Life can be a treadmill of mundane details or it can be an inspiring adventure of uplifting experiences. Through the regular, daily practice of meditation, you can start each day by raising your frequency of consciousness above the mundane, work-a-day level into the spiritual realms of consciousness.

Here are seven facets of spiritual awareness which unfold as a result of daily meditation. Any technique will work. The Ultimate Meditation technique is particularly effective.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number One – Flow

A sense of flow attracts synchronicity into your life’s events. This almost magical sense enables you to always be in the appropriate place at the appropriate time in order to gain the most out of the experiences that the complete you, your inner self, planned for this life.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Two – Unconditional Love

You develop a sense of unconditional love for the inner, spiritual essence of all the people that you connect with in your life. Even the difficult people, as they are often holding up a mirror for you to understand an aspect of past habits which, deep down, you would like to examine at this time.

Your sense of unconditional love naturally includes full acceptance of yourself, just as you are, with the personality that you adopted for this lifetime of experience. You can catch those old thought patterns of self-criticism and remember that you live in a universe which is naturally full of love and unconditional acceptance.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Three – Abundance

Accept abundance as the natural flow of the universe. Forget those opinions about there being something wrong with money. It’s a form of energy and the universe is filled with energy. Life gets a lot more convenient when you are abundant. It gets really inconvenient when you are not.

When you follow your innermost joy, you find yourself doing work that you love and find absorbing. When you find your work absorbing, you become very good at it, without feeling that it took a lot of effort to become that highly skilled. When you are good at your work, employers and customers alike hear about you by word-of-mouth recommendation and they seek you out. The more in-demand your services become, the more they are worth. Following your inner joy is the secret to finding and developing an occupation which brings natural abundance.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Four – Intuitive Insight

Both men and women find that, with regular spiritual practices, their sense of intuition develops smoothly and naturally. Soon, your insights grow to become very valuable in dealing with the challenges of life.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Five – Creativity

A growing sense of creativity becomes apparent when spiritual practices become your daily routine. You discover new ways to achieve results because you see situations from a broader perspective.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Six – Wisdom

Advances in spiritual wisdom and understanding come with deep meditation. In meditation, it is important to let distracting, surface thoughts dissipate so that deeper realizations may surface at the time that they are needed.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Seven – Raising World Consciousness

When you detach from worldly concerns and express a higher frequency of consciousness, the conflicts of the lower frequencies of consciousness become automatically healed. When you let go of any form of conflict within yourself, you are able to rise to a higher frequency of consciousness in a state of harmony and balance.

Higher frequencies of consciousness hold a higher power. Not just a slightly higher power. The power ratio of spiritual consciousness to conflict-oriented consciousness is many thousands to one. If you allow balance to enter your life through a spiritual state of consciousness, it will manifest immediately and very powerfully in your daily life. You will also be helping to raise the global consciousness in a very powerful and constructive manner.

Welcome dear seekers and readers.

The world has become an intense and frightening place for many. As the flow of high frequency energy expands it is serving to expose and manifest dense energies that have long been simply ignored or covered up both personally and globally. There are a few who feel empowered by these energies and are choosing to act on them rather than allowing them to simply move through and clear.

​

Earth's recent solar flares are manifestations of the increasing presence of the high resonating frequencies now integrating physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually in every person. At the same these high frequencies are opening many more eyes to concepts of separation that have long been accepted as being right and normal.

​

Many of you are experiencing episodes of depression, anxiety, anger, sadness, and doubt that seem to come from nowhere. You may find yourself looking back at the past with longing or you may be becoming more judgemental and negative. These are all old energies flowing though as they clear. You are personally and collectively clearing centuries of living fully from a consciousness of separation. These emotions were often necessary for survival and as a result are now firmly established in almost everyone's consciousness as being normal and real. Do not claim them as yours.

Thoughts, feelings, and emotions of a negative nature are not, never have been, and never could be yours personally. Because you are Divine Consciousness individualized, the only qualities that are ever really yours are God qualities--harmony, joy, life, intelligence, abundance, completeness, peace etc.

​

Never deny the negative emotions that may arise or pretend a state of consciousness where they do not exist that you have not yet attained, but rather simply allow them to flow through while recognizing them for what they are--suggestions from the three dimensional collective. Remember, whatever you believe is being personally yours and who you are (I am sick, I am poor, I am stupid, etc. etc. ) becomes yours because you are creators creating from the state of your consciousness.

There are times when you must deal with issues that come from living in third dimensional energy. Without guilt or a sense of spiritual failure when you have a problem of some sort, allow intuition to guide you to whatever human footsteps may be appropriate. See the doctor, lawyer, or professional but always first know the truth--that the omnipresent Divine Consciousness/God can not, does not, and never has created or manifested as anything other than the fullness of ITself.

Over lifetimes of ignorance, the creations of duality, separation, and two powers have accumulated, expanded, and solidified in earth's collective consciousness which is what human minds draw from. These ancient energies must surface and clear as the ascension process proceeds. Recognize their manifestations for what they are without endowing them with power.

​

Change is coming on all levels. Be prepared, always remembering that good material appearances are just as illusory as bad ones. You are going to see many generally accepted traditions of belief and practice begin to crumble. Hold fast to the truth and go within often simply to rest in oneness, listening for the still small voice that in reality is the voice of your real Self.

​

Because God is infinitely expressing ITs omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Self, meditation is somewhat like eavesdropping on God. It is quietly and confidently listening to the Divine consciousness within express ITself which you may or may not always be consciously aware of. Let go of any and all previous concepts about how this inner connection should manifest. It may come as a feeling or knowing, or it may seem as if nothing at all has happened but always know that every intention and action for spiritual alignment makes a connection because if God was separate from you, you would not exist.

Practice silently and secretly acknowledging the real nature/Divinity of every person, those you like and those you don't, those caught up in lives of separation, and those trying to harm others physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This does not mean you must like them or their actions, it means that you see though the human appearance to reality. Even those who are loving and kind are not in and of themselves "good" but rather are allowing the God qualities within them to flow out.

False concepts and beliefs must first play out materially in order to be really seen and moved beyond by the majority. The three dimensional world has built a consensus consciousness that allows people to do whatever they believe they must do in order to be happy and fulfilled regardless of how it may affect others. Many commonly accepted beliefs based in separation continue to be promoted as truth by governments, some organized religions, and self serving individuals.

​

Never doubt that the Divine Plan is alive and well bringing about the demise of that which is quickly becoming obsolete on earth as an evolving planet--activities supported by individuals, organizations, businesses, religions, governments, and all who seek "power over" others. These things have have held mankind in bondage and ignorance of their true Self for eons. The time has come for the people of earth to wake up from a very long dream.

As part of this process, much is coming that will bring about confusion, questioning, and doubt but at the same time will awaken a sleeping majority to levels of awareness not seen on earth in a very long time. Be an observer.

Earth is a pure high resonating planet formed in and of Divine mind and cannot be destroyed or eliminated by human egos deluded with personal power and greed even though it may seem that way.

​

Hold the truth dear ones and be the Light you came to be.

I’d like to continue the discussion inspired by research into the Elohim and building Nova Earth.

I’ve had a good introduction to the process of building from a higher-dimensional perspective through the hobby I have of painting bottles with glitter glue. (1)

Applying paint with a brush introduced this male to flow. I’d slather paint on knowing full well that 90% of the idea was not to create a thing of beauty, but to have me experience flow, which is so foreign to male linearity.

The other 10% for me was about color. I love looking at the range of colors.  That in itself becomes meditative. And of course the Elohim create using the seven rays of color.

Let me expand on the matter of flow, if you would.

I’m convinced, from earlier experiences, that flow is the paradigm of the higher dimensions. The heart being a portal, my heart opening left me, Michael has said, in the Seventh Dimension. (2)

And what one meets immediately in that dimension is what Linda Dillon has called a “tsunami of love.” At a further point, that tsunami leaves us in an Ocean of Love – the complete triumph, so to speak, of flow over linearity.  (Just kidding!)

Another example of the progression is: Words are linear compared with the holistic, telepathic methods of communication there, we’re told.

Flow itself leads to the nature of the One beyond flow, about which I know nothing.

And, as the Mother and Michael made clear, if I did know … I wouldn’t be writing a blog…. I probably wouldn’t even be writing….  (3)

If I were totally focused on reunion with God, I’d be abstinent.

But Archangel Michael actually wants me to eat, drink, and be merry, as far as an urban monk can and does go.

Archangel Michael:    You did not come to live as a guru in a western or eastern manner….

Part of your [mission] and part of our recommendation to you is to play, to laugh, to enjoy, to be physical, so that you are anchored in the physical reality – because you are here to be a transition point and to be able to show people how to do both.

If you were completely involved in your full awakening, you in very great likelihood would not be forming a platform with me.  You would be off somewhere in an ashram meditating.

So that is what we have meant.  Ground yourself.  Be human and love the experience of being in form.

AAM    It is difficult, no?

It’s also important to my mission that I peek into every corner and stay with the group, as he says here:

Archangel Michael: There is much to be said for Everyman, and that is part of the role you play. Yes, you are a pillar. You are an anchor. You’re [a monitor] but you’re also playing the role of Everyman – with curiosity, with exploration, with insight. So our desire is not to separate you from the collective. (2)

So, for all these reasons and more, abstinence is off the table. That leaves moderation. Some teachers have said it isn’t necessary to take a vow of charity or chastity. I actually don’t believe it is, myself. But that’s speaking from the vantage point of 77 years in the midst of an Ascension. Not your normal lifetime.

For me moderation means stopping and moving away from anything that I feel is lowering my vibration by irritating, frustrating, or disgusting me.

As for hankering after enlightenment, all of us here hale from the angelic realm. As such everyone, outside the body, is fully enlightened. You partake of Source energy. (3)

I’d say a lot of my behavior earlier on was careless and thoughtless. While I wasn’t crazy, I wasn’t moderate either. There must be a way of shortening up the time of experimentation and exploration. (Note to self: Find a way.)

Nowadays it’s completely different. Nowadays I’m drawn to what Linda Dillon calls “the blessings and virtues.”  I don’t know exactly why she chose those terms. I’m going to give my own meaning to them and I apologize if it departs.

The blessings are the divine qualities themselves – joy, happiness, bliss, ecstasy, etc. They are truly blessings, as I’m sure you’ll agree after the Ring of Fire or planetary heart opening. (5)

The virtues are the qualities and skills of the individual – courage, moral strength, valor, generosity, etc.

Do these gradually mature and assert themselves in the individual?  Maybe they do. I just wish they’d have matured in me a lot sooner.

So I presume we’re all of us here to laugh, play, and thoroughly enjoy ourselves in the new dimension of life that is gradually and then suddenly emerging. Gaia and the Mother originally created Earth as a playground for her angels.

After Covid, we may have forgotten how to play. The world has gotten so very dark so very recently. And yet we know that the Alliance is standing ready to intervene when the public demands it.

In regards to current affairs, it really is darkest just before dawn.

The New Paradigm: Flow

A friend who was having a reading with Linda Dillon asked if I’d like to ask a question.  I asked Michael for any updates in direction and some of the things he replied are rattling around in my head.

Michael: It is a time of new beginnings, of fresh starts, of taking a path both within and without….

To truly explore. No, this is not just a journey of your heart. This is not a journey of [only] your soul or your mind. It is the integrated expression. It is the truth of the experience of your yearning. It is the blossoming of your ability.

Do not be afraid, sweet brother, of departures. You know full well that your life has been filled with departures. … (1)

Let us begin a new adventure. And let us begin together.  (2)

OK. “New beginnings, … fresh starts, … taking a path both within and without.” “Explore.” “Do not be afraid … of departures.” “Let us begin a new adventure … together.”

Remember as you read this: All of us work with an archangel. We’re either one of the legions of Michael or of another of the Mighty Ones. So read this as if he were speaking to you, which he can easily do. And probably wants to do. He’s not a hermit.

The whole reason I share these excerpts from my readings is that not all people can afford them or think they’re meant to have them. I’ve had readings since 1975/6 (not all recorded unfortunately). And they’ve always explained events to me or steered me in the right direction. (3)

Back to what he said. It’s the word “departures” that caught my attention here. It’s left up to me to examine my approaches and see where departures might occur. And I’ve been doing that since hearing from him.

And I feel as if I’ve been staring at the answer the whole time and have just not been willing – for one reason or another – to acknowledge it.

The departure – and new paradigm – is this: The Third Dimension is characterized by linear thinking; the higher dimensions are characterized by flow.

I know this from experience. When I’m in transformative love, which Michael has characterized as Seventh Dimensional, (4) if I treat love as a stationary object, I feel nothing. But if I respect the fact that love must flow and is by its nature a flow, then I’m immersed in a wave of love as it passes up from my heart and through me to the rest of the world.

I experience love as it flows through me. I believe the same could be said of all divine states. I hesitate because I’m not aware of peace as a flow. And I can’t just turn a switch and get back there to find out. Later perhaps, but not now.

Bliss is definitely a flow and uplifts us. As an aside, bliss carries us to a higher vantage point from which the answers to our problems are obvious. We call these “realizations.” They’re simply obvious conclusions reached when we see things from a higher perspective.

The flow of love inside the heart is endless. Of it Michael said:

AAM: What you do when you bring the love up and out, when you begin to send, to share – it is as if you have in fact activated what we call the wellspring. The visual you may think of is the volcano.

It is not that you empty out. It is that you discover that that wellspring is SO full and overflowing that it is a steady stream. That steady stream does not ever, ever (think of what I say!)… it never has to cease! (5)

It never ceases. We’re never going to run out.  Love will always flow. The best things in life are … eternal and ever-flowing.

So love, bliss, and the other divine states, which are the most delightful and profound experiences we could hope for, are ever flowing and will be available to us forever upon our Ascension.

Love and bliss flowing, I think, determines that all beings living in that setting also flow.  The fact that the tsunami of love that flows on the higher dimensions sweeps our cares and fears away makes flowing easier. All obstructions are removed.

So structure, function, process, and pattern – or linearity – is the paradigm of the Third Dimension, but flow – or what I once called “dynamic balance” – (6) is the paradigm of the higher realms.

Beloved!

As the days are numbered, human consciousness is now expanding at the speed of Light. We recommend the practice of meditation, in order to self-evaluate yourself, because what each was yesterday, today is no longer. It has also been said here, that what used to take Centuries, is now unfolding in a few weeks, or months.

Obviously, there is a large portion of humanity, who still insists on the Planet’s old power grid. They try at all costs to keep the status quo known as normal. But what is this normal? It may not pass the state called comfort zone.

We can assure you that the majority of the symptoms of pain, suffering and discomfort are nothing but resistance imposed by each one about the changes that are necessary in the present days. Resisting and fighting against these changes, makes one’s life much more difficult and tormented.

That’s why we always say, “Get in the Flow! “You are here incarnated at the best moment on Planet Earth. This is a privilege very few have. Living in the form of incarnate, exactly in the final period of the Planetary Transition, will give you a unique insight into the infinite Universe. This knowledge will firstly be integrated into your higher versions of yourself, that is, your Monada.

Such knowledge, once it reaches the Source, will also be integrated into all the Superior Uses of all the other Monads existing in the entire Cosmos. Therefore, understand the size of responsibility that is on your shoulders, at this time of Planetary Transition, and the ascension of your soul.

Failing now would be an immeasurable waste. It would be the loss not only of the opportunity, but of hundreds of incarnations, being such incarnations in a World of Atonement and Evidence. Repeating again this Cycle of learning is certainly a tough task for every repressed soul. Fortunately, much of Earth’s current humanity is reaching the required frequency for ascension.

We’re bringing some more guidance today, to make walking this final stretch of the Old 3D Cycle easier. When we say the worst is over, we want you to know indeed, that the best is yet to come. Even so, each may encounter more ease or more difficulty on this crossing of the final bridge, which separates the Dimensions.

Understanding that all existing forms, both matter and intangible, are nothing but accumulated energies, gives us the certainty that the human body is materialized energy. Already your soul, is energy not material. Even so, energy is constantly interacting, merging with each other, being matter or non-matter.

We can say that energy variably passes through the consciousness of each human being in order to elaborate and create the intended result for each one. And if everything is energy, that explains the theory that we are co-creators of our reality. Thus we are all individuals, for there is an individuality in every human being on Earth. No two consciences are exactly alike. The soul that is incarnated in a physical body is this individual consciousness.

When we say that the ascension of the soul depends on the state of its frequency, we are actually showing that ascension is individual. Each consciousness will reach a required frequency level in order to receive the vibration that allows you to pass through the Ascension Portal. Vibrating in unconditional love, compassion, respect, solidarity, charity and gratitude, the frequency rises enough, at least to ensure the level of the Fifth Dimension.

But today we’re going to bring here some information, about how to filter energies. You are constantly bombarded by high-frequency energy, coming directly from the Light. But you are also attacked diuturnally, by the low-frequency energies that the Lords of Light send you. Like a real arm fall battle, you are between these two forces. However, know that only you can decide which side will win this dispute. And you are the trophy winner.

In this ongoing struggle, what is at stake is your conscience, that is, your soul. It’s up to you to make this dispute less painful, because the non-Light side doesn’t measure the consequences that could fall on you. The more pain and suffering you feel, the more energy you’re offering to the negative side of the dispute. The more fear, anger, resentment, guilt and despair you feel, the more energy you will be giving, precisely to the one who does not want your release from this world of Atonement and Trials.

Remember that the physical body is just the echo box of the soul. All energetic imbalance occurs in the more subtle bodies before it manifests itself in the physical body. Filter all energies before they take care of you Identify the frequency of every situation, every person, every news, every feeling, and especially every information. Yes, today humanity lives the final battle of the 3D Cycle, and everyone is engaged in it, being on the one hand an information soldier, and on the other, a disinformation soldier.

Choose which God you want to serve Remember the phrase, “You cannot serve two masters at once.” Either you’re informing or be disinformed. There are no two accents for every soul in the arena of life. But there are two very clear Timelines, and here there is a choice. You will choose according to your frequency, for there is no other way. And once you choose the Timeline, nothing can distract you from it. One will take you to the New Earth, and the other, will take you into exile, i.e. to another Planet still of Atonement and Trials.

Watch how the two armies play. It has never been easier to understand and identify each other. Identify the frequencies on both sides. Feel what resonates within you! Don’t try to guess, because there is no need to waste the precious time that is urgent now. Just feel it reverberate with your inner vibration. There is no external force, however powerful, that will be able to change this frequency. There will be no cheating, so don’t be afraid to follow the Timeline of your choice.

Although your current frequency has been built over successive incarnations, there are still choices these days. Choices that can soften your discomfort. Identify the frequency of everything you are told, everything you read, and especially everything the Media brings to you. They are weapons used in this war of Information versus Disinformation. If you have already possessed the frequency of the New Earth, absorb energies of disinformation, it will delay you a bit in crossing the Dimensional Bridge, and it will also cause you unnecessary pain and discomfort.

Filter everything and do it quickly, always at the moment you are given the information. Feel in your heart if it resonates or not with what you believe and know. Even with limiting beliefs imposed over time, you have the innate ability to feel. O feeling never cheated . The feeling is the updated quantum program that exists within you. He who still vibrates in the old energy will certainly tune in to disinformation, for it always brings about evolutionary retrograde. If you vibrate in the new Earth frequencies, you will naturally feel the sympathy or not of the message or news that arrives.

The Earth is today, something we can compare to a radio set, which has only two wave or tune frequencies. Your soul will now choose one. You will choose the noise-free energy vibration, you will choose the season where you will feel comfortable. Nothing and nobody can stop that choice. It is the exercise of free will of each conscience. But remember: No one is going to stand in front of you and tell you what choice to make. You don’t depend on anything external to do that. Your frequency will automatically, out of tune and sympathy.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

We know many of you are devastated by the massive earthquake that rocked your planet last week. Collectively, once again, the human family is realizing that you are all in this together. You are part of the earth – a living organism in which your souls are cells in her body. You have called for love, and yet there is so much resistance to love in so many individual lives that Mother Earth herself had to create a release for this pressure. She moves, shakes, and settles more deeply into a new skin, in much the same way you move, stretch, and shake when you feel the tension that must be released in your own body.

Each one of you is a microcosm of the whole. So many of you who are sensitive have been feeling this shaking and quaking in your own minds, hearts, and bodies. It is the movement arising from the spark of Divinity within, trying to help you settle into your new “skin,” so to speak. Collectively and individually, you have all changed these past few years, and it is not possible to backward.

You can no longer ignore your feelings without feeling increased emotional pressure. You can no longer ignore your body. You can no longer ignore that still, small voice calling you forward with love. It is becoming increasingly difficult and often painful to ignore your hearts. Imagine standing in a trickle of water. Resistance is no big deal. Now imagine trying to resist the flow of a vast and swiftly moving river. You would exert far more energy and effort to fight that flow.

We have been busy in the heavens welcoming home the countless souls who have transitioned in this recent quake. We have huge celebrations with them. They know that their death looks tragic to those of you here on earth. They also see and feel the love that has been released. They know that humanity is allowing it to flow in a greater measure even as we speak. Religious conflicts and cultural biases are put aside in such a catastrophe. You relate to one another soul-to-soul, ignoring superficial differences. You reach out to those you have never met. You share with those you will never know. You are finding your hearts even more deeply, dear ones, while loving and assisting one another.

You need not wait for disaster to release the love within. You need not ignore your hearts. Whether or not anyone told you how lovable, worthy, deserving, and unique you are, we, in the heavens, want you to accept that this is our view of your incredible souls! It takes courage to come to earth. It takes courage to dive into the contrast, perceived separation, and challenges that inspire such monumental expansions of love. You have only our love, our respect, and our support.

It is time to allow love to flow. Do you feel like resting? Shut your eyes for a few moments and relax. Do you feel like ignoring a phone call? Please do it. You can call back later. Do you feel like finding something that will inspire you? Then sit quietly and imagine feeling inspired. Ask us for help, and then listen to your heart when it guides you in the smallest ways. Tiny steps often lead to big revelations and big changes. Do you want more kindness on your planet? Then be kind, starting by being kind to yourself.

We are here for you. Not one of you is without angels, guidance, love, and support. Call on us. Shut your eyes, breathe, and receive our love. These are tumultuous times, but they are also times when there is great potential for love, expression, and a newly emerging world. Even as you redefine yourselves, embrace your worthiness, and intend for your connections, Mother earth is doing the same. Reach out to your brothers and sisters in need in whatever way you are inspired – with love, prayer, kindness, support, etc. Your world is slowly but surely moving into an understanding of its deep connections with one another and with the cosmos at large.
