As many comments on the latest Disclosure News posts show, there are more and more negative symptoms and they are absolutely not localized. The main mass of new quantum energies, first, hit, as sandbag, people in some countries, then, in others, and after that, in thirds, – and so EVERYDAY, around the globe. High-frequency waves follow one another, and their ups/downs become more frequent.
The pressure of the 3D System increases as well. The main weapons of Darks in their war for survival are still hatred, fear, and misinformation, so better not get hung up on the news. MSM specifically inflate them, and high-frequency energies, as the negative is pumped up, will continue to not only purify but also blow socks off.
On the physical plane, tension of blood surges, palpitations (up to arrhythmia), migraines, numbness of body parts, fainting, and many other symptoms are possible. Again, – don’t get hung up on them, everything will be fine.
Unfortunately, for an ordinary man, who doesn’t know and does not want to know anything about what is happening, all this results in panic and aggression, endless visits to doctors, the absorption of handfuls of pills, liters of tranks and other sedatives that should be avoided as much as possible.
Almost nothing heals our body. What used to work often goes to waste. Herbs were effective, now, they don’t, and the same are biologically active additives. We have to look for new means. Organism itself tips what it needs.
All this is because we already have two bodies – the old, 3D, and the new, four-dimensional. 3D inertia works when we see the familiar world and participate in a habitual energy exchange. And the 4D body is activated when we raise our vibrations, during meditations, for example. The advanced etheric Matrix immediately adjusts the parameters of our body to its energy structure, and magically everything in our body is restored quickly, although it can cause pain in different parts of it.
We are currently treating the 3D corpus, being (who is more, who is less) in the body of the 4th dimension. Therefore, medications and stimulants do not help. To recover, we just need to enter our usual high-frequency range.
Not everyone is at the highest vibrations. Some have just started to raise vibes, and their energy process will be completely different. Just reach for your highest state, which you have experienced…
If we want to help our family and friends, try to dissuade them from using non-working medicines, alcohol, tobacco and other “crutches”. It’s better to pay the main attention to emotions. They will be constantly going off scale now, so don’t let yourself be provoked, and keep your focus on other, more important tasks. Don’t spread yourself on everything, on epithets, gibber-gabber, assessments, condemnation, accusations, self-chastising, etc., otherwise the mind will not perceive the necessary info.
The more physical impacts we feel, the more our body is cleansed. And all of these effects will be completely different, but the cause in almost all cases is the same – quantum waves. If we don’t feel anything, it doesn’t mean that nothing is happening; it’s just that our vibrations allow us to safely withstand the cosmic pressure.
We must understand that with each outbreak of Solar activity, high-frequency energies will increase and remain at a new level. If we prefer, as usual, to fall into apathy or go on a binge, then, every day it will be more and more difficult for us to dig ourselves out of this hole. Accordingly, there will be no positive changes. Keeping self in a stable emotional form is extremely important now.
Today, the replacement of the old with the new is happening in everything. More and more old friends and acquaintances are leaving our circle of communication, but others will soon come in their place. That is why we often dream of former pals and connections – this is how our deeprooted karmic knots are untied.
Don’t cling to dreams. In them, we work through many fears and problematic situations that we cannot cope with in physical life. If you have nightmares, strengthen your evening protection, and stop analyzing each dream, it scatters attention.
Sort out the emotional and physical junk. If there is no order in the head and the house, thus, the energy of the mind is dispersed, and it’s difficult for it to get a new one – there is not enough space. Collect your thoughts.
The Schumann Resonance (the Earth’s heartbeat) reacts to cosmic flows that Co-Creators direct to us through the Sun, which is why Solar storms are so frequent. The SR reacts to the vibes of the planet’s crystals (physical and Subtle), and depends on their freqs’ settings.
The Sun works as an adapter-distributor of quantum waves inside the Solar System, relaying them to Earth (and other planets) and into its crystals, and the latter already irradiate us and Nature. The Earth’s energy also impacts on the Schumann Resonance. People – do not, but they are subject to its effects, therefore, with peaks of SR and Solar flares, there may be more and more unpleasant symptoms, since everything is interconnected.
Now, it’s important for us to monitor the condition of the blood. It thickens, changes, darkens, activating processes that affect DNA. General energy cleansing and maximum protection with focusing on blood are useful for its purification.
We can pump oxygen through breathing exercises or sweat profusely in the sauna. Some “healers” even recommend leeches and bloodletting… But today is not the 15th century, so decide for yourself how much you are passionate about doing this.
It’s advisable to drink as much as possible clean water, which is an ideal evacuation tool for removing toxins, dirt (physical and Subtle) from the body. Eat more vegetables and fruits (only natural, without GMOs and preservatives). If possible, exclude low-frequency products – animal food, yeast products, fat, salt and sugar, synthetic beverages. And fast regularly.
Man-made disasters will also become more frequent, devices will fail, computers will break down, planes will fall and automobile and railway accidents will occur. About this DNI has been repeatedly narrated. All deaths related to these incidents will happen strictly in agreement with the higher aspects of the victims.
Many deaths are inevitable among mentally unstable individuals, alcoholics, drug addicts, rowdies, and other political and pop stars, which have no chance of accepting new energies due to excessive physical, mental and emotional pollution, aggressive unwillingness to change anything in selves and their lives.
Outbreaks of cancer will be observed in those who, contrary to numerous signals, refuse to reconsider their attitude to what is going on. It will also be very difficult for our older folks, so it is important to give them more of our attention and help.

How to increase the vibrations of our carcass?
1. Stop drinking, smoking, eating meat. Don’t eat in fast food. In general, there is nothing to eat anywhere. We must learn to feed ourselves, preferably with live food, limit carbohydrates, and exclude sugar. Don’t chew gum. It is better to switch to natural tooth cleansing substances; fluoride compounds in toothpastes kill the pineal gland.
2. Clean the gastrointestinal tract. Get an antiparasitic cleansing. Throw away tons of medicines. Keep only iodine and brilliant green. Just like in the army. Don’t run all over the town looking for the doctors. And in general, stop believing in diseases. There are none. Do not allow any manipulation on you by outsiders (especially beware of married chasers!).
3. Start talking to your meat suit. Our trunk, is Divine vessel, and has its own voice and consciousness, and always says what it wants and what it does not want. And we have to respect it. The need for low-vibration food indicates distortions in our cellular structure.
Establish contact with the body’s elementals. Make friends with them and give them tasks to clean, restore and transform your body. Talk to water while washing. Ask it to clean your lower Subtle bodies, and be sure to thank it.
Stop painting nails and doing edged manicure, stop visiting such low-vibration places for our feminine pleasures as salons and hairdressers. Do not walk with your hair down. Hair is an antenna; they collect other people’s thoughts and unnecessary information. Let your hair down only when communicating with the Higher Ones, in meditation.
4. Good thing is gymnastics in the evening, any set of calm physical exercises with meditative music. Use an aroma lamp and oils that open various chakras. Gymnastics sometimes turns into deep meditation. But it’ll be only later, when your vibrations are already high, it all happens by itself. Stop watching football, boxing and other barbarous competitions.
5. Every day walk 2-3 hours in the air, preferably away from the Matrix. Communicate with Nature. Focus on breathing. Stop visiting shopping malls, stadiums, demonstrations, public rallies, smoky pubs and glamorous spots. Stop discussing anything and anyone with girlfriends and boys, and old ladies. Avoid associating with friends, who use drugs or alcohol, don’t invite deluge of guests in your home.
6. Sort out your entire wardrobe. Leave comfortable, practical, not fancy natural things of a loose fit. Throw out all the black. Make an important discovery that there are more things than you can fit into. Give away the excess and stop thinking about fashion and what to wear, and where to go in it, so that everyone would look at me, darling and elegant.
Do not be fond of bells and whistles. Wear less jewelry. Chains, bracelets, rings, all this binds the energies, blocks their free flow. The same, with deposits of perfumes and cosmetics, jars, bottles – all unnecessary throw into the dustbin.
7. Chuck away microwave; never watch TV (get rid of it!) Turn off from the network all unnecessary appliances in the house. Remove the intricacies of wires and do not “stand under the boom of the crane”. Do not yak on the cell (almost to throw it out), switch it off during sleep, meditations, and when you are not there, for example, in another dimension or creating. The computer is still difficult to shuffle. But limit all my eye and Betty Martin, shopping on Internet, and women’s forums, “entertainments” for the boys.
8. Restore perfect order in the room, in the house, in the garden. Clean out all the corners, and throw out everything unnecessary, ruthlessly. Say goodbye to all the broken, split, glued, not working, lying on the mezzanine junk, so down with it. What is outside is inside. Fix everything that is necessary. The taps should not leak. Love everything that surrounds you.
9. Forgive everyone and ask everyone for forgiveness; all who obsessively emerge in your head as uninvited guests, and begin an inner dialogue with you, although you did not invite them.
10. Communication with animals, plants and small kids is very beneficial.
11. After a couple of months, you realize that due to the painstaking removal of distortions, expenses have been reduced. So you can try to work less if you are still working.
12. Stop worrying about your age. Move your body to the point in your wonderful life where you felt and looked best. I live in my 33 years, always! And don’t forget to notify your body about it, please.
13. Keep calm and chive on! Don’t rush anywhere. You are in Eternity. Ignore the trivia. The devil is in the details.
14. Get creative. Write, draw, sing, dance, but collect nothing. Life is a verb. The best activity is drawing in the sand.
15. Keep smiling. To everyone and everywhere, like Cousin Betty …You can dodge the Matrix, or rather go beyond it and, at the same time, participate, achieve freedom, remaining in society. For it, you need to understand the rules and accept them, but without fanaticism, which is in the extremes of “love-hate”.
16. Don’t take everything that happens close and painful – all the conflicts in society, all the tricks and lures bring to the level of understanding. It can be compared with Highway Code. The first step is to learn the rules, accept them as necessary for safe driving, and ride.
Imagine, if there aren’t road regulations, then how, for example, it will be possible to drive at the intersection when the traffic light breaks. This is a disaster, everyone is trying to slip, cheat, overtake, and very few think to find a reasonable option in the general movement. And if I broke the rules, then, it’s not a cop, a he-goat, who dared to stop and fine me, so meek, gentle and docile. But it’s me, who committed a traffic violation.
Step two, you can already drive by feeling, passing unsafe areas without breaking the rules, and driving past the beloved and drop-dead gorgeous policemen, unnoticed. And all this without magic, at the level of a good habit…
The most important thing now is always to keep our personal situation under control. No hype. Everything is normal and calm, regardless of the circumstances, and I unlock a terrible secret: there will be enough of them and some to spare.
