During these times of awakening, many will be forced to reevaluate everything they once thought was true and important, or allow themselves to go through all types of breakdowns due to their rejection of change.
Humans seek truth while simultaneously creating psychological defenses against it.
People often want to know what is real, but only as long as the truth does not threaten their identity, beliefs, relationships, or sense of security.
When reality contradicts what they have invested themselves in believing, the mind can protect the belief rather than examine it. In this way, the greatest barrier to truth is sometimes not ignorance, but your attachment to what you already believe.

Responsibility for Cocreation
It is much easier to blame everyone around you than to take responsibility for your contributions in cocreating the reality you find yourself in.
Many desire freedom while simultaneously constructing identities, habits, beliefs, and systems they eventually become afraid to leave.
People seek independence, yet become attached to the very structures that limit them. You fear losing your identity, your status, your routines, and your sense of belonging; even when those things no longer serve you.
Sometimes the greatest barrier to freedom is not what holds you captive, but your fear of discovering who you would be without it.
