons us to notice patterns, to see the world in a new light, and to understand our experiences as part of a larger, divine conversation. This time is about acknowledging the feelings stirring within us and recognizing them as signals guiding us toward our next evolutionary leap.

This moment is a gift, an opportunity to align more closely with our highest selves and to step into the mastery that awaits us.

The challenges and uncertainties we face are not obstacles but invitations to grow, to expand our consciousness, and to fully embody the divine beings we truly are.

In the face of the unknown, we are called not to escape but to engage more deeply, to welcome the unfolding changes with open hearts and to find peace in the midst of transformation.

In the heart of April, an eclipse acts as a cosmic highlighter, accentuating this period of significant transition.

This celestial event serves as a powerful catalyst, marking both an end and a beginning in our personal and collective narratives. It symbolizes the closing of one chapter and the birthing of another, inviting us to let go of old patterns and paradigms that no longer serve us.

This process, while intense, is deeply cleansing and ultimately liberating, preparing us for a resurgence of peace and tranquility.

The challenges and upheavals we may experience are not just random occurrences but are intricately designed to propel us into a state of higher consciousness and alignment.

The universe is inviting us to trust in the flow of life, to release our fears and uncertainties, and to step boldly into the light of our true selves. In doing so, we discover that peace and tranquility are not destinations to be reached but states of being to embody, even amidst the whirlwind of change.

In this spirit of transformation and discovery, Joy and I warmly invite you to join us for a deeper exploration in our April 2024 Intuitive Update available now on YouTube.

Lesson From the Fire

Lesson From the Fire

By Matt Kahn

Posted on March 19, 2024

Imagine you are sitting around a campfire with friends. You feel the warmth of the heat, but begin to be transfixed, almost hypnotized by the changing shapes of smoke dancing above the flames. As the smoke moves in various patterns, a face can be seen. While forgetting your surroundings, you imagine the face you see in the smoke to be who you are. First you think, “How did I get in this smoke? Did I do something wrong? Am I being punished?” Perhaps, followed by the fear, “I’ve got to get out of here before this fire burns my smoke-shaped face.”

You even say out loud, “Hey, do you all see my face in the smoke?” No one does because from their vantage point, the smoke takes different shapes, offering a distinction in experience. As no one but you sees your face shaped out of the smoke in sight, you feel sadness. “No one sees me or understands the uniqueness of my experience.”

While the fate of the smoke-shaped face comes and goes, you suddenly realize, “I am not the shape of the smoke in sight, I am the witness of it.” You then return to your perspective as one of many observers sitting around a campfire. You say to the others, “I just had the wildest spiritual experience. I lost myself in the shape of a face I saw in the smoke, only to realize, the one experiencing it is so much bigger. I no longer think I am the smoke about to be burned by the fire. It can warm my skin, but it cannot touch the observer in any way. I now understand the nature of ego.”

As you share this insight to a mixture of resonance, silence, and confusion, the experience deepens. Everything you just realized was fundamentally true, but to stay there would be the creation of the spiritual ego. If ego were the face molded out of the smoke in view, the spiritual ego could only be the face of the one viewing it.

Then you hear a voice within your heart, “Are you ready to go even deeper than this insight?” Just as you are about to answer yes, your experience changes. Suddenly, you realize the shapes coming and going in the smoke and each person sitting around you are all equal expressions of the fire in sight. It’s as if the identity projected onto the face molded out of smoke, and even the identities of the observers around you are all unique ways the fire gets to know itself.

When you thought you were a face dancing in smoke, your experience skimmed along the surface of reality, where you feared being burnt by the fire. Even when seeing yourself as the observer, you were a character separate from the power of the flame, close enough to be warmed by its heat, but without a direct realization of its infinite brightness and eternal power. Having taken things deeper, you have realized you are the eternal flame of existence, fueling the joy of self-discovery as both the observer of the fire and the beliefs projected onto the shape that smoke takes when viewing it.

As the fire, you are the Source of all experiences and the intersecting point of connection that makes you and the people around the campfire one united reality, even while experiencing it as separate witnesses or observers. Then a fear arises, “How will I stay the fire? What if the others begin engaging me as their separate observer selves and pull me back into my body?” Then your experience deepens: If the smoke and observer are equal expressions of the fire, then it cannot be wrong to experience myself this way. It was only limiting and dense when I thought I was only the face shaped out of smoke or the observer of the fire. Now that I know I am truly the fire within it all, just as everyone else is, I accept it is the will of the fire to explore interchanging experiences, whether as smoke, the appearance of people warmed by the flames, or the witness learning from its observations. You realize that even if pulled back into the infancy of smoke, or the adolescence of observation, you have always been the fire within it all; expressing the power of light that doesn’t know how to dim, diminish, or shine less brightly.

Applying this to your life, the faces shaped out of smoke are the ever-changing landscape of thought. You are not the character each thought suggests, but the source of thinking itself — existing just underneath the surface of your experience. The belief that you are these smoke-shaped thoughts and nothing else is the nature of ego. This is learned by the spiritual ego, or the observer of the smoke, which happens to be a more densely-shaped smoke imagining itself still separate from the fire in view. All the while, the truth of your infinite nature exists as a fire that cannot be extinguished that experiences itself as a world of thought and observers that come to life out of a timeless dance of smoke and ash.

Once you know yourself to be the fire burning brightly in every heart, it is the will of the fire, beyond the grasp and understanding of personal will, that decides whether any moment is experienced as the smoke, the observer, or the fire itself. From this space of clarity, being the smoke or the observer no longer contains fear or limitation, since it is merely the way in which an inextinguishable fire of consciousness grows and expands. The fate of smoke can change, just as the perspective of the observer. All the while, you are a fire burning brightly within and throughout it all, with nothing to figure out, process, or keep straight. Even if there were something to process, it would just be the billowing mental smoke that reminds you how intelligent and powerful of fire you happen to be. This is the moment you are free.

You cannot go backwards after knowing this. It’s not a belief to maintain or an idea to defend.

It’s just the way things are.

Now you can truly enjoy the magnitude of the campfire, no matter the differing experiences of those around you.

All for love,

Matt

Letters to a Lightworker

Letters to a Lightworker

My heart felt deeply inspired to share this passage, its truths resonate even more powerfully for me than the day it was written:

Be that person who demands a more kind, peaceful, and compassionate world that doesn’t leave evolution any other option when leading by the power of your own living example.

Be that person who reaches inward for nourished support, while reaching out to those who have forgotten their hearts as the source of eternal sustenance.

Be that person who fearlessly meets conflict with curiosity, daring to ask more questions, instead of making assumptions about the paths only other people’s feet have walked.

Be that person who transcends the ugliest of circumstances by showing there is no single moment absent of the beauty of our true enlightened form.

Be that person who builds a living relationship with the nature of divinity, no matter how often the seasons of change move through your field.

Be that person who holds no expectation over another person’s head, while maintaining an uncanny degree of ethical worthiness for how you will and won’t allow yourself to be treated.

Be that person who meets the venom of negativity as the defense mechanism of a snake afraid to part with known realities by shedding another layer of skin. When seeing the operating system fear hides in, a bite of venom becomes cleansing medicine instead of poison within the wisdom of a shamanic heart.

Be that person who turns turbulence into transition and sadness into a celebration. Much like a song initially only your heart can sing or hear, written by the lyrics of each tragedy survived, that brings other radiant souls towards you to share in the mutual glory of a mission fulfilled.

Be that person who measures achievement by the deeper qualities each moment cultivates in you, whether demonstrated with immaculate precision or still being brought to the surface by the moments in view.

Be that person who remains an ally to the innocence in every heart with the intuitive discernment to know how to hold space for the healing of others without being a place for anyone’s unprocessed pain to hide.

Be that person who cannot be manipulated into taking sides in a battle only molded by the hands of greed. For whenever sides are taken, the ‘I versus you’ or ‘us against them’ ensures no one will be that person who brings greed to justice — a justice only served when each of us dare to be that person — together as one.

Be that person who leaves this planet with the most breathtaking garden of insight to discover, grown from the seeds you so intentionally planted by insisting there is more to life than a rhythm of loss and gain.

Be that person, who becomes the person, no longer hiding within you, but brought to the surface for the unending joyful benefit of a world still afraid or unaware of that person deep within themselves.

Hear the peaceful rumble like the drumming of sacred ceremony echoing throughout all directions and corners of Mother Earth. It is an interconnection of light beings mindfully assembling for the salvation of our planet. It is a movement of progress only set into greater motion when that person dares to step forward. As each of us answer this call to be that person, it is only then when we the people can be heard, acknowledged, and respected by the reciprocity of collective progress. Welcome to the Love Revolution.

All for life. All for light. All for love,

Matt

The Gift of Loss

The Gift of Loss

By Matt Kahn

Posted on February 14, 2024

Of all the gains I’ve had the honor of acquiring, it’s the losses I am most grateful for.

Not because it’s a nice spiritual thing to say or because I imagine letting go of one thing makes space for something even better. I am grateful for each loss and its inexplicable ability to reveal deeper levels of courage, greater layers of character, and nearly invincible forms of humility.

These qualities arise in experience as a result of all the things I am willing to live without.

While there is nothing wrong with any degree of gain, it may distract from the evolution of our soul. This happens when something to receive becomes something to possess, covet, and control.

Because every experience that begins is only starting its voyage toward an inevitable ending, we learn to embrace beginnings and endings as two sides of a continuous, ever-evolving cycle of expression.

As the hand learns to remain open, allowing beginnings and endings, births and deaths, to come and go on their own rhythm of expression, a deeper grace begins to dawn.

We no longer seek highs or fear lows, but allow it all to be honored, received, savored, and taken as a journey. In this journey, only the wisdom and compassion of the soul shall live forever in timeless joy.

It is why, of all the gains I’ve had the honor of acquiring, it’s the losses I am most grateful for.

To each loss, unexpected change, and moment of death I’ve ever encountered: thank you for always knowing where to find me, so I wouldn’t dare to miss out on becoming the one I was always destined to be.

All for Love,

Matt
