The light body is based in the metaphysical structure . It is made up of the higher self energy-based existence beyond the physical self and human body. It is the full embodiment of a heightened state of source consciousness, the spiritual awakening into an interconnected state of being .

Associated with energy centers (chakras) it is responsible for creating balance, alignment , self healing, and full transformation. The light body’s function is activated during conscious ascension in human form . It is the embodiment of spiritual evolution , mastery and higher self-actualisation .

The human energy field is made up of several layers. The etheric body , mental body, astral body, and emotional body. the metaphysical aspects of the crystalline light body. Beyond these earth densities and in higher ascension awareness the crystalline frequencies activate in the physical form .

Building The Crystalline Light Body at the current collective ascension stage the ascending can hold up to 80 per cent of light in their cells, yet still inhabit a physical body . The planet’s level of ascension has greatly increased and Earths harmonics are now rapidly changing and evolving .

Over the next 20 years and more , as this crystalline Ascension matrix is established within the Earth, Ascending one’s will start to notice many more physical changes in their physical bodies that will attune them to the planetary ascension energies.

When the crystalline light body is in the process of activation, as many ascending are now experiencing, the physical body will Eventually not need so much food. Light, like sunshine, will be metabolised as a source of body fuel. The ascending have the abilities to tune in to and absorb the light and healing of the Great Central Sun.

As the Ascending move further into these ascended and elevated earth energies, the physical body will expand into higher frequencies . Physically, many will change shape over time . The metaphysical human being over time will eventually develop longer heads similar to the Atlanteans and ancient Egyptians , this is for the enlarged and expanded brain structure connecting to the energy of the expansion in the crown chakra.

Evolution in the physical human will eventually result in the template being taller and thinner , more androgynous. Operating consciously in the etheric realms , their frequencies will operate at much higher dimensional levels .

The crystalline light body will be activated and completely managed by the 12 fifth-dimensional chakras. walking the earth as masters, the ascending in future timelines will have full access to source light energy maintaining the self in best health and optimum condition.

Once the crystalline light body is activated, sincere practices in unconditional love are necessary to maintain the elevation in the light body to the conscious state . The crystalline body is the result of maintaining a constant frequency of unconditional love. Having healed every wound, purified every thought, and released every judgment, the Light body will ignite and activate .

This higher self state of being and vibration allows many to achieve ascension and true enlightenment. Yeshua the Christ and the Buddha ascended in this higher human form here on earth , the density in planet earth was far lower in vibrations than the energies of today, This however did not prevent them from achieving this highest state of physical being . The Expression of the Metaphysical self.

In their perfection of the human, they became the reflection and example of God source and showed the way to accomplish this higher frequency in self . The teachings of both masters are true examples for humanity in illuminating the path for self and others to follow. Neither of them were looking for followers , they were seeking leaders to reflect this higher self reality into the world .

Ascension is the attainment of full cosmic consciousness. The activation of the crystalline body represents the highest level of the human body and function . This activation’s purpose is to hold higher light frequencies .

Mastery of the physical form and understanding of the light body teachings are a big part for ascending humanity. The ascending are reminded that we are far more than just physical beings. We are the manifestations of a vast universe beyond human perceptions and limited understanding.

Freedom! The eternal cry of the soul.

But, what is the soul? And what does freedom entail?

People often equate heart and soul as the same thing while, in reality, they are distinct and different so it helps to make some definitions. After all, a journey to a new land goes well when it starts with a map and it can falter when no such guide is available.

In these days of The Shift, our physical bodies are being gradually risen in frequency. When the time is ripe, we will physically enter fourth-density existence, a higher realm where heart-centered consciousness is the basis of all thought.

In today’s third-density world, ambition for the self often takes precedence over the good of the many. In the emerging heart-centered consciousness, however, one’s effect on others is given every consideration and win-win situations are sought.

As the heart opens further, the door opens to spiritual awakening. Once spirituality enters the perspective, it becomes obvious that the primary objective of the human experience is that of spiritual growth. Even though, at a soul level, each person has a unique set of objectives for their life, the underlying primary purpose of all human life remains the same – that of spiritual growth.

While spiritual awakening occurs in the developed stage of heart-centered awareness, the very next step brings enormous enlightenment through an awakening of contact with the soul level of consciousness.

Your soul is based in the fifth-density, or throat chakra, level of consciousness. It is also present at all times in every other level of your consciousness, including day-to-day physical awareness, but people rarely turn within to pay it much attention during a busy day.

Within your soul are the memories of everyone you have ever been, of every experience you have ever had, and the plan you outlined for this life before it began. Life plans are continually managed at a soul level because they need adjustments to stay on track despite changing circumstances.

A life plan is a map of intended destiny, but it needs constant adaptation and the physical mind is helped through intuitive inspiration from the soul. The more in-touch you are with your inner being, the easier it becomes for you to stay on track with your own life plan.

As you encourage your own soul awareness, you become closer to mastering all that physical life has to offer and closer to completing your own cycle of reincarnation. When you rise above the need for further reincarnation, you move into the soul realms and operate from there with all the freedoms that come with such an unlimited existence.

As a soul, you are then able to move across space and time at will, as easily as the hands of a pianist running up and down a keyboard. You exist in a world of beauty, filled with endless hues of color and inspiring harmonic sounds. Your connection to the divine is open and this fills you with constant joy. Your soul family – hundreds of other souls that you love the most – can be in touch with you at any time you wish. There is no loneliness in such a connected and supporting world.

You learn the deeper mysteries of life without having to pursue any of the needs and duties that now take up so much of your time in the physical world.

The ultimate journey from the heart to the soul can start now with a determination to develop your own soul awareness while in your physical body and to take rapid strides toward the liberation that awaits us all.

It is your progress into higher consciousness while living in a physical body which counts more than anything in the grand scheme of things.

There is Nothing Wrong With You

How often do you find yourself feeling depressed or anxious – and then realize it’s because you’re judging yourself in some way?

Maybe you’re feeling ashamed or guilty about something you’ve done. Or you keep thinking you shouldn’t be so lazy… so selfish… so judgmental… so miserable. You should meditate more… eat less sugar… get more exercise….

In essence, you feel there’s something “wrong” with you that needs to be fixed.

What you may not realize is that an important aspect of spiritual awakening is truly realizing that there is nothing wrong with you, as you are. Sure, there may be things you could be doing differently, or misunderstandings you need to clear up, or other actions you’d best take to set things in a better direction.

But it’s important to understand that there is nothing inherently wrong with you, just because you make mistakes or misjudge people or don’t feel like doing things you know you should. Or even if you somehow say or do things that are hurtful to others. And there is certainly nothing wrong with you for experiencing negative emotions.

Doing all these things is part of how Beings evolve in this universe. They are part of the learning and evolutionary process. There are always constant challenges that motivate us to shift into a higher frequency. And, in the process, making “mistakes” and needing to correct them are naturally involved.

Myths about Humanity

And yet, there is a powerful myth within most cultures and religions across the planet that humans are somehow inherent- ly flawed.

In the West, the notion of original sin is generally accepted in one form or another – sometimes consciously, but often unconsciously.

Eastern religions teach about karma. It is accepted that humans are naturally flawed and therefore need to learn how to become more spiritual and finally achieve a form of perfection: enlightenment.

It’s believed that everyone keeps having to live life after life in pain and suffering because they have committed bad deeds in past lives they need to pay for.

What all these traditions don’t understand is that these teachings about inherent imperfections in humanity were initially brought onto planet Earth thousands of years ago by unfriendly alien beings from another universe, often referred to as the Archons.

And that these powerful, technologically-advanced beings gradually took control of humanity in a variety of ways.

How the Dark Forces Have Managed to Control Us

Religious Teachings: One way, as described above, was to begin inserting the message of humanity’s inherently flawed nature into religious teachings that had already developed on the planet – and to actually create religions of their own, with the same message.

In recent decades, this message has also managed to creep into many New Age spiritual teachings, as well.

There’s often a subtle assumption that something is naturally wrong with us, and so we need to keep fixing and healing and perfecting ourselves in order to eventually become enlightened – or shift into 5D — whatever our belief is.

Karmic Wheel Technology: Another way these ancient beings took control was to create the Karmic Wheel technology that was designed to keep humans reincarnating over and over again, while also causing them to forget what they have done in former lives that might help them to learn from their mistakes.

Ancient Physiological Technology: Yet another way they took control was by inserting ancient technology into the human body.

This technology has been described as implants that were inserted, most importantly in the brain — designed to constantly create messages and sensations of shame, guilt, fear, judgment and self-doubt. This technology has also been described as the “slave self”.

Not understanding the true nature or purpose of this technology, humanity has simply called the one in the brain the “inner critic”, with the assumption it’s just part of humanity’s natural makeup.

Beliefs about Suffering: And still another way in which humanity has been manipulated has been with the encouragement of certain beliefs about suffering — that it is not only necessary for evolution, it’s actually positive.

One belief is that, in order to learn and be motivated to do the “right thing”, we may need to first feel guilt or shame or fear. Therefore, these emotions are actually positive, because they motivate us to move in the right direction.

Another is a belief that we need to suffer if we have caused someone else suffering — as if that will help ease their suffering. This is rarely true. A feeling of revenge on the part of the injured person does not really ease their suffering; it just continues to keep them in a low frequency.

Yet another belief some people have is that, if there are people in the world who are less fortunate than they are, they need to feel guilty and suffer too — as if that would help those less fortunate people to feel better.

In general, the belief is that since we are not as perfect as we “should” be, suffering will help us to better ourselves. It will help build character and make us more spiritual.

Of course, at times, guilt or shame or fear can probably motivate us to do what is right – but it’s not necessary to feel these emotions to do that. We truly can simply:

1. Realize we’ve done something we wish we hadn’t

2. Apologize to someone if they’ve been hurt by what we’ve said or done; and then

3. Correct our action.

There is truly no need for the intermediate step of feeling guilt, shame or fear. You don’t need to suffer in any way in order to be a “good” or “spiritual” person — or to evolve and wake up. You can just conscientiously, with compassion for yourself and others, correct what you’ve done, and then move on.

So, in understanding all of these ways in which the Dark Forces have created guilt, fear and shame in humanity, we can see they have done a phenomenal job in convincing most people – especially Souls on a conscious spiritual path – that there is something inherently wrong with them they need to somehow correct through doing constant work on themselves.

The Good News

The good news is that, with the current rising of the frequency of the planet, you can now wake up to how you have been controlled and manipulated in these ways.

You can step free of any beliefs you’ve had that there is something wrong with you that you constantly need to fix and heal and perfect.

This doesn’t mean you can completely stop doing any healing work on yourself; the traumas you’ve experienced throughout your life do definitely need to be attended to and healed.

But it means you can do this work without the premise that there is something inherently wrong with you, that you need to learn to do better, that you need to somehow become a better human being.

You simply need to do the work in order to clear away the false beliefs about yourself – so you can then begin remembering the true Essence of who you naturally are as a powerful, loving multidimensional Being.

With healing work, this true YOU can become increasingly clear and bright, shining through into your awareness.

And, with the new high frequencies now streaming onto the planet, you can begin doing this much more easily. You can free yourself from feeling guilty or ashamed about anything – and realize that, as an evolving Soul, of course, you’re going to make mistakes you need to correct.

You’re naturally going to go in certain directions you need to backtrack on. You’re sometimes going to say or do hurtful things to others when you’re in pain. Again, this is all part of the constant learning and evolving process that Beings in this universe experience.

It Ain’t Easy

So, as you are likely discovering more and more these days, spiritual awakening is not an easy process.

But hey, you’re doing it! You’re going through all the challenges necessary during these transitional times to bring you to the point where you can finally transition into 5D consciousness.

It’s really hard at times – but just remember: You can make it less so if you keep in mind how you’ve been thoroughly messed with by alien forces over probably thousands of years – and that there’s really nothing inherently wrong with you.

After maybe eons of time of essentially being asleep, you are finally re-awakening to the reality that you are a beautiful, powerful highly-evolved Soul.

And you’re no longer going to allow anyone or anything convince you otherwise.

Spiritual practices can develop your sense of intuitive knowingness, opening the door to helpful guidance from your higher self.

Today, a new breakthrough has occurred spiritual growth support. Your continued awakening can now be supported by a homeopathic preparation that encourages a powerful yet balanced awakening of your higher faculties.

Its discovery began when I became aware that the noble metals gold, silver, and platinum support a steady opening of the human chakra system. If you search around, you'll find that a scattering of higher consciousness pioneers are using colloidal suspensions of the these metals to awaken their higher chakras.

They claim that gold and silver provide energized calmness and clarity while platinum is especially strong in activating spiritual awakening, enhancing mental clarity and intuitive development.

My first thought when I discovered this was that they would do a whole lot better if they had a digestible version of those heavy metals. Thanks to alchemical research in the 1980s, we now know how to convert noble metals into their digestible monatomic form. Instead of the indigestible metallic lattice of regular metals, they can be energetically upgraded to single atoms that resist the lower-frequency tendency to gather into molecular structures.

Then, I turned to homeopathy, a subject in which I had just discovered new information. Homeopathy was developed in 1796 by the physician Samuel Hahnemann and his methods have been faithfully followed since by homeopathic practitioners around the world. What I discovered was the mechanism of how his method amplifies the etheric energy charge within a homeopathic preparation.

Homeopathic remedies include a range of elements, compounds, and plant-based substances which are diluted and energetically boosted in a series of stages. To produce a remedy, first one part of the chosen substance is diluted with 99 parts of water, making a 100:1 or "1C" dilution. Then, it is shaken vigorously many times.

Shaking a container of homeopathic solution after diluting it causes the physical solution hit the base of the container repeatedly. Homeopathy's hidden secret, as I discovered, is that each impact causes some of the etheric energy component to continue on through the base of the container, passing through like a ghost and continuing its trajectory out into the room. Then the container, now energetically ready for a recharge, should be allowed to rest for a few minutes while the solution recharges itself from the surrounding etheric energy in the room, energizing it according to the residual pattern of the dilute substance.

To produce a basic 6C remedy, the process is repeated for a total of six times, each time diluting the substance by 100:1. In homeopathy, 6C potency is known for treating physical conditions. By repeating the process another 24 more times beyond that, you reach 30C potency, which is the energetic level that affects the mind and spirit as well as the body.

Homeopathy took another step forward in the 1860s, when Dr Wilhelm Schuessler noted that the active ingredients in the most successful homeopathic remedies were inorganic minerals, so he decided to isolate and identify the mineral components. From his research he concluded that only 12 minerals are required for our bodies to function properly. While Hahnemann's original remedies worked by triggering an immune response to a condition, Schuessler's twelve cell salt remedies worked by adding immune strength from extra nutritional supplements.

Today, a new step forward has been taken by applying the chakra-opening powers of noble metals. The HigherPowers preparation is produced first by using the revived alchemical technique to convert the metals to monatomic digestive form, and then by boosting them to 30C homeopathic potency.

Hello! 

When I discovered the Akashic Records, my life changed completely.

I began my career as a psychologist, doing long-term intensive therapy. I loved working intimately with people to understand their inner worlds and guide them toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.

A spiritual awakening changed all of that in the blink of an eye. Within weeks I left the traditional practice of psychology and was called to blend my counseling skills with my newly opened intuitive abilities. A few years later, I had another overnight awakening when I encountered the Akashic Records. I knew instantly this was my soul’s divine purpose.
